    @O2 Any response would be nice, or appreciated as I am still waiting for one from o2. Requesting my PAC code so I can go to another network but o2 still hasn’t responded to my request but they are still taking money from my account whilst my phone is blocked

    @O2 what’s going on with the Network ? Most of the time around my home (MK43 9 and MK42 7)I can only get 3G . When I’m at work on my breaks in Luton and Crawley I can get 4G but extremely slow/ no data ? When I go to MK 1 shopping/ Leisure area I get 4G but no data !

    @O2 That is not the case at all, it has been like this through out the day. I can only use my phone when I have wifi. The lack of accountability is disappointing. I have patronised you as my provider for over 10 years. It takes a simple social media search to see there is a problem

    @O2 your service has been so terrible recently. How do I not even have calling signal. It just says “NO SERVICE” I’m currently travelling and have had to connect to wifi at a connecting station. It’s dark, I’m a woman, I need to make a call for a taxi when I reach my destination

    Such a shame @EE’s coverage is so shocking because @O2’s customer service is even WORSE. Sigh. First world problem but is it too much to ask for both?

    Anyone else having problems with @O2 when abroad? My plan is unlimited data and calls when in the US & twice now my phone has been blocked from making and receiving calls to UK numbers and I am being charged additionally for intl calls when I can make them. What is going on?
