    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis

    @O2 apple pay isn’t working on the app to make a payment and lots of other people seem to be having an issue.

    @O2 why can't I DM you? I've got terrible connectivity this weekend (in the Gretna area), is there maintenance going on? I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

    @o2 3 customers lost due to your absolutely shocking customer service and prices ,good riddance , no mobile for over a week ,my mrs no mobile for 2 weeks (no compensation offered), my mam getting charged £13 for a toy fone , we are saving £24 pm between us for the same contracts
