    @O2 still no text messages working for nearly 6 days what a ridiculous service!!! And yes private chat on here is no help at all and no I can't try my sim in another phone any more useless ideas

    @o2 update no 2: twitter team wants to help so they sent this issue to complaints who'll respond in 5 days without actually resolving pressing my problem. I am still in the same place!!! Lesson learnt not to deal with them ever again!!

    @O2 disappointing customer service! Took 14months worth of money off me when didn’t owe a penny and when they admit their fault only want to pay back 12months! Unnecessary panic caused with a debt collection letter for money I don’t owe! No compassion for stress they caused me!
