    My saga with @o2 just gets better and better. Raise a complaint and asked to be contacted by email, receive an acknowledgement of my preference… So what do they do, try calling me instead. Getting sick of it now.

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @O2 can see the trouble @O2 customers are experiencing but she was just reading, parrot fashion, that she could diagnose it. Have a look at the issues people have wrote on here @O2 and you will realise it's not me !! 😡😡

    Not only does @O2 advertise items falsely, when. You complain they don't even have the decency to have a person deal with the complaint, how far this company has fallen in standards is unreal!
