    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.

    From recent journeys stretching from Edinburgh to Hastings it is clear the @O2 problem is not just in #york The signal strength and reliability is at an all time low. The company is gaslighting customers and I for one have had enough. Switching providers asap.

    @O2 Sort your service out so I can pay my bills, app doesn't work, direct debit hasn't been taken. Can't take it over the phone. It's been a shambles for months! Trying to pay and oh guess what, I can't and I'm about to be cut off again 🙃

    @O2 @O2 I’d love an update on the three phones I ordered yesterday that I was told would be delivered today… tried phoning the store, your support staff tried phoning the store… and the store did not answer at all! Now “hoping” they’ll be here tomorrow, or at least an update, thank
