@O2 - just changed to you. Supposed to switch my no. but it's not worked. Only receiving some calls but not all. Spent ages on helpline but your staff can't seem to find a problem so now I have to go in store. Wish I'd not bothered. Massive pain. Not happy 😡

@O2 It is saying a mast is down in the area. Do we know when this will be resolved? Even though using Wi-Fi calling we are still missing out on calls and messages

@O2 partner quoted £90 for recycling his phone to find out that an issue that is technically a fault (screen burn) will result in only receiving £18. Clearly a trick used by o2 to get customers to stay. He's now tied in to a 3yr contract but will be leaving ASAP. As will I.

@O2 Hello, I’ve sent you a PM about an account you’ve transferred out of my name in error. Please could you help?

@O2 I hope so, but will have to wait to see if corrected. Your colleague on the phone was helpful and admitted your error, however o2 chat replied to me after suggesting ‘as a good will gesture’ they give me £100 off the bill as I’m a loyal customer which I thought was appalling.

@O2 Are all your customer service advisors rude and argumentative? The lady I spoke to was far from acceptable, so glad the calls are recorded because she needs some serious training!
