    @O2 just continues to be the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with, you’ll be quick enough at putting a late payment or missed payment credit mark on my credit file but your customer service either don’t answer or constantly cut you off!!!!!

    @O2 could I have details on how to complain please? I raised various signal issues in North East #Leeds and nothing has change since 16th August, and not even received a “We’re still working to fix your issue” text recently.
