@O2 tried to report fraudulent callers using your system to send 6 digit security codes out to your customers as part of password resets and customer service hung up on me twice. You don't care about the security of your customers data. Been a customer for a decade, until then.

@O2 guys I need to speak to customer service. I was on hold for over 40 mins twice yesterday afternoon and in messaging I just get an auto reply saying you are too busy and to try again later!

@O2 my number hasn’t ported over to your network fully. I have moved from Vodafone to O2 and my O2 sim has no signal. I started the process on Sunday night.

@O2 I cancelled Disney+ within the free period, today I was billed for services I did NOT want. The buffoon at your end refused to refund my money and escalate it. Sort it out or I will file complaint with the regulator 😡😡😡😡

@SteministKendra @O2 Yeah O2 are bad or at least have been recently. Vodafone are slow but at least they sort stuff out and have a good customer service team
