    @O2 reporting a lost sim should'nt be this hard, stuck for 5 mins with an automated service wanting to send me a text which I can't receive then when through to next part going in circles until I had to pretend I don't know my phone number, now in a long queue to speak to someone

    @o2de My contract was cancelled about a year ago and a refund was confirmed. However, I only keep receiving monthly credit notes by email, but no money has been transferred to my bank account. Please urgently check and clarify. Customer no.: 6094099929 @O2
