    .@O2 I just had a long call from an 01234 number, Apparently O2 have upgraded our network in our area & I am getting a new 5G sim card on Monday? Can you confirm this is genuine & not a scam? Flagged up on my phone as a possible spam call? 🤔

    @Moonheid1 @teejwxm @O2 I saw this documentary once about a guy with no phone who got into distress, so he sent his dog to get help. Lassie I think the mutt was called. Feels like this guy should be training his chihuahua up rather than moaning on twitter.

    @O2 How can you report a network issue on your status page when the area doesn't have a postcode and you can't geo locate because you don't have a data service?

    .@O2 I just had a long call from an 01234 number, Apparently O2 have upgraded our network in our area (EX16) & I am getting a new 5G sim card on Monday? The lady called Florina said she would ring me back to confirm the sim card delivery time slot tomorrow. Is this genuine? 🤔

    @O2 - I’ve a phone with you since the 90’s, never moved - just tried to get an upgrade of a 7-yr old iPhone 8 via interminable O2/Virgin links and been told, “thanks for your application, we’re thinking about it”. Well, think about this - get lost, I’ll acquire a phone at Tesco

    @O2 I have. They are absolutely no help. You should, however, be very interested in issues your customers face with the products you sell. I sure would be if I ran a business like yours. Do Apple sell anything sub par in their stores?

    @O2 The video recording would easily be fixed by Honor allowing Blackmagic camera and similar apps on their phones. Apple, Sony, Samsung, One Plus, Xiaomi and Google all do. Just not Honor for some reason. Allowing this would likely fix the video issue right away.

    @O2 This is terrible service im currently now talking to someone on lIve chat and MY MONEY won't be back for 5-7 work days! NO HEADPHONES OR AN ORDER FOR HEADPHONES STILL! How can you mess up an order for 2 sets of headphones SO TREMENDOUSLY!?!?!?!

    @O2 can you please tell me why you’re working on my local signal mast giving me absolutely NO access to the telephone at all- WITHOUT mentioning it to me? I’ve been waiting for an important call and I find out no one can ring me!
