Very poor from @O2. Been charging me since August last year for an account/number which I was not aware existed after transferring to @EE. O2’s records show that the account lay dormant but refusing any form of refund. Any advice very much appreciated @MartinSLewis 🙏

@thegaryturrell @O2 I am getting this too @O2. Terrible customer service: nobody at O2 would even estimate a timeline for resolution🤦. I just started this contract and am in 14 day grace period, will just cancel and leave to a competing provider if not given satisfactory advice on how to resolve.

@O2 your customer service is abysmal. I've been on hold for 29 minutes now trying to give you my money (pay off my device plan) No function to do this in the app and your agents haven't a clue how to handle the query. Ridiculous.
