@O2 my data hasn’t worked for months yet every time I complain, it just gets closed because I have ‘used data’. That’s only because I have it switched on trying to use it! Oh and the mast in my area has been broken since April so cannot use data there either.

@O2 Hi, I’ve just tried to connect whilst outside a tube station and it’s done the same thing… there isn’t an option to “register”, the “Help Signing In” doesn’t provide any relevant support and I tried to call 202 but after selecting options to speak to an O2 Guru it hung up on me?

@O2 @O2 it’ll work randomly for about 5 minutes and then stops. If I manage to get data it’s often 3G or extremely slow. I’ve been contacting you about it since April.

Hi @O2 I’ve heard masts in my local area are over subscribed & currently I’m getting very poor signal for the past few days & months at times. I’m paying for something I can’t use? Also heard there’s going to be no solution for a long time. How can this be resolved?
