@RevRichardColes @O2 Back in 2003 they charged me twice for a large bill (phoning my now wife, then girlfriend from Tenerife)! I was panicked about my credit score taking a hit so paid it twice and hoped to get my money back. I never did. Almost 20 years on I’m still rather bitter about it.

@O2 I upgraded my phone the other day and received the handset today . 02 called to reviewaccount today When they realised I had already upgraded online told me I would have got better deal if I had called !Is this how you treat loyal 20yr customers

@RevRichardColes @O2 Write a ‘Letter’ addressed to the CEO by name which you can find online. Mark it Private and Confidential. Someone from ‘ the CEO’s office’ - just an upgraded complaints team - will call you and actually try to help

@RevRichardColes @O2 It may not be such a good idea. Just spent a good few hours talking to humans at BT. They all have conflicting advice and cannot give you a price for the service you want to order. I have given up
