    @O2 so for £3 extra a month we as loyal customers can get O2 Satellite as a bolt on to stay connected in more places than ever before. So is that why I’ve heard people with connection issues? Trying to get people to buy this? Not here this is free.

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

    @O2 My Blue Mondays not working today. Press “enter now” and I get message something went wrong. Reinstalling app hasn’t helped.
