    Lol @O2 changed their offer for my old iPhone X from £150 to £30 as they said there was screen/button damage. I declined that & got the phone returned and there was nothing wrong with it. Sent to @Mazuma and they have given me £190 and no report of any defects. Laughable O2!

    Looks like @O2 service is down in (parts of?) East Oxford, and their website seems to be designed so as to prevent reporting network problems.
