    Worse service and customer service ever. They charge me incorrectly by £465, I want to complain and its been 7 working days and no ones contacted me. I have no service!!!! Can't ring or use my data. They said they'll call within 5 days max. Shameful. Hate @O2

    @O2 just to let you know, the O2Priority app didn’t load yesterday when I was in Caffè Nero’s so I couldn’t redeem my free coffee. Other people also had the same issue.

    Hi @O2. Had a message saying the network thinks I'm in Europe (as opposed to UK) and that - if I don't stop using the data/minutes - I'll be charged extra. I'm absolutely still in UK. Not left the country in a year - for obvious reasons! Any ideas why this is happening?
