    @O2 please could you help, I had a new contract and we phoned customer services because the volt hadn’t been added I was meant to have 10GB of data and only have 5 .. we were told it would be on the next time it refreshed which is today and I still have 5 😩

    @Biketruck @O2 This sort of thing I why I used to have 4 devices from o2 and now just settled last account last week. Never to return after 20 years +as a customer.

    What is with the mobile phone coverage in bath @o2 ? It's really bad to non existent and been like it for months. You hear people talking saying the same thing!
