    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    @O2 hello, for 2 weeks now signal and 4g has hardly been working in Southport. My battery is drained within 5 hours because 4g is trying to find the network to connect. This is happening to a few people. Are there any works in progress? Thanks

    @O2 your phone upgrade system is as useless as almost everything else on your network. You have charged me and then your system has crashed. Worse than useless

    @danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. I’ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Won’t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. I’ve come to hate it.

    Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

    Just hung up on an offshore call centre for @O2 who wouldn't listen. She was wanting screenshots of my issues I am experiencing with the app and website and wanted to try and diagnose it. I explained it would be easier to talk to someone in the U.K. who has the @O2 app so they

    @o2 Now I am receiving threatening messages to say my account is going to be suspended, I owe additional charges and my credit rating will be affected. I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.
