    @O2 my boyfriend has been on the phone to your customer service for 3 hours today with no resolution. He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.

    @O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!

    @kaznyemh @dbcxptures @O2 When I was in Cornwall the other week, I got really good signal, in fact I got the fastest speed test done using mobile data that I’ve ever had.

    @O2 Why does your website or app not work? As for shops taking payment. Why not? That's ridiculous! Poor service. Get things sorted before I migrate.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.
