    @O2 Hey O2. I dm'd you yesterday and spent an hour waiting on the phone before getting cut off. How is anyone expected to get through to you. I am not an O2 customer but seem to have an account set up in my name and address and I URGENTLY need this resolved

    @O2 No I won’t refrain from swearing at you, when you sort out your company and actually deal with the issues then I will, you’ve tried to hide this fact that you have technical issues which shows you don’t give a damn about customers, as soon as you have these technical issues,

    @O2 another 45 mins wasted on the phone, trying to get through to your customer services for the 9th time regarding the same issue. Poor customer service and average coverage in my area 💩💩

    @O2 Online last Thursday, i gave you the PAC code when I ordered my o2 SIM card. It arrived yesterday and it is in my phone but my old phone number is not working

    Moved to @O2 a week ago and really impressed by how extraordinarily bad they are Multiple calls, hours spent with the online bot and in the phone queue, and the sim card has not been activated yet

    @O2 I have tried contacting you several times about my appalling upgrade the phone is in worst condition than my current one. I am being ignored and this is not acceptable . Can someone contact me regarding this, I will uploads photo evidence if needed
