    @O2 I'm transferring from another provider and have received my PAC and new O2 sim card. How do I give this info to you? Getting nowhere with online chat and my local O2 store won't help because I applied for the sim online.

    @O2 Me and brother currently having issues accessing mobile internet whilst roaming in France bother IPhone XR. Other family both iPhones unaffected. Tried a few troubleshooting tips online but stumped now.

    @VodafoneUK worse thing I ever did was join Voda network I should have never let @o2 was with them for years and been with you guys since January and I wanna pull my hair out now. Always having problems with 3G well I want out now

    @O2 is bar far the worst company I have ever tried to resolve an issue with. Complaints team said they’d phone back but haven’t. Stay away!

    @o2 reported fraud on my account yesterday, but still no sign of the fraud team contacting me. No direct number! Would never happen if reported to a bank!
