    @O2 I changed network manually many times and finally more than one call/text went thru. Finger crossed that it’ll work from now on. I missed an imp call; bit of a nightmare to sort out the fallout. Thank you.

    @O2 @Bekhboyle Hi I’m in Croatia, checked before I left the uk that I wouldn’t be charged for using my monthly allowance here, and I’ve been charged for data roaming! Can’t message customer service as busy!

    @O2 how do I cancel my O2 phone insurance please - doesn’t seem possible on My O2? It doesn’t seem to offer anything beyond my home insurance offer - unless you can tell me differently?
