As much as I am an introvert and hate calls, I really need a @O2 booster so I don't miss important calls. Like 5 mins ago where the car service stop people changed my pickup date cause they couldnt get a hold of me, even though I called them and got cut off. so angry rn 😡

@SimonMaitland @O2 Just glad we put a stop to it before any damage was done... The number used to contact me has been reported, and O2 are investigating.. A new account is now sorted with O2 so problem solved

@O2 Thanks for coming back to me. Wifi drop unlikely - I have a solid signal around the house, and we had no powercut that night. Background useage hard to know now but also unlikely - I reset my stats on my phone after I took that screengrab, and it's now showing 50mb, without me...

@O2 Day 132 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Hey @virginmedia why, why, WHY can @o2 not port my number from VIRGIN to O2? I have had 2 attempts based on dates given to me and yer here we still are! A Virgin Mobile number to O2 sim..... come on! Lots of unhappy customer reviews on the web too. HELP!
