@jodielouiseart @O2 I’m similar. Was forced onto O2 via Virgin Media and it’s horrific since the change (Virgin was originally EE piggyback), got another 15 months or so left of my contract and I’m contemplating getting out of it early cus I can’t put up with the lack of any signal anymore!

@O2 support line experience, wait 20 minutes to get through to a human, told that making a complaint is a complicated process and you'll have to hold, be left on hold for 40 minutes (and counting) in the hope you will get board and go away, not me...I enjoy this kind of fight....

@O2 I’m so done with you guys! My contract went up in the summer & now YET AGAIN. 🤬 Why am I paying £60 for a crap service both 5G & customer service! 😡 I want to end my contract, I can’t afford it as it is. Joke of con artist company!
