Anyone having issues with their #SamsungGalaxy22Ultra freezing, crashing, pixel issues??? Mine mostly freezes & switches itself off and on again I believe its software issue have done everything incl factory reset.. @O2 @SamsungMobile do I have to put up with 3yrs unexceptable

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly. Voicemail was disabled and re-enabled a couple of times, the account was 'refreshed'. Issue has been ongoing for a number of years. It occurred when a voicemail was received while number was unavailable while being ported from @O2

@O2 Yes, she tried that and it didn’t work, repeatedly. When she finally got someone in Customer Services who knew of the ‘changes’, they were able to do it manually on their end. In the store, they were clueless.
