@O2 What do I have to do to get help with my sons phone? Called and logged a complaint Sunday not heard a thing! Not been able to call him since himself swapped from @virginmedia on 31st March.

@virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 This is a constant joke. My wifi drops our on a regular basis with no warning or lights on the hub saying it’s down. Done all you have asked and still have issues. No service issues either!

@O2 Service is usually ok but on the train literally cuts out and it’s frustrating as I also purchased a dongle from you guys. If my phone signal is bad then most likely the dongle will be just as bad so I might as well return it

@o2 Meanwhile, I received a message through the app telling me that they have checked (citing the same webpages I looked at) and that the Channel Islands have never been part of the EU and so international charges apply...

@O2 complaint…. Priority drinks not valid in Scotland. Presume because of govt min pricing? Please remove ‘all over uk’ and arrange something alternative for Scotland customers please
