    @O2 I have also spoken to customer service who told me to contact Disney, who then told me they are aware of the problem, and I need an activation code from O2. The offer ends at midnight so I hope it can be resolved on time?

    @O2 after contacting O2 reguarly regarding signal issues in TA8 1ET (Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, United Kingdom) they've told me they're isn't and has NOT been an issue in our area. yet come to find out YES there is an issue and an O2 mast has been down in our area for 6+ months

    @O2 Yes it affects calls but the absence of data signal is very frustrating, particularly as the service used to be very good.
