    @O2 I got a new contract and this is the service I receive after hearing good things about o2. Not happy at all! This service is disgusting. I’m not left without a phone which I can’t do my job anymore losing me money. O2 you need to sort this out ASAP

    Just received an email that @O2 have teamed up with @virginmedia , which means I'll be looking for a new mobile provider as soon as possible, because Virgin Media are the absolute worst and it took me six months of arguing to be shot of the useless, incompetent arses last time.

    @O2 This week, I have been getting missed calls Several times a day from various numbers with an 07907 prefix and when I've called them back , they have no knowledge of dialling my number. Is there a fault somewhere as I'm an o2 customer.

    For most of lockdown, I would say my number of scam/ unknown number calls went right down to zero. In the last 48 hours, I've had about 20. National insurance, National Crime Agency, Chinese consulate the list goes on. What is going @O2 ?

    @O2 zero to 0.2 mbps yet again. Very very poor service. After multiple conversations still no answers or reasons given. Very very poor customer service.

    @o2 worst customer service in a long time, lose new phone by sending to wrong address. Then tell me it will be picked up and redelivered.. 7 days later still no phone and your still expecting me to wait while you chase after the courier company.
