    @O2 Day 83 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 why is your online chat never available all I want to do is find out when my contract ends and when is the earliest I can leave. Iv 4 children so making a phone call is impossible please can someone help

    @jamesy_c1 @O2 What crap customer service, if they can't supply the one you ordered surely they supply an alternative rather than making you wait for weeks on end.

    @O2 COMPLAINT. I am still awaiting a refund for £258 for a phone I returned in November that you subsequently carried on charging me for I have been told this refund has been done. I have been hung up on. Now I can’t pay my bill til you pay me and my services are restricted!!

    @O2 when your signal is crap and u can’t use your phone. You say to use your o2 Wi-Fi but how can you when u try and use it, it says no internet connection. When you gonna fix that?

    @IvyTenebrae @O2 I had this **** too....I was only with them 2 days and they pissed me off!! Then it took 2-3 months to sort it.....go to @Ofcom xx

    @O2 Very rude, unpleasant & unprofessional phone call I had with an O2 helpline agent just now. Quality of O2 customer service has significantly deteriorated.
