@O2 in the past 24hrs I have had 6 phone calls from O2 ringing me about a customer upgrade/promotion. 1. I haven’t been an O2 customer for over 3 years! 2. I’ve been woken up from trying to sleep for a night shift … I am really not impressed

@O2 The customer service at your Teesside park store is beyond a joke. Been in twice over the past few weeks and have walked out angry both times. They genuinely couldn't give a toss about their customers.

@VirginMedia down in North Norwich. Loads of customers paying fat monthly fees pulling their hair out trying to watch World Cup. On @O2 mobile tethered, even that is popping in and out of 3G & 4G. Y'know the government are stressing us all out? Do you literally have to join in?

@O2 You say that but been crap for years! Your customer service getting worse too!! I bought fone 5g capabilities which last few days I've had to turn OFF 5g I'm actually going to not pay my bill

No longer understand the value of being an @O2 priority member, waited almost 5 hours in a queue yet the tickets were sold out. Very poor user experience, why not tell your customer the ticket are sold out?
