I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.

Lucie Rimmer (@LucieRimmer) reported@O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

All calls are recorded.

Jade (@Jade66755388) reported@O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!
