    @O2 just arrived in france and my mobile data isn’t working despite it being turned on and having 4 bars of service. Why is this? I have just come back from Spain earlier this month and it was working perfectly fine.

    Spent all afternoon trying to sort @g0lad #O2 phone. If you want terrible customer service then @O2 are definitely your team. Known top up issues, no feed back to stores or customers and no available phone lines or chats #failure #CustomerService

    @O2 Terrible costumer service been disconnected for no reason and when I try contact them no one knows what to do suppose I will stay disconnected, 4 weeks now will see how much longer, this is disgusting
