    @O2 Yes checked , there is really poor signal in lists of places locally at the minute and it’s now just my phone . The major issue is the work location and then the drive in between when it’s almost unusable

    @O2 dealing with a scam call which is obviously not you, one of the benefits from having an old O2 number but not being a customer you can be confident its not genuine

    @O2 account locked for security issues? I’ve called multiple times and always told a ticket has been raised yet next time I phone they know nothing! 2 month + this is going on for now! Account for 16 years - ridiculous service!

    @Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.

    @O2 why am I being refused an upgrade after 14 year of being a loyal customer with 2 contracts!! Disgusting way to treat loyal customers I’ll be going to Sky as it’s shocking! Not once has my bill even been paid late

    Looking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 I genuinely don't know how their staff aren't on strike because I bet they aren't getting a 13.5% pay rise..... well, someone might be but not the poor people having to deal with the fallout.
