@O2 Day 2 - no manager rang me back as stated they would in 24hours. My son who lives with me has no connection issues. I’m now in a different postcode and that mass is amber? So no connection still. How is this acceptable

@CallumStewart98 @O2 I've been waiting for 28 minutes now. Trying to sort out someone else's problem. I'd totally forgotten how utterly terrible @O2 customer service became and still is. If they put more effort into providing a telephone service rather than promoting gigs and venues... 😐
