@O2 And no it wasn’t sorted! I tried to take it up and your colleagues were just rude. Wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. Said it was my mother’s fault and she should get herself the internet. Such care for our elderly and vulnerable during a global pandemic!

@aartitakiar @O2 Contact your mp and ombudsman let's get together and get o2 another heffy fine another £10 million for lies and deception and poor service and masts that don't work any hour night or day they claim is congested. In fact promising to fix if you take a contract no basic pay go

@O2 I'm trapped in a Kafka-esque nightmare. I'm trying to update my address on O2 website so I can buy a new phone because my old phone is broken. It sends a code by text message. I can't access this text as my phone is broken! Customer Services can't help. Please can you help?

@O2 @OakNational So far here is update of o2 support. Mast is broken we are, waiting spares been 8 days. Not need spares it's congestion. Yes it's busey 24 hours a day so lea e if you don't like it
