Oh how I wished I stayed with @VodafoneUK never once had an issue with signal vaa dropping, @O2 are absolutely dreadful... 4 months of hell.

It’s actually laughable how much of a joke @O2 is. Quick enough to take money but as soon as there’s an issue they drag their heels to fix it. Fraud obviously isn’t serious enough to deal with a complaint quick enough. 23/08/22 and still no further.

@doom__daze @O2 Honestly I'd never had an issue with them before and if I had a small issue customer service were great, this time I just got passed department to department each person saying the last didn't do their jobs

@O2 my Mum is trying to an transfer of ownership and customer services said that they couldn’t help her because they are in South Africa and agent that she spoke to was really rude to her.
