@O2 disgusted with O2. Absolute bunch of incompetent clowns in customer service and apparently not a manager anywhere. I better get a call back from a manager in the next 24 hrs or I will instantly terminate my account and not pay any outstanding funds due to breach of contract

@Reynolds @O2 I try be exceedingly nice (it’s not the poor person on the end of the phone’s fault, networks are *****) but very clear. Yes I’m moving. Because I can, and I can get a better deal elsewhere. Sure, happy to stay, what can you offer me.

The @O2 4G signal in the town centre of Bournemouth is truly pathetic! For years it's been awful! I pay so much for it to be so rubbish!

Hi anyone at @O2, that’s the third time in three weeks I have had someone contacting my number stating to be from O2 and offering me 40% discount on my bill for being a great customer. All I need to do is tell them the one-time code that they get O2 to send me.

Really think it’s time to say goodbye to @O2 - signal has been getting worse at work and now at home! Are others having issues too?
