    @O2 I have been without a signal for 3 days now, I was supposed to receive my sim over the weekend and my contract number would transfer on Sunday, I still haven't received the sim card, and I have contacted o2 multiple times and received no help

    Why is the @O2 #4g signal in #colchester town soooo bad. Always have to switch to #3g to get it to work 😡

    @O2 Hi, i never answer 0845/0843 numbers. Im getting an increasing amount going straight to 901. I report every one to 7726 and block.

    @O2 No, I sorted that out and started a new contract. But you never delivered your promises so I had to jump through hoops to cancel it all. So very disappointed. But at least my current network stepped up so I will remain with them (10+ years, I never should have tried to leave.)
