Twice now I’ve had to email @O2 regarding my phone I sent to be recycled. Was promised my issue would be resolved within 48 hours. 9 days later and still waiting to hear from them again regarding my phone they have ‘lost’.

@O2 my order arrived today in a empty DHL plastic parcel with a envelope in it containing a leaflet for free Apple Music 😠, now my app is stating “delivered”! When asking for help it’s funny how, nobody wants to help 🤔
