    @O2 Why is it EVERY time I ‘upgrade’ you cannot just apply the same Co fig, bolt ons etc as I had? It’s like a brand new contract, without the new customer benefits!!

    @O2 I am an o2 customer and virgin media customer yet there is no option on myO2 to add the volt! Im stuck in a loop of clicking find out more and press my o2 to add your volt :/

    @O2 Nope all brand new !!! Your excuses are always the same some stupid mast I've just had a txt and email regarding the issue as we speak AGAIN and still you cannot sort it !!!

    @O2 spent 4 months trying to cancel a non used contract....rang 202 no answer or reply still paying.. no other option, im sorry i have recommended so many people to you now, seriously bad customer service

    @O2 Something to add to your list @O2 and that’s o2 don’t really care about most of their customers when it comes to lack of service given and would rather take peoples money and give the middle finger to them instead of making their lives easier by doing a simple job

    @O2 Hi they did put in the code but were totally clueless to the offers I wasn’t the only O2 customer who walked out certainly won’t be using Greggs again useless

    Trying to find more about #Volt with @O2 went something like this. Customer Service Agent 1: You need to take out a new deal so will pass you to sales team. Sales team: That is not correct. Customer Service Agent 2: Did not know what Volt waste then hung up on me 1/2

    @O2 why do you consistently cut me off from customer service when I'm trying to top up my hospital-bound mother's PAYG phone, and now your CS lines are closed? Shockingly poor customer service
