@O2 help please! I am not receiving the 6 digit code to my phone from Pay Pal. I have spoken to Pay Pal and they say it’s a problem with my network provider. All other text messages are working fine. I understand I am not the only one having this issue with o2 and PayPal.

  • pangolinogram James T (@pangolinogram) reported

@O2 You said you'd notify me when my Extra was about to expire so that I could cancel it if necessary. You didn't notify me and now I've been charged. I'd like a refund please

@O2 just reported an unsolicited call from yourselves to the Information Commissioners Office. On answering, O2 sales offer, but I am not a customer and you should not have my number. When questioned how they got it, the caller hung up. Call came from 020 3256 5393

@O2 I’m only in the vicinity of the stadium when at a match. If it was only an issue when the stadium was full I would kind of understand, but when I went in last night there couldn’t have been more than 300-400 people spread around, and I may as well have been holding a brick

  • DiegoD8Ochoa Diego Ochoa (@DiegoD8Ochoa) reported

@VMO2News @virginmedia PS: since we have to hotspot our 4G from @O2 to have video calls all day I hope that my refund covers both the Virgin bill and the O2 bill for me, my partner, my neighbours and anyone else in SE19 that are getting screwed by your issue.
