@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 At least once a day, sometimes more, my internet drops out and I lose work. Work is money so I lose money too. Then I receive an email saying that despite your contractual obligations you are increasing your prices from April + £6. Terrible service for loyal customers I’d say.

@O2 my o2 priority (via virgin bb) has become linked to my sons without explanation. My son recently took out his own virgin bb (separate address) and he is entitled to o2 priority too but each time I use a priority code his comes up as used. Please help.

@O2 disgusted that one of your team members has taken a contract out with my Dads name without even his consent and then to make it worse, it is being delivered to a flat in London??? This fraud issue you have is appalling and we will be changing networks after this stress

@O2 trying to report my Dads phone stolen after a burglary and put through to somebody to help. Only to be met with the sound of somebody snoring?!

@O2 noticed over the past year or so that this service has gone extremely downhill. Can’t get a signal anywhere anymore, calls drop out all of the time. So disappointing considering I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years! Thought upgrading my phone would sort it, just worse.

@O2 Hi, been on the phone over an hour trying to cancel my contract with o2, no answer. Not the greatest business plan or PR , to trap your customers on the phone for over an hour hoping they'll give up. No online option either. Dreadful service

@O2 your customer service is shocking. I’ve been given wrong information about switching a number from business to pay monthly. Been disconnected three times now and have no service. What on earth am I supposed to do. I was told to call and it would be easily done. Nope.
