@O2 shameful customer service, 2 months of being ignored and money not being credited despite a payment being taking twice. Two calls this weekend and no call back despite being promised. I’d hope a call back now before I escalate!

I honestly can't think of a reason other than opportunistic profiteering from UK based mobile operators. As @O2 @virginmedia has shown, it is a choice rather than a necessity. Compared to other countries mobile charges, we are overcharged in the UK. This adds to that. Poor!

@O2 1 hour 30 minutes talking to customer services about an upgrade I done online 3 weeks ago, which I still haven’t received, for them to tell me there’s nothing they can help with because apparently my order doesn’t exist, yet I have received all my legal documents via email 😡

Really bad customer service @O2, going round in circles with your multi channel approach (web, voice rec, sms, ivr) and got put through to the wrong team, the opposite of what I needed. Throwing all channels to your customers at once is not 'omni channel', its just chaotic!

@O2 Long story short, I took a 30 say rolling SIM out with you and within 6 months canceled it. You then go and register a 130 debt in my credit file. Complaint has been formally made and knowing full well you won't deal with it, I'll take it to your ADR and the ICO.
