Gavin S White (@imnotgavinwhite) reported@O2 twice I’ve phoned JUST to upgrade my sim to 5G. 1st caller was uninterested and eventually cut the call off. Second guy asked me 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my handset, after being told I’ve bought a brand new 12 Pro Max last week, he STILL pushed me to upgrade 😶 wtf?

Endless promises of call backs but every time I answer they put the phone down! Absolutely disgraceful service. I’ve been wrongly charged £1,536 but no one is willing to help! HELP!
