    @O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!
