    Hi @O2, I am on PAYG and topped up. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I have money in my balance & I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Please help!

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

    @willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.

    Not happy with O2 signal been dropping in and out for months complained via a chat told it’s not a proper complaint unless I talk to someone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡well I would if the phone worked properly not getting what I’m paying for @o2 #o2
