    @O2 Spend 10 minutes trying to resolve my issue with your voice machine...eventually they say we'll put you thru to someone that can help...and then I get cut off!

    @O2 No! Keep your existing phone. An upgraded device is just you falling for the hype. What will it do for you that your current phone won't? No thought not.... Ignore Apple, talking **** as usual.

    @O2 O2 worst network ever I would advise anyone looking for a new network to look elsewhere just type a few random postcodes into there service checkers and you will see what I mean terrible network

    @O2 He has, but it hasn’t helped much. Whoever he spoke to didn’t explain why but said they would send him an email, but he recently wound down his company and retired so his account email address was wrong. They also said they’d unblock the phone but that hasn’t happened yet.

    Anyone else on @o2 and had “No Service” for about a day now? My bills are paid. I don’t have another phone to try the sim in. I’ve never had service issues before and been with @o2 for years.

    @O2 Huawei Mate P20 Pro. Software is up to date. Other apps download as normal. Tried with WiFi and network connection, cleared playstore cache, rebooted, have loads of space on the phone etc

    @SteveJoyce14 @O2 When I was at the midweek cup bs Ipswich, it worked fine. But is painfully slow at best on a Saturday
