    @O2 ringing to cancel a SIM card is absolutely awful! I had a SIM card on my account for my Nan’s use - sadly need to cancel as she passed away 2 weeks ago. Very uncaring / unsympathetic staff on phone. Ridiculous!

    @O2 I have been a customer since 2014. In my town Beccles there is no signal. I have flagged the issue and will not be paying my bill into issue is resolved. It's been terrible since the 5g switch and is getting worse. Other networks such as EE have signal.

    Hey @virginmedia @O2 over 2 weeks I’ve not been able to sign on to my app , called you up twice to try and fix it and even your staff can’t explain why , saying try again in 24hrs , what’s happening 😡

    @virginmedia is once more making life difficult. Since they joined with @O2 we can't access our account. Mum is stuck in a never ending spiral of verify your email etc etc and still can't get into her bill 😡

    @Sony @PlayStationUK had £160 charged from my @O2 account for a PSN network purchase… we don’t have a PlayStation! O2 saying they can’t do anything and your guys don’t answer
