@virginmedia @O2 Never ever use virgin Media. They are utterly hopeless at customer service. I have won one case against them and now preparing another for their sheer stupidity. Don’t ever use them for phones or broadband etc. You’ll end up regretting it.

@O2 after multiple emails sent , multiple phone calls made , 14 days later still no one from your customer support team has helped and no one from payment management team has even answered the phone or emailed back. This is shocking customer service. #O2 #canigetsomehelp
