Just had the single worst experience ever with @O2 on the phone. Member of staff thought it was okay to be offensive to the customer, then refuse to put the phone down and also screw up the customer's account. I'm not mad tbh, just incredibly disappointed

My identity was used to take out contracts with telecom companies Three, Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse - ALL resolved the issue within a few weeks whereas I have been chasing @O2 for 3 months with no updates or progress!! #fraud #identitytheft

@O2 Poor service as ever from O2. I am just paying £2000 to escape from O2s dreadful service 🤬. No contact from them to see if there was anything they could do to help. I also was going to cancel a cheap sim only deal with 3. A short while after calling Three they contacted me

@O2 As many crew do, if I traveled to Barbados, Antigua, St Lucia, Jamaica - popular flights from the UK with thousands of crew per month, all of those would be subject to an extra £6 charge per day. Vodafone wouldn’t charge for that some plans. Your offering outside EU/USA is poor

@O2 Hi, looking for a global solution including at least as many countries as @VodafoneUK do in their Zone A/B/C. Unless this is offered as a minimum, no price would make me switch. Service is important. For airline crews travelling, we need more countries covered, at standard speeds
