@O2 Been trying to get onto the app since 9am, expected better service levels. Appreciate this may be an unusual level of demand and like any business you should have been prepared, especially as this was expected and I don’t work for O2!

@O2 Or you delay the ticket release until you’ve enabled a new way for users to access tickets via a simplified page. Otherwise you’re just going to be broken for two days.

@O2 are you having problems with priority app today? I am trying to log in and noting is happening getting gate way timed out? I’m thinking it’s probably traffic for presale causing it?
