@O2 But I was given the chance to cancel it via email a few months ago but only just saw it. I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

  • whiteychris100 chris white (@whiteychris100) reported

@O2 I’m trying to set-up Apple Watch cellular on a new sim from you but after about 36hrs of it saying activating - I’ve done a reset and now receive an 08 reference code - can you help please?

  • SirGalahadNFT Sir Galahad (@SirGalahadNFT) reported

@O2 The agent advised to buy the headphones outright, so I paid £119, that payment is still processing so I am still without and order for headphones and now £119 down, apparently it will return within 24 hours but I truly think this is no where near good enough.

@KatieMcElhoney @O2 The telecommunications company that you can never get through to on the phone....

@O2 Sure. A phone I got from you guys, the Honor Magic V5, is a great device apart from the video recording. I bought this to entirely run a channel on it. You can't because the video recording sucks. Honor kept giving stock answers until I got upset. Now they have blocked me.

@O2 I am still without no service or signal. I have checked the status and it says there are no errors in the area, so what's going on?

  • SaintlyChild 🏆Auld Yin🏆 (@SaintlyChild) reported

@O2 They advised it was all sorted the only problem was they advised that 7 times and guess what it's still not sorted.

  • JMarkDunlop Mark Dunlop (@JMarkDunlop) reported

@KatieMcElhoney @O2 This fools' idea of providing customer "services" without human engagement will hopefully soon have gone full circle ....and into the "failure" scrap bin !!

  • axiom68 arcadian (@axiom68) reported

@O2 Had I known the video recording was so bad I would have likely gone with Samsung's foldable. It would be great if O2 could take this up with Honor through official channels because they are not listening or doing anything about this.

  • axiom68 arcadian (@axiom68) reported

@O2 There are other issues like over aggressive circle to search wich stops you scrolling all the time and creates a little screen tearing animation. Others here have commented on this too. This still happens when you turn AI off.
