@O2 I've been on hold twice now to your customer service each time for at least 15 minutes then to be put through to your repairs team and be cut off. All I want is for someone to collect a faulty phone, so frustrating!!

@O2 absolute nightmare today. Have been passed from pillar to post all day with advisors having no idea why I am being transferred to them and either hanging up on me or putting me back in a 40 minute queue to speak to someone else who can’t help!!

@O2 Yes I have been and it sounds like a robot and cuts off. I’ve had this issue for days and even went into the shop. Unhelpful. If this isn’t resolved I will not be renewing my contract

@O2 I've cancelled my contract within 14 days and you still ported my number over after it was cancelled? I called this morning to confirm it would not go ahead and you still did and now my number is in limbo. I didn't even give you the PAC code. WTF is wrong with you?

@O2 and I have replied to you but still waiting for any kind of help, as I have no data while in #Europe trying to business but O2 is a blocker.
