The best thing about o2 mobile outage in my area. No spam calls for life insurance, surveys and random spammers lol. Nice and peaceful #o2outage @O2 #nospamcallers please hurry up though and get it sorted 👍

@O2 I have been waiting for a call from Lwando as per his text he promised to call. He has been looking at my account and trying to get me answers. I need him to call today otherwise I'm raising a complaint. He is based in SA. I DM and O2 refused to help. Customers pls take note.

I'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.
