    @O2 I’m an unhappy new customer from BT, as I have been unable to transfer old number as online form hasn’t worked and I am cut off when I phone. Please help ASAP.

    If I didn’t have a year left on my phone contract I’d move back to @EE as @O2 coverage is terrible

    @Macky24 @O2 That’s awful! There should be a priority line for those calls! I hope you managed to get it sorted and sorry for your loss 💔 I chatted them if that helps if you still haven’t got through. I didn’t upgrade. I moved to another provider.

    @DisneyPlusUK How can I get in contact with someone to help me??? I am an @O2 customer with 6mths free... However the codes they sent me failed. They say they can’t help & need to speak to you guys. Can someone please help??? Otherwise I’m going to be charged!😡 #CustomerService

    @O2 went to caffe nero, they told me my o2 priority moments code didn't work, went to another caffe nero in Leicester city centre, code worked, something wrong with the till at that Caffe nero, not happy with the service provided, staff should have better training
