@O2 Just received an email telling me you’re turning 3G off in Guildford. Only problem is the 5G you say is there doesn’t work and 4G isn’t available (replaced by the 5G that doesn’t work). So what do you suggest an O2 customer does in Guildford.

@ddphotograph @O2 I was with them for years and couldn't work out why I couldn't get signal whilst others could, even on same network. Switched to EE and now it's the other way around.

@O2 It would appear that I have been scammed by one of your agents who I believe is working in cohesion with a group of people who stole my mobile in London. I received 3 replacement I-phones which I never ordered and according to O2's page website, this is part of the scam.
