    I have received countless ‘reminders’ from @HMRCgovuk to do my tax return. I have never not submitted it before the deadline. I set aside an hour today to do it! Can I even get a bl**dy code to log-in? No, I bl**dy can’t - thanks @O2 for your sh*t network coverage in TN5 6PL

    @O2 what's going on with the service in windmill Hill Runcorn?? A 5g mast was put up the other day caught fire the same day! No signal when installing the mast no signal since it caught fire! Heard nothing about reimbursement of lost service.

    @O2, I'm on the priority app, I got my QR code for Gregg's, but when I reached the store nearby Archway station on London at 3pm, the store was closed and I was unable to use my voucher please help me, I tried calling the store too but no one was picking up.

    @O2 you are not available 24/7 on the app, it's hasn't worked for months. No queuing, apparently all your agents are always busy. Also since when did next day delivery from Friday become deliver on a Monday? Have to miss work now. Your service has fallen behind GiffGaff. POOR!
