    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

    @O2 I am having a lot of trouble getting into my account and im using my correct login email and I going round in circles. I have verified my email and then nothing happens. I was logged in until Virgin media joined.

    Can't help feel that @o2 data reception has got worse since they launched that satellite data thing 5G is like being on dial up

    @O2 any chance you can respond to my DM, my emails, call me back as promised and deal with the ongoing issue with lack of access to My02 account? been like this since 10th of February.
