    Anyone know how to get in contact with @O2 these days? Contract is up and want to go to a sim only deal but Google, o2 app, ChatGPT an even o2s own ai assistant cannot help. Every number I’ve found says not in use when I call.

    @cherryhugs95 O2 scam calls are common, impersonating to trick you into giving info often with fake deals or urgent threats; never share codes/PINs, hang up and call @O2 directly (202 from O2, 0344 809 0202 from others), report texts to 7726, and report fraud to Action Fraud or #O2

    @O2 Your hold times are absolutely abysmal. I received notice that you’re increasing tariff, told you I wanted to leave within 30 days; but couldn’t complete due to recent address change. Was on phone for an hour and was told someone would call me back in 7 days. Never happened.

    @O2 haven’t had any signal in my house for over 3 weeks. Was told to call customer service but I can’t as I don’t have any signal you charge the earth for tariff but yet I can’t make calls as my phones constantly on sos
