    @O2 advice pls, for weeks/ months I've had hardly any signal, NP44 postcode,apparently there is a mast not working nearby, pls reduce my bill/improve my signal, I am so fed up. I've been with you for about 25 years & am thinking of going elsewhere. Can't make a simple call 😪😠

    @O2 3 and half weeks now and still struggle to make and receive calls , they cut out mid conversation ridiculous, I’d like this months line rental returned

    @ChloeLeaAnnSte1 @O2 Hi, did @o2 confirm it’s down? I’ve had same problem all day but they keep giving scripted response “use signal checker online” there’s definitely a fault but why aren’t they informing customers? Pay an absolute fortune for this poor service!

    @EE Thanks I’ll text to get this. Not happy with coverage, and to be honest even when signal is full my phone won’t work for internet etc. I’m going to try @O2 if I can find a similar deal.

    For three years I have been saying @O2 need to revisit the prices of their Data Bolt-ons. It is never more true than now. They're wildly prohibitively expensive. I need an extra 10-15gb once a year. I end up buying a random PAYG sim and putting a tenner on for data hotspot

    @O2 Yes, as I said I have been through the entire support process 3 times, even again this morning yet nothing is being done to fix it, just a loop through the same support processes
