    Good afternoon @O2. We continue to have absolutely zero telephone reception in Burley New Forest BH24 4BA? You told us last year the ‘issue’ had been resolved. It has not been resolved. Can you look into this please?

    @O2 How **** is your website ? Spent the last 15 minutes trying to pay my bill but it’s impossible, that option is not there. The website is awful
