    @O2 a freeing of mine was sold a phone from your shop in bury a few mths ago but has had problems with it time and time again eventually going bk to o2 in Trafford centre to have it looked at only to find there is no record of this phone anywhere in records . Police investig

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!
