@O2 new iPhone 13 delivered Friday set up just over 24 hours ago but I’ve noticed it occasionally has black lines that flash on the screen when in use. I don’t particularly want to leave it if it’s faulty and it get worse further down the line.

@O2 been on the phone an hour went through to the right department but he’s passed me through to customer services anyway!! Absolutely shocking !!!

@O2 as per usual shocking customer service takes a ridiculous amount of attempts to get through the automated system to then end up in the wrong department get transferred on hold for over 45 minutes and they cut you off try again as the automated system just doesn't work!!

@O2 just wanted to let you know your service and signal is the worst. Struggle to download anything if not on Wi-Fi. 4G 5G it doesn’t matter O2 is horrendous. Back to @EE I think atleast there you get the service you pay for
