    @O2 I just arrived in France, and am unable to use my phone AGAIN, despite your text about “Welcome to France” and informing me about usage! I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!

    @O2 six days u have done nothing to get this issue sorted. You have been reported with immediate and if u don’t get this sorted today without fail. Further action will be taken against u. You’re ******* deranged if u think not doing anything sort an isssue in 6 daysacceptable

    @O2 My Mum got a new phone but her number didn’t transfer over. They tried 3 esims and she still has no network.

    @LilHay @O2 @DarkSabers2013 They are shocking. Everything has gone downhill with them service and signal now so bad it’s beyond belief

    @O2 - Account locked Out. My account with o2 has now been locked approximately a month. Your agents have informed this is being looked into. Please will someone please contact me and get this issue sorted once and for all. This is very annoying.

    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

    The @O2 and @virginmedia online account process is the worst UX I've ever experienced. Whoever was in charge of pulling these services together needs sacking and blacklisting. Joke.
