    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    @O2 So...Day 10 of new phone/contract with 02: iPhone STILL not working.Made a 4th visit to 02 Burnley store today-Tyler called your 'escalating team'. It calls out BUT does not receive calls or texts."This person is unavailable".Not an auspicious start to this business relationship

    I can't believe how awful @O2 is, i have 2 numbers with them. One of my numbers have been cut off and other number i haven't been able to use for 3 weeks. I have cancelled my direct debit and i wont be reinstating it until both line are up and working!...
