    Abysmal @O2 customer service. Absolutely abysmal. Made a down payment of 20 quid for £54 monthly account payment this month which hasn’t yet been recorded or recognised on online o2 account despite leaving my bank account several days ago. /1

    @O2 I need to change my PAYG tariff today, but support says I have to wait until my billing cycle ends on Sept 4th. I have zero internet and buying a bolt-on isn't viable. Can someone please help me process this tariff swap now?

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
