Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Awful customer service! You won’t see a penny from me until this is solved! Look at how long they had me on the phone for!!!

I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!

Jay (@zyonuk) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Ticketmaster are the same if you want to update your number on their system, they text a code to the number registered. Which is great if you still have that number, calling customer support is the only other option!

I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it in about a minute. I'm a carer for my mum so really need my phone so it was a huge relief. Thank you again.

Sparky (@Sparkyisared) reported@SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I live not far from the ground and the signal has been very bad over the last two days for some reason. So could be an area issue. The problem people keep moaning about the masts and stop them being installed so will never improve.
