    @O2 @O2 I live in Germany, today I paid off my device, left o2-uk, was given my PUK code, closed my o2 account and inserted my German SIM. The PUK does NOT work. Now I have a phone which I personally own and no way of using it. I need help urgently.

    I guess I’m disappointed because up till May this year I’ve found @EE customer service to be brilliant. Yet @O2 is pricing to offer a much better contract to upgrade.

    Could you please check if there is a mast down in the B44 area?? No signal whatsoever for about 5 days now in the same spots. @o2

    It’s only when @virginmedia ‘s Wi-Fi goes down do I realise how bad my @O2 coverage is even on 5G. Shockingly bad! 😩

    @O2 I am appalled as I have been a a loyal customer for many years so to be told to leave the company over a fault due to the company is very upsetting. I would like to escalate this issue as I am still without a working phone and can only make emergency calls.

    @O2 I have just got a notification about the upgrade of my contract and now the call spend limit has been removed ? Poor. Please add this back on, I am out of contract in a few months. 07885 583961. I have tried to chat online but get a message that you have no staff available !!

    @O2 Hi, thanks the response. I’ve tried the website, and when I click on to see the offers it takes me to virgin media’s website. I click on the “I’m an o2 and VM customer” option there, then it asks me to sign into o2 so I’m trapped in the cycle of signing into both sites
