@O2 hello I'd like to ask why your 4G data is really really slow or non existent always for me in Farnborough Hampshire town centre. I've always got a 4 bar full 4g signal. I'm on my new iPhone14 pro now and it works fine elsewhere, had the same with my iPhone12 pro before too.

been with @O2 for well over 10 years as a phone provider, this is the first time I’ve had issues with signal and their customer service team “can’t do anything to help”. Not even money off my airtime as I “already have discount when I purchased the phone in November 2020”. Joke.

@O2 the customer service I’ve received the last 3 days has been shocking. I’m trying to end my contacts to get a better deal with yourselfs. You’ve taken £180 out my bank account to then say you can’t find it in yours. I was told I would get a phone call today (14:30hrs). awful!
