    @O2 need to seriously look at their network, second weekend in a row and no connectivity despite having four bars of signal and apparently 4G... Nothing at all would load..I wouldn't mind but their contracts aren't cheap and they've increased the charges by more than inflation...

    @O2 They aren't responding and it's past the time frame set by the staff instore so I want customer service to stepin and do somthing about this.

    @O2 is there any chance you can sort your coverage in the EN4 area? It is absolutely shocking still! You are more than happy to increase bills but your service is awful. Please don’t respond with the standard reply and ask if I have access to WIFI again.

    @O2 There is only one viable change I can make from the suggestions listed. Ive selected O2 as my operator manually. If this doesn't help in the next few days I am offski. After 15+ yrs
