    @O2 Have you got any customer care in the uk? And does your CEO executive office actually deal with any complaints that come directly to his office! I am having some major issues and these need rectifying ‘yesterday’ it has been going on for nearly a year!

    Beware of an influx of spam calls from the Bedford area (01234) targeting @O2 customers & saying their sim cards will stop working due to the new network upgrades in your area. The upgrades are real but the sim card call is a scam. I have had 2 in less than 24 hrs. BLOCK & REPORT

    @O2 I have left o2 last month . I have had one text saying you are refunding me and another saying you’ll take it off my next bill . As I am no longer a customer I am not expecting a bill !

    @O2 You have my elderly 84 year old grandfather who is terminally ill running around in circles as you unable to use some common sense when verifying him. Your lack of empathy & refusal to help is disgraceful. STILL awaiting a reply on my complaint!
