    So @O2 you have charged me for data roaming in Turkey when i haven't been there. I'm being told this will be credited but not until next month it is 3 x bigger than my monthly plan. So I am penalised and my bank account will be down. If I stop my DD I will show as bad credit

    Contacted @O2 almost three weeks ago regarding fraud and have had no contact from their fraud team despite calling customer service several times. But they still send debt letters even though they’ve been told it’s fraud. Disgraceful customer service #o2 #fraud #CustomerService

    @O2 not been able to make a call that lasts longer than 5 seconds since Monday. I can’t call you to raise this for obvious reasons…… help! I can’t work due to this issue and it’s affecting loads of other people in my post code too

    @O2 Hi, what’s going on with the Priority free Odeon ticket deal? I’ve been trying to redeem it for weeks - always at 2pm on the dot - and the site has either been down or it says out of stock. Are they even being released? Am I just too slow?

    @O2 @Kirstyyxox95 I’m exactly the same,even on wifi the 02 app keeps dropping the chat saying the server is done!My Sky wifi is absolutely fine,checked it repeatedly.Can’t get on websites or banking apps even tho it’s saying I’ve got 4g! WTF is going on?Sent a load of things to do,zero works!
