-
Max (@maxwaa) reported@O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.

llamachops 💙💛 🇪🇺 (@llamachops) reported@O2 @EE why can’t i get a mobile signal at #Battle station or ANYWHERE on the rail line from Hastings to Sevenoaks and then London? is this the 3rd World FFS???
-
#HYFR (@bxns_hyfr) reported@karthika_gm @O2 Yeah the deals are quite affordable, I have used EE for similar amount of time too. I pay 19 quid, but the service is better 😜
-
Paul Rawlings (@ThePaulRawlings) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

Cheryl Irving (@Dezrezchez) reported@O2 when will the signal/data issue be repaired in TQ12 area, it’s been saying there’s a mast issue for days now. Shame I can make a ‘paying you’ issue for the days that I’ve had no signal/data!
-
Dave Cook (@Nobby_C) reported@O2 when is the mast issue going to be fixed that affects BR49LX. Been going on for weeks now, all the updates say is that it will be fixed soon, weeks isn’t soon.

Gary Derwin (@gary_derwin) reportedIs there actually anywhere in the country now that has @O2 signal ? Been a few big city’s lately full 4G shows but internet 0🫣
-
Phil (@Philwafer1) reportedDon't deal with @O2 or @O2INSURANCE. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Been with them 9 years always paid insurance and now put in a claim told next day but they can't offer next day and I have to pay £90 excess for a service they can't offer, so then 3/5 working days 5th working day?????

Tykesrus (@Tyke1912) reported@O2 It’s not a great look when your customer service representative questions my honesty. I’m very pleased that I no longer have to deal with them.
