Yeo (@MissWhyOh) reported@O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.

Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
