    @O2 Reception in our area GL54 is appalling with only an E service available all to often You dismiss our feedback saying there is no problem when clearly there is . Stop ignoring the problem and fix it

    @virginmedia Anyone reading this I'm now being threatened with charges for not returning there router, anyone else get conned into an @O2 contract sim by virgin media fancy starting a class action via the ombudsman @O2 I've never made a single call or text yet you have debited my bank for the last 2 years

    @O2 @PeelhillLibrary Keith, I get at least one a day - it's not o2. Keep blocking, but these scammers literally buy / spoof thousands of numbers. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.

    @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently

    Just completed my first test on the Buffering Britain app. Not surprised to get a result of "no usable signal" in my house in Preston on @O2.
