    @O2 What is the exact process for a premium rate number to authenticate and pass on charges to a network provider? Surely there has to be a legally documented process when charging money, I.e. some sort of protection from companies illegally charging and fraud?

    Hey @O2 your app says network is fine where I live but I’ve no signal and nothing on Vodafone. Had power cut for 2 hours and now being told a mast has issues in beattock but you’re saying it’s ok? Please can you check again as it isn’t working here

    @O2 has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered!! It’s absolutely ridiculous I’ve had to ring 7 TIMES! To get my phone unbared & They still can’t do it 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Internet is down so try to rely on my mobile signal but getting a grand total of 0.34mb upload and less than 1mb download in a large town, with 4G? How does that even work @O2, been going on weeks.

    @George_Nunn @O2 Their website says "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it."
