    @O2 Pretty much everywhere. My 4G signal isnt great. Went to Celtic Park last night - the 4G signal for most people isnt great in the stadium but even when i was parked in my car, a 20 min walk away, the signal was poor… well, non existent. Was in Blackpool 2 weeks ago & I had 1/2

    @O2 The O2 customer service is a joke. My sim has stopped working and customer service has cut me off three times. How do you speak to somebody from this company 🤯

    @O2 Same area. 3 different phones/sims. It’s just a poor service. Pretty used it. 4g doesn’t actually mean anything on your network. I’m not sure DM’ing you means anything. I have over 12 months left on a contract and you are supplying the bare minimum to hold me to that contract.

    Since joining around 4 years ago, I’ve had nothing but stupid first world problems with @O2 while sat in 4g environments. Programmes not loading, web pages taking forever, took about 10 minutes to send this tweet. For the modern day it’s really daft.

    @O2 I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to leave because your tech team can't fix my wifi issues. This is just ridiculous now. I'm surprised the phone hasn't cut out on me yet like the other times I've tried 🙄

    Been with @O2 for as long as I can remember and never had a problem so with my upgrade coming up thought I'd upgrade early to get the new OnePlus phone. #newphone #Excited
