    @lolabunnyonacid @O2 Same here took the money off me told me it was in stock and then sent me an email saying sorry there's a problem with stock. That was two weeks ago

    @O2 I haven't had any signal in Tower Hill/Wapping area (E1W) for a week now, totally unacceptable. Will you be refunding me for the data I have paid for that I am unable to use?

    @O2 hi I've finally had enough. You've had months and months and months to resolve it and you haven't. Your complaint process is entirely pointless. So now left with no option but @Ofcom ADR scheme and then court depending on ADR outcome. Please dm me address for me to send SAR.
