    I recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

    @O2 absolutely useless. paid for my rolling plan 3 days ago. it still hasn’t updated and now I have no data, impossible to get through to their customer service

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time

    @O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

    @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong
