    @O2 iv been with your almost 20 years? Got 4 lines! Why can I not just buy a handset? You advertise prices on them but stores cant sell them, and your customer services say you cant do it? You apparently dont sell phones???

    @O2 please provide a contact number for your complaint team. You’ve left a person who’s suffered a heart attack with no way to contact anyone . Only because someone has come to the house has help been able to be got 🤬🤬

    @O2 I need your help! my phone died yesterday so I have no phone. I ordered a phone yesterday but somehow the order was cancelled with no notice nor reason. your live chat doesn't let me talk to a human (I don't have access to an app because I don't have a phone!

    @CliffNixon @O2 I think they moved to India since they merged with Virgin and that’s when things gone down hill it’s the worst customer service experience I had with them utterly frustrating
