    @O2 there is a mast in my local area that has been down for over two weeks now, would you be able to advise on when it will be fixed as the date keeps changing? we have been unable to make or receive calls and texts and are essentially going to get charged airtime for nothing?

    @virginmedia @O2 I think if you go to option 4 'cancel contract' they just dont answer i am having the same issue , you can upgrade at the click of a button online but try downgrading, nightmare

    @O2 I’ve never had SO many spam texts since moving to you . Three in the last hour / these are just a few from last few days . I send them to 7726 but you do nothing beginning to this you send our numbers out for this type of thing. I have two kids on @VodafoneUK and not one !

    @O2 can you give me the details of a senior manager who can issue my £105 refund that the customer service team on the phone cannot. You took the money without permission and have are making me wait 23 days to maybe get it back!
