@O2 So AI or calling you which, as I'm neither a Virgin or O2 customer , will probably cost me money. Is there not an email address i could contact. We are talking about possible fraud. @virginmedia

Hey @O2 I’m just trying to top up my payasyougo phone and now I have to find a postcode associated with an old Virgin Media account? What ********?

  • P5ych1cPoet Name (@P5ych1cPoet) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Don't know how long it's been like it, mostly a lose of connection. Even the *#10# dial code is broken. Having to sign in to My O2 suddenly the verification required a certificate install, while I've managed to now gain access to My O2 the sub menus are lose of connection. 🤷

  • MattWBroadley Matthew Broadley (@MattWBroadley) reported

@o2 I have been trying to cancel a contract for months now, hoping that you will send me an email that I can either reply to, or that gives a number that I can speak to someone on. It is ridiculous that if you have an unactivated SIM, that you can't cancel it. Sort it out!

  • king_clayton clayton king (@king_clayton) reported

@O2 your mobile coverage is diabolical, 5g but doesn’t do anything 4g doesn’t do anything then it goes 3G and that’s non existent- all on train from Waterloo to west byfleet- imagine needing you in an emergency
