    @LizJRudd @O2 You must of signed up to something otherwise you wouldn’t be receiving these emails. It doesn’t look like a phone to me, too cheap. It seems like a sim only. If you never signed up to anything, then ring O2 and open up a fraud case.

    I’ve never complained about terrible service on Twitter, but the again, this is a new low! NEVER had such horrible experience! @O2 has been a massive disappointment. I’ve spent 2hrs on the phone & received zero assistance. Went in store twice this week & nothing!! @O2 really?

    @O2 Thankyou. I've been in touch with you several times and I'm told work to improve the signal locally in E18 will be completed by the end of June. Wifi calling unfortunately isn't available on my device.

    @O2 I can't DM you it says as you aren't following ? But the map says there was an issue here "affecting Sky Mobile customers" which is now solved ; it was the O2 signal as I am not Sky (pictures still not coming through at 10am but back to normal now)

    @O2 service is DIABOLICAL !!! Sort it out I need one thing to be done and it’s taken 2 weeks to even get a call back !!!!!!!!

    @O2 I’ve been a customer of o2 for about 10 years but not happy right now with the service, or how difficult it is to get a resolution.
