i can't believe @O2 don't care about their customers to such a degree. loyalty really don't mean nothing to them. over 15 years! i'm ready to move. 9+ days just to raise a complaint. 5+ days for insurance which is 24hrs lol! ridiculous and unacceptable. the attitude as well kmt!

Great start to a first phone with @O2 , charged twice and having to wait 5 days for a refund, an issue with the original order that nobody contacted me about and I had to chase and now the phone is out of stock after being assured it wouldn’t be.
