@O2 my dad (already w/ you) received a letter this AM welcoming him to O2 with new contract, new tel # but he hasn't requested. Called helpline, they were not helpful, has since spoken to Mark (sales) who gave him # for fraud, they are closed due to COVID! Can u help urgently pls

@O2 hi four o2 colleagues have called me to date , agreed a date and time to ring back and discuss my contract and all four have never phoned back . Very poor customer service !

@O2 hi - I did a survey and you keep calling me. You just left a voicemail saying ‘at this time no further action will be taken’. I’m at work. Why does any action need to be taken? I don’t think you can fix my coverage issue - it’s where I live.
