    @O2 @dickndom O2 are the best, I've had no complaints whatsoever about them. Can't remember when I joined them but there's no other network I'd go with.

    When women use their mobile phones for safety and to let their family and friends know they’re safe with a message or to share location and @O2 data never works, cuts off by itself every time I’m out. Time to change providers, even just to let family know I’m safe.

    @O2 are the actual worst company never ever get a contract out with them never had to ring a company so many times because they can’t do one thing right and yet I’ve still been charged after the contract had ended wtf is that about?

    @O2 Not being funny you guys should and need to be chasing up the problem in the first place. Wheres my call back? Why am I being told "someone will call back within 24 hours" And your last message was "we'll raise it internally" but yet now I am still waiting for a call back. 1/2

    @O2 Hi. Trying to buy new plan. You keep sending texts to verify my account. I can’t receive texts because the network won’t connect to my phone. Hence I’m getting a new phone. Please help???

    @O2 20 mins & counting just trying to get a STAC code to leave #O2. Great way to make sure I NEVER EVER come back.
