@O2 Since yesterday I've been trying to get through. Can't make outgoing calls or texts, have no landline, app doesn't work and can't get help through virtual assistant. Service is appalling. Can you direct me to another means of urgent contact? I am also complaining to @Ofcom.

Absolutely astonishing how I’ve been messed around with my upgrade from @O2 with hardly any forward assistance! New handset was out for delivery with @DPDUK a few days ago without attempt of delivery it’s now on its way back to O2! No update etc! Very poor service indeed!

@O2 please can you help?! I moved to Japan last year - I was told if I make a phone call to UK every 6 months my number will be protected - all had been great until this month - I cannot make any calls to UK? I am on PAYG & have enough balance

@O2 I get a 500 error of multiple devices when I try and login, after the screen it asks me which account (I am named delegate for someone). Same is true either via username and password or via a link and OTP through the phone. Please can you DM me to sort out.

@OneVoiceMarket @O2 Right?! It is SO frustrating getting a different promise each time we call, for none of them to be delivered. They’re horrendously bad and now he has this debt hanging over him.

If you're finding life too easy, may want to order your Xmas presents online from @O2. There's a good chance they'll **** delivery so you don't get your item; then you can spend hours on the phone arranging a refund, which will take 7 to 10 working days. #XMAS2025 #Shopping

@O2 you have an obligation to tell customers the truth , if you fail to do this it is therefore your responsibility to make it right . This is what effective customer service should be . I'm still waiting for you to make it right for me

@O2 I’ve never been so stressed talking to a customer service advisor, surely you would need some customer skill and I’ve had to repeat myself 5 times to get them to understand, time to find another mobile provider .
