    @O2 cheers for knocking all signal off near me today. Planned works yet you never tell people in advance. I have loads I need to get done today, and can’t use my personal or work phone. Absolute morons.

    spoke to @O2 as no signal on phone… their response… fixing a near mast that’ll take them another week… i hope their calls are recorded as this doesn’t seem right

    @O2 the worst customer service support I have ever experienced, live chat that keeps kicking me out with 40 mins wait times, phone line that says they are not open and to call between 8am and 8pm when they are open!! Already waiting for free gift for 2 months and multiple calls
