@O2 @happystokey The merger combined O2's mobile network with Virgin Media's broadband business to create a major integrated communications provider in the UK." Must be nice to.earn so much from pensioners. £60 a month for a 2 year old phone.

@O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

@andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.

Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

@O2 You hang up on customers who seek to make a complaint.

@O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company
