@O2 I have had no service at all from this SIM card from the day it came since Tuesday approx 14:00 my EE signal went off since then I have been repeatedly told wait wait wait it’s processing no it’s not it’s only my account no it’s loads of accounts and it’s been escalated etc

@O2 The chat team are clearly not reading the conversation… they have just told me@there is nothing wrong with the network where I am…. After we established it was a sim issue. I want my old number on my new phone…. This is appalling treatment. I have been so patient till now!!!!!

@emma_esl @O2 @EE I am tied into a ridiculous 3 year contract i am not making that mistake again. I get good signal most of the time but this 3 years is not great.

@O2 No time frame. 02 has apparently been waiting a week so far for an update. Spoke to 4 different people at o2 this week but it’s only today ive been told about your network issues. I’ve moved across from EE. I was given a reduction in the monthly bill for inconvenience

@O2 Yet another day and more lies from O2. I spoke to someone yesterday who promised that they would put a discount on my account for the awful service I get from O2. Surprise Surprise its not been done and no record of it. You really are the worst network ever. 🤬

@O2 hello, hoping you can help, I ordered a new phone direct through Samsung yesterday with an O2 SIM and selected that I'd be needing to switch numbers over... It looks like that's already happened and my phone isn't due to arrive until tomorrow - please help

@O2 But I didn’t need photo ID to switch over to another network and keep the same number. Absolutely disgusted. Not everyone has photo ID and I could have confirmed when I last topped up and confirmed I had had that number for many years.
