@O2 not experienced anything like it, or close to, ever. The entire infrastructure is a shambles. The level of incompetence is immeasurable. Many of the staff are rude and I have been promised several call backs which never materialise. #o2 #poorservice

@O2 How can O2 justify putting their prices up when their network is so rubbish and the staff are so incompetent ? I would not mind if they invested in the network But they don't. Its still as rubbish as it was 6 months ago.😡😡😡😡🤬

@O2 what’s with service?? Wouldn’t work at weekend when stuck on a motorway I couldn’t call now today nothing I was assured it was an Apple Watch problem that had been resolved I’m really not a happy customer right now

@O2 I am getting increasingly frustrated that I’m still unable to activate the cellular feature on my Apple Watch. It keeps saying error 110. The o2 store has also been onto o2 and I was promised it’ll be active in 24hrs. 72hrs later and still not working
