Paul (@ToeStrike) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Now imagine i call up, and pretend to be you, so I can get your e-sim swapped to my device, so when I find your login details on a password leak list for a site, I get your 2FA token sent to my device upon login, and you blame O2 for having **** security.

Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported@O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography

TMoSquash 🧃 (@AThe__Master) reported@bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

Nilesh Thanki (@NileshGThanki) reportedLooking for resolution from @O2 been having ongoing signal and network problems since joining in December 2025. Live in EN1, Enfield. Complaint after complaint and still no resolution. Why pay for a service if we are not receiving it. Can’t make basic calls in our own home!
