    @O2 yet again I have to deal with your hateful webpage & app. Since your ill advised tie in with virgin media the whole experience is awful. If it weren’t for your coverage, I would leave immediately. Just signing in is a minefield, gave up on VAT invoice yrs ago, just the pits.

    @O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.

    @arokorol @O2 It happened to me as well in 2024 in Jerusalem with my swiss network. Revert to your network , ask to apologize and for a small refund to give back to some Israel Charity Org.

    I strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already

    @O2 your payment page still don’t work on your website. Iv seen on here others are having the same problem so why when the website was down last night for maintenance why could it not be looked in to
