Charl (@ceeveepee) reported@O2 I’ve tried to top up my mum’s PAYG phone twice via 4444 and it has failed. The money shows now as pending being taken on the bank but the message on the phone said it hasn’t gone through. Is there an issue.

I.C (@IanCockerill2) reported@O2 Thanks for responding. Luckily my son in uk was able to contact you and it is now resolved. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.

Chris Beale (@bealec1988) reported@jackreeduk @EnglandRugby @O2 He scored 4 tries the other day. Granted it was against Bristol so it doesn’t count but still. He’s only 5 points behind Feyi-Waboso who’s also had injury problems. I suspect his time will come once Borthwick is gone.

I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!
