@SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them

Two years of no service from @O2. Two years of paying two contracts to them despite this. And still they want £189 early exit fee. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!! Lots of promises, no call. Yet have received an enforcement notice!! Intentional possibly?@MartinSLewis?

@O2 why does your my O2 app have no content on your Help section with no way of contacting an agent? The website tells me to go to the app and I cannot call as my SIM isn’t activated yet which is my issue

@O2 I’m trying to make an insurance claim and I keep getting an error message 401 unauthorised. Can you help?

@O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

@O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years

Disappointed to see that in 6yrs @O2 has made zero effort to role out 5G across Wales.! Outside of Cardiff, nothing. 23% reach according to OFCOM. It was the same 6yrs ago!! WTF!🤬

@O2 must be the worst network. People said 3 is bad. 3 is hundred times better compares to #O2. Travelled to Swansea for 3 days and didn’t manage to get any good signal half of the time. At one stage I was connected to Edge.

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!
