    @O2 i’ve been trying to change my details on my o2 account but as soon as i click “my details” it says “we cannot send any more codes at this time” it has been doing this for a while. i have tried contacting support but they never have anything for this topic please help me out.

    @O2 And to hang up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager? I was polite, if not frustrated, and that’s what he did. I need to speak to someone today, next course of treatment is Monday. He apologised for ‘pushing the wrong button’ too.

    Hi .@O2 I have received 3 inconsistent bill charges, and the way email was worded had typos. I'll send the evidence over to the ombusdsman and to @Ofcom if my complaint isn't dealt with satisfactory.

    So DPD failed to deliver daughters new phone stating no one was in - attempted delivery wrong day & didn’t leave a card yet O2 have still not responded despite them “looking into it” on Monday & a complaint sent Tuesday. What’s the problem @O2?

    I have the volt deal. So I also now have o2 too. They have being atrocious too. Loss of signal tonnes of times. Customer service between @O2 & @virginmedia have being awful. I only moved from @sky due to getting a better deal from you’s but honesty I never had a problem with sky
