    @O2 your customer service is a joke. I’ve just switched to o2 and now can’t use my phone. No one is available on chat (I just get an error message) and your automated phone system keeps hanging up on me. Sort it out

    @SkyNews @O2 are forcing their SICK customers out of their homes, during an International pandemic, by agreeing to allow customers to defer their payments... and then cutting their phones off! Their customer service WON’T help!!

    @O2 just tried to join as a new customer to be told i cant order a personal phone to where i live because i live with a “business” address?! my address and billing address is a business but i’m ordering it for personal reasons.

    @O2 can someone contact me about getting a good deal on upping my daughter's data. She's trying to access her online classes and our WiFi is terrible. She currently has sim only and 4gb pm but is going to be relying on it for live GCSE lessons. Thank you.

    Whatever you do make sure you think before you go with @O2 .. my contract has been disconnected by them by accident and I’m a paying loyal customer.. fuming #ombudsman
