@O2 how is it possible that you don't offer fibre connection in N43ET London? Working from home with a broadband connection is a real struggle. Do you have plans to build the necessary infrastructure to provide a decent service in our area?

  • daryl_millar Daryl Millar (@daryl_millar) reported

Ok @NOWHelpTeam @O2 @SamsungHelpUK - my phone can see my home wi-fi network but will not connect. Any suggestions on how I can fix this, please?

  • Clamfather Eddie Prowse (@Clamfather) reported

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 I would be happy if you just provided a signal and I would no longer need to hang out of my first floor window with all the other locals to get 2G.

  • KathyMeganFrost Kathy Megan ⚡️ (@KathyMeganFrost) reported

@O2 honestly sick of your trash unreliable service 🙄
