Absolute disaster class in customer service from @O2. Trapped in a loop of fraud teams sending me to stores, store staff sending me to broken web forms, and zero phone support. Guess that's why CISAS and GDPR exist. 📉🛑 @MoneySavingExp @Ofcom #O2 #CustomerService #ConsumerRight

O2 network has been down for the past 3 hours 😩 @O2 I’m using Wi-Fi for now. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Is it just me or is the @O2 mobile internet absolute garbage? If I have 4G that means no internet at all, if I have 5G that means I may have internet if I’m not at a busy location!

@O2 absolute joke. Stringing me along, promising to call. Two weeks later. No call. Apparently that’s my fault, they were waiting on me. (They’re not). They are unable to answer a simple question. Customer service v stressful to deal with. @MartinSLewis

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

@MissWittank @O2 That’s a breach of contract by O2 so you should be free to terminate your contract without penalty

@bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

The good thing about being on @O2 is that I didn’t get that emergency message about BBQs because as usual I have no ******* phone signal in my house!

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Bought phone outright. Monthly SIM. If SIM goes wrong cancel contract and get new one. 10 days in and I’ve used 0.85Gb. WTF are people using 60Gb on?
