Shocked at @O2 for terminating a company number for ‘fraudulent activity’. Refusing to respond to emails. No contact number for the fraud department. Customer service keeping us on hold until the call centre closes to avoid dealing with it. Refuse to give a pac code. Shocking !!

@O2 Scammed. Realised immediately. Called 202. O2 couldn’t cancel scam order that was less than 10 mins old. But it’s going to take fraud team 14 days to contact me. Scammer had my details - how? 🧵

@O2 If I say “yes” on a public forum, it’ll just confirm my stupidity but there’s so much more to this story. My concern is the speed at which the order was processed (probably while I was on the phone reporting the scam) but the inability to cancel it by two O2 CS reps.
