@MacReadys_Beard @O2 24 days? That’s crazy! I wouldn’t be paying either! It always makes me laugh that “communication” companies always have the shittiest communication. And with so much competition out there you’d think customer service is one area they could stand out, maybe retain some clients

@O2 If you call your customers checking on their satisfaction it might be an idea if your call staff are a little more polite. ‘I never said you wasn’t’ in response to my saying I was happy doesn’t really cut it.

First ever mobile phone network in the UK was 36 years ago. Yet still cant make/receive calls on @O2 despite living in Manchester. Might need to get the tin cans out.

@O2 I’ve called o2 and no one is able to give me the complaints number. Can you please help me. I logged the complaint on 7th December, it’s been over the 5 working days timeframe that I was meant to receive a response.
