    @O2 Can you please help with my account. I don’t believe 5G is activated on my account. I have been sent 3 separate SIM cards now and all 3 do not work on 5G. I have tried a friends SIM card in my phone and 5G service appears immediately.

    @O2 I am currently in Rome Italy and have no way of accessing my data to use my phone. I’m having to use Wi-Fi only. I have gone through every conceivable action advised by your online help via the o2 app and still nothing. This is beyond frustrating. Help.

    @O2 HD4 5DZ has issues. HD9 4ET is completely down. Masts that aren't working correctly cause massive strains on the network. When are you going to fix the mast infrastructure in HD4? The issue has been on-going months and you seem to be doing nothing about it?

    Another week of absolutely atrocious network signal from @O2 app says my postcode is absolutely fine well why have I got two bars of 4g anytime I leave the Wi-Fi.

    @O2 do you have 5G in Milton Keynes, your coverage map shows it only for a small area in Wolverton? also do you support 4G calling / Volte? getting sick of having no signal at home with Three so going to come back to O2.

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Daily, repeat outages on Virgin Media internet since last week, Wednesday 20th April (zone 2 east London). Virgin Media site continues to report no issues with service (in contrast to third party service monitors). Will be switching providers very shortly if not resolved.
