Hi, I’m meant to be having a phone delivered and picked up this morning (8-12) and I still haven’t received my tracking number. @O2 said you’d text and send an email containing this and I haven’t got it. We’re already in to the delivery window by an hour….Can you help please???

@GR_BEAR1979 @O2 Is there a queue for each venue/date? Never sure if they hold everyone in one queue to keep the website up or what and then let you buy your tickets when it's your turn.

Cheers @o2 for your terrible network coverage in my area I just lost out on @peterkay_co_uk tickets. All I needed was a confirmation code via text and it arrived too late so i had to choose more tickets to then get an error code and booted back into the queue. Do better ffs.

@O2 I need some help with fraud. I've sent emails, made phone calls , sent Dm's and tweets but still nothing from o2.ive literally had enough, I've been the victim but feel like the criminal. Fraud is a serious crime but still nothing from o2 😡
