    @vmbusiness @O2 It’s actually pretty awful. As a business, I am regretting choosing you guys and the 5G. Service blackouts are totally unacceptable.

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness @O2 I did, they couldn’t fix it and have said someone will come out tomorrow at some point, how do virgin compensate businesses for loss of work days due to lack of broadband?

    @O2 absolutely appalling service from o2 during an upgrade. Lies from customer service. No phone, no revert back to previous contract, no transcripts of calls despite 3 promises. Appalling

    @O2 I applied for an upgrade deal with mobilephonesdirect, they informed me that O2 rejected the application and your customer service team told me that it was due to the credit search. My credit score is above avg, I was not given any further detail. What else should I expect??

    @O2 phone lost reported lost, phone recovered , after few calls phone unlocked. After 6 weeks and many many many phone calls and store visits the sim is still blocked 😡😡😡 fed up of bring passed pillar to post and getting nowhere. £280 per month I spend snd this is the service.
