    @O2 how do I cancel my extra before I start getting charged? Spent 30 minutes on you faq and on my o2 looking for this information. Frustrating you don’t make it clear anywhere. Why not ??

    @O2 been a customer for 20 years. However you will be losing my custom when my contract is due for renewal. Your price continues to increase but don't get any better service. Now you have removed the weekly cafe Nero drink from priority one of the only major benefits.

    @O2 Your new once-a-month O2 Priority Caffe Nero codes are not working today. They were not accepted at Caffe Nero this morning. Is there some sort of issue with acceptance today? Where can I claim back my money?
