    @O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

    @O2 the worst service & customer service I have been receiving for the last few months - just being fobbed off - not getting a service that I’m expected to pay for NO ANSWERS!!!!!

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.
