    I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.

    @O2 how is it I apply a spend cap and get told I won’t get charged anything on my airtime but I still am! Especially when I have 6months free airtime! It doesn’t help I can’t get in touch with you over the phone! But thanks for sending me overdrawn with the bank!

    Have to give @O2 credit, their online support might be questionable but the three people I spoke to today on the phone in customer services were excellent. All very kind, personable and helpful and once again why I remain with o2. Good customer service is invaluable.

    After 8 years of being a loyal customer of @O2 I realised how much I was OVERPAYING. @VodafoneUK thank you for cutting my tariff by 70% & adding an extra 2GB of monthly data on top! #CustomerService
