    @RoDuSu @O2 This is one of the things that needs to be made illegal. In fixed length contracts, the price should not be able to change. It should be fixed for the length of the contract - that’s why people fix!!!

    @DHLParcelUK your telephone line is broken - nobody answers and in the automated part that is only place I seem to get to it terminates call midway through entering parcel number - is there any way at all of contacting DHL ? @o2 confirm parcel is arriving today - is it?

    @O2 I’ve just seen how much O2 are overcharging my mother, a vulnerable customer… disgusting, shocking and pathetic… new deals on O2 website are 7x cheaper than the tariff she is on.

    Tweeted a while ago about the service on @O2 but the 4G and 3G experience on my iPhone is appalling. Nothing works on 3G and when I do get 4G signal drops from full to 1 bar. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can move on!
