    Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time

    @O2 Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Call up regarding my locked account, had this issue since 18th of March. The cheek of the lady to try and sell me an Apple Watch. 😬

    @O2 due to ongoing service issue which has caused great stress I’ve sent an email making a formal complaint and have had no acknowledgement. Who do I contact and why have I been ignored?
