    @O2 It’s like this all the time. It’s really frustrating when you trying to use your phone at the till points and have no signal.

    @LL2013A Also having problems. I think their customer service call centre has been hijacked by scammers. We've tried numerous times to contact @o2 to get resolution and still nothing. Time to investigate this @o2. I am resorting to Ofcom.

    @O2 I got in. There is a problem in York. The signal has been bad for weeks. To be honest it’s just what you expect from o2. As I said was wondering what the point of this account is if you can’t tell me . Anyway all beyond your control so thanks for at least replying

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 So do I! I'll be leaving O2 once my contract is up. Too expensive and my phone is useless most of the time because of the lack of signal.

    Was on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and it’s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service I’m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 I’ve always had data when I’m out and about as well, then connect to office or home when I’m there. Never had a bill other than a tenner a month.
