    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

    @O2 your phone upgrade system is as useless as almost everything else on your network. You have charged me and then your system has crashed. Worse than useless

    @O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0

    Not only does @O2 advertise items falsely, when. You complain they don't even have the decency to have a person deal with the complaint, how far this company has fallen in standards is unreal!

    @O2 it’s shocking service no 5g no signal surely you can put masts in these areas !!!!!!
