@o2 I’ve not been able to get 4G and struggle to even get 3G in much of central Cardiff. Only a couple of weeks ago did we get signal back (in my area) from two months of zero signal. Now this. What is going on?

@O2 If anyone from O2 sees this, I'm expecting an urgent contact. So far I wasted 2-3h yesterday to get in touch with O2, today again and my problem is still unresolved while I am stranded abroad with no mobile number, no access to several accounts linked to that number.

Really not happy with the service from @O2 upgrades. 2 weeks waiting for a new phone which was on a one week delivery to be told it's now another 2 weeks!

why do subscription companies like @o2 make it so god damn hard to cancel? do they think it has a positive impact on retention? doubt it. it just underpins that'll never use their shoddy services again.

@O2 @O2 ridiculous! I spent 10 mins on the phone, you cannot take a payment of less than a £1! Rude customer service advisor who has taken £1 off of my card & says will refund 98p!!

@gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄
