    @O2 I upgraded my phone and activated my sim card over 24hrs ago. The sim isn't working. I have a serious medical condition meaning I can't leave my house without my phone. I've tried to call o2 since yesterday but the call cuts off and says Goodbye. I desperately need some help

    @O2 I have asked O2, via the app chat service, for a valid tracking number for items they claim to have despatched 2 days ago. I have asked this simple question SEVEN times and nobody will respond.
