    @O2 @tescomobile network been down all day and you it may not be back until Thursday. Cant even call 111. As someone who really suffers with mental this is extremely dangerous As I can not get the support if I need it.

    @O2 hi I just ordered a new phone and I put the wrong email address in the guy on the O2 line was saying he didn't want to help me cause he didn't know what he was doing and told me to go in store but I can't collect without the collection paper work please help me?

    @O2 is an absolute joke! Been having issues with my phone. Contacted them yesterday and they said they would send a new SIM out. Said nitjing about CANCELLING my current SIM. Currently without a working phone which Ive just needed in an emergency. Thanks O2!
