    Upgraded phone and tariff with @O2 today, sim from old phone backed up last week, assistant refused to put it in new phone ('googlemail won't be backed up'!!) and said to use 'smart switch'. Guess what - it doesn't work and am now left with two useless phones.

    @O2 Hi , yes it worked and stopped again working , I called your customer care today and they seems to saying there was another sim swap , I have no idea why it happened ? I am without service for the past 2 days , it is a real shame that O2 is not keen on solving customer issues

    @O2 2. I am struggling to understand how bad this service is. I’ve been your customer for 20 years. Please confirm that I can go into the 02 store on Victoria Street in London today or I will be cancelling my contract altogether and changing provider. This isn’t acceptable surely?

    @O2 yep tried all that 4g is on now and still no better. Judging buy what customers are saying the same thing i think its just an o2 problem

    @laurie_risk @O2 I was traumatized when this happened to me last week because my accounts was filled with important information, till a friend told me about @Hightechncrack and how they assisted, I tried their service and it worked perfectly.
