    @O2 I have tried to register my flight with the smartdelay site but having issues claiming the lounge access. Our flight has been delayed 60+ mins from Gatwick to Rhodes.

    @O2 I reported the mast on 16/9 and it's still not fixed. I have a 9 week old baby at home, I can't call out in emergency if I need to!
