    @O2 your customer service is shocking. I’ve been given wrong information about switching a number from business to pay monthly. Been disconnected three times now and have no service. What on earth am I supposed to do. I was told to call and it would be easily done. Nope.

    @O2 fix your IVR, it is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, as dated as the dinosaurs, and as helpful as a scammer at protecting your money! It is impossible to use. For a company such as Telefonica, with profits of £1.7billion, you'd expect something that functions.

    If you’re based in the UK please stay away from @virginmedia and @O2 Both don’t know their arse from their elbow. Virgin incorrectly creates my account, 02 loses the sim and I’m left unable to access my account but expected to pay for a service I didn’t ask for.

    My wife had her phone stolen last week. Both @Apple & @O2 support have asked her to confirm a security code that has been sent to her mobile. Honestly, the logic in this is baffling.

    @stephenblevins9 @O2 It’s been really bad in Markethill now since the middle of January. I’m Vodafone and it was bad too around the same time but it’s been better now for a few weeks. My wife is O2 and it’s still not great

    @O2 I'm a virgin media volt customer as part of that I had to take an O2 sim, virgin are increasing prices mid contract and say I can leave charge free including the O2 sim but when contacting O2 they say there are early termination charges. Please update your staff

    @O2 New customer - just switched to you at start of week. Number not yet ported over from Three. How long should it take? Do I need to do anything to activate process Have DMed but no reply.

    @O2 the signal has been down in areas of Newry BT34 for 2 days now. Can’t make calls or use data. I have reported it but any idea when it will be fixed? I am missing important calls because of this. This is the second time in the last couple of weeks!

    What is going on with the @O2 network?? Can’t make calls or receive calls and when I finally can the call cuts off. Not just my phone seems to be a local issue in Cardiff and Newport!!!

    @O2 Help. My sim has been deactivated. Requested this yesterday. Expected 30 or so days. I requested a cancellation along with Virgin Media - volt package. I’ve nothing from o2 to say when my last bill is and what the account balance status is. Crazy.
