    @O2 4 days & counting. My number was meant to move over on Wed. Old number and sim have been inactive since Wed & when called I get an O2 voicemail. Just keep being told to wait 24hours. Frustrated beyond! Regretting my decision to come to O2, customer help is shocking!

    @O2 Virgin media has by far the worst customer care ever, cancelled the tv and they still charged for 2 months and took 3 months for refund.

    @O2 Couldn't give a **** about Miley Cyrus. I pay you for a phone signal and you can't provide that. Can't be bothered to answer messages or the phone and lie to me via text message.
