    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

    @O2 Thanks phone not working in hospital so on a kindle will deal with this when I get out of hospital in a ton of pain right now

    I used to be able to use the my @o2 app easily using biometric login but ever since they joined with virgin the app is ridiculous I've tried to login TWICE and twice it's been authorised and twice it's once again telling me to login. O2 used to be so much better without virgin.

    @1stSimona @O2 Go onto it d mobile ..cheaper for exactly same contract plus customer service miles better ...been with virgin all my life but since they merged with o2 not the same ...absolute terrible me my mam.n wife left now save £24 pm between us same contracts ...mobile speed much faster

    @O2 I’m currently in Nigeria and my O2 SIM only shows “Emergency calls only.” Manual network selection also says “Selected network unavailable.” Please can you check if there’s any roaming restriction or suspension on my line?

    @O2 a week on after complaining and my complaint marked as resolved I still can not phone customer care on any of the numbers and you are now telling me I have used all of my unlimited data plan is less than 3 days 🤬🤬🤬
