    @O2 Phone service is so ****, answer every question to get through to someone, tell them your security pword, then for the 4th time get asked if you want to speak to someone and then she goes "bye" and hangs up lol... obviously dont want my money

    Just had appallingly bad service from @O2 . 25 years a customer . Incorrect information given by advisor , no callback as promised from manager . Then DM that was poor in its response to complaint . @Ofcom complaint to follow and goodbye for good . #25years

    @O2 I do have access to WiFi but while I appreciate issues occur I’ve been paying my phone bill for the last 9 months without any proper signal in my home town… It’s not really on is it?

    I’m now daily receiving spam offer texts from @O2, despite repeatedly doing the stop request. So it seems pretty safe to work out then how my phone number ended up with spam callers the second I switched service to them a few months this ago, isn’t it?

    @O2 I already took out the offer, oops. Ahaha. Is migration possible from my current number? (Rolling 30 days monthly) to this new contract? Rather than having to cancel it and re-do it, etc.

    @O2 I was going to sign a new contract with u but due to issues with porting my number over it didn’t work but u still took the first instalment of money from my account even when I cancelled. Can I have my money back?
