    @O2 So, I assume there's no possible fix for the mast that's been down in ormskirk all day? The only way to contact my partner who is ill is via mobile phone and yet I can't call or text them. Sort this out urgently ! It's a joke when there's 3 masts here apparently

    @PhilipJReynolds @O2 Had same issue with 3. Got 25 scam calls in a day. Problem is finding the source is difficult. I now send all unknown numbers to voicemail

    @davemarshall02 @O2 What are your thoughts on using insects as a protein source? Not a loaded question just interested in your view point. The western world seems to have an issue with it, but thats not the case in Asia or most of the southern hemisphere.

    @O2 absolutely appalled by your customer service! And refund that has not arrived after waiting the requested time. Customer service agent was rude at the very end.

    @O2 I'm doing absolutely nothing to cut my carbon footprint because the whole thing is bollocks. Any company that promises to commit to net zero immediately puts themselves on my personal blacklist. I will never support a company that promises to reduce people's living standards.
