    Hi @O2. Had iPhone 12 Mini since Feb 17th &, already, battery health says 86%. Am having to put it on charge again in afternoon. I'm disabled, & need to have a phone w/ me at all times. Have O2 Insure Damage Cover. Can I make a claim?

    @O2 why is my signal so bad?? been using o2 for almost 2years now hoping it would get better, but most of the time i don't even have good enough signal to listen to music ;v

    @O2 Hi. No physical damage, no. Battery goes down to c40% by about 2pm, even w/ light use. If I'm alone & forget to put it on charge I'm potentially w/o phone when carers are away. Battery health shouldn't be at 86% after 9 months, right?

    Hey @O2 ! You won’t let me add a bolt on for data, you won’t give me my new data allowance until my bill date and you won’t answer the phone !! I’ve been without data for 3 days ! Cheers guys !! Can you help me at all ?

    @O2 for two days running I have been past your store in Great Yarmouth to see the shutter down, today I asked the shop next door why this was happening. Apparently the staff were having lunch at 3.30pm.... Is this company policy?? 😠😠
