    @O2 That's all great but it's not much use for me when I'm showing 2 bar on 4G and it's telling me I've got no signal. So I can't use any of those hints and tips🤔😔

    @O2 Well I've tried to call customer first a guy called Callum who was eager to hang up the line because your system is down.... I said to him I need to speak to your payment team and now I'm in the queue
