    O2 has the worst customer service. I’ve spent 2 hours speaking to various colleagues today, cut off 3 times, handed over twice with no information shared & still left waiting whilst your colleagues “speak to another member of the team to discuss my account”. Please sort it @O2

    @O2 What do I do when a customer of yours enters my e-mail address as theirs and I get 11 e-mails from you regarding an account that is not mine? Your live chat is asking me to verify my birth date and billing address. I'm not a customer of yours, how am I supposed to do that?!

    @O2 having a real problem here. Returned a device and have tracking info to say it’s delivered. Your call centre want me to chase it with your parcel handling company? Contract was cancelled within 14 days and you’ve still debited my account. Please help!

    When the lockdown started I had nofurlough and no income for 8-weeks, everybody I have direct debits with etc helped me while I sorted my money out, that is everybody was helpful except for @O2 who said on their website they would help but you could not get thru to them.

    O2 don't care about customers! Waited on the phone 1 hour and talked to 2 customer advisors to be fobbed off! @O2 going downhill and Cardiff - a capital city - can't have a functioning mobile phone mast! @vodafone share the same mast and have a responsibility here too @Ofcom

    @O2 I'm trying to start a chat on the app but it doesnt let you!! Such an awful app! I need proof of purchase for my samsung pro book as it's already stopped working and wont charge! Samsung need this. Can this be sorted ASAP

    Random question #appleiphone11 does anyone else have problems with brightness changing by itself. Even though I’ve turned off the setting? @O2 @AppleSupport #reallyannoying does it every day and only had the phone not that long.

    @O2 Please, why do you lock phones just to your O2 network without the consent of the customer? I had asked for unlocking my phone but it's about 1 week already and there is nothing done and no message from your company when that unlocking will be done.The chat room doesn't work
