    @O2 So you have no date at all as to when stores reopen?! The most recent issue; you are informing credit agencies I have missed payments on an account YOU closed! Which has prevented me from getting a mortgage!

    @O2 Yeah I already tried that number but it was like an automated robot thing answering and when I said what the problem was, they couldn’t understand what I was saying
