It’s abysmal. 2026, IT department can’t create a payment link for me to use 🙄 customer since BT Cellnet days & I’m shocked at the lack of customer service

Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.
