@O2 is this genuine? Had a call saying from o2 and poor signal, customers of more than 1 year will receive 20% bill discount until end of contract. Sent me 2 texts including a code. I'm not convinced so told the caller I was contacting yourselves.

@julesbuddle Mine’s going up by £7.10 I’ve been with Orange/@EE for at least 15 years - luckily I’m out of contract at the end of March so I think I might be paying a visit to @O2 to see if what they can offer me. So much for customer loyalty
