  • horseygin ginny young (@horseygin) reported

@O2 I still cant receive texts or phone calls after switching to you? Worst mistake EVER! 3 SIM cards, 3 store visits 2 very frustrating phone calls with your non uk based call centers ? Any compensation for all this stress?

  • 86bud TH (@86bud) reported

@O2 3.9% + 13.4% ‘RPI’ increase is nothing short of profiteering. Customer of 20 years and will be out first chance I get as a result.

  • only1kevcoath kev coath (@only1kevcoath) reported

So @O2 feel they can justify putting my bill up by just over 17% what is just under £6 a month but will carry on giving me shite service

  • Andy_Watt Andy Watt (@Andy_Watt) reported

@O2 I get that your responses seem like a cut & paste because they need to be signed off, but it comes across as robotic & uncaring. During a #CostOfLivingCrisis, this was an ideal opportunity to support loyal customers but @O2 instead chose to inflict the highest increase possible.

  • Mark29071823 Mark (@Mark29071823) reported

@O2 jokers everyone boycot this disgusting company worst network coverage ever and don't believe the online coverage checkers its complete lies

  • triona_keeffe Triona O'keeffe (@triona_keeffe) reported

@O2 I ‘m in India, you’ve cut off my roaming data & can’t get it fixed. Phone: “please hold for the rest of your life”. Webchat: please read these useless help pages. App: no self-serve option. been loyal to o2 for eons … time to move somewhere with a customer service ethos

@virginmedia Please show where you are clear & precise with your marketing that the rates advertised are conditional on a redundant add-on offer via a “partner” @O2 who collects the spoils but takes no accountability for the dealing with customer complaints?

  • VinceBee1019 VincentBee (@VinceBee1019) reported

@EnglandRugby @O2 Seriously beginning to think Farrell will be the 1st player to make 1000caps... His kicking has been poor and he is about as quick as Dan Cole.. Being such a pivotal player and England playing poorly for the past 3yrs... We need change sooner rather than later..has to be done.
