The company is gaslighting customers and I for one have had enough. Switching providers asap.

Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.
