    @O2 absolutely disgusting customer service from o2! Got my son an iPad for Christmas which isn’t working correctly! 7 phone calls 3 of which were ‘cut off’ 1 promise of a call back from tech team....never happened, 3 days of trying to recall can’t even get to speak to a human

    @O2 I have waited over a month! Why ******** do I have to wait a further 5-10 days??? If I owed o2 money it would b a whole different story of the shoes was on the other foot!
