    @O2 Also. Is O2 business on here because I'm fed up with wasting an hour of my working day speaking to someone who says sorry sorry sorry sorry we will help you and then wants to charge £90 a month for a phone and I don't even want the newest one

    @BenInRushcliffe I used o2 switch up the other month. The phone got lost in the post, they tried to charge me £900. Several phone calls and its still on going @O2 customer service is based abroad and it's terrible

    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
