@O2 I have two sim-only plans. Both out of contract today. If I want to renew directly with O2 the price is 20% higher but if I go through a 3rd party website I can get a price match to my current price but your own service desk can’t match the prices available on third party 1/n

@O2 Thank you. However after spending two and a half hours on the phone to a call centre from India and I could not understand a word and they kept interrupting me, I got absolutely nowhere. Just thought business customers paid extra and got a better service.?

@O2 I've been trying to get proof of purchase on phone for months now. I've been promised emails but nothing happens. I'm no longer an O2 customer, but the phone was part of a contract

@O2 eSIM is easier? Plastic SIM - Take out of old phone and put in to new phone. eSIM - Search on how to transfer. Find nothing helpful. Speak to an adviser. eSIM will be ready within 24 hours. Old eSIM gets deactivated straight away leaving me with no network. Awesome.
