@O2 I need to pay an outstanding device plan bill but the My O2 app and website literally don’t load. Totally inaccessible. When I try to pay over the phone it tells me that I don’t actually owe anything but I do. my service has been blocked for ages because of this.

@O2 just thought you should know that I have had 2 texts supposedly from o2 saying their were problems with my billing details yet there wasn't as it went out if my account a few weeks ago luckily the numbers were blocked and identified as spam.
