Mrs C (@MrsCalvers) reportedWtf is going on @O2 I’ve sent my husband messages and he hasn’t received any of them all afternoon. Do messages have a bloody issue?
-
Fish 🐠 (@justfishmate) reported@O2 you have until Monday to respond to my complaint email, 7 days, per your own terms. After that it goes to court 👍

Lil_Missy (@Introvert_Head) reportedApparently there's an issue where I live with a mast and I've got no signal. When is this likely to be fixed?? @O2
-
Jonathan Stewart (@jonaths) reported@O2 @o2businessuk I'm not sure what's going on with you at the moment, but your customer service atm is truly shocking. All of your comms channels are broken - I'm trying to upgrade, and it's impossible to speak to anyone

MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 This CCJ is preventing me from moving house. It should never have been put against me in the first place. If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!

Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedOn the phone to @o2 and the security settings to go through both automated and to human are utterly insane. Unworkable. Cannot understand what they are saying. Stressful and confusing. We have no signal for two years and they still want exit fees!! @MartinSLewis
-
Simon Poulton (@SimonRPoulton) reportedAbsolutely horrendous treatment of my wife by @O2 . This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. Terrible customer service!

Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Website crashing - after displaying payment screen - tried on three browsers now. Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.

Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedLet’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.

Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
