I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.

Larissa Pelham (@larissapelham) reported@O2 I cannot DM on X. Funeral services & family couldn’t reach my mother while preparing her husband’s funeral. Emergency services couldn’t reach her and now she’s in hospital where we can’t reach her. This has continued since 3/26. A direct number pls to speak to someone senior.

тαѕнα|мєт мαє мυℓℓєя (@needymusiclover) reported@O2 The issue is that when you google the number it’s coming up as legitimate o2 insurance. The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldn’t call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as there’s different departments.

So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.

MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!
