I've spent the weekend at Green Man Festival, where @O2 has virtually no coverage. I could text, but anything more I'd have to borrow someone's hotspot. Never mind, it just means I have to do all the Obligatory Blurry Gig Photos now...

I give O2 1 chance, terminate my subscription without cost or I will share my ugly experience from all platforms. Every night, 10 minutes for the rest of 23 months. Trust me I will cause thousands of people to not use O2. @O2 @o2cando

Really don’t see the point in paying my @O2 bill when I’ve never had more than one bar of service, TikTok’s and reels only show me 4-5 seconds before crashing, the local mast has been down for nearly two years… nearly £50 a month for literally NOTHING.

@o2 Please help. Waited for wages to go in so that I can pay off my old device plan to upgrade. My old phone is at the bottom of a lake. Just when I was about to pay, it said I had to enter a code sent to my phone to verify my a/c. But I signed in. How can I buy new phone?
