    @O2 Sadly my phone doesn’t have wifi capabilities it’s just a basic phone but I can’t call or text due to the no signal. My son who is also with you and he has a smart phone, he has no signal aswell as my neighbour and her care worker as they’re both on o2

    @O2 I am switching from 02 PAYG to Pay Monthly and I want to keep my old phone number. The online form to make the request keeps giving me an error when I try to save and submit the request. Is this something you can help me with?

    @julietsimmons @O2 I’m having the exact same problem. Trying to port a number over from Virgin and O2 app won’t accept PAC code and twice cut off while on hold. At this point already feeling like a mistake.
