    @O2 worst customer service ever. Phone due to arrive last Friday 9th, still no sign, DHL apparently lost package (stolen ?) yet somehow I’m the one who is being treated like a nuisance

    @O2 I have and still useless. The amount of calls I've missed or couldn't dial out is unreal. Never used to be the case. Been with you since day 1.

    @O2 Hi there, it was a student discount that was supposed to last my 36 month contract. I’ve been looking into upgrading but the offers I find on your store are never in my myo2 to be able to go through with the purchase. I’m going into my local o2 shop this weekend to hopefully

    @O2 It finally started working. It was over 5 days of not being able to receive calls and text messages. 10 + calls to customers services and an email to your CEO @LutzSchueler. It only started working again after I cancelled my contract. Not impressed with the level of service #o2

    @O2 cracking service been with 02 approx 20 years still can’t put phone in married name or business name but Samantha happy to put me thru to get me PAC code to ******* - doesn’t give a fk!! Then I got Ilyaas and Craig two lovely guys who sorted everything out 🙏🏼🙏🏼
