    Imagine it’s taken @O2 7 days to put through a refunding delaying my refund by another 7 days because people can’t do their jobs correctly. The worst customer service I’ve ever received by them

    @ExperianExperts @O2 @virginmedia Hello, I was given a “free phone” by Virgin. They told me it was a virgin mobile but that it was on the 02 network. What they actually did was open an 02 account without my permission and have started to charge me £10 per month for a phone I am not even using and do not need.
