@O2 Any indication how long we need to wait to hear anything from the fraud team? Customer services have said between 24 hours and 30 days (depends who you talk to-no one seems to know). We’ve been waiting for over 5 days already since we lost service…

@O2 Day 127 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I also rang this morning and they said dpd would be here with the phone before 11…. Still nothing and when I track it says it’s on its way back to o2. Please help! I’m due to give birth any day now and urgently need someone to help!
