@O2 we are trying to get to speak to a customer service operator. Yet your stupid automatic system is just cutting us off. We need to cancel insurance that should have been cancelled months ago when a new contract was set up. What can we do??????????

@O2 Repeats and repeats and repeats. It was a number from your customer service teams put me through to. It’s the third time this has happened this week. Frankly I’m sick of **** service having been with @VodafoneUK for five years. This is not a great start is it?

@O2 Every time I ring, I get through to the payment team then as I'm talking my phone cuts out, I have wasted so much time trying to ring up but it is nearly impossible for me, you keep saying I have to ring up buy every time I do I get cut off, I'm so tired of this network!!!

@O2 Been waiting two weeks for a SIM card and it’s a no show. You say you sent me another one, great, but you have disconnected my old sim service, so now have no service on my old phone, nice one!! Do I get a refund on having no service right now?
