@O2 All day the apps been down yet genuine fans and o2 customers can’t get tickets somehow tickets are on resell sites for 10+ times face value seems a bit off to me @Ofcom surely somethings not quite right

@O2 I’d love to know how. Logged in on PC at 9am, then at 9:30 I found I’d been logged out and greeted by errors for hours on end. From what I’ve read most people buying tickets ended up doing so by changing a URL. And many of those are reselling for extortionate prices. #NoPriority
