    @O2 the worst service & customer service I have been receiving for the last few months - just being fobbed off - not getting a service that I’m expected to pay for NO ANSWERS!!!!!

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am having issues with it as well. They ask the same dumb questions when it's a problem with the app.

    @O2 I'm trying to sign up for a SIM card online but when it goes to verify my identity with my card it doesn't work. I've used both my cards but they're not working

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Mobile phone companies don’t worry about signal anymore it’s all about the Gs! Whether you get 4G or 5G

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.
