    @O2 @Apple Ordered upgrade yesterday for next day delivery. Parcel hasn't reached courier yet. Rang customer services to be told "it may come tomorrow" offered to go and collect one in store but that apparently takes longer. Appalling service

    @O2 Thanks for Nothing O2 .. How can my Dad see a PAC code on a broken phone screen? How many times did my Dad tell you the screen was broken?? Your answer .. take the sim out and put it in another phone!! My Dad would IF HE HAD ANOTHER PHONE!!! 😡😡 #Bloodyuseless

    @O2 ordered new phone Thurs. Guaranteed delivery to store next day. Still no phone Mon afternoon. TERRIBLE customer service on web chat and NO ONE ever answers the phone. I appreciate the world is going to hell in a handbasket but then STOP making promises you can’t keep. Angry.

    @O2 wow your team REALLY don't want customera to leave...been trying to get through to someone to cancel a contract for FIVE hours and now all the lines are closed. Absolutely fuming.
