    @O2 roaming data still doesn't work after porting to O2. Countless call to O2 didn't help.

    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it

    @O2 & @virginmedia making it as difficult as possible to settle the final bill on an account I have cancelled. App doesn't give me the option to pay. Calls go straight through to their Indian call centre. Absolutely appalling service from the worst phone company in the universe!

    @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

    @O2 what is the issue with the signal around S62 area? It has been dropping constantly for months, it’s fixed for a day or 2 then goes ago. Today I have no signal at all. Again.

    Unbelievable service from @O2 A week with no mobile service and they offer £5 compensation with no idea of when service will be resumed. Awful!

    Any idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs

    @O2 Trying to pay my bill Online, on the app and it fails as your systems are poor. Went all the way to my local store in Glasgow to be told they cannot accept a payment. #o2

    @O2 absolutely crap service! We have been without mobile service for days in NN14! Will we be getting a refund?
