    @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    @O2 @O2 i already sent formal complaints by email to the access team and the arena, over a week ago, and they never replied.

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am experiencing the same issues. I don't know why @O2 have to constantly ask separate individuals what they are experiencing when multiple people are experiencing the same problem !

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

    @O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.
