    I asked several questions of @O2 yesterday but as usual they are not willing to engage with me! In case you haven't noticed I'm still an O2 customer, you as my mobile provider have behaved appaullingly and all because I raised a case against you with the Ombudsman @LutzSchueler

    @O2 What exactly is going on here? This sounds like some pretty shady practice, borderline fraud. Are you now extorting teens to shore up the balance sheet? Who can we contact to resolve this - bearing in mind you have cut off his phone… Shambolic customer service
