    @O2 @GreggsOfficial Never mind the sausage roll, I’ve been calling O2 since the offices closed about paying for a phone that stopped working months ago. The phone was paid off but the money still is taken. When do the phones get answered?

    @O2 Well @o2 just spoke to the payment team-totally unhelpful -they referred me to customer service and actually cut me off instead 😥. I will be taking this to the financial Ombudsman. Why send an enforcement letter for cancelling a contract-NO MISSED PAYMENT

    @O2 Exactly. I can switch to a more transparent provider and you can follow up what customer care said - that they spend all day dealing with such queries
