@O2 My wife has a technical issue with her phone (everything coming up no caller id). Live chat is useless with no reply for days. Just need a resolution. This stuff shouldn’t take weeks..

@O2 just checked your network issue page on your site and says a mast is down in Basingstoke. Any updates if this is being fixed? Frustrating not being able to text/call/use the internet! Will there be any compensation as its been at least several hours?

@O2 One thing about me i will forever praise 02 but my experience with them over the last two days have been horrendous and im quite shocked. But i would definitely be addressing my issues as an complaint !

@O2 i did click and collect upgrade. unable to collect the phone as I couldn’t provide photo iD. If I’d gone into the shop and done it he would only want a bank card and current phone. Not impressed at all. A long term customer currently but maybe not for long.

@O2 Hi, my mobile reception around the area where I live - been progressively getting worse over the last few months to the point i no longer receive much signal for 4G or 5G. Is there anyway you can check the strength of the signal where I live please and improve this? Thanks

@BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. So anybody at their company, with the WhatsApp login, have access to my full card details. Maybe i should change my card

Asked @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK if they could price match @O2 iPhone 14 Pro 256GB pricing & got told they don’t do deals on that phone cause only poor people ask for deals and they only want 128GB storage 🤨🤯
