@O2 is there any reason why whenever I go into my workplace signal no longer works. This worked perfectly fine until lunchtime Sunday and ever since I do not receive data or signal. As soon as I step foot out the building low signal is restored. This is Worcester High Street.

@O2 Just to add - I’ve also called your customer service number around 10 times. Each time I am told the new number will show in 24h. Nothing has changed in 3 weeks. I can send you screenshots of every call. I’m a new customer to 02 and the service has been absolutely abysmal.

Very frustrating that my wife’s @O2 network has been down for 10 days now, despite x3 SIM cards and multiple calls per day to #O2 . As an #NHS doctor she’s finding it tough not being able to receive calls from patients 🙁 can you help??

So @O2 and @virginmedia join forces, and a few days later I have been without service for the whole day! I've been with O2 since the first iPhone was released. Might be time for a change!
