  @O2 your service is shocking, I've had problems for 5 months and just found out I have to wait another month to get my issue resolved. I would never recommend o2 ever again, so glad I have the Ofcom obudsman dealing with my issue as your network are a joke !!

  @ibm141011 @O2 It's crap down my way too. Husband's on Vodafone & gets a signal far more easily even in rural places than I do. I went to O2 for the Priority for concert tickets, shame the service is decidedly dodgy

  @O2 how on earth can you fully justify the 17.3% price increase. RPI I sort of get but to also implement the contractual price increase feels like profiteering to me. A double whammy as well if you are a Virgin Media customer. The 2022 results due out 23 Feb will be interesting.

  @O2 Hi I’m still waiting for a reply and it’s been 5 days. I want to give my 30 days notice as I am no longer using my phone number. Is there an easier way to cancel abroad?

  @O2 I have no problem with you putting my bill up but why, since 5G appeared do I constantly get 3G (which is absolutely horrendous) or no signal at all? If you’re going to put the bill up make sure I can get 4G at least! In Sainsbury’s today I had nothing!

  @robstroudUK @O2 It’s gone downhill! I never used to have this problem. I think it might align with Virgin having something to do with O2 so god knows what they did.

  @O2 Day 99 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  @O2 @TheRealToddy88 Stop telling us to do this, your network is just shocking. It has terrible signal most places. I checked my work place, my town, and a family members street today and they’re all red on your network checker. Terrible overpriced network.
