    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

    @O2 over 6 weeks since you locked myO2 account and you still haven't resolved it! Formal complaint sent but no response to that either!

    @waynetuckwell @O2 Luckily, they send me a text just before they cut off all my 7 lines threatening legal action Inc debt recovery, I use the link in the email to pay all in one go. It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄

    @O2 I am SICK of your customer service. Ever since you merged with Virgin. I get the same issue over and over trying to use the MyO2 app. AND this tweet will just be ignored.

    @O2 Absolutely hate signing in now with @virginmedia and @O2 Change it back, it's awful and so problematic. Bunch of garbage. Makes me hate the whole thing now Fire your developers
