@squirrelinatree @O2 So many of your customers, me included, have the same problem. Please be honest and tell us when this will realistically be resolved? We should have been told of this issue when we took new contracts out 😡

@HoulihanFinn @lisagarb @O2 9 days! That’s ridiculous, I thought mine was bad enough. I was led to believe was a new issue but that obviously isn’t the case. The amount of false information I’ve been given is shocking.

@EdgeGavin @virginmedia I feel like I’m going mad. I have to explain the problem over and over again because they’re so awful at their job. Still take the full payment each month for our non working broadband. I’m also doing the same with @O2 and funnily enough, same parent company 🙃

@O2 what have you done to the mobile phone signal in M24 region? Gone from 3-4 bars to 1, and sometimes 0...always cutting me off and effectively unable to use my mobile for phone calls!
