@virginmedia Well, on your side, we could do with someone calling us about cancelling the contract with @o2 you set us up on for a deal, then said we couldn't have it. As your agent set it up with the wrong accout details and wrong email, we cannot access it after @O2 didn't shut it down.

@O2 Since I upgraded my contract during the week I have had nothing but problems. Pulling my hair out. Why can't you get anything right anymore, why can't advisors listen and respond correctly. Never usually have anything bad to say about you, this is a shame.

@MrMatthewHolton @O2 It’s driving me mad, now over a week without being able to make a call, every incoming call is caller unknown, @O2 shops and customer services hasn’t the first clue either.

@O2 When can we expect a resolution on the issue surrounding the iPhone 13 pro max? I was promised this would be resolved yesterday with a call from my local store? I know I am not the only one with this issue as another customer walked in with the very same issue yesterday?

@O2 do you have any terminally I’ll family members? Do you know what it’s like to be put into such difficulty when you cannot even call in emergencies?! Year after year you promise improvements with higher costs for a worse service and even higher costs! How is this legal?

@O2 my Disney plus is charged on to my O2 every months on the 10th. If I want to get rid of it so I can pay with a card on Disney. When is the best time to cancel? If I cancel once the payment is added, do I get that 4 weeks I’ve paid for or do I miss out completely? 1/2

After being told this and considering the ****** experience both me and my parents have had with @O2, we phoned up customer care and asked to leave. But we were told that to change airtime network, we had to pay off the entire device plan too which was like £450.
