    @O2 All were contacted on the customer service number provided. Can you give me any explaination as to why a contract I am one month into has been changed without contractual agreement,law or mercantile limits?

    @O2 @allpinkknows I had that message last week and it did indeed come on launch date - only issue was they sent the wrong thing and now I have nothing and they have my upfront payment

    @O2 @giffgaff no coverage in Spalding due to "upgrade" work - may be back on 24/9/22. There is a big outage covering the centre of town. Not good enough - what about 999 etc?

    @O2 absolutely awful customer service. Still waiting for a call back from a manager after 3 weeks despite making several calls to O2 myself. O2 used to provide excellent customer service, am so disappointed in the lack of quality being provided.

    @O2 Despite numerous attempts to get loyalty discount applied and assurances it has been it is still not done! I have spent far too much time on this and would never recommend O2 because of this. Could I arrange someone to call at my convenience?

    @O2 Apparently you find it acceptable to keep me forced into a contract I can’t use. Since June my local cell tower hasn’t worked. No calls, texts or data has worked! And all your customer service can do is apologise. No info when it’ll be fixed. Let me cancel and change network!

    @O2 If you know there’s an issue with your network in an area. That is YOUR FAULT. You should be letting me out of my contract not forcing me to continue paying £100 a month for a phone I CANT USE
