Really struggling to get over how stupid the imbeciles at @O2 are. If you want an eSim you have to go into a shop or speak to them and they'll post a QR code through the letterbox several days later. As opposed to a button on the website that just displays one. #idiots

Hey @O2 how come all my friends on other networks have full service in Southport, yet my phones had no service all day? And no, it’s not my phone, because I’m constantly struggling for signal no matter where I am. How can I cancel my contract?

@AfRetro @O2 If you have a relatively new phone, you should be able to call and text over WiFi when you're at home. But I share your frustration with the network recently, quite often I'll get 3 or 4 bars yet the backhaul is so dire there's no data, everything just times out.

@O2 Hi any update on this yet as internet is still seriously slow and intermittent? This has been months now. Think some some sort of compensation or discount on the monthly charge as it’s very rare we can use the internet connect when out and about reliably.
