    @kokeshimum @O2 o2 is total overpriced garbage. Been with them for 20 years because they convinced me somehow alternatives are even worse. Happily binned them this year and switched.

    Not happy with O2 signal been dropping in and out for months complained via a chat told it’s not a proper complaint unless I talk to someone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡well I would if the phone worked properly not getting what I’m paying for @o2 #o2

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g

    Today I received a txt stating my rolling plan had been cancelled and I was put on a PAYG tariff.This is so unprofessional, to change a customers plan without basic communication on WHY?if a card expires O2 should tell customer not change tariff, WTF O2 @O2
