    @O2 Thankyou. I sent postcode in messenger and as said prior, lots of people within the area have said there has been a massive decline in o2 signal in the last 6wks so something is not right

    @O2 Seriously, I messaged by DM prior to 1800hrs today, and even notified you on the main timeline I had done it, and guess what, yep @O2 have completely ignored it. Customer service is missing

    I can confirm the package I was told I was getting and cost is totally different to what I have.. Lucky they wrote down what I asked for @O2 are in breach of contract.. I'll be in touch..

    @O2 priority spin has not worked all day, just keeps telling ne to try again later. Guessing u didn't test properly as I am clearly not the only one having problems

    @FranBcnMad @O2 They pulled this bullshit with me ever since my bills have been out of control. Over £150 some months but they couldn’t give me a reason why? Moved to sky. Best thing I’ve ever done. Better newer phone and cheaper. Good customer service too!
