@Arkhaminmate007 @virginmedia @O2 Brian I have been with Virgin for years, their service is just **** these incompetent liars told me they’d sort out my slow internet, which 3 times this week has stopped working, their answer, unplug my router, thats all these half witts know to say, the service is over sold!

@O2 WARNING, Only be a O2 customer if you want no service, **** customer service who laugh on the phone, hang up on you and break their promise. 10 months no service! 10 days no manager callback. 5 advisors hung up because they can’t help me and their managers can’t be bothered.

@O2 Slower? It was non existant! I nipped in the library to use an encyclopedia cause I couldn't get onto Google! My partner's on Plusnet, a virtual network, and she had full 4g! Which makes it worse because I've just signed her to O2!

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@laine482012 @virginmedia @O2 What is wrong! Virgin over sell their service to get new customers, have you recorded things only to find part of the show missing? Slow internet ? This is because of where analogue is converted to digital their hubs are over loaded! Their network has too many people using it
