    Follow up. @O2 (taking two DDs from my account) said to DM them my problem (basically if you get one security Q wrong you can’t try again, and it’s click, dial tone...). I did and asked for someone to call me. DM thread goes silent. A search on here shows myriad @O2 complaints...

    @O2 hi, just looking for help with my new phone, kept the same number, but neither the sim from my old phone or the new sim work with the new phone? Any ideas? :)
