    @O2 I contacted Customer Service earlier and we thought it had all been fixed but my customer contact number is still be used for Calls and txt which is my old virgin mobile number and my new O2 Sim Number is put into my IPhone Settings yet still everything is going to my VM num?

    @O2 Day 108 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Your price increases are outrageous-17%!!!! I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends and never returning. I am also advising all my friends + family to not come anywhere near you. @SkyNewsBreak @BBCWatchdog - this needs investigating.

    @thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I've been having issues with O2 for a while as well and didn't know if it was just me! I do like getting the free weekly Gregg's though lol. But yes it's so frustrating! X

    @claptongirl7 @O2 I thought it was just me. Even when I get 5G the signal is sometimes so bad nothing downloads. Awful.
