    @O2 Well we will say 95% off the Lake District, I’m pleased I wasn’t relying on the service for directions god knows where we would of ended up,shocking signal/service, so pleased I took my @ThreeUK home broadband with me,fantastic signal on our campsite the kids were well happy.

    @O2 Yes, can make calls and texts. No issues, only cant use internet at all. In fact it doesn’t even show that 3G/4G Availability.

    @O2 what's going on in the Stockton on tees area? 4g coverage has been shocking for weeks. Phones says I've 4g signal but constant hit and miss. Thanks.

    @katelallyx Circumstances resulted in me using a Samsung , absolutely hate it, so thankfully back on my iPhone. If you’re happy with your current phone go contract free, @giffgaff are amazing they operate on the @O2 network, I pay £15 a month.

    @O2 is there any reason why me and the wife both lost all signal in kilnsea this weekend after having 4g for 3 days? This has happened a couple of times now

    Is it ok for o2 to effectively can cancel a contract without reason, permission, authorisation, discussion or agreement and leave a long term loyal customer will no phone access hindering my ability to do my work and not do anything to resolve the issue?? @MarkEvansO2 @O2

    @O2 So activating my sim seems to involve receiving a code by text. How do I receive that when I have no phone signal?
