    @O2 also tried to talk to someone online how I am dyslexic so again this isn’t great. Just got to told try the online team again tomorrow! Absolutely 5 star service yet again. 🙄

    @O2 I am experiencing the same issue I had a few weeks back, where my phone can sign in to myo2 but my pc and web browser cannot. Last time this issue arose it then spread to my phone not being able to sign in. I have done a systems check and my pc is all clear,

    @O2 how long does it take for a phone to be unlocked from your network? Gave my son my old phone and a sky sim card. Didnt realise phone was locked to o2. Really need it unlocked before he goes away for the weekend with his dad
