    @O2 there’s been an issue with phone reception for weeks now and you still haven’t been able to get to the mast to resolve it. My calls keep dropping out and I need a phone that works! What can you do about it?

    @O2 have the worst coverage of any network provider I’ve had. I’ve literally had no service since I for the new sim. Had to get out that contract within my 14 day grace period ASAP! Back to EE lol
