    @O2 signal has been showing as “E” alllll day. Barely get signal as it is - I pay nearly £40 for my plan yet have to be connected to WiFi to use my phone 👺

    @O2 hi @O2 I have been charged for to bills since December & after monthly phone calls to resolve my number I’ve had for over 20 years is unavailable! Calls never returned

    @O2 customer service is awful staff poorly trained and up to one hour and thirty minutes just to upgrade if you’re an existing customer go to a new provider

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.
