@O2 imagine you go to turn on your device only to find it does not work then when you speak to customer services they say your out of your 28day period which no one told me about. Now passed to insure team who can't do nothing so stuck with a paper weight need a manager call

@VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 Please search virgin media fraud and see how many folks have been waiting for weeks for a resolution. Virgin media sell contracts to anyone than put the burden of resolution on the customer to keep chasing. Sort it out, so useless

@O2 so got a device from O2 went to turn it on yesterday and nothing won't even take a charge now being told I had 28 days to check it which I was not advised before. Passed to two teams and the last just hangs up great service towards your customers. I need a manager call today

@O2 this is the sixth day in December that we have had no phone reception! Not in a row, just randomly coming and going. It’s getting worse…. It used to be 1-2 days/month? @MelthamMBA anyone else locally have this problem? I’ve spoken to some others who say it is.
