    all the pre-sale codes leaked and then @O2 priority shutting down and the tickets sold out in seconds but put on selling sites 2 seconds later has been the most disgusting ticket sale i’ve seen #lewiscapaldi @TicketmasterUK

    @o2 still unresolved customer complaint dating back to July 12th. Still no manager call back and complaints dept it’s non existent. Now having to email the CEO in a bid to hopefully find someone that cares enough to reply. @MarkEvansO2

    @O2 Is the Priority app/website working - no offers on either. eg website "There was a problem and we've been notified Please wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists please come back and see us soon."

    @ChallisDesigns @O2 mate thats made me more furious. its ok i got seating tickets which arent the worst but i am so upset about losing early access
