    UPDATE @MartinSLewis @O2 have reluctantly given her £20 back BUT are going to TAKE IT BACK off her tomorrow, because shes not took out a bundle, and are stopping her number.....I dont like these forceful tactics and I never have liked any THEFT of people's money

    Fast forward to this morning. I realised what was wrong and called our doctors. I got an apt but they said someone would need to see him. I rung #111 who to be fair had a nurse ringing back really quickly. BUT apparently there was a problem with @o2 and @tescomobile use o2 masts.

    I can't believe this I was misled to leave @O2 by Aeriel Direct. Please can you fix this. I thought I was being upgraded on my usual contract.
