    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK At least they will talk to you had a call booked with @O2 never called couldn’t be bothered 😕 think I’ll change next time although I think there nearly all as bad as each other

    @O2 worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My contract is with you yet when my phone isn’t working properly you tell me to go to @Apple if your looking for a new phone contract avoid @O2 at all costs!!!
