    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

    @O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls

    @ntltcgracie @O2 I got straight through on the app, I didn't go on until 09:28. Seeing so many people having issues though. What is going on?! Are you through yet?

    @O2 Still not working. Tried this numerous devices and tablets . On different browsers.. its 02 issue. Get it sorted!!
