@O2 My signal is getting worse and worse, unable to connect to the Internet at home on my phone, I've lived at the same address for 7 years and have noticed it go downhill this year. My unlimited data is becoming pointless when I have to piggyback off WiFi instead all the time.

So just looked up @O2 personal hotspot help page and it says you have to have 3G or 4G so does that mean personal hotspots don’t work on 5G

@TheReal06563674 @O2 Bloody ridiculous for five years I ran my laptop off my phone, not once did I have a problem. Now it doesn’t pick the phone up if it’s on 5G if I turn it down to 4G then it finds the phone but won’t connect. Bloody useless

Tell you what I am having so much trouble with this new phone on @O2 now the personal hotspot isn’t working, haven’t changed any of the settings on my phone or computer and yet it won’t connect, my phone isn’t even showing in the network list
