@O2 You cant sell out when ya website is a pile of ****....how difficult was it to set up a queue system like three mobile/ticketmaster had going on? Fairly simple process in the grand scheme of things

@O2 This is why your reputation is shite. How do you manage to sell you allocation of priority tickets when service is down. Most probably to resellers at higher price so you can pocket yourself more revenue. Probably sold then even higher.. big reason why lots of people leave.

@O2 Absolutely disgraceful service today. Anyone with two brain cells could have told you how "unprecedented" the numbers would be buying tickets for Peter Kay and yet you were still woefully underprepared. I (like most people) have been trying since 9:30am only to be let down.
