Jade Russell (@Jade_Russell) reported@O2 my signal has been shocking for over a week now! No 5G, barely any 4G and struggle to make and receive calls! No doubt I’ll still be expected to pay my full, high, bill come the end of the month! Possibly time to shop around after 15 years!

You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.
