    @O2 Hi. I’ve got a new sim only contract as of a week or so ago. I bought across old number. I can receive calls but when ever anyone texts me this is not delivered. I’ve tried resetting phone but does not fix it. What should I do?

    @O2 Hi I live in the CB6 area of England, I can send texts but can't receive them ,I checked O2 service status it says its aware of an issue, is this true do you know please?

    Rang @O2 to enquirer about upgrade options only to be me by an incredibly rude customer service agent who had absolutely no interest in helping or talking to me when I asked if they could get close to a @tescomobile deal. Looks like it’s time to leave after 10 years of loyalty
