    @O2 sort out your customer service! On hold to sort out a problem that I was told multiple times was dealt with last month! Because I am making a complaint I told the call handler in the payment team that I am recording the call he hung up!

    @O2 Tried the tips to no avail and and on the video all I get is 3G. Also the My Network app crashes when trying to run speed test.

    @O2 shocking customer service - called to cancel O2 insurance, multiple steps to speak to an operator, informed that only the insurers could cancel my insurance, told by the insurers (very rudely) that only O2 could cancel my insurance, repeat step one.
