@O2 this is becoming a joke now 7+ months I have not been able to use my properly you lot need to sort it out I’m paying £76 a month for what ?? To have to b connected to Wi-Fi just to use my phone!! All you keep saying is there is a tower down what for over a year !! 😤

@IanGriffin63 @EnglandRugby @O2 Displaying skills behind the gain line is a recipe to get smashed. England were poor last season because of our lack of powerful runners off 9 and in the centre. Someone has to regularly dent the opponents D line, in order the shorten that line and thus create space.

@O2 Could you please clarify the timings of live chat is available? I keep having to refresh the page to see the chat option and when I do see it, I get a everyone's busy try again later. I don't have the opportunity to make a call today so need live chat to my issue sorted.

@O2 @EnglandRugby Is anyone else having serious problems with o2 data connections. Google maps, what's app, emails, the moment there is no WiFi the data is just not working. Been ongoing for 2-3weeks now

4 months without a phone and for the 8th time I’ve just been told when the problem is fixed @O2 will compensate me, I don’t want compensation I want a working phone.

@O2 we’re struggling for any signal in ME8 6HW area. Unable to receive/sent messages and make any calls. Your network status checker says everything is fine!
