Nice to see @O2 bothering to reply. Considering they can leave you with zero data due to a technical problem on their side that their staff will admit to but not amend.

@virginmedia Other people have the same issue with @O2 when in the area… It’s ok I’ll just change network as advised by your staff unless if there’s something that can be done?

@O2 More than 36 hours into the less than 24 hours to swap my number over to the new sim... still new phone says "no sim" (its in it) old phone stopped virtually instantly. We'll send you a text to verify... cheers O2, i trust you will not charge me for days with no service?

@O2 How do I stop you sending me spam texts I never asked for? Texting PRSTOP to 21300 as claimed in the texts, does absolutely nothing, and the spam has continued.

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Would get connected, but your customer service is rubbish. Claims to work until 21:00 pm but automated hangup at literal 20:00. Useless.

@O2 Haven’t seen it again today. Still only getting one bar of signal in the house on a brand new #iPhone14Pro when i should be getting “Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband.”
