    @O2 can never do anything right with their terrible customer service… POOR network services. Simple upgrade can never be done. Worst network ever.

    @O2 20 years as a customer and get treated like 👎 over a new phone. Anyone using 02 insurance beware they send you faulty handsets without genuine parts and then hang up on you when you call to see if you can upgrade early and get told to do one or pay up. Awful.

    I’m a brand new @O2 customer and already leaving them. Advise everyone to do the same! They incorrectly charged me £400 & are making me pay it this month, then wait for a refund in next months bill. Quite outrageous. Especially given the cost of living crisis affecting everyone

    Great service from @O2. Me and the Mrs out of contract, on exact same tariff and price. She gets offered a cheaper upgrade deal with the same tariff, but when I call to upgrade, that deal can’t be offered to me. Wonderful customer service! 👍🏼

    @O2 The issue is why did you say you had stock online? When you don’t? And my phone is delayed.. I don’t mind I understand there’s issues but the website should really be more up to date.

    @_rjrm @O2 I heard today - sorry we cannot call your contact number as we cannot call international numbers... you are a telecom network. They transferred my number to a broadband sim card that I never asked for. So many errors it is beyond frustrating!

    Word of warning - never use @O2 as a network ever again! An issue that has been going on for 3 months, 12 hours of sitting on their phone line. 8+ disconnects from their agents after 30 mins+ of waiting and 3 errors made by their support team. Still not resolved.
