@O2 @CeliaT53196321 @virginmedia I signed up for your broadband a few months ago and your hub has caused me nothing but problems. It takes about 30 minutes à day to connect to devices. Can I exchange it for a working hub?

@mkms0618 @O2 @O2 still waiting for response to my issue. Is o2 running a scam to overcharge as I was on a £8 plan and left within the 14 day period due to terrible service. Now after 28 calls over the past 32 days to sort this issue and promised a refund I have been sent a bill for £168

@O2 Getting really fed up with this now. I wait a day for a response and you haven't addressed my main concerns. I'm being charged for a SIM card I've not received and you've only given me 3 months Disney+ when 6 months was advertised. Can you please sort this or I'll cancel.
