@O2 just wanted to say that me and my Mam spoke to Dave (from Yorkshire?? - wish we'd asked for his last name!) to upgrade a phone tonight. He was lovely, an absolute star- so patient with everything and brilliant customer service.

@O2 Why is upgrading online such a gamble? Why do your people on the phone advise against it. Why is it so complicated to amend an order? Why do customer services say they'll call me back when they have no intention of calling me back?

@virginmedia @O2 Why is it so hard to communicate with Virgin? I literally have to free up a whole day. And when I don't get through I live with the problem until my next free day to attempt to contact Virgin.

Instead of @O2 rolling out 5G to areas where they have a lot of customers why not sort out the network in the places where you don't have many customers because the coverage is not great. That way you could stop losing customers to other networks. Just a thought! #02 #o2 #5g

@O2 Hi, I am now on the Virgin/O2 joint venture but while the O2 SIM is working for calls and texts and texts from O2 also say 'You SIM is activated', I can't sign in on MyO2 - keeps saying 'SIM not activated'. Waited 5 days for sync with MyO2. How do I sort this out? Thanks

@O2 I’m in Spain. My iPhone will not access the Internet or send txt messages. Mobile data and Data roaming are both on. Help please as the Contact Us on MyO2 isn’t working for me

@hwillz_ @O2 I had this when I was with them!! I switched to ID mobile (car phone warehouse who run off 3) and I never have any issues anymore!

@O2 You should have kept TuGo running until it was 100% ready. All my banking requires SMS authentication. I do not receive any phone signal inside my house. Its annoying I have to go outside in all weathers just to get a simple code.

Honestly! I’m so fed up with @O2 customer service!! I’ve been chasing a refund from April!! It’s now November!
