Many councils refuse planning because of local opposition and pressure groups. In addition the forced swap out from Chinese telco equipment massively delayed expansion of the networks. UK is now 5yrs behind.

For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution

Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.

TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?
