    @O2 @1stSimona I warned you O2 what was happening, fix it or @Ofcom will definitely be investigating. People cannot access their accounts. Zero access just a loop of virgin O2 flavoured ****

    @O2 hi @O2 I have been charged for to bills since December & after monthly phone calls to resolve my number I’ve had for over 20 years is unavailable! Calls never returned

    @O2 Hi, it's now 12 days/9 working days and i'm still locked out of my account. Have called customer services three times only to be told a form has been filled out.
