    What is the point in @O2 here in Exeter. Phone showing 4g and No Internet Connection is all too common. Prices go up and service continually weakens.

    @O2 I have a contract with you for my daughter's phone. She works in Guildford. Unless she has WiFi, she is uncontactable all day when she is at work. We tried a 3 SIM for 3 weeks. No issues. The coverage is not fit for purpose and I'm unwilling to spend another £ with you.

    @O2 O2 is super s*** all your mast towers have gone down in redhill which apparently will take 6 weeks to repair which means all O2 customers are going to suffer yet be forced to pay full price for their plans…also your signal is sh*t in Betchworth, Surrey. Virtually non-existent 🤬
