    @O2 it has been 48 hours since i ported my number to you and since the number port was "completed" my ESIM has had no service, your web chat through the O2 app has been no help and i have just been asked to wait

    Oh no, nevermind. 😭😭😭 It continues to be utterly dead. At least I managed to get a two-factor authentication text at 6am to sort out Lucent’s National Insurance contributions the brief moment service returned but honestly @O2 these two weeks service has been horrific

    @O2 paying £60 per month for a phone with no service anywhere for the last 6 months. I've tried calling customer service to pay off my remaining balance but nobody can help. You guys are the absolute worst in the business. I've cancelled DD so I'll await your call.
