    . @O2 you can expect an uptick in customers leaving @ThreeUK today. I've been with them over 20 years and had enough. Appalling network connectivity in the last year and no compensation, just higher charges @ThreeUKSupport

    Hate using this platform for this reason, but need to call out @O2 for abysmal customer service. 9 calls since Monday to try and sort out my upgrade totalling nearly 4 hours on the phone, I’ve now totally cancelled the upgrade and will be cancelling my contract after 15 years!

    @O2 surely has to be the worst network provider in the UK .. how on earth can you be 5 miles from a city centre with no reception .. absolute joke!! Time for a change #O2

    @clm2071 @O2 I’ve had the same issue today with a representative cancelling my order several times despite taking money from my account. Fortunately someone else is handling this now! Their service and communication within the team is horrible
