    Have to say I'm disappointed that @OctopusEnergy have gone the same way as @O2 from giving a guaranteed free treat every week to now only a possibility if you're lucky. 7 weeks in with O2 and not a thing. First week with Octopus and you guessed it..nothing. Sad times, no coffee.

    @O2 dealt with some truly awful members of your team today trying to now make a formal complaint via email and get my phone back and no one will give me an email address please sort this out asap

    @codyhaine91 @O2 That's madness! There's a communications ombudsman by the way. Get the complaint started. I had went through something similar with Three Mobile. Had it all sorted and watch contract paid off in full as redress.

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage
