    @O2 Absolute joke. Myself and several family members were trying repeatedly all day to get online and the website was down. Still waiting for my code to be texted to me after entering my mobile number 92747991747 times!!! How the hell did anyone get tickets?!

    @O2 I have been a loyal o2 customer for years because i like the o2 presale and have used it for other gigs. However today you have really let yourselves down. Absolutely gutted have tried all day and got nothing!! You should have adequate systems in place to cope with the demand
