@O2 one week in to a 24 month contract with you and I literally can’t take the awful signal anymore, and I’m 15 miles from London not in the countryside, had no hassle the last 4 years on ee but this is just sub standard at best, can I get out of my contract ?

@MikeAubury @O2 @ladyTbarber1 Most contracts already had some kind of roaming cap anyway so I don think there is much change here. Like you say, bad PR.

@O2 Customer Service in 2021 is as bad for sensory deprived people as 1971. They no longer respond to emails but send a link, which goes nowhere. The 'live chat is automated & can't understand the word 'disabled' when applied to a human. Their CS here ask for info, no response!

1/2 So no one at @O2 can authorise anything! Just rang to cancel my contract & was told that I have to wait for the ‘incident’ to be looked into & someone to call me back because I can’t be put through to the people that can authorise the return of my phone & watch! 🤬

@JodiClements17 @O2 You should be able to terminate your contract early without an early termination fee if you can prove that you're having issues. We got out of a couple of Thee contracts for the same reason.
