    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @O2 Reception in our area GL54 is appalling with only an E service available all to often You dismiss our feedback saying there is no problem when clearly there is . Stop ignoring the problem and fix it

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
