    @O2 what would like, O2, is for you to stop sending my address default notices for an account held by a man who doesn’t and hasn’t EVER lived here. FIFTH letter today. FIFTH phone call to O2 with NO resolution. Absolute shambles. Do I need to take legal action to make it stop?

    @O2 That's a total fob off. I need service to make calls and that basically just says I should use wifi when actually what I need is a network that works.
