    @wheat_daddy @O2 EE shocking signal here in IP 22, dropped off at the beginning of harvest and not come back. Maybe now children back at school it will but not holding my breath!

    @O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.

    Sick of having NO signal via @Tescomobile and @O2 when friends on other networks have no issue 😡 #tescomobile May have to buy my way out of this contract at this rate. Any recommendations?

    @O2 @O2 - Even though I was supposed to be disconnected, you took £17.99 and I spent more than an hour, with the worst colleagues based from India who had no clue what they are doing. Simply the worst customer service bar none.

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @O2 the worst service & customer service I have been receiving for the last few months - just being fobbed off - not getting a service that I’m expected to pay for NO ANSWERS!!!!!
