I feel sometimes that good customer service isnt always recognised. Especially with all the price increases happening. Thank you @o2 have to say the best service i have received in a long time.

@O2 very disappointed with the service in store today. Lady was soo rude! Also order a phone online said it would be ready to collect in 30 mins. Went to collect and not available for 1-2 days! What’s the point of click and collect! Quicker to have delivery!!!!!!

@O2 virtually impossible to get a signal in my area, no 5g here but can’t even get a usable 4g signal! Can only use on WiFi; but paying for mobile service. You have quite a few unhappy customers in this area.

@O2 my phone signal has been absolutely rubbish in PE10 area for months. You’ve been messing with a mast that’s been affecting the signal. Any chance of completing the job soon because what am I paying g for?

@O2 experiencing major issues trying to take out a contract, none of which are my fault. Please advise how I can get credit file referrals team & complaints to respond to me. Phone-less for over 2 weeks. Not impressed with dire customer service damaging my credit score!! Pls help
