    Dear @O2, I think the Ombudsman needs to have a chat with you about your quality of service in comparison to your ever increasing charges. I’m horrified that I have to stay with you until next year! Worst service ever. No signal, ever. Utter disgrace.

    @O2 comms ombudsman you provide after deadlock complaint doesn’t deal with you. £491 you’ve taken out my account for a FREE sim I didn’t even receive . Called loads of times to be met with ignorance and no resolution. Get me my money back

    Gone to Brighton to support my Wife in her last Brighton marathon. Can’t make a call, can’t txt and can’t use data so no tracking. @O2 must do better.

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    @O2 hi there i need help, i have an additional charge of £9.99 on my bill however it will not let me view my bill and keeps asking me to sign in with a email link which i have done multiple times however it is still not letting me view my bill.

    @O2 need some help with upgrading a contract, but the online messaging is saying that you're closed but also that your open hours are 8am-10pm???? Could you please help?

    I love how @O2 brag on their adverts about their great service yet I spend my life waiting for my ‘4G’ to work because you can’t be bothered to provide decent service. What am I paying for??

    @O2 Logging into your app is a truly horrific experience, god knows the last tiem i was able to lgon. You send me test about competition cant login, want to access my account cant login.
