    @lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

    Hi @O2 any idea when the mast will be fixed in Herne bay so we can get some signal? I havenโ€™t been able to make calls at home for weeks now but you still expect us to pay our full phone bill. Thanks

    I'm a loyal customer of @O2 for decades with no intention to leave but with 5 SIMs in the family & a mixture of surreptitious chicanery on tariffs and annual increases I realise I'm paying a big Loyalty Penalty. O2 price discrimination blocks the advertised deal I want๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.

    @o2 anyway you can find out why your 4G & 5G signal in the RG45 area has gone from bad to shockingly bad in the last few weeks? Buffering is becoming a joke - I can make a cup of tea by the time anything loads!!

    @O2 Before I send, Iโ€™d like to know what you will do about this repeated problem. The stupid app signs you out randomly then sends you on the idiotic loop of email verification, which is hit or miss when it comes to working. Itโ€™s been like this ever since the ridiculous change

    @o2 signal from wigan hospital all the way to Standish is literally non existent. Absolutely shite.
