    The only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.

    @andrejpwalker @O2 I was with O2 for years and due to all the issues, I changed last year to Smarty..... Best thing I did 👍

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 So do I! I'll be leaving O2 once my contract is up. Too expensive and my phone is useless most of the time because of the lack of signal.

    Looking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?

    @o2 why has your app got so terrible. Apple Pay now times out and does not work, the save card option does not save the card. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    @O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!
