@O2 customer service is appalling. Tried all day on the App. Tried calling long wait and then get cut off once you finally answer.

@O2 Day 25 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@Zenith_UK @O2 @EE EE is terrible. Great coverage, probably the best coverage however, they charge so much more monthly than most other providers!

@O2 hi There has been zero service since Friday seemingly across Stoke. I've tried in ST1 and ST3 postcodes. Your coverage checker says a mast is not working. Service is defaulted to emergency calls only. Will you be refunding all line rental costs until this is fixed?

@o2 absolute joke of a company cant even tell what moneys they have received even when you provide them with receipt number and customer care that talk english sounds more the 3 back to @VodafoneGroup i go

@O2 how do I contact support and speak to a person not a computer? Every time I try to start a conversation with it it can’t put me through, total waste of time trying to contact you as can never actually speak to anyone!

@primaryteachew @O2 I know it’s a pain when you’re teaching but you just have to call up a few times and stress the inconvenience and danger you’re in as a result and ask to either exit contract early with no repercussions or for them to stop charging until service has resumed.
