@O2 customer support is woefully bad

@JUULESY @O2 Submit a formal complaint to o2 & threaten them with the @ICOnews if they don’t stop staring customer information with the Govts ‘Situation Room’ also known as SitCen. They’ll say the data is ‘fully anonymised’, but how do customers know that for certain.

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 9 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Haven't been able to get a call through and pick up my unresolved issue, but thanks for caring enough to send me useless links I guess 🙄

@org_scp @Telefonica_En @O2 BT (owners of 02) also own EE & Tesco mobile. Giff Gaff and Sky mobile also use the 02 network. So switching providers might need a little bit of homework first.

@O2 I renewed my contract with you and instead of Disney+ I asked for o2 inclusive zone (available in US) I’m here and I can’t use my phone and I can’t contact you via support chat.
