    @o2 PLEASE STOP PHONING ME TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY. I am not a customer. I’ve been polite, I’ve asked to be removed, but your offshore team continue to pester me. I am registered with TPS. I can show you hundreds of your numbers I have blocked. Please PM me for my phone number

    any customers of @O2 in the UK had any recent customer service experiences? my wife and I have both had to contact them in the past few days and WOW it’s been a horrendous experience sure it didn’t used to be like this?

    @ThisMummyGig @O2 threatening me with court over a £1300 bill that i DO NOT OWE. Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up! Again today lost hours on the phone with them and apperently i have keep my line open for 5 days to hear back. Awful!

    @O2 as i cant get through on phone .i have raised a complaint as i was told by your selfs in march i no longer have an active device plan .but today i recieved a miss payment letter on my device plan great outstanding work again
