    @O2 I receive 2 or more spam texts a day since switching to your network 6 months ago. When I was with Virgin for 12 years, I never received any spam texts. Why does this happen on O2? I always report the text and block the number, but they just keep coming! So annoying.

    @O2 Dear assistance, it's now almost 24 hours that I do not have internet coverage. I'm in roaming, coverage with the locals works fine, but no internet. I tried to use wifi instead, either leaving data on and off: nothing. I tried to reset the network several time: nothing.

    @O2 I’ve recently taken out a data sim only. How can I find out when my bill is due and how much data I have left? I’ve tried setting up my o2 but the texts don’t come through and I’ve been told you can’t receive texts on an iPad from the network
