    @O2 Your network in Derry no longer has enough data bandwidth for users. No delivery of a new sim card either.

    @O2 I need someone to remove my spend cap this month but 8002 won’t connect me to anyone and the chat service on my O2 app won’t connect me to an agent either as it seems everyone is busy. Please can someone help

    @grshorwich @O2 Very true. Burnley has always had shockingly poor 4G & 3G on O2 in the town centre.

    @virginmedia @o2 what is happening in PO9 area? The virgin broadband went an hour ago but website says all is well. My o2 mobile says signal is ok but my phone struggle to push above 79kbps on a 4g signal

    @O2 please stop ignoring me. I wish to cancel an order placed on your website which I was told would be delivered next day. You have not provided a way of contacting you and have sent me an empty bag. You have alot of my money and are being impossible to deal with.
