    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    Where's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 my data has not worked for 2 days and I don’t know why. Your app never works. I’ve turned it all off and on and you asked me to DM but you have not helped in any way. Why has my 4G not been working!!????

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @O2 You’ve just lost a customer of 7 years. I’ve had no mobile data for nearly 5 days and was told I’d need to wait up to 7 working days just for someone to investigate it. Really disappointing customer service and unreliable coverage.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today
