    @O2 @O2 @O2 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Awful customer service! You won’t see a penny from me until this is solved! Look at how long they had me on the phone for!!!

    @O2 why is it no matter where I am in the uk there’s always a problem with streaming or phone signal! You’re supposed to be the best coverage out there but it’s a daily occurrence

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    If your phone doesn’t ring and can’t send messages because of zero signal for two years. When you want to leave should you pay the “early exit fee” ?? @MartinSLewis ? Because trying to talk to @O2 about it is made extremely stressful by their “system”.

    @O2 @Marty201023 Is anyone at @o2 awake? No customer service at all. Literally the worse network. I had a problem with Three and it was dealt with in 10 mins on their Live Chat.
