    @O2 Cannot top up my phone due to issues with you accepting payments. Could you tweet when the problem has been fixed so I can top up my phone? It as a pain not being able to use my phone and having to try to top up every few minutes to find out when the issue has been resolved.

    @awatsy @O2 I’m having the same issue. Switch to 3G for now and data should work. Might be a 4G problem

    @Catherine_Gare @O2 Same here flagged this when it went live at midnight but no reply and still an issue. Also even when fixed think it won’t work for us as thinks we’ve clicked and been given a code already. Really need @o2 to send us a code

    Not even got any 4G signal in PO12 this morning, @o2. Jumping between H+ and E+, both with less than 50% signal strength. But apparently there's no problem with the service in this area, according to your website. What am I paying you for again?

    @O2 is there an issue with signal at SS2 5QN? For weeks we have had very poor signal in the area which never used to be an issue?
