    Unbelievably poor customer service from @o2 once again. They owe money that they've wrongly taken from my account & every time I ask for a refund, they say they're putting me through to the correct department and instead cut me off. A complete joke! So petty too. 📞👎 #rubbish

    @O2 Just had a random call about a discount due to being a loyal customer. Customer Services number given was 03333031321 - are you rolling out a promotion or is this a fraudulent call?

    @SHadjipateras @O2 @actionfrauduk Don’t trust o2 After 2 yrs & 4 mths & 100s of complaints they sent an aggressive rude email saying they can’t find the original complaint because they have ‘archived’ it so aren’t going 2 help & aren’t going 2 refund the money then told me to go get a lawyer if I don’t like it

    @O2 ordered two new phones and contracts. Didn’t send second sim. Now you can’t even find my details. I want to cancel everything I have zero confidence in you as a provider

    @O2 It said that there were technical faults and O2 know of the problems and we're fixing it. Just over an hour later u had and it worked 👍
