    @O2 I made it clear to the girl that was helping me what had happened and that we could no longer access it at all. She said she couldn’t help me anymore so that was that. This is why I have contacted you. You sent me a link to log in online originally. Can you not do that again?

    @O2 There is an ongoing issue with a cell site which serves my home postcode - happy to DM the details - been reporting this for more than 12 months - now the cell site is not handing over when I leave home. Seems to be only UMTS serving my postcode?

    @O2 I have had no phone for 3.5 weeks now. Made several calls to customer service to no avail! I have spent a total of 11 hours trying to resolve this! What else can I do?
