    @O2 why is your service so appallingly bad in Weymouth, Dorset. DT postcode Showing 4G and have a reasonably signal. Yet I am missing phone calls and the chat apps are not connecting. Unfortunately I've missed a few calls that are important.

    @O2 I mean the plan I want to change to (with someone else) is £10 for 30gb with you I can either have the 1GB plan for £5 more!?! Or thé 25gb plan for £15 more? I’d like to cancel my contract and move please

    @O2 um told my order would arrive today, just checked the delivery tracking site, and they say Tuesday. Annoyed and let down so who is lying you or DHL?

    @salopcast @O2 Always had trouble with O2 when there was more than 5 people about! The network can’t cope with crowds - has done for years! We left them a few years back and not looked back since - only have the occasional blip with BT now!
