@Karrisbella @O2 @O2 Currently have a 343 minute wait on live chat because the first person couldn’t deal with the enquiry and has transferred knowing full well they’ll be closed by the time I get through, been on hold an hour trying to speak to someone AGAIN!!!!! Absolutely appalling service

Experience from two huge companies today with regards to my iPad 16 which has experienced a hardware problem within just a month of having the product. @O2 was not a great one. I went in and the assistant kept going into the back to ask manager questions based on my answers.

@O2 what are you playing at?You have been charging my 78 year old father for two mobile phone contracts instead of one for the last 2 years. He’s 50% blind, with only one leg and you have just told him to walk 4 miles into town to cancel his contract instore! Really? Really?

@O2 without doubt the most shambolic and shameful upgrade process. Ordered paid and new phone set up, transferred mobile service and nothing works 2 days on with chat and CS and now in store and they can’t sort it Beyond terrible

.@O2 customer service is absolutely disgusting, I paid my bill TEN days ago and the money has come out of my account yet they’ve restricted my calls and are saying I haven’t paid it, the bank have said I’ve paid and it shows ON my bank that I’ve paid.
