    @missingSanremo @O2 I wouldn';t hold our breath. New sim received 10 days ago, wont activate.. they are next to USELESS and really have Zero customer care. Cancelled it, going to gifgaff.

    @O2 Reception in our area GL54 is appalling with only an E service available all to often You dismiss our feedback saying there is no problem when clearly there is . Stop ignoring the problem and fix it

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
