    Think @O2 need to sort signal is SS8 area. A new customer to O2 and not impressed with signal so far. Data is slow, signal is poor and customer service is tough to get through too. Very disappointed.

    Come on @O2 and @EE two months now and still no phone signal in PR3 5AS. When will you take it seriously and fix it !!!!!!!!

    @O2 We phone O2 customer service and were cut off halfway through the call because the services were too busy. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

    @O2 need to port number over. On hold for 46 mins. Finally get through. Apparently bad line so O2 promise to call straight back. Nothing.

    @O2 You sold me a faulty device, technician in the shop told me to contact customer service number about refund, yet when I call you either tell me to go online, tells me I’m due an upgrade (I’ve been with you for mere days!) or in one case cut me off after 25’ holding.

    @O2 I saved a code for a free Odeon ticket earlier this week but every time I’ve clicked “use now” it says “sorry there was a problem with your request try again later”. Could you amend this?
