@jodielouiseart @O2 I have sky mobile which is the o2 network and it’s terrible as Soon as I walk out my house I have signal but no bandwidth about 1-2 mbs on 4g. Went to Portland last year on a cliff at the edge of the country 20mb on 4g but in big town in the middle of the country nothing.

@VOXI_UK The thing is Vodafone has a lot of backhaul and network over Europe, so really there shouldn't be costs, especially when the group has control over them. Thankfully @O2 Seems to offer this still. So will move at the end of my monthly plan. Thanks for the ride!

@o2 im really disappointed in the customer service levels at o2. My new phone contract has not been working and promises of call back from customer service also not happening. Thinking of returning the device and cancelling the contract.

@O2 can you issue PAC codes within your network? Your new customer deals are head and shoulders better than those for existing customers, even those of nearly 20 years, so I would like to take advantage of a new deal but keep my number. Thanks!

@O2 I have been without Internet for more than 10 days. This is for a sim card in our house modem. This problem was reported from day 1 and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. How long more do you need to resolve this issue @O2?

@tescomobile @O2 I was advised by the Tesco mobile customer services team to use the o2 website to check coverage, which is what I did in the picture above. It clearly says 4G coverage is available.
