@O2 Not much - I answered and they said something like "Hi we have a new offer for you from O2" and I said "I'm not an O2 customer - how did you get my number?" at which point they hung up.

@rutty_uk @O2 Five minutes later, I called the number for prospective new customers and the adviser answered so quickly that I got a fright. Sky are the same. Prioritising new sales over service to existing customers.

Well O2 have redirected my calls 3 times in 1 week even tho my bill is paid in full !! I was assured it wouldn’t happen again when I contacted them after the 1st & 2nd times 😡😡 I have a little baby and my mobile is my only way to contact anyone should I have an emergency! @O2

@caledoniaman @O2 I ditched them a few years ago when I went into our local O2 store with a printed upgrade offer from Carphone Warehouse. They couldn’t/wouldn’t match it - can’t even beat their own franchised network deals :/
