    @o2 why do I have 4g or even 5g yet never get any internet at all! It's literally abysmal and I'm fed up paying a massive monthly bill for diabolical service! How can I get a discount for how awful it is?

    @virginmedia @O2 why does the 02 priority app keep crashing when I try to log in as a virgin media subscriber? Have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times plus tried logging in on the 02 desktop browser but still the same issue.

    @O2 is it standard that your customer services hang up if you don’t want to deal with customers, even hung up on your store employ, 3 calls 3 hang ups, sort it out.

    @O2 Useless, saying you’re aware of the issue doesn’t solve the problem that’s been ongoing for months. My husband has no issues using his phone here because he’s not on o2!
