What’s point in having a phone when you can’t open an app but you get constant notifications! Internet service on this phone is shocking and all @o2 will do is sit down and laugh because they’ve got my money! #o2

@mobile_appz Don’t even get me started! Absolutely atrocious service so far. Told me I need a new eSIM QR code to set up Apple Watch, then when I told them that’s nonsense I was dumped from the call. @O2 DMd me at half one today and still not got back to me!

@O2 ….If you try a network, discover the reception is terrible and you need to leave, do you not only have to let the network know, but must organise new provider, new sim and transfer your PAC within that 14 days? Or do you have the length of time PAC is valid?

Hey @O2 you asked me a yes/no question about the problem I’m having with my new Apple Watch Ultra at half past one this afternoon, which I answered immediately. You still haven’t got back to me. One question every four hours is terrible, what’s going on?
