    @O2 This still hasn't been resolved, think it's time I left 02 to go to another provider as £80 a month for a service that I am not receiving is simply not good enough!

    @O2 I am trying to sort out my bill / talk to payment management team. Everytime I try and ring it won't connect and the live chat has said that's the only way to get in touch with them, you see the issue there, I need to be able to ring them to sort out being able to ring...

    @O2 Thank you so much for your very important information. I have got Samsung SM-J610FN which was bought for the Tesco Mobile network. But just now I tried to use 3 mobile company's SIM card and it didn't work as the provider told me it's locked up by the recent mobile phone provider

    @O2 Hi how are you today? I’m still having problems trying to move my number to pay and go your customer service reps keep telling me that they can’t move a pay monthly number to pay as you go it’s has to be retentions. Is this true?

    @O2 @virginmedia Virgin registers flat numbers with a '/' (eg 0/1) O2 registers flat numbers with a '-' (eg 0-1) I've been a customer of both for 5 years but can't enroll to Volt due to a technicality... 😞 #disenfranchised
