    I moved my number over to @O2 and I can make calls but not receive calls? Decided to contact support chat, 2/10 customer support, and they said it could take up to 24 hours to be able to receive calls? And pressing the complaint link was a 403 forbidden link? Might move back 🙃

    @O2 trying to refresh/manage my daughters PAYG account tariff and It’s been down all day. She needs data for school. Can anyone assist? Also her data has been used up incredibly fast - usually lasts a month and has been used in a week with no excess usage

    @O2 Yes. They dont get involved in Uswitch deals for O2 so offered me a similar deal. They said someone would call me back. Nobody has. I used this service last year without a problem. Now it takes you to Virgin Media. I have now thrown the towel in

    @O2 @shanes_loonie I had the number since 2001 and your customer support didn’t offer me the option to even buy the number back. It’s a very archaic process.

    @O2 Not interested at all in looking into the matter to see where the failings in your customer service are happening? What’s happened at O2 you used to be the best service and provider. Just a “oh sorry bye”. You have a 1.2 rating on trustpilot for a reason, Vodafone has 4.6

    @O2 We are just being passed around - hence the ofcom complaint and now being charged for new contract and phone - store can’t help either - cannot believe that no one in o2 can help
