    I’ve been an @O2 customer for more than twenty years; longer than they’ve existed in fact - my contract began with BT Genie. I’ve had a tech issue with them for over six months, which they’ve promised to resolve multiple times, and haven’t. I’ve never even received a call back.

    @O2 day 11 of no handset despite multiple phone calls, live chat, visits to store, complaint raised and fraud should have been in touch yesterday but nothing! It’s beyond a joke

    @O2 Shocked with the service I’ve received. Cancelled my sim only during the cooling off period, continue to receive bills and chasers. Contact via live chat to be told everything is okay and cancelled yet still getting bills. Contact again and am told i need to call help please?

    Fraud case raised in November, raised 3 times, told it would be 30 days, 8 emails, 3 letters of complaint, many, many phone calls. @o2 still “not” written to confirm what’s happening..over 15 horrific letters threatening him. @o2 make contact and sort this please.

    @O2 is there an issue in the BB10 area? 4G non existent. Been like this for weeks and weeks 😤

    There is literally NO ADVANTAGE to being with @O2 phone network. Rubbish signal everywhere, bloody expensive, and o2 priority doesn't ever work. Jesus, get me off this ****** network! #o2 #badnetwork #runfarrunfast
