    @O2 Yes I’ve done that several times over the last couple of months. I’ve gone from full signal to none of 1 or 2 bars and calls not connecting or dropping all the time

    @O2 Ive been a victim of fraud that taken you 8 months to fix. Ive tried to cancel my contract multiple times to which im told im atill in a contract (this was signed by fraudster!). You have blocked my account. Ive tried to ring multiple times to no avail as I am abroad

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
