@O2 Customer Services is a painful process. The issues that we’ve experienced in the language barrier and the accidental cancelling and taking out of new contracts by your staff is beyond stupid! Attempting to rectify it is as difficult is climbing Everest in a Bikini!

Hey @O2 why is your network really bad in the south west? It’s brilliant up north, however Burnham on Sea, Bridgwater Shockingly bad.

@Osprey0 @O2 Used to be that Virgin were the go-to for being the customer champion, since they merged with O2 that isn't the case. Puts me off moving home internet to them.

@O2 STILL charging me for a phone contract that I finished payments for in December 2025. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.

@Assurant It's @O2, and you've been aware of this issue for months. You just haven't fixed it. If you want to help me, just get your website fixed.

@O2 when will the signal/data issue be repaired in TQ12 area, it’s been saying there’s a mast issue for days now. Shame I can make a ‘paying you’ issue for the days that I’ve had no signal/data!

Hey @O2. Sort your network out. I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!

@O2 As a customer of O2 for over 30 years and paying for Switch Up I find it insulting and disgusting I still have to pay £30 upfront to upgrade my phone

@O2 not a single child at the Boomtown festival on the O2 network has any coverage or is able to contact their family

When did @O2 customer service become SO ******* BAD?! It won't let me remove a Bolt-On on the app or website. I can't speak to anyone on the phone (fully automated bollocks). The webchat leads me back to the app & phone number. 🤬 So ******* annoyed with this shite.
