    @O2 do NOT use O2!!! I have tried calling them to resolve and old dispute and so far I’ve been put on hold forever or the 2nd time they said please hold and hung up on me! They’ve applied a charge for a dispute I raised before I ditched them for dire service and still awful

    The @O2 and @virginmedia online account process is the worst UX I've ever experienced. Whoever was in charge of pulling these services together needs sacking and blacklisting. Joke.

    O2 signal is awful. Charge extortionate prices and their service never works. 🤬😡 effecting personal and working life. Not good enough @O2

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!
