    @O2 hey O2, I cannot login to my account, no matter what device or browser I use, I get errors, I know my password, I can login via passkey, verification works, I keep getting "too many redirects" or some error about the website configuration. PLS HELP.

    Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

    Is it worth complaining about @O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia ? Been calling for a week to fix my account, ignored in DMs, every time they've called me back they've repeated the same responses and mixed up what package I'm even on.

    Can somebody from @O2 help me, I just want to cancel my number but can’t call as I have anxiety. All of your live chat agents are slow to respond & it’s annoying & your MyO2 app isn’t user friendly at all! Seems like your service has gone downhill over the years, what a shame

    @O2 O2 really bad customer services, spend 1.5 hours a day to get through to a call centre who do not know how to logically deal with a customer #fail

    @O2 I have a new phone stuck in limbo, spent an hour on the phone yesterday to be told I'd get a call back. Haven't had that call. And have just had 2 of your helpline people hang up on me. I'd like my new phone

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service
