    @O2 Thats ok I did make the lady aware after the issues Ive been having and then lastnight I wont be paying for this months bill which she sorted for me. I pay for a service and I have not received thay service.

    @O2 customer services is a joke. Absolutely shocking service after putting the phone down being told to wait 45 mins to get back through. What a shambles.

    @O2 whet the hell is goin on with this tin pot network. No coverage at home or in local area. Sick of the excuses now. Effecting 1000s of people utter joke

    @O2 I’ve just done this. It tells me there are no known issues. According to your signal checker we should have good coverage indoor & outdoor. This is effecting all 4 phones on the house. We get a max of 2 bars. This response is pretty poor really.

    Honestly @O2 have made blood boil I got 4 letters in post demanding final payment. And have been told on phone these are friendly reminders. I’ve never missed a bludy payment and paid early than the payment date to pay by awful awful company I can’t wait to get rid of!

    @O2 Please let someone in management know that it’s underhand and morally wrong in these bad economic times to dress up taking on a totally unnecessary new data contract (ongoing debt) as a “free reward for loyalty.”
