The O2 signal is so bad that nobody can reach me when I'm within a half-mile radius of home. The National Emergency alert was on the dot. Perhaps @O2 could look into this little detail that has meant I've been paying for a substandard service for nearly two-years. #switchup

@O2 your service is appalling & i bitterly regret moving to you. Transferring number to you was a nightmare then i find out wi fi calling not activated - because your staff never activated My o2 account where i must activate wi fi calling.

@O2 why am I not able to access O2 priority app. You emailed to say virgin media customers could use O2 priority as your part of the same group but I can't access the app. It crashes but if I try to log in as an O2 customer it asks for phone no - further than virgin media gets!!

@O2 i’ve had an ongoing complaint for quite some time now. Each time I’m promised a call back. I’ve not received any of the promised telephone calls. I’ve made endless calls to get my issue resolved. Each one - a waste of time. Not good enough!

@O2 Been with o2 since February. As soon as i’m next by an o2 shop i’m going in to cancel. Such bad signal the fact that you take peoples money for this “service” is baffling

@O2 what a truly horrible company you are, my son could not get o2 coverage. So switched to the brilliant @EE. You made a number of threats to him. Thankfully @ee paid your stealth fine. I will be taking this matter on

@O2 2 hours trying to get you to get my account activated & its still not working. you keep telling me im activated but wont allow me to activate! will take 10 working days for IT to resolve!. Meantime I cannot query a charge on my bill you taken money for as I cannot see it!
