    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks

    @O2 there is a complete lack of mobile signal in central Reading, including the area directly over the railway station. Is there any chance of this being rectified any time soon? It’s been going on for months

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently
