    @KS12811 @snapchatsupport @O2 I had similar experience when my account got hacked, I contacted them for more than a week, but they wouldn’t reply to me...not until I go referred to ethical_security01 on Instagram and they help me...they are expert at getting back access into any hacked accounts.

    @O2 Network has been down for the last couple of days in DN32 (Grimsby) area. Any indication as to when this will be be fixed? Quite important to me as I'm currently self isolating. Thanks.

    @O2 Just so you are aware, I do not authorize 02 to take any money from my account and if they do I will take it further, my direct debit is cancelled also. Consider me no longer a customer

    very upset that @O2 could not find a way to help me. I have used them in different forms and accounts for the last 20 years. when I lost my phone, and had wrong insurance they bumped me from team to team end result no resolution!
