    @O2 @drwormau I don’t have a Volte option, my 4G isn’t working at all now! I have looked for that option and I have switched phone on and off, so what now? So glad you’ve put the prices up though, I mean your network is clearly worth it 😒🤔

    @O2 Can I cancel my phone contract if it is bundled with virgin? Only been 1 month and already been told prices are going up. What's the point of having a bundle price if it changes instantly?!

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Here we go again. No wifi for a month, got a "credit" when you should not even charge a penny. And now again, wifi is not working, you are just a jok company. I called your team but we are "out of office time" such a cheap and unreliable company. You are the worst

    @O2 I live in WS13 area. The coverage is appalling. Your shop cannot help. Cannot contact you on landline. Helpline kept me waiting for over 15 mins then cut me off. Twice. Poor service for months,paying for a service I don't get. This is a matter for @Ofcom #o2poorservice
