    @O2 Am absolutely appalled by your service. I’ve just had my bill come through, which is completely wrong after speaking to someone only on Monday! After being a loyal customer I want to leave when my contract runs out.

    @O2 the worst customer service I've ever encountered, had to hang up after an hour and a half and being passed to person to person at least 5 times.. Looks like I've lost my mobile number but at least I'm not with o2.. Nightmare company

    @O2 absolutely disgusted with support. Back and forth with the same thing to go to half an hour on the phone for it to get ended multiple times to now unable till tomorrow.

    @O2 worst decision that I made to move to 02. Unable to port my original number. Despite numerous calls to customer services, I’m still non the wiser!

    @Yourmobilecom I am not easily frustrated but moving from 02 - your mobile has been the worst decision; - constant issues with wifi calling turning off with no ability to switch back - unclear handover process - customer service helpline which is always busy Anyone else? @O2

    @O2 What is going on with your mobile network masts in Welwyn Garden City. There is ZERO network across the whole town centre, causing any/all hardware reliant on the network to fail, including all Sky Mobile customers, like me! Already missed an emergency call because of this!

    @O2 - I upgraded to a monthly sim only deal yesterday, however I now don’t have Visual Voicemail or the idata bolt on for my iPhone 12 Pro. Can anybody help with this?
