Getting annoyed now @O2 rang them due to loss of service and calls dropping my call dropped and no ones called me back!! On hold again now was on hold just now for over a hour!!! Why promise to credit an account for loss of service and not do it

@wildbill_Will @O2 o2 lagging behind as usual! Still laughable I can see London skyline from my work but barely get signal but in Norway I could half way in a 25km tunnel and on top of a mountain

absolutely shocking customer service from @O2 this evening. They've made an error which would take 30 seconds to fix (changing one incorrect letter in my surname) which can be verified by my bank details that they hold but they're insisting on me providing ID documents which will
