I can’t believe how crap @o2 are. Trying to get an esim and first they have to post it to you which is mental. But they disable the physical sim immediately leaving you stranded for days despite promising not to the second time. What gives?

@O2 Hi @O2 I have been in contact with my provider again, and guess what? They can only let you know there's a problem with the mast which they've done again! We are 11 days short of a month without service and since I first contacted you through your website my baby has aged 2 weeks

@O2 your customer service of late is absolutely shocking I can’t make or receive calls or texts can’t use any of the online chat features and can’t even phone you guys on 202. I’ve been with @o2 for years and never had any problems but recently the service is awful
