@O2 Be honest no one gets a deal! A customer since 2010 and can’t even get a measly £63 discount even when spending almost £150 a month in Contracts. Loyal customers aren’t a priority and don’t PM me asking me to get in touch. It was a waste of time.

@O2 seriously has to be the worst phone signal in the UK FACT. Maybe they can invest in some phone masts in the midlands as majority of the time it’s 1 bar on 4g.

@O2 I brought a product six weeks and never got the item as it was out of stock. I phoned up requested a refund twice. It’s £19.00 I have waited over the 5 working days and still no refund. This my third time I do not have a 02 account I literally wanted one item

@o2 received 10 texts this morning to say the phone I ordered 5 weeks ago was finally in store. Go to store to collect and they can’t release as system is down. Total waste of journey & petrol. Texts continuing to come in.
