    @ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking

    @O2 @O2 It's been over a month since my number was compromised and my account closed. I've received conflicting information from different teams and still have no resolution. This number is linked to all my essential services. I deserve answers @CommasOmbudsman

    @O2 I am getting sick and tired of people saying they’re from O2 calling me, not one of them sounds “English” or calling from “England” yet someone has given them my number I haven’t been an O2 customer for years yet they seem to know I used to be a customer Stop selling data on

    @O2 I am trying to speak to agent on online chat but it is saying I need to open the 02 app to speak to someone but I am no longer a customer so cannot do this.
