    @O2 horrific customer service. I can’t access the online app to speak to someone to fix my network issues because it needs to send me a code… but I can’t receive the code because I have no network?!?!? I’m in a foreign country, alone with no network unless I find wifi

    @O2 can someone ASAP DM me. We went into Stratford and spoke to one of your pushy sales people. We never signed anything, but it was mentioned about broadband/Sky TV. We never signed anything, but the salesman too bank details (bizarre), yet had emails saying we have signed up.

    @O2 yey, an M&S treat from Blue Monday BUT via @my_prsnt which seems impossible to redeem. First link doesn't work, then need a password. Can you help please? @GreggsOfficial were easy to redeem!
