    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @O2 trying to use the o2 kids eat free harvester offer and I just activated the voucher and it’s saying it’s declined? Any reason why? Three people who all have O2 priority are having the same issue.

    @O2 @PiersZ Still waiting to know how I am supposed to contact O2 without service or another line to use? SORT THIS OUT! I CANNOT RECEIVE TEXTS ABOUT JOB APPLICATIONS OR HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS!!!!

    Seriously @O2, no support for eSIM Quick Transfer on iPhone? Why on earth would I need to physically obtain a bit of paper with a QR code on it when I could access the same QR code on a PDF or via my online account? Do you even know what the e in eSIM stands for? Unimpressed.

    Fraud prevention is shocking with @O2 Do not get a contract with them. No protection, no help just a dent in the credit score. That's all you get.

    @ItsSpeltWithAC @O2 @ThreeUK He told us it depends if it is a software glitch or a hardware issue. If its a software the OS replacement may work. We couldn't get another appointment with apple until Tuesday so back with them so they can replace the phone (hopefully). Its only 3 mnth old.

    @CannyAuldGyruum @O2 @ThreeUK I've just made a Genius Bar appointment myself hoping they might be able to fix the issue. Doesn't sound promising now.
