    Have to say I'm disappointed that @OctopusEnergy have gone the same way as @O2 from giving a guaranteed free treat every week to now only a possibility if you're lucky. 7 weeks in with O2 and not a thing. First week with Octopus and you guessed it..nothing. Sad times, no coffee.

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.
