    @O2 absolutely shocking that my phone hasn’t been working for 2 weeks yet I’ve spoke to about 50 of your staff and nobody wants to sort it! Never felt anger like it

    @O2 so my o2 phone isn't connecting to the network.cant find a number to call on the website, cant call the shortcut off my phone cos I cant make calls. Cant log into myo2 cos it wants a code that's texted to confirm its me, cant get texts. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH THEN
