    @SamsungHelpUK poor customer service promised a call back to resolve a free headphone claim. All information provided in 2 x separate invoices recievex @O2 did not provide a full receipt with all information on one! Free headphone deal is a scam.

    @O2 Too late now I never received this and asked for help from you with too many broken promises. I'm a very disappointed customer in both o2 and Samsung. Now even thou I made the claim in time....Samsung will not uphold. 😩

    @khjnr87 @EE @O2 Everybody on here complaining about EE try Three they are the worst they can’t even do 3G never mind 5 when you complain they tell you to just switch over to 3G

    @O2 I’m trying to cancel my spend cap and every time I call 202 I get dismissed. All I want is to speak to a person. Why is there no option to speak to someone in customer services!

    @O2 If I travel out of the area it appears to be fine. My wife is with o2 and she’s experiencing the same problems so at least it’s not just me!

    @O2 Is there a number I can call to contact someone about my service.. I've been cut off due to not paying bill. But my contract is up soon and I need my number for Hospital and Drs appts...

    @O2 It's not the responsiveness, it's the resolutions offered. Less than 3 months with a phone and I've had to exchange it 3 times. Each time the unit has been faulty and very bad. Now I'm expected to return the device via standard royal mail with no cover and be without the phone.

    @O2 your not available 24/7 on my02 at all. So stop saying it. I am on a unlimited contract and since I have been on that contract I have only ever had 3 bars signal and an intermittent 4G signal which effect all my subscribed to apps from working to full efficiency??
