    Your complaint system is not fit for purpose! Your online complaint form does not work, it just gives a generic error message (this is not new, it's been the case for at least 2 months) and the complaint email address just bounces back. #disgusting @O2

    @O2 It’s not a great look when your customer service representative questions my honesty. I’m very pleased that I no longer have to deal with them.

    The 5G signal on @O2 is so terrible man, barely ever works or loads, had this issue on both iPhone and Samsung, getting rather annoying
