    @O2 have spent over 3 hours this afternoon trying to cancel a contract that I thought had ended 18 months ago, have spoken to 4 different people but still haven’t cancelled contract. At one point after an hour and a half phone line was disconnected. Absolutely not good enough

    @O2 Ok it’s 3 other people at work are having the same issue so there is an issue,shame as I’ve been with you for years, time to switch to a new provider as this kind of reception is useless.

    @O2 been more than an hour on customer service waiting and then it cut off, on call again and passed 30 mins, very poor.

    @O2 I'm still on hold after 30 mins. I need to get my dad's phone unlocked to all networks, he lives in the EU. The phone is bought & paid for in the UK. He's in hospital & needs access to a phone. Why don't you have any customer service? #o2uk

    Appalling customer svc from @O2 on the phone lines. Have been bounced around their phone system by various operators for 55 mins an unable to discuss my contract issues. Apparently there is a connection prob. Better warnings could be given on yr site. May leave after 15 yrs
