    Are @O2 messing with the masts again, the connectivity in Kilmarnock is shocking, you pay enough for your contract and get crappy service, value for money I think not!

    Sorry to moan again ( no I’m not actually) but @O2 your #york service is deteriorating again to unacceptable levels. Even calls around YO1 and YO24 are failing now. Can you really not fix this issue!

    @virginmedia Spoken to them lots of times. They just say to turn phone off and on again. It's since VM went over to @o2 that the service has been bad. Read the thousands of complaints online about this.

    @O2 is it normal for people on the website chat to simply disconnect from the chat when asked to simply clarify what I get as a VM customer. Seemed he wanted to just push a sale and didn't want to answer simple questions. Very rude and unhelpful.
