    @O2 Why not do this openly so everybody can know how effective your response is? For a start, maybe you can explain why I couldn't get through to your Customer Service Line for over 150minutes between 4pm and 6.30pm yesterday? This seems a common occurence?

    @O2 45mins in a que yesterday and still no joy, can’t get no help thru the website is there an email address I can get help through?
