    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

    @O2 your phone coverage is absolutely diabolical!!! Sat in Bristol airport and have 4g and it’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Pay for a 5g service and get nothing anywhere. Shambolic. #nO2

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

    @O2 STILL charging me for a phone contract that I finished payments for in December 2025. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.
