    @codyhaine91 @O2 That's madness! There's a communications ombudsman by the way. Get the complaint started. I had went through something similar with Three Mobile. Had it all sorted and watch contract paid off in full as redress.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

    @O2 @DonBramfoot you must be aware of the sheer volume of calls purporting to be from yourselves? I hang up and block (or play about and waste their time for 20 mins). But surely you should have the resources to get these clowns loacated and banged to rights.
