@O2 you’re a company that lies to its customers, I had explained my current predicament, was on a payment plan, yet you still disconnect me. That isn’t even the worse part, trying to call an actual human from your side is borderline impossible. New network for me 🖕🖕🖕

@O2 soo you send multiple debt letters following a fault of your staff member, the issue was resolved and the letters keep coming! Now its enforcement letters but when i get a text of whats owed it says £0.00! This is absolutely sickening! #skymobilehereicome
