@SamsungUK You might want to access your relationship with @O2 and update them on the fact you, as a company, have accepted the issue the Z Flip has! O2 on the other hand are happy to mess customers about and claim Samsung have nothing to do with it, interesting claim!!

Looks like it going to have to be the ombudsman now for @O2 obviously unable to honour your cancellation policy on the cooling off period that’s causing me problems 3 times now Iv been told it’s cancelled and you keep trying to take the money and it’s appearing on my credit file

@O2 I’m not stupid, or with HSBC. I cannot forward a text, you report it please. Get called by 0843 numbers everyday who just call and instant hand up. Really annoying, you must be able to do something?
