    @englishdolly @O2 There crap..I was same as you...left for i.d mobile...same package £8 cheaper ! ..my wife and mam have left o2 as well £24 saving between us for exactly same package,s ..do it ..leave them , there the worst company I've ever dealt with ..terrible

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

    @o2 you have left me no choice but to raise the fact you have not paid my refund or fixed the issue, the refund is for, to the ombudsman! You've had enough chances but fail at every step ffs. **** company and **** staff! #evidenceforombudsman

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.
