    @O2 Been getting calls from strange numbers. 7 in 24 hrs. Strange thing is they're all the same as my number except the last 3 numbers. Tried calling you but only help offered was to change number as she didn't know what to do. Can you help?

    @O2 hey again - my phone has arrived faulty @dhlexpressuk posted it through the letterbox which has more then likely caused the issue..

    @O2 phoned yesterday sorted my payment out said it would be paid on the 4th customer service said that's fine just checked my phone and I've been cut off .... brilliant

    Great service from @O2. I called to explain I can’t pay my bill until the DWP sorts out my payments. They were very understanding & put my account on hold until then. I ended up chatting with the adviser about his Dad who went through COVID too. It all felt humane & empathetic.
