    Where's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!
