    @O2 Yet you take the monthly bills but not fixing the problem. I bought the phone with 5g and it only does 4g it's a joke and I can't get a signal even with 4g..

    I know I’m biased since I work for a competitor but I can’t believe that what @virginmedia and @o2 are doing is legal. Worst telco in history (except they’re two completely independently operating businesses pretending to be a telco)

    @O2 Yes, it's been happening randomly and I assumed it was a drop in network. There are forum posts online saying you arent really believing people, including calls to yourselves cutting off after 14.28!

    Hi @O2 why are your outbound calls cutting off after exactly 14 minutes & 28 seconds? I've rebooted my device and still happeneing. I got cut off twice this morning queueing for a drs appt and missed out thanks to this. This seems to be happening to loads of customers. help!

    @lovesid1 @O2 O2 need to take responsibility for their resellers,they know full well that hundreds of people have been conned,it seems they are colluding with BMD. How can 02 try to recover money from people who cancel their DDs when 02 claim that they don’t have a contract with them?
