    @virginmedia Hi HS, what I am worried about is general degradation of customer service. It’s already impossible to reach @O2 prepandemic and Virgin Media customer service always treats customers with contempt. I guess we will see how helpful or easy it is to reach you guys when the time comes

    @O2 Hi O2. I have Disney+ with you which we watch on a fire stick. Because of a problem with the app we are locked out (no keyboard to enter a password). Can you send me a new link to activate online so we can watch again ?

    @O2 you are an absolute nightmare to get through to. Your automated system is the worst ever. Can someone DM me so I can sort stuff out with you! You are alienating your customers with your automated systems. I want to speak to a human!!!!! #poorcustomerservice

    Well @O2 you’ve let me down for the third day running. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade yet you have: lied to me (on record), not delivered what you said you would (SLA) and now not responding to my requests. WORST service. @EE I hear you’re more reliable 😡
