    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2

    @grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.

    @O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue

    @O2 i’ve changed iphones and the sim card is being acknowledged in my new phone however it’s not being registered to messages / facetime it’s been 24 hours how do i fix this ive reset my phone, turned it on and off, it’s been deregistered from my old phone etc

    The @O2 and @virginmedia online account process is the worst UX I've ever experienced. Whoever was in charge of pulling these services together needs sacking and blacklisting. Joke.
