    What is it about @O2 - Yet another waste of time at Tottenham Court Road Store. I was a victim of crime and had my phone stollen. I bought ALL my details with me in the 1 hour i have today to sort it. Still they could not help. I am beyond furious!

    @O2 what a shambles of a company Why do your complaints department hide behind an email inbox? Nobody helps/responds to emails and you can't make a verbal complaint over the phone. Who thought that was a good idea?

    @Jason__Watkins @O2 Good to see O2 maintain the stellar quality of service they've been providing for years. This is what happens when a company balloons in size and forgets the people that got them there. Hope you sort it, Jason and that someone gets back to you as a result of this.

    @Queenofthe80s @Madonna @O2 Saw her a few years back and vowed would never again. She didn't come onstage until well after 10. No explaination as to why and then the whole concert vibe was she didn't want to there!
