    @O2 I have two sim-only plans. Both out of contract today. If I want to renew directly with O2 the price is 20% higher but if I go through a 3rd party website I can get a price match to my current price but your own service desk can’t match the prices available on third party 1/n

    Last message from @O2 was March 27th with still no call back, still no resolution and still MORE problems arising. What the hell is going on? Can't upgrade or can't get a new subscription as pending problems from O2 still blocking me from doing so.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
