@O2 I need the PAC code for the SIM. You have sent a verify code to the account holder, and one of of your reps called her to ensure that she granted permission for me to speak with O2 on her behalf. I am 150 miles away from her, trying to help but I can’t because of your process.

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.
