    @O2 Hi, upgraded my phone with you yesterday (very easy, thanks!), but trying to activate my Disney+ o2 extra and it’s taking me to an “oops something went wrong” page and I’ve had a text to say my extra has now been cancelled? Still shows in myo2 as “activate this extra”. Help!

    You’d have thought, folks, that when I’d contacted @O2 the 6th or 7th time about the same simple problem, the call handler would have looked at the previous failures and thought, ‘hold on, there seems to be a problem, perhaps I should escalate it to someone who might fix it’
