    @O2 I did thank you. She was very rude when I was asking about the fault they had found. I recycled in store they were really helpful & looked it over while on. He reminded me to take my case & factory reset, happily gave me a full quote. So wouldn't he have noticed a screen burn?

    @O2 hi again, signal poor where I live. App says improvements made in this area. Even in town centre I have use library wifi.

    @O2 the poor level of Customer service i have received from you insurance department is absolutely terrible you have had my handset for over 4 weeks with no replacement insight charged left right and centre for service you are unable to provide disgusted is an understatement.

    @O2 really the worst, overpriced, and most unreliable data network in the U.K. , literally pathetic connection between Leicester and Birmingham. Sickening to pay so much money for nothing

    @o2 once again mast issues in tw10 are causing serious problems. Texts delayed arrival means 2 factor authentication not possible. This is third time this month!
