Had a little issue-ette with my new phone contract and have just had absolutely outstanding help from a lady called Kirsty and I think you should give her whatever customer service bonuses you might have internally @O2 And yes, it was user error 😳

@O2 having issues with transfer to o2 with pac code - live chat has nobody available and going through the phone menu options ends up cutting us off (last option being for complicated situation). What do you suggest?

So disappointed and cross with @O2. THREE TIMES my issue has been escalated with a promise that it would be resolved within 24 hrs and THREE TIMES they have failed to do so. Don't know what else to do other than beg @virginmedia to take me back and undo this deal they sold me :(

Extremely annoyed with @O2 insurance!! Sent my phone off on 29th NOVEMBER, its now JANUARY and still no update !! Anyone thinking of taking out O2 insurance don’t do it absolutely shite!! Will never take out a phone contract with O2 ever again😡😡 #insurance #o2 #o2insurance
