    @O2 @OakNational My mam’s o2 can’t mgs, messager or text me . Is o2 got issues or something else ? I rely on text cos I’m deaf. We can only do Snapchat that works between us.

    @O2 you have any issues around EH41? Coverage has been awful recently almost always 1 or no bars on 4G.

    Outrageous...now over 60 days I’ve been awaiting a refund for an app l purchased on my iPhone. So far @O2 still haven’t resolved this issue with @Apple Can you please resolve this immediately!

    @O2 This issue has been going on since DECEMBER! I changed from 3 to o2 because i kept having issues with 3 but I regret doing that know. The issues I had with 3 were intermittent but with o2 I had nothing but problems since I joined! When are you guys feel like fixing that mast??

    @O2 I saw people’s tweets on Friday, there was people having network issues, not just social media. It was in the news that FB, insta and WhatsApp was down. But when I was trying to send normal text messages it wouldn’t which is why the iMessage failed and it sent as a text.
