@O2 I can’t find the Bolt On “Standard Rates in our Euro Zone” I am in Greece with the partners network “Cosmote” but can’t access my data which is very annoying. I have therefore been forced into purchasing the “International” which is completely unfair! Any reply appreciated

@O2 Yep. That just says the network is fine. Which is what it always says. That doesn't change anything.

@O2 same message online and desktop too. my calls are being diverted to the payment line but then goes silent instead of allowing me to pay that way. i’m a student away from home with health issues so being left unable to make calls if it was an emergency is really stressing me out.

@O2 signed up for a contract with you, provided PAC code as requested and my number still hasn't switched since last week. Just cancelled the contract and I am moving to a competitor, great service O2!

@O2 any reason for no signal? Network status shows all is fine.

@O2 any chance of you acknowledging that it's not currently possible to order from your web site if you don't have a house number... postcodes with only names don't work... Please fix..! i have tried 5-6 postcodes now and all fail..

My wife has been with @VodafoneUK for 18 years and now switched to @O2 - biggest mistake ever as @O2 customer service is utter …. Two weeks now and still unable to use her old number and unable to receive any phone calls. No manager willing to talk to her. #poorcustomerservice

@O2 Manchester. The problem of the 'get tickets' link in the android app not working is one I have experienced before. Link seems to work from chrome on a pc. So may want to look at the android app?

@Ryeallen @WokeFisk @O2 Well that’s just stupid ini. I doubt I’ll be sunbathing where I live so I’ll obviously want to go abroad. So your point is completely wrong.
