@O2 oh and I've never paid late, my wife's contract is in my name as a joint contract so hers would be affected too if that was the case, just my handset, she has the same one but only difference is mine is an e-sim (by choice) and she has a physical sim

Hey @O2 are you aware that your info on wifi calling on your web page is broken. The term "device details" does not appear anywhere in Myo2. Your list of supported models only goes as far as an iPhone 8 (i.e. 2017) Please fix, this stuff is important

@Jastrophe @O2 The hospital will mean going through the NHS complaints procedures so roughly in 10 years time, I might have resolution. I think I may just have to find £200 to upgrade my contract. This will mean defaulting on bills but it really is important so I will just have to live with it.

@O2 @Ofcom Still unresolved this. O2s response is so bad. Back on the phone again now trying to explain the situation to someone again. I just want to pay a bill. Is it really difficult? If my credit file is affected are you going to sort it? Not good enough

So upgraded my phone a few months ago with the promise of a £300 gift card with @O2. After repeated emails, phone calls nobody ever responds. Unprofessional, non-existent customer service, see how they like it when I blank their calls and letters for non payment of bill! 🖕

@O2 - poor customer service today. My father has died and despite doing everything correct from her end to close his account my mum is still getting bills addressed to him & now threats of debt collection agencies. I’m told these are automated letters & they can’t be stopped.
