@O2 @ammyylp Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 12 month contract is £28 per month = £336 £13 device * 12 = £156 £15 tariff * 12 = £180 5GB PAYG for 12 months is £240 (£96 cheaper) £120 device £10 PAYG * 12 months = £120 6GB No incentive to be loyal customer?

Over a year on and @O2 still haven't fixed the mast issue in my area. Definitely changing provider at the end of my contract. Fare thee well, 13 years of custom!

Bewildered by @O2 1hour 20mins and 4 different people on a call to upgrade and still no further on, and I was only supporting a friend who needs support by the end their anxiety was through the roof and mine was because they had to suffer that unnecessary anxiety 😡

Really frustrated at the customer care I’ve received when trying to have an early upgrade my contract paying nearly £500 to do so, then more hassle because the order is incorrect by no fault of my own and it’s not sorted - coming up to a week!#nothappycustomer @O2

@Tiamaria64 @O2 I eventually got through today and the guy sorted the issue out in minutes, which was great. Their automated service is really frustrating and hard to navigate
