@O2 Another day with no signal and already looking like it’s not going to be working tomorrow, 3 days this week and 3 days last week

@O2 can you confirm that you are going to update your transmitters in RH13 before turning off 3G? Most of the time here I have to use WiFi. It’s extremely rare that I manage to achieve a usable 4G signal. Others experience the same, so it is not a unique problem.

@O2 It is amazing that you hire people who barely speak English. You call 202 and it is a gigantic enterprise to be able to understand what those Pakistanis and indians you hire say to you. Now due to a lack of understanding, your people cannot cancel my service..

@O2 for some reason can’t connect to 5G (intermittently) or 4G (at all) in se4. Not helping that your partner virgin is also out on the broadband side. Any chance that one of you two might try and partner provide some sort of service?

.@O2 network is down again for the second or third time this week in Wiltshire. Trying to run a care business for vulnerable adults is impossible like this. Been intermittent all week. Will need to consider our options for all our phones if this carries on much longer.

@O2 I want to cancel my contract but can't get through. And I want to speak to a human, not an automated service. Can someone call me please?
