    @O2 I'm not having the issue, you are. Only reason I'm with o2 is for the free weekly cafe Nero drink, now it's being cut to one a month. Been holding out with o2 just because or this, because the service you offer in my city centre is atrocious. Says 4g but loads like 1G.

    Is there a problem with @O2? because for a while now the data on my phone has been non-existent. As in its on, I still have data left but nothing is connecting to the internet whatsoever.

    @virginmedia @O2 The installation has been done but my complaint is I was charged prior to installation and I called customer care to complain. No response to that. I can't access my account on the app even with my password
