    @O2 I’ve had my device just over a year and the battery life has declined very quickly. It barely lasts half the day despite me barely using it during the day due to lack of service and the fact I work 8-6.. is there anything that can be done?

    @O2 Help!I got a new contract on Thursday and wanted my old number swapping to it.called your contact centre on Friday& they said they’d take care of it.Something isn’t right as I can’t make/receive calls/text on either number!Please can someone get in touch as I can’t ring you!
