    @O2 hi @O2 I have been charged for to bills since December & after monthly phone calls to resolve my number I’ve had for over 20 years is unavailable! Calls never returned

    @O2 Thanks I've been checking since last week, apparently it should finally be back tomorrow, but not having a phone for 5 days without warning is very poor service

    @O2 i’ve changed iphones and the sim card is being acknowledged in my new phone however it’s not being registered to messages / facetime it’s been 24 hours how do i fix this ive reset my phone, turned it on and off, it’s been deregistered from my old phone etc

    @O2 Thanks phone not working in hospital so on a kindle will deal with this when I get out of hospital in a ton of pain right now
