I moved to @O2 because of the Apple Watch 3G thing but the customer experience is beyond abysmal. How do these companies survive? Why do we put up with such dreadful customer service? Are there any UK mobile phone companies worth using? Ideally with Apple Watch support...

@O2 hi team. We cancelled our virgin media package as of 29/11. With the package was linked a SIM card. Virgin have advised that I need to cancel my SIM separately. What info do you need from me to do this? Thanks

@O2 I was. I’ve had issues with other Greggs codes too where I click to use them and it comes up with an error. I’d say I’m on about 50/50 as to whether my codes work or not 😩

Getting fed up now of @O2. Wi-Fi covers for their shocking signal no matter where I go. Don’t get anything better than 3G at home (on a 5G plan) and get to work - major international airport - and get 4G but does it work? Nope. Getting beyond a joke now.

@O2 reverting back to SIM card, until o2 sort out their support for eSIMs. Can’t transfer eSIM to new phone not supported, have to now wait for a replacement sim. You would have thought eSIMs would make life easier not hard being just digital.

@O2 Are you going to tell your customers that there is an issue in the Northwich area and it’s effecting the signal? Or are you that incompetent that you’re not even aware of that issue?
