@O2 I called 202 4 times over 3 days so far and no one has been able to help me get data roaming to work in the Caribbean, despite activating the O2 Travel bolt on. Extremely frustrating!

@O2 No\low signal in WV4 4AD - usually full bars, but for the past 5 days one bar and calls can't be made and using data is sketchy. Can't report things on your coverage map, it says things okay, but no data, cals, etc. - can you send engineer or provide contact details?

Hideous customer service from @o2 over a fraud case, representative has possibly the worst communication skills i've ever experienced while talking on the phone, practically chuckled to himself at points, and now further away from any resolution.

@O2 Extremely disappointed with customer service so far. Not fun to call four times and wait in a queue for an average of half an hour while on holiday - to eventually talk to someone who won't even believe that St Lucia is an actual country and that I should be able to get data here

@O2 So I am paying for a service you are not providing and also did not warn me about the loss of. Are you providing me with the WiFi you are telling me to use?
