@O2 I am absolutely appalled at o2 customer service. A member of the 'customer service' team hung up when I was trying after 6 hours on the phone to o2 over last 4 weeks to get the service I am paying for it

@O2 need to send my phone off to repair but I can't call as that's the issue, can't visit a store and I cannot use your app as it's a maze leading me in circles. Your a telecommunications company who can't even help it's customers 👍

@O2 @SamsungMobile Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

Well here we are again......... So now @virginmobile and @O2 send me a bill for a free sim I had from virginmobile. VM say blame o2, then cut me off! O2 have no conta t details. Again do not use these services! @Ofcom can someone get hold of these companies with awful service!

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Cheeky chappy Jones covers over his flaws yet again. He has been in post since 2015 and he sends a team out to kick possession away to the opposition yet again and sends one off runners into contact producing poor slow ball. Please RFU get rid. Tactically inept and clueless.
