Just heard some man losing his **** to BPD levels @O2 about all the reasons why I left them and it made me feel much better about myself and how bad an effect they had on my own sanity

@O2 I was told I could get a second line with a loyalty discount for being a customer for so long. After a couple of months the discount wasn’t applied. I called every month and it was added but then I was told there was no note of it so they wouldn’t apply it anymore...

@O2 once again blocked without any warning by o2. So fed up with the company and then they’re too busy to deal in customer service to sort it. Been with them since bt genie days, this is my last contract. Don’t give me covid excuses because that’s a cop out

@O2 Any thoughts on a resolution yet, @O2 or @MarkEvansO2? I've been a customer of yours for a decade or two, and your Customer Service has gone appallingly downhill. I'm about to sign up with one of your competitors because your response has been inadequate.
