    @O2 customer service is ****, put phone down on me twice as soon as I get through after speaking to robots for half an hour. Will I change provider? Probably ******* not. But I’m gonna moan to **** about it. Would rather eat raw gravy granules than ring you’s up again. *********

    @virginmedia @O2 Don’t bother! Asked about this offer and my bill has gone up £36 overnight, this is without any agreement from myself. Tried resolving this with customer service all day with no luck! Shocking service, poor customer relations! Wish I had never returned to virgin as a customer!

    @virginmedia Yes I’ll raise a complaint as this service is obviously useless if you can’t support your customers might as well call yourselves #customeridontcare vile service! Why would @O2 partner with such incompetence
