    @O2 why can't I send or receive MMS messages even though I've set everything up per your directions. Tried calling your customer help number and that just hangs up on me after the "tell us what you're calling for".

    @O2 Not helpful in the slightest. How about u maintain the masts so we don't have to be without data, that we pay for! No compensation for lack of service despite taking 20mins to load a page if I'm lucky. O2 is messing with my work & that's unacceptable!

    @O2 Hi, I’ve tried to get my pac code today but when texting to obtain it just asks to try again later as there’s an issue. Upon calling they said there’s a system issue but I thought when requested it had to be given within the hour. Please can you help or advise?

    @O2 Seems there was a minor outage of some kind last night. It seemed to resolve itself later on around 10PM. Thanks for the response
