@virginmedia unsurprisingly internet is down again. Thought there was no plans to do anything yet with @O2. Also your service checker states no issue. That needs to be addressed urgently, misleading info.

@O2 Any idea why an "unexpected upgrade" has taken out the ability to check customer accounts? Have a phone issue that can't get resolved due to this reason (apparently)."please can I call again tomorrow?" Great welcome for a new customer

@O2 Yes I have and I’ve had a replacement sim sent out which didn’t change a thing, you now reckon it’s a handset fault. It was brand new and has been in a protective case from day one. Advised me to send phone for repair but won’t get a replacement handset despite not being my issue

@O2 first off listened to conversation via my landline between 2 customer service ops for 4 mins, then operator hung up. I've now tried 5 times to reach you via 202 and the automated service doesn't recognise my responses. How do I contact you about topping up data on a dongle?
