    What’s happening with @O2 lately? The internet seems to painfully slow in many areas also phone calls keeps dropping. Customer service been no help at all.

    Well @O2 at 14:30 yesterday I was faithfully promised “I realise you may not believe me, but your service WILL be restored within 24hrs” Nothing so far…..you have 4.5 hrs left to get your act together 🤬🤬

    @O2 You give other companies customer details so those companies can pester your customer and are paid on sales. Customer has to ‘update marketing preferences’ (opt out) to stop it.

    @O2 They know about my plan dates. They are from ‘partners’ you have given my details to without my permission. They don’t say they are from O2 they are from other companies. Very rude and pushy.

    @O2 Utterly pointless. No-one keeps their phone face down on a table or wherever, you still have to turn it over to see who has pinged you.

    @O2 I am currently in USA and I have travel bolt on. I can’t do a chat as says busy always and nothing is connecting. Friends have had issues too. I need to be in contact with home due to my special needs son. What’s going on??

    @O2 I have had a fraudulent account created in my name. How ******** does that happen? I rang 2 weeks ago when I received my 1st letter, was assured I would be sent some paperwork via email and the account and notice would be put on hold, neither has happened. 1/2
