    @O2 transferred my number to a different number not owned by me during a sim swap. For 3 days now I have not had access to my number, I am unreachable and locked out of my accounts that require 2FA despite multiple contacts. Huge security issues and terrible customer service #O2

    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Hard to stay connected on o2! Constantly losing signal due to a mast in my area not working as it should. Over the las5 2 months, I've been without a connection for nearly 2 weeks on and off! Frustrating when your child walks to school and can't get through in an emergency.
