    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

    @O2 I already know there’s an issue with a local mast and that has been an issue for weeks! Since you haven’t been providing me the service I’m still paying for price for you really ought to compensate 🙄

    @O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.

    @Mr__J_J @O2 That’s disgusting!!! I’d definitely look elsewhere that’s appalling customer service. They’ve been “fixing” a mast near me for weeks, keep giving completion dates and it’s never fixed and then they send out new alerts with new completion dates and again never fixed. I’m not asking for a complete refund just money off my bills bc why tf am I paying £73 a month for no service @O2

    @O2 This is for my son, so it would be paired with my phone but he has his own number, that all good ? If so could you tell me how to sort this out if customer services can’t please?

    @O2 it is now 3rd day with no signal in BT703HE. Still no communication about when device will return.

    @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!
