Yo @Telefonica_En & @O2 why do you charge £30 pm for unlimited calls texts & data; when @LycamobileUK who lease your network can offer it for £13.90, it's the same network and service; so why do you charge through the nose for it? Or is it simply greed?

So @O2 took over a grand off me on new years eve because @AffordableMob didn't cancel my new contract in time. They won't sort it out without an invoice, that I can't get because @RoyalMailHelp have staff shortages and haven't even begun to sort out the Christmas Post
