Listen @O2 you need to fix your customer service, I’ve been a loyal customer and I don’t ask for a lot. Please answer your dm because the last person I tried to speak on the phone with hanged up the call when I was mid sentence.

@O2 I was charged for a contract that's paid off and sequently closed, AND I believe the wrong SIM was terminated as I haven't got my network back regardless of the times I've restarted my phone. :/

@O2 I just want on signal bill for my phone my iPad and my air time and I want one Direct Debit and I want to be able to make extra payment online when I feel like it. It’s not rocket science but it is to you apparently

So @O2 have completely cut my phone off, can’t even ring them, they want me to use another phone. After years of deadnaming me and harassing. They’re the worst phone company I have ever used hands down.

Kinda glad I left @O2 now. Received a threatening letter this morning saying I may be taken to court if I don’t pay my final bill. Nice way to treat a customer of over 10 years.
