    @O2 @giffgaff no coverage in Spalding due to "upgrade" work - may be back on 24/9/22. There is a big outage covering the centre of town. Not good enough - what about 999 etc?

    I have been without a phone for 6 days now. O2 sold me a FAULTY phone!! Evidence has been emailed (no response) I called but because my phones fault didn't show up 14 days after i brought @O2 dont want to know? Is this a money making scheme??? @MarkEvansO2 #complaint #consumerlaw

    @O2 Your customer service, wait times on the phone, non-existent online chat, lack of knowledge by the staff is absolutely shambolic , I've been with o2 20 years. You are an utter disgrace.

    @O2 I have been without phone signal for around 24 hours. Your system error site says that there are engineers working on a mast nearby. (Don't want to give exact area on tweet). Any chance of an update? It's a bit of a nuisance

    @O2 All were contacted on the customer service number provided. Can you give me any explaination as to why a contract I am one month into has been changed without contractual agreement,law or mercantile limits?

    @O2 and @Apple absolutely rubbish Selling 5G honked when you can hardly even get a 4G signal. Complete rip off both of them

    @O2 absolutely awful customer service. Still waiting for a call back from a manager after 3 weeks despite making several calls to O2 myself. O2 used to provide excellent customer service, am so disappointed in the lack of quality being provided.
