    @HerveyBrookes @O2 Exactly. Any extra fees in this context are roaming fees by definition. And that doesn't help us EU citizens that now have to buy an additional international roaming plan when we go to the UK.

    @O2 Went into 02 store in Festival Place, Basingstoke. The assistant could not be bothered to put his own phone down. He pointed to the Samsung phones and that was it. I walked out. #fail #CustomerService

    @V00D00_D0T_exe @O2 @virginmedia Same problems I am having. Not getting the double data for my package on O2 SIM. Told it's Virgin, they say it's O2. It's a complete farce and joke, 2 mths I still trying to sort out

    @SuzanneStevens1 @O2 I had similar issues, I was recommended to @krainesupports and I got mine fixed in less than an hour, you should try em and you'll be very pleased with their services, they're fast and reliable
