    @O2 So you're just going to ignore this problem and hope it goes away? Cos I'm still having to hop from WiFi to WiFi. No 4g or 5g available anywhere in Glasgow.

    I am so freaked out at not having my phone thanks to it going missing during my recent admission to hospital that I can't sleep so have been composing an appeal to @O2 to find a solution. I am still paying for a phone I don't have & over £200 for a new one is well beyond my means

    @O2 Yes to both - still doesn't work. takes me to the app, to the right page, but simply shows that there is a sale happening, doesn't allow me to chose tickets. Believe me, I have tried many times.

    @Jamie1872____ @O2 More and more people saying the same thing, we had what looked like full signal while in Devon but like you say we struggled to make a simple phone call, even resorted to buying my son a new phone on ee so at least we had phone contact with our elderly parents.
