    @O2 just decided to put a bill up 7.8% and they think that’s sound ? I signed a contract for an agreed price per month if I decide to put the price down is that ok ?

    Oh I’ve looked online and @o2 charge their customers for not actually using their phones aboard but claim that the customer has. What is it with big companies taking every penny from their loyal customers? And big cheers for the 7.8% increase on my bill from April. #timetoleaveo2

    My @O2 signal is shockingly bad in the canton area of Cardiff. Which is weird as it’s so close to the city centre 🤔 even though I had 4G, my data just wouldn’t work! I really miss @EE signal was brilliant everywhere I went, I’ll be returning very soon!
