    @memike72 @tescomobile @O2 Swap the number from old sim to new sim. Call into a TM shop and text SWAP to 23424 from old sim. Then reply with new sim serial number.When you lose signal pop new one xx

    @reynlord I’m sure @O2 are *************** with me. Only place I really get signal is sat on my sofa - where I have Wi-Fi.

    @O2 Of course. What shall I tell my customers and colleagues who can’t reach me on my phone as I work from home? That I am unable to provide them with a fault free service? Been with you many years but this is probably the last. It’s a very poor response

    @O2 you are not dealing with the issue I reported to you this afternoon. You are harassing my 80 year old father with demands for payment - even though he has a pay-as-you-go account which is in credit. It’s no good telling me to call Customer Service - they are awful!

    @O2 I'm with O2, I've got a massive roaming bill I shouldn't have. Spoken to about 12 people in the last 5 days while on holiday in Canada trying to resolve. Still not sorted. Don't switch to @O2 for roaming benefits folks, terrible service and misinformation.

    @O2 Nope, new tried them, tried 4 phones all on o2 all have issues... Clearly oversubscribed masts... Gets a little better if I force 3g, but still a very bad experience... As soon as I am a few hundred meters away from the terminals and connect to another mast all is ok....

    @virginmedia Nothing, just about another three failed chats with @O2 customer service. Now coming to the end of day five, this is ridiculous.

    Twitter - please help me. My 80 year old father is being harassed by @O2 for money - even though he has a pay as you go account which is in credit! Has anyone been through similar and can advise - because we just can’t get through to @O2 1 of 2..
