    My postcode BR1 5BJ shows 5G+ good coverage yet I get 4G only. I pay 5G so you are in breach of contract for failing to deliver service I signed up for. Please fix this. @O2

    @joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Brilliant. Now they are spamming me with calls, presumably cos I said I was leaving. Not good enough O2 I can't face another call with someone who I can't understand bullshitting me. I left Now for the same issue. Overpriced and poor service

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?
