    @kokeshimum @O2 It's terrible all over the North, O2 have got gradually worse now all the help moved abroad. After 25 yrs I'm leaving going to Movistar in Canaries.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live in Huddersfield and im on Lebara ,more than happy with my service for £6 a month. Why has it taken you 15 years to wake up and smell the coffee.

    Does anyone else have literally no service on @O2 absolutely ******* everywhere in the uk or is that just me? Sick to ******* death of paying £60 for a phone contract and never being able to use my bloody phone

    @andrevella @bencrolla @O2 I was hoping that would’ve worked for me when they came through on the 14th, but unfortunately I got the same errors. It’s abysmal. 2026, IT department can’t create a payment link for me to use 🙄 customer since BT Cellnet days & I’m shocked at the lack of customer service

    @kokeshimum @O2 02 ia completely ****, my husband barely has any signal wherever we go in the UK. I have Vodafone, marginally better.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.
