    @O2 your coverage is shocking! The mynetwork app is pointless as you don’t do anything to resolve the problem. I have had problems the entire time I have had my contract on an iPhone 13 Pro with 5G. Whenever you call the centre no one helps or back tracks. Sort it out!

    @O2 got a dodgy phonecall from a call centre claiming to be you and offering me 40% off my bill just seconds after I got a random security text, but unable to report this incident via 202 (your suspected fraud number given in the text)... Please advise.
