@O2 Thanks. Yes I have. I'm afraid Santander OTP still not working with O2 SIM. Everything else (other bank OTPs, 5G, WIFI call, all other phone functions) brilliant. Santander technical support are investigating. But unlikely they introduce fault at same time as new SIM

@lewisjarrett4 @O2 Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdig and WhichUk tags, the network is awful and the customer services is worse! People are starting to do this. It might get them to actually do something other than lie!

Very disappointed with @O2 and their handling of my phone's repair - had it collecting dust in one of its stores for a WEEK before it got sent out. Been without a suitable solution for nearly three weeks now.

@O2 as a loyal customer to you for over 15 years before switching to @ThreeUKSupport due to your increasing charges, this is the worse customer service I have received. The payment will be made by the 21st August as stated in your letter before receiving another today!
