Never experienced such rubbish (and that’s putting it nicely!) customer service from @O2. Absolutely fuming 😡. They really need to sort their systems out and start offering better customer service!

@O2 I signed an 18 month CONTRACT with @virginmedia which included an O2 deal £10 monthly paid separately second month and you have increased my payment I said keep it at £10 you said no I said cancel it then and you said that would be breaking the CONTRACT and would cost me

@virginmedia Well, on your side, we could do with someone calling us about cancelling the contract with @o2 you set us up on for a deal, then said we couldn't have it. As your agent set it up with the wrong accout details and wrong email, we cannot access it after @O2 didn't shut it down.
