    @O2 Yeh it works .had no reply though .sent the problem and nothing, zilch, not a responce what so ever.but wouldnt expect anything different these days

    @leeroyruddell @O2 @O2 out of all networks I’ve been with yours is genuinely the worst. You need to sort your signal problems out asap as it’s always a problem. The worst part is the lack of effort on your part to do anything about it and how you fail to extend any courtesy to your customers

    @O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.

    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2

    @RealDaveB @O2 Good luck getting your account unlocked they locked mine last December an still can't use my o2 app or website constantly told we contact you within 5 working days. phoned them an sent complaint. lucky i can pay over the phone otherwise I'll would be ******
