    @O2 after 14 days I still have no working phone. 8 years with you, thousands paid and when you got it wrong you were not there to fix it. Over the last 2 weeks a mountain of evidence showcasing the company’s incompetence has been collected. Already picked up by the press.

    I don’t know if it’s just me but @O2 phone connection is bottom barrel and as someone who does most things alone it’s so dangerous for my phone to constantly switch to ‘E’ 🙃I call, I complain and I get ‘we’ll log an incident’ it’s time i leave fr

    @O2 when I upgraded my tariff last year I should have had a 25% emergency service discount added but I have just checked my bill and it doesn’t appear to ever have been added. How do I go about doing this?

  • askthedood KevyD (@askthedood) reported

    And there I was feeling good about moving to @O2! Trying to order additional SIM cards for my family members in my account and due to your credit check process it’s locked me for 30 days due to my SIMs order! Argh. Then, you drop my customer support call and don’t ring back!

  • zaferface Zaferface (@zaferface) reported

    @O2 can you help me?

    @O2 Service in SS6 9 area has been non existent for over a month. I escalate it, get told it's resolved a day later it's zero signal again, what's happening please?

  • mrtuition frank (@mrtuition) reported

    @O2 as the greggs app did not work this morning due to your error ( see my earlier tweet) I have missed my one opportunity to get free coffee as this was the only day I could use it. How can you help a loyal customer of yours to resolve amicably?

  • nortools James Norton (@nortools) reported

    I can’t believe how crap @o2 are. Trying to get an esim and first they have to post it to you which is mental. But they disable the physical sim immediately leaving you stranded for days despite promising not to the second time. What gives?
