@O2 My partner called today and the insurance team weren't much help but I have now been emailed a claims form though along with an email from them saying they've been waiting for us to contact! (Unsure if it's automated) but this isn't good enough. I will be emailing a complaint in.

@O2 If you are experience an unusually high volume of calls for 12 hours a day for the last five years, it's no longer unusual. Employ more people, as your service has gone absolute dreadful.

@O2 Hi, My sim card was apparently posted on Saturday and I haven’t received it I need a sim card urgently as now my network has been disconnected as you have my PAC code and I have no service now

@O2 It is NOT an issue with my sim or my phone, please don’t try fob off the issue. O2 coverage is shocking. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and never known anything like it, takes a quick scroll through twitter to see how many people feel the same!!

@O2 what am absolute **** show of a company you guys are, won't answer my calls, won't answer my chat support. I have no signal for calls and no 4g. Will be advising all not to take out an o2 contractor in future

@O2 so disappointed in your customer service and behaviour. I was swindled into a new contract today without the full details explained to me despite being a loyal customer of over 16 years. Only for a follow-up call to say there was nothing more they could do. Avoid at all costs
