    @O2 waited over a week to have a new Apple Watch delivered. No response from your team or urgency and DHL awful so have cancelled the order!

    @O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

    My saga with @o2 just gets better and better. Raise a complaint and asked to be contacted by email, receive an acknowledgement of my preference… So what do they do, try calling me instead. Getting sick of it now.

    @shade1964 @O2 I'm having the same problem it switches between 4g and 5g and 4g again why is this is there a outage I'm from belfast.

    @O2 morning , need help with an invoice/bill I have received which is strange as I’m not an o2 customer.
