    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days

    @O2 my classic PAYG SIM appears to have stopped working. It has £13 credit so that's not the issue. Your chat told me to phone O2 from my non functioning SIM.

    @JeffArnoldX @O2 I’m the same been a loyal customer for 15 years and they can’t offer me a decent sim only contract to stay with them, yet can new customers get offered far better deals and they won’t match it

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more
