@O2 Given up after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Not acceptable. I was calling on behalf of my daughter in the US because you have doubled, yes doubled, her monthly tariff on the phone she keeps for when she’s home. Is this why you are busy? Other people trying to cancel too?

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Trying really hard to get someone,anyone, at VM to acknowledge my wish to cancel all services. Webchat and WhatsApp messaging is a joke. Speaking to a living person is no better as they stonewall endlessly then dont send confirmation of cancellation as promised. Nightmare company

@O2 That's 3 times this evening I've called customer services, and each time they have disconnected the call the moment I enquire about leaving o2 due to the ridiculously poor 4G speeds. Why is CS this difficult with o2?

@o2 your chat bot help line is useless. Until I can resolve my complaint properly I do not want o2 to take any money from my account apart from my standard monthly payment. I require a proper explanation why the £6 roaming fee I paid did not kick in as soon as I purchased it.
