    @O2 I was a VM customer, i signed up for Volt, asked about promotions and was told to speak to O2 - O2 said wrong info talk to VM, called Vm told promotions 4 new customer only cancelled the order, got bill by o2, resolved but now have just got another 02 bill I don’t have contract!

    @O2 why do you just cut off people wanting to query their bill? Are we expected to just pay and not ask questions? Customer service across the board is atrocious, not just o2. As long as they get paid, these massive businesses do not give a $&1/

    @O2 have cut my phone off, so I cant actually call any of the numbers I need to call to discuss payment and their web chat is down Really annoyingggggg

    @O2 Nothing is working in Montenegro, even so I called few weeks ago to confirm with customer service!!!
