    . @O2 hi I lost my phone a few days ago. Was delighted to receive my new SIM card on Christmas Eve however because I don’t have my old SIM card it is impossible to activate it ? Surely you should have an automated service to do this if your staff have all gone home .

    @O2 It’s not frustrating I didn’t say it was I stated basically it’s not ethical practice, how can you charge someone for use of the product when the product hasn’t been delivered and you can’t use it. I will look to cancel under the 14 day period

    @O2 I tried to swap it over from the other phone number on the account and now it won’t let me activate it at all, no clear instructions on the website even if it is my own fault😩will call into store to get yet another new SIM. Thanks for your help anyway.
