@O2 hi, I've waited about 25 mins to get through to cancel my contract and as soon as I checked to see if they would ring back if we get cut off, because that seems to conviently happen, and the person has now left us on hold (for a long time) without even notifying

@O2 why is the 'suggested upgrade' to an S21 set at 20gb data minimum...yet if I go elsewhere on your site I can edit it down to 5gb?
