    @O2 Hi O2. Could someone please ask the Complaints Team to review complaint reference C-2805267674? The complaint was acknowledged on 29 May with a 28-day investigation timeframe, but I've not yet received a substantive response despite following up by email. Thanks.

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    Trying to pay off my contract early with @O2 so I can go to another company that doesn’t bleed me dry and they hit me with a limit of how much I can pay!! That’s a little rude 02 😩

    @O2 Hi the service in the Slough area is horrendous at the moment. Everyone that I know on O2 is experiencing probs. Signal going and calls just dropping constantly

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.
