    @virginmedia And @O2 EMAIL is a JOKE! - You need a secondary email to use their service and then they want to verify accounts. I can't even LOG in to check my emails! - What a JOKE!

    @virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I never needed or wanted a VM account - I'm only an O2 customer - yet you forced me to spend time (in a lousy process) creating a VM account Stop trying to pretend that you are somehow making life better for your customers when you are doing the opposite

    @O2 I am away from WiFi & cannot access my o2 account but can't find how much data I have available. Please can you help me locate that & get me back on my account in case I need to add a little extra data for a few days. The account is under my husband's name but he is here too

    @virginmedia @O2 We need to be able to LOG in with OUR original Virgin media emails and get access to our accounts, stop with this 02 account BULLSHIT! You've locked out 3 family members with this CRAP!

    yo @O2 my contract device plan ended with you. i'm no longer with your awful network.. how do I end the damn Airtime plan? as i'm not paying for Data I'm not using on a device that is bricked and was reused help with.

    Never go with @O2 I paid off a contract a month ago and you are still to update credit agencies, holding up a mortgage I need in order to move away from a stalking and harassment situation - why can I not get through to that department/ why is it taking so long to action?! #o2
