    @O2 I've been trying to get the sorted for months and today, I had two different help chats open on different platforms and had to log into a Thurs only to find out that there are no people to actually fix anything.

    @O2 (2) They always say "we're sorry" but they neither listen to you nor try to find a solution to your problem. They're just stalling. No sane person will receive service from "O2".

    @O2 how can you cancel a contract? 202 is permanently busy I’ve waited for hours over the past month. 5 times I’ve tried waiting for over an hour. There must be another option??
