Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

Very bored of my O2 signal failing regularly, but enjoy the O2 benefits so looking at getting a back up eSIM for when signal is patchy. But if satellite will be available very soon I’ll wait

You’ve even managed to get it show as a bad debt on my credit record! You sent me a letter apologising for your screw up! Now I get debt collectors and bad credit!
