    Just under 2 hours in store now @o2 Store manager can't fix the issue, regional manager can't fix the issue.....online support being slightly obstructive we think (but the instire team are still being very nice!)

    Else to be honest, even consider smoke signals or carrier pigeons!! I've spent more hours in store than i have in work recently. They store made a mistake, and admitted that (I like honesty) but the process to cancel a contract that @o2 made a mistake on is ridiculous.

    @Snaipes1889 @O2 If uour not happy then retweet complaint and add BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags, only way they going to listen and maybe fix the awful network

    @jessklingelfuss @ThreeUKSupport @O2 It’s awful all over the place, in my opinion network is congested, too many phone companies with too many devices on a substandard network. If your not happy maybe retweet complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags. Im on a mission go get them to fix it or own up!

    @O2 My connectivity with O2 is dire. I’ll have 4G or even 5G and get 2mbps speed or even time out. I’ve done a SIM swap, reset my phone & the issue is still there. I was told by your call centre that manager calls can only happen w/ a scheduled call back. It’s been 72 hours 😐

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi my dad has just taken out a new Virgin broadband contract with O2 SIM. The change over to the O2 SIM has been horrendous with appalling customer service from both companies. His Virgin phone number hasn't ported over correctly to O2 and he can't get any help.
