    @O2 waiting on hold to speak to someone and you get cut off after 10 minutes on hold, happened numerous times now and I'm told tje only way to sort my problem is to speak to someone so can you explain how I'm supposed to do that???????

    @O2 I’ve received a text saying my bill is overdue, and I’ll be charged £6 extra. I’ve already paid it 2 days ago and the money has gone out of my account. I’d prefer not to be charged again for a bill I’ve paid. I’ve tried several times to get through to customer services

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @O2 No i havent had anything replaced, i have had this experience so much with O2 i can already rule out the standard replies your customer service give its just poor network in general.

    @O2 What is the point we have done that we have been into the store we have also been on the phone to customer service and we haven't got anywhere with it quick to take money but the service is a shambles
