    New iPhone day. Leaving @EE due to poor customer relations and ridiculous roaming charges. @O2 mobile offered a great deal, and also allow 20gb of data abroad before introducing charges. Very fair I would say.

    @O2 hello, I’ve just payed my recent phone bill & I added a package on that being Amazon Prime and I was told I could cancel after 6 months & a year later I’ve realised I don’t use it so how can I go about cancelling my subscription?

    Only I could cancel my phone contract and be cut off from @O2 without making sure I get my PAC code first. I told you, I told you I hate all of this. 😩

    If you have a phone STILL under warranty with @O2 but there’s a fault with the speaker which has been proved by @Apple that is unfixable. O2 won’t change it! Can’t wait to leave your network, customer service is pathetic.

    @o2 how do I cancel an order? You are still showing an item as in stick for next day delivery but are emailing me telling me it isn’t. You offer no means of tracking an order or speaking to someone

    Can not wait to finish this contact with @o2 pay near enough £80 a month for my 3G to never ever work. Always hotspotting - absolute jokers
