Never use @O2, they claim they offer roaming but they don’t. It doesn’t work. And their support staff don’t bother to reply.

@O2 @AmberRoseGill My daughter is having a mental breakdown, because of the sheer incompetence of your customer service. Trying to take £1000 from her account, for an error you have made. Which will ruin her credit rating if she cancels the direct debit, Contact me asap!!!

@sjtaylor2017xx @O2 @AmberRoseGill I’m having a similar problem. The customer services say they’ll sort it & don’t, on 3 occasions they’ve just hung up when it got difficult. I’m stuck with a phone that I was told several times was cancelled & I can’t return & now getting threatening messages

@O2 why can't you sort out an issue with someone who has used my address for an account? I've called 5 times and each time I'm told it's sorted now and I won't get any more letters. Guess what? Yes, still getting them. Shocking service

Hey @O2, my daughter is trying to get her PAC code from you but your system keeps replying with "There has been an issue processing your request, please try again later". Do you have a technical problem or are you trying to force her to call you? Not good. @Ofcom
