    @O2 How crap is your MY O2 App I've been trying to upgrade my daughters phone (the contract is in my name) ALL DAMNED MORNING all I've consistently had is "oops something has gone wrong" I've had enough and after being with O2 for probably over 20 yrs I'm leaving

    Wow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?

    @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!
