@O2 trying to make a complaint and it is absolutely impossible. live chat for 30 mins who directed me to the call center. 6 different people over 40 mins and have to explain each time. The last one had terrible reception, promised to call and didn’t. Who can help- ofcom?

@O2 worst customer service experience ever. Shocking, 2 weeks trying to sort SIM swap over, basic stuff made impossible,.literally hours on the phone, awful,.. now just send final bill for both accounts, no way I’m staying with O2 your awful

@O2 recently I switched to O2 since from LycaMobile using mobile portability. Since then I am not able to receive any text messages. It’s been more than 10 days I am not able to receive any text messages and no one from O2 able solve my issue. If anyone out there can help me.

@OiDeegan @maitlis @O2 I used to get similar reactions when Natwest would call me out of the blue to sell me some insurance product or other. I'd put *them* through security, by asking for my sort code or bank account number. They'd refuse. I'd hang up. Then i left for Nationwide.
