    @O2 please check DMs as I have sent a new message. Despite assuring me my billing issue was sorted I've now had a message threatening my service including my travel bolt on that I am using while on holiday. This needs sorting asap.

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 I’ve always had data when I’m out and about as well, then connect to office or home when I’m there. Never had a bill other than a tenner a month.

    @O2 I got in. There is a problem in York. The signal has been bad for weeks. To be honest it’s just what you expect from o2. As I said was wondering what the point of this account is if you can’t tell me . Anyway all beyond your control so thanks for at least replying

    @O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.
