    Been trying to talk to @o2 for over a week about releasing us from a £189 early termination charge, as had no service or signal from O2 for near 2 years. No call from them. Yet today we received an enforcement notice. Awful customer service @MartinSLewis

    @jokewapo @O2 @virginmedia Mate how bad is the 02 signal up our way now! Phoned them to see if there was an issue and it's something to do with the mast

    @xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

    It's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2

    @O2 why oh why have you made it so damned difficult to login to my account now that Virgin Media are involved ! All I want to do is login to my account the old fashioned way without the need to check my email, return to the original page etc…..
