    @O2 do you have issues around Bournemouth in and around the beach area and up to 600 metres inland? Getting E and H outdoors and occasionally 4G. However, data is so poor it's not usable on any connection! As a customer I'm not very impressed at all.

    @O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

    @O2 Ok, I cannot check service when I’m driving, A5 and M42 are main roads, similar places every time, surely you know where your own network is poor and what are you doing to address it?

    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    @O2 @_southhh Same here. I'm experiencing the same issue, haven't had signal for days now. Because its my main number, I am now locked out of many things requiring security checks (bank etc...) via sms. The fact that you are not even willing to give a ETA is crazy. This is totally unacceptable

    @O2 i have been on hold to your customer services number for 45 mins now! Trying to resolve the fact that my nee service hasn’t yet been in use and its almost 2 weeks since I took the contract! Looks like I will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere !

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    @O2 HELP please - for 2 1/2 days no calls in or out, only data. Now data has stopped so no calls no data. If you have an issue why would you even attempt a Sim swap - old one would have worked fine until you sorted your issues, just not 5G.... Grrr Reply with real info pls

    @O2 your sim services are still down? I upgraded my phone and have texts and Internet but I don't have calls, I need the calls ready for my job, do you have any idea what is going on please? what time frame we are looking at here?
