    @O2 hi - you took an unauthorised payment from me on Monday of this week and, despite 2 complaint emails, 3 phone calls and 3 failed promises for a manager to call me back, nothing has been done! Disgraceful behaviour! If not resolved promptly, I will take this to @OmbudServices

    @O2 I’ve turned my phone off and on also I’ve got the latest software. I can use my data perfectly but Just having trouble calling and Texting

    Twice now I’ve had to email @O2 regarding my phone I sent to be recycled. Was promised my issue would be resolved within 48 hours. 9 days later and still waiting to hear from them again regarding my phone they have ‘lost’.

    @virginmedia Yes, I would like to believe that someone competent is handling this issue now. I now have a reference number and date of delivery for the order. But extremely poor service from Virgin Media! I had no issues getting VOLT offers processed from @O2!

    .@O2 Just spoken to a customer service advisor who has confirmed that your supposed Volt benefit of increased data can only be achieved by giving up other more important benefits. At best misleading and very poor customer service and advertising.

    @O2 It's happening in the two main places I need my phone at work and at home. The o2 coverage checker claims that I should get a decent signal but never happens

    @O2 My concern is that I only have to weeks to accept the phone and contract which will be meaningless if it doesn’t arrive for 4 weeks. Can you see the problem?
