    @O2 My wife (an O2 customer for over 20 years) lost her phone a few days ago and has tried to replace it but "computer says no". You won't let her buy a new phone because verification is linked to her lost phone. She is stuck in a mad loop. Please help

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.

    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 even with full signal on 4g and 5g your network is so slow you would think I was using dial up. As soon as I can im leaving your network
