    @O2 u dont need to interrupt the hold music every 30 seconds i know im waiting!! I know ur gonna put me through!! Cutting off the music so often makes me think someone is answering STAWP

    @O2 hi there i need help, i have an additional charge of £9.99 on my bill however it will not let me view my bill and keeps asking me to sign in with a email link which i have done multiple times however it is still not letting me view my bill.

    @O2 Er… No You’ve totally got this wrong.. it wasn’t me that couldn’t process Upgrade.. It was YOU who couldn’t process it.. I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

    @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.
