    @O2 Hi. I need a new sim. I don't want to be on a call. Just send another one. It's that simple. Your basic coverage is **** in London, **** in Glastonbury, **** in random car parks when trying to pay. I need a new sim. Can you just send and we never need to speak again

    What a glorious pleasant surprise dealing with @O2 on here. Helpful. Polite. Pleasant. Understood exactly what my issue was and came up with a couple of solutions. If only all customer service on Twitter was as good

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    @O2 I have. But it doesn’t change the fact that the signal is rubbish. Your map shows my location as blue - but right now, sat outside, the signal is 1 bar. If I go indoors, I’ll lose it.. so the network coverage map is wrong, sorry to say.. so what can you do?🤔

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @O2 please can you DM me or explain why I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my online account to be unlocked ? I’ve only called 3 times to fix and each time promised it’ll be fixed within a couple of days
