    @O2 I have another phone connected to the BT / EE network which I can use on the Underground. That also doesn't show Virgin Media as a hotspot.

    @O2 customer services are disgusting. Just been spoken to like absolute ****, like I’m stupid. Won’t help me reinstate my direct debit but will be the first to start chasing me when it’s not been paid? Make it make sense.

    @O2 we have called so many times and been promised call back by a complaints manager which of course never happened. We’ve called and been hung up on twice today. Please can someone contact us so we can get stuff sorted.

    Just had a call from customer services @o2 telling me I had a 50.percent discount .pretty sure it was a scam.tried to phone o2 but 40 minute wait .be careful people
