You never sent an email or texts to say you would attempt to deliver these dates either or no email to even say you had the item. It’s now back with @O2 and we’re struggling to get it redelivered but we’ve been charged for it. We’ve emailed, tried to call & tried the WhatsApp

@O2 can you tell me why seemingly my account with you is not closed down completely as your advisor assured me it was over the phone? I paid everything off, she said it would close down the following month (October) but today you've taken £18.83 DD from my current account.

@O2 Hi i cannot wait 24 hours, i am working right now and it requires me to take and make calls. I have already rebooted my phone. I should not be made to wait a day with no service, i have paid for this and should have it every day. Especially with how extortionate the prices are
