@o2 messed up my voicemail when sorting out my new contract. Apparently they had the wrong type of phone registered on my account. This is despite me confirming it during the ordering process and them having a record of it on my account. Really poor service.

@O2 could someone please contact me to explain why I was sent a phone I didn’t want by your agent @currys car phone warehouse misrepresenting themselves as my network provider (not you or them) and why you are taking money from my bank account even tho I returned within 14 days.

@O2 Still waiting for this excellent customer service? Imagine spending nearly £200 a month on contracts with you and you can’t be bothered to help!! You are quick enough getting the friendly customer service to potential new customers though

@O2 I’ve just walked into house and Wi-Fi kicked in so I’ve now got loads of messages and mail and whatnot to look through, never seen your response, I have purportedly a 5G signal in work but nothing is getting through to me, yeah if I can speak to someone that’ll be great thanks

@O2 🤬We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted. Everything should be back to normal by 11pm on Sunday the 7th of August 2022
