@O2 @VMO2News Well signal is not to flash in folkestone, but yes mainly driving down the motorway. I can tell the person on the other line I'm going to drop out in a sec and have to call em back 4 spots that I know I drop out completely but very weak the rest of the way

@SteveyAsp @O2 LOL I’m not surprised. I am surprised they reinstated it, they were complete idiots when I worked for them 11 years ago and it’s sad to see they’re still the worst UK network by a country mile. In total I’ve attempted 6 calls to them and only had 1 person who actually gave a damn

@O2 I don't have access to a phone to call which is why I'm trying to contact via the webchat. I'm trying to upgrade to get a new handset, but I need to verify who I am with a text confirmation which I can't confirm because my phone is broken.

@O2 dreadful customer service, fraud team never contact you I've been waiting 42 days, quick enough to send me 8 debt letters though!! 2 complaints put in told response within 5 days again no one gets back to you. DM tell you how sorry they are they'll esculate it still waiting

@jeanfrance9 @O2 This has nothing to do with the phone.. This is to do with the sim cards pin code.. You have entered the pin in 3 times incorrectly and therefore need the PUK code from whichever network the sim is from.
