@O2 Autovoice told me zero owed. 5 hrs waiting for reconnect. 3 hrs of calling you. Cust adv. then tells me I owe £14!? 5 hrs of my son on his own with no phone 🤬 Very rude customer adviser. Disgraceful again.

@Ofcom it's been over 5 weeks and I've not heard anything from @O2 about my complaint. Their policy is 5 working days. What can be done?

@VodafoneUK your processes are terrible, my contract coming to end so want to change ge to sim only and carry on my employee discount but 30 mins later and being told need to do this online, what's the point of having a call centre. Can't wait to see what @O2 & @EE can offer
