@O2 No that is not what I asked. I selected Amazon prime video as my perk but as I already had Amazon Prime I had to cancel this to take up my free offer. However this is not the full Amazon Prime which was not made clear. So yes it’s free rather than £5.99 - but lost full Prime perk

@O2 Hi, I've recently upgraded my phone. Very pleased with it and the service provided. Included with the handset was a leaflet explaining how to redeem some headphones. The offer does not exist as far as I can see. The headphones are redeemable through Sony. Please help.
