    Last message from @O2 was March 27th with still no call back, still no resolution and still MORE problems arising. What the hell is going on? Can't upgrade or can't get a new subscription as pending problems from O2 still blocking me from doing so.

    @O2 O2 make it almost impossible to access the site. Poor signal, no customer care, and customers are tolerated, not welcome.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
