@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 1. You had nothing to do with the negotiations and, given your ignorance of most of the issues, your first sentence is likely "A LIE" 2. A nice gesture by O2 and Virgin but, ultimately, it won't happen without the consent of the local EU mobile phone operators
