Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.

Mike (@MiKe1983_) reported@O2 I am trying to pay an outstanding balance, passed security etc and got through to someone who said I couldnt pay the balance as the account wasnt in my name. We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....

Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedWell apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

Big Ed (@62BigEd) reported@kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.

тαѕнα|мєт мαє мυℓℓєя (@needymusiclover) reported@O2 The issue is that when you google the number it’s coming up as legitimate o2 insurance. The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldn’t call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as there’s different departments.

v (@matchstickstorm) reported@O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?

Scoop (@JGoldyy) reported@O2 She was on the phone for 30mins and still couldn’t resolve/reserve any on my behalf, can you just tell me if there is any left in stock with Mario bundle as it still says there is on the website yet everyday I’ve tried to buy one it STILL does the same technical issue
