Ash Arnett (@ASHARNETT) reported@O2 Fantastic I bought them from you, online and am still paying for them. Have taken them to an iPhone approved service centre and they have said it’s a hardware fault and they said to speak to Apple who I spoke to and they have confirmed it sounds like a hardware issue.
