@O2 Also after topping up, I can only change the tariff for the following month, and not the current month. Is there a self-service way to achieve this on a new sim card without calling you?

@O2 serioulsy last straw! Mobile data hasn’t work for about a month, called twice in last two days and apparently a mast isn’t working in chester (not sure how that effects MD outside of chester) and now I have no signal / no calls. Pls contact/sort it out!!!

@MPD_Online @O2 tried to buy a phone from mobile phones direct - horrid experience, 1 week later and still no phone, order 080120163, then 13 mins on hold to cancel it. am now heading into town to buy one directly with 02.

Once again @O2 4G network below 1Mbps or none at all. Bloody pathetic. Why can’t we have a network that has sufficient band width to Work. Or better still why don’t they get off the arses and roll out 5G? They don’t have a roll out program because you can’t find out about it.

@ComplainingCow If you receive bad service then it has to be addressed. I had an issue with @O2 I was due a credit this month which didn’t happen so back on the phone today. Carol apologised and now I have to wait until next month!
