    2026 and i still have to dial the top up number to top up my phone rather than the @O2 application. Since your merger with virgin the application is actually so poor constant log jn via email it doesnt approve ur verification try again it accept but nothing happens on the app.

    @O2 Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Call up regarding my locked account, had this issue since 18th of March. The cheek of the lady to try and sell me an Apple Watch. 😬

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 most disappointed in O2Priority, tried to claim MandS sweet treat before the deadline date and gift card would not generate just reported an error message

    @O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

    @O2 comms ombudsman you provide after deadlock complaint doesn’t deal with you. £491 you’ve taken out my account for a FREE sim I didn’t even receive . Called loads of times to be met with ignorance and no resolution. Get me my money back
