@tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.

@O2 We had 4G again for a few days here in B76 and a message to say the issue was fixed. It’s gone again for the last 24 hours. After 2 months of no service this is getting silly.

@O2 It’s not just call volumes, your agent had us on hold for over an hour and went home. We called back to make a complaint and that agent hung up. Diabolical customer service. I have DM you

@GeniusWoman2 @O2 Nope. Although not seeing anyone else mention it at the moment. I'm using Curve and not getting any notifications, which usually happens whether it's gone through or there has been a problem.
