    Pls help @o2. My SIM stopped working. Your guru talked me through checks and in end sent me a new card. The phone can see this but doesn’t work because I need to sw the SIM. But I can’t receive texts.

    @O2 Cancelled if you do not resolve this I have to result to shaming you on Twitter and beg for our money back! Multimillion £££ company! How bad is that ? He signed up to an 18 month contract not for life, and then you have the cheek to still take money from his bank 3 days ago!

    @O2 @SamsungUK Very unhappy with service from O2. Still receiving a bill for a phone I cancelled despite having 4 conversations with advisors. Last letter very demanding. Poor customer service and will think twice about O2 again. #unnacceptable

    What’s going on @o2, 3 towns this week in Cornwall and I have full 4G signal but no internet connection, no phone calls or texts?! What exactly am I paying for at the moment??

    @ian_foxall @O2 Sadly Cornwall is seeing such a huge influx of people, I live in Newquay and signal in the summer months is shocking in town due to amount of people. It’s even worse this year because of pandemic
