    @O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    @wheat_daddy @O2 I always struggle to get an EE signal at byards leap which isn't too far from you I gather so I'd be wary of them.

    @O2 so you have upgraded your network in #Kent with 5g+. Everyone I know that was on o2 have now moved away to another network as your network got so bad. Will this upgrade improve voice and signal ?

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

    @O2 I'm trying to sign up for a SIM card online but when it goes to verify my identity with my card it doesn't work. I've used both my cards but they're not working

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
