    got to love the @o2 store in Meadowhell trying to find out if a click and collect is ready, as heading that way shortly and save 2 trips, and when I call they just either dont answer or pick the phone up and then put it down :(

    @O2 (2)..I have to call again on Mon. So yet more hours wasted on hold. SO FED UP!!. You wait-bet they won't repair it on ins either. I WANT OUT OF MY CONTRACT !!!!! @samsung can you help ? My Flip Z3 not charging-phone working perfectly apart from suddenly not charging.

    2nd attempt at buying a Galaxy Watch 5 (pro) hit the same problem as 1st attempt "emergency calls only" there really doesn't seem to be a working resolution for this. Anyone out their have an ideas? #galaxywatch5pro @o2 @SamsungHelpUK

    @O2 So unlike most companies where you get to pick up your order in 30 minutes later, o2 still after 2 hours havent messaged me, me thinks you dont have the phone in stock, . come on its 2023 you should have live stock status and not just guess #fail

    @O2 I’ve just ported from O2 business to consumer. I can’t get iMessage or FaceTime to Activate. Apple advise there may be a spend cap on my SIM preventing their hidden SMS completing activation. Can you help?
