    despite repeated assurances over three weeks, @O2 has failed to remove the fraud bar on my phone, leaving my service unusable. I have made multiple calls, store visits, and raised a complaint that was wrongly closed. I require immediate resolution or I will escalate legally.

    @O2 raised a complaint 22 days ago no response, no call back from a manager, I check my bill today, my watch plan missing & being charge more than the contract. Why no uk call centre and why such a lack of service to paying customers who have been with you 4 years paying on time

    @cusackandrew @O2 Ever since Virgin Media got involved the service has been ****; incorrect billing and double charging! Offered me a compensation then denied it. Just go straight to Ofcom.

    @O2 you are by far the worst company I have had to deal with. Fraud happened on my account and now I’m being penalised for it! Can’t talk to anyone who can help on your ‘helplines’. Going on since October and I’m absolutely sick of it

    My phone isn't receiving SMS messages from certain people @O2 . I can send, I have tried 2 phones. Some sort of network blocking?

    @O2 The support I have received over the past week is absolutely awful, and I have lodged a formal complaint, when can I expect to see some sort of response to this? You can't just go wrongfully blocking accounts which have fully paid. That's a joke.
