    @O2 Not getting any luck from your call centres at all, seems like I’m on the ‘staff who need more training’ line. Had internet issues in my area for weeks (literally like 300 kbps) reported it online but apparently there’s nothing wrong. Partner also has same issue.

    @O2 Any update on the incoming/outgoing calls issue? Not a great introduction to O2 on my first day as a new customer. I’m due to transfer my old number from a different network tomorrow. A bit concerned that will leave entirely unable to contact anyone!

    I wish wish wish I wasn't so reliant on the internet to do everything. @virginmedia @O2 - please sort it out!! "Joined forces" to collectively deliver a bad service? Was that the plan?
