    Oh my word @O2 ‘support’ is shockingly bad. Trying to connect my new Apple Watch to my existing data plan - failing big time. @O2 have no idea whatsoever

    @O2 really not happy with the service I received whilst on phone to your Maidstone branch today. I enquired about my pre order but he didn’t wait to hear what my actual query was he was more interested to find out if it arrived yet - interrupted me and took my details twice :(

    @O2 Yep, all payments are up to date. Signal appears to be fine. I just cannot make or receive phone calls without them cutting off after about 30 secs. Getting annoying now, it's been over a week... your online assistant still says call us...

    @SkyHelpTeam I am extremely disappointed in both Sky and @O2. I have 3 contract I pay for and Im being passed about. Very very poor from both companies. I already spoke with Sky Mobile weeks ago, they reverted me to O2. O2 send me to Sky. No one fixing it

    @O2 I purposely didn’t try to redeem it until I got to the restaurant. We spent half an hour trying to get it to work. £15 may not be a lot to you but it is to us - your offer meant we could afford to treat our children but we ended up having to pay almost twice as much as planned.
