@nathanielJ92 @O2 I'm going through the same thing myself atm. They are more crooked than the criminals that ran up the charges on my account!! Always promise a phone call and that they'll rectify the account but they never do..

@JohnTillUK @O2 I know, but that's still **** isn't it? I'm not going to be affected, but I liked the switch up element of my plan, and whilst it's still pretty decent I guess, it's just being slowly phased out obviously

@O2 I can’t login to my Virgo. Media account of o2 priority. Keeps saying sorry there was an error and then goes back to Virgin to log me back out. What gives?

@PulaRJS @O2 In 2003 they took over £800 from me (lost SIM that was taken abroad and used and they ignored the £40 cap). I complained to OFCOM and they agreed with me. Subsequently, O2 sent me a letter complaining about my nerve in going to OFCOM and no refund. Never touched them since.

Because @O2 staff cannot transfer an O2 mobile number to a new contract they are now cancelling the contract. How is this growing the business if you can't do a simple mobile number transfer from one account to another within your own network?

forcing customers to wait on hold for over 30 mins to cancel a contract not yet started because your staff are incompetent and cannot migrate a PAYG number to new pay monthly contract. Shambles! @O2
