    @O2 Hi, I have recently brought a pay monthly sim from and sent in my pac code to keep my number. I have no SIM card, the tracking does not work but my old SIM now has no service!

    @O2 please use any other delivery service than DHL!! Ordered phone on Saturday & was told next day delivery. It’s now Tuesday & I still don’t have my phone - DHL lying that they’ve attempted delivery even when I’ve been at home!!

    @O2 hi please could you reply about my issues with my SIM card and PAC code. PAC acids was meant to be applied yesterday, seems to have been attempted to be applied today but I’ve had no signal since about midday.

    @O2 I can't get a phone signal on my phone. I've checked the network checker and there isn't any problems. And I've turned my phone off and on. And checked my mobile data is on.

    @claire_j1981 @O2 I resisted for years, but after O2, then going to Three, then back to O2, I went to @EE after getting really good contracts for the kids, my coverage up around Strathyre to Tyndrum and along Loch Laggan to Dalwhinnie is far better on EE. I get data AND phone signal everywhere

    @O2 Thanks but it wasn’t the network service, someone your end had mistakenly done a sim swap with my number. It’s still not reverted.

    @O2 What is going on with the o2 network. I keep getting cut off for no reason and my phone doesn't connect calls even when i have a full signal.Its happening with friends/family who are on o2,who I have been with for 35 years and may not be for much longer l Not good enough!
