@O2 Very disappointed to see Caffè Nero leave Priority's weekly offer. Can you confirm if it is gone for good or will it still be available on a monthly basis? @GreggsOfficial is a poor replacement for a weekly coffee - no dairy-free options available on any espresso based drinks

@O2 I've had issues with data since I got my new phone with you a few months ago, my data connection is either slow or non existent. Both inside/outside & every single day. I've done the checks on the 'my network' app, and it often comes back with a local issue...however 1/2

@O2 can you explain how you can charge someone £5 a day when abroad when they have data roaming off (phone also shows no data used in that period), make no calls and send no texts and have a £0 spending cap? Also never receive any text from yourselves about any roamaing charges

@O2 I’ve just joined o2 from three, I entered a pac code into your website to keep my existing number. When I received my order no new SIM card was included. It seems I have a new number from o2 which I can’t access, I need a real person to help me please

@MeganKVance @O2 They should be on the AXS app, if not there, a lot of people got confirmation emails but never got their tickets. They messed up the pre-sale so bad, were you charged for them? hope you get it sorted

@liamburrow @O2 I was on holiday when I purchased them, booked my flights as soon as I got my confirmation email just expecting the charges to come through in a day or two, nothing came out and tickets never appeared!! Absolute shambles from @AXS_UK
