Hey @O2 how about you sort your appalling customer service ,( 1.5 hours trying to get through to a customer service advisor, got cut off and currently at 1.5 hours again) before hiking up your prices to profiteer! Disgraceful levels of care and service.

@O2 o2 are greasing customers for a disgusting 17.3% price increase! Well it’s one way of saying you don’t want our business. Especially when you’ve decided to shut down your chat line so you don’t feel our wrath! This increase is obscene & wholly indefensible!

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 @ee want 14.4%. Robbing bastards!! The staff won't get that it pay rises. Apparently I'm essentially paying for infrastructure as more people join the network. Not at those prices!! I'll be going SIM only when I'm out of contract to save some money!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Trying really hard to get someone, anyone, at VM to acknowledge my wish to cancel all services. Webchat and WhatsApp messaging is a joke. Speaking to a living person is no better as they stonewall endlessly then dont send confirmation of cancellation as promised. Nightmare company
