    @virginmedia @O2 Just going round in circles. I can no longer sign into MyO2 using the email address I’ve always used and no one can tell me why. I can’t link my O2 number to the new Virgin account I created with a different email as it says my details (dob & postcode) don’t match. Awful service.

    @virginmedia @O2 I’m not on Facebook and don’t want to make an account just to talk to you. I’ve tried phoning & live chat to no avail. I’ve been with O2 for over 10 years but it seems Virgin have ruined the service.

    @O2 help. I can’t seem to get through to 4444 to top up my PAYG phone. I’m in Florida at the moment. I’ve tried the internet too but keep getting a message saying there is a problem so that doesn’t work either!
