@O2 Day 108 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 Just learning this …… I just moved 2 sims from BT to o2 ….. What a mistake as the signal is like perma bad for no reason really as I have good bars showing… How hard is it to move providers after just taking out contracts I wonder 🤔

@IVP_SUCKS @nathan06320834 @O2 Maybe it functions the same way as broadband if someone is on the same channel as yours it can slow things down .

@O2 you customer service line is very unhelpful. Been passed round 5 different people this morning. I’m not even a customer of yours. Only calling because @virginmedia have fraudulently set me up with a SIM card I declined
