    @O2 Your CS line is shocking. I’ve stayed with you for years because of good CS, now it’s awful. This is my 3rd try to pay off handset. Accts never about. Where’s the value in the unreasonable price hike??

    Unbelievable that @O2 thinks it's ok to increase price by 13 % when the service is so bad. No reception in central Bristol. I have to be on WiFi as soon as I can or I can't do anything with my phone... I miss you @bt_uk can I come back?

    @O2 …network who raised my bill by nearly 20% a couple of months after joining. Also the network I will be leaving.

    @nathan06320834 @O2 Part of me actually feels like that sometimes , I’ve been a customer for 10 years currently paying like £55 per months maybe nice to have my bill reduced by £10-20 paid that maybe great .
