    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.

    @O2 @GooglePlay How can one obtain the correlation ID for transactions that are fraudulent? I am tired of being based between the customer support of both, with neither providing actual support. It’s completely unacceptable.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.

    @Char_Tutton @AmazonUK Yes I can. @O2 They left me without a working phone for 2 months. Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them
