@shonamackie @O2 I think it across the UK, in in Birmingham and says only emergency calls, checked outage sites and alot are saying their is a network outage

@O2 I am left reeling after a call with your so called customer care. My mum has been sold an upgrade and phone case over the phone 11 days ago and it hasn’t come - (case has)NO ONE CAN HELP. She is a recent widow and has been left HYSTERICAL from this call. Please help.

@O2 hello! I have tried to get the IPhone 13 Pro max there was an upfront cost of £30 and I’ve been charged that twice and haven’t finished the process due to the website not working for me, I’d like to be refunded the both £30s and complete it all in store.

@O2 customer service is ridiculous!! We have now been without service for months. We have requested on numerous occasions to speak to a manager or requested a manager callback on 3 occasions now without avail. Every time we speak to someone we are told different info!
