    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    @O2 You're a waste of space 8 different payment methods each one rejected on your website/ App. Its only £1.00 verification You absolute disgraceful waste of space. This is how you treat customers that have been with you for over 20 yrs. @Ofcom

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    @AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 Shame it's not capped for Kenners though. Either way MS15 isn't the problem at all here. Tom Curry must be praying for death or the beach and Ford probably needs a break also.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
