  @O2 @O2 @O2 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Awful customer service! You won’t see a penny from me until this is solved! Look at how long they had me on the phone for!!!

  @bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

  @O2 Are you actually serious? I work in these places on a regular basis and there is ALWAYS no signal. I don’t expect to pay for a service that I do not receive.

  @O2 I’m reporting the lack decent data coverage. At the moment at my postcode LS7 3LZ I can only get two bars on my iPhone 17 pro max. It’s just poor. I have on Saturday I want stream at LS7 4HA you can’t on 2 bars of 5G

  @Fortnite @FortniteStatus @O2 the O2 fortnite drop what exactly did O2 customers get because if it just that generic code it is awful especially since already being shared around tbh you could have just shared the code on social media yourself instead of making customers wait

  @O2 Nice add, not much good as my wife’s O2 service has been off for over 24 hours now. I left O2 a year ago. The website says people are working on the issue but when my wife called O2 she was told there were no issues, which is it ?

  @O2 Your 5G signal in Nottingham City Centre is absolutely abysmal and has been for a long time. When are you going to do something about it? It’s a joke I’m paying what I am for such poor service. It’s become virtually impossible to use my iPhone reliably. Truly awful.

  @O2 @ajgbarnes My name is seers and I think I’ve been patient enough but fir approx last 6-8 weeks I haven’t been able to phone out or friends phone in I’ve found difficulty in arranging garage appt eye appts etc I live in Clevedon and according to your info the mast has been down
