    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2–3 weeks. It was slow before, but now it’s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?

    Hi @O2 - can you explain how with the tens of millions of pounds you charge customers a month, I still struggle for 4G signal in Hampshire?? Yet, when in the middle of a game reserve in South Africa, I manage full on 5G signal with no interruptions??

    @O2 Can you just send me a new sim. I'm in touch with what seems like fake accounts. I don't need to login to my desktop. Just put a sim in the post. Ive already lost a day. It's 07789766581. I've paid you £100s for years. Just sort a brother out. It 8 Stephens Court, 82 Endwell Road London SE4 2DP. This is my l address. You probably have one in Hammersmith or Ealing or Earls Court.     @O2 8 letters all the same telling me about my complaint .that never mentioned the origonal complaint arrived all at once .you must spend a fortune on ink and paper

    @virginmedia internets down again. The reliability of this MULTI BILLION pound business is crazy. Im super glad they’ve partnered up with my network provider @O2 who are also just as unreliable. My decisions as an adult are awfully bad.
