@virginmedia If I had a recognised tracking number- but then contacting Royal Mail is a waste of time and effort with the strike action and backlog. I'm STILL waiting for a reply from your partners at @O2 who have all my data to check this but are SLOW to reply.

@O2 Over the phone, by email. Spoken to customer service, payment management and credit file referral team. Keeps going in circles with no action being taken to resolve the issue. Last email received was 30/11/22 saying I would be contacted by CFR 3-5 days with confirmation.

trying to get anything sorted with @O2 is like pulling teeth, waiting hours for a reply on the chat service, replying within the minute and then have to wait another hour! customer service 0/10
