    @DigitalPrime @O2 @SamsungMobile Alsolute disgrace they sell u a contract on the basis of a lie! I was told 2 weeks for mine, over 2 weeks and customer services didn't have a clue, AND they don't keep you updated by text or email at all

    @O2 can you help please. Something went wrong with my 5g sim provisioning, and my phone number didn't transfer correctly. Its been 10 days, and several calls to your customer services and into your shop, and till no joy. Callers are getting 'you've dialled an incorrect number'.

    @O2 @TheO2 WASTE of TIME & STOLE money from me all bcoz I sent 2 text messages which cost me over £4 they were V.RUDE, UNHELPFUL & down right DISGRACEFUL!! Had an operation Saturday& NEED this credit! NOT much 2 a multimillion £ company! Wot network do I go with now? LOYAL,NOmore
