@O2 Absolutely no signal at home or in the nearby area, neither corporate or personal mobiles. This is unacceptable. @O2 is not providing an acceptable telecoms provider service and fulfilment of your airtime contractual obligations. Paying for no service yet you take money monthly!

3 mths constant letters from @O2 for an their error. 3 X 45 min calls to Customer Service during Feb/Mar telling me it's dealt and will close down with 24hours. Still getting letters. At what point do I start harassment proceedings. #ofcom

Well was getting excited about my new phone arriving today (next day delivery) but both @O2 or @dhlexpressuk didn’t not tell me that Saturday is not included in the next day delivery. Yes I know I am impatient customer but this should have been explained when ordering

No #iPhone13 for me, waited two weeks for an order I had not received. I was told the delivery was attempted twice which is funny as I work from home. Got passed around on phone being told it’s cancelled and I have to re-start the upgrade saga again, no customer support. 😡 @O2

@Phil_Gooch @O2 I've been a Vodafone user for years whilst their 5G rollout is slightly slow generally their 4G isn't bad.

I like Southport, I really do, but the phone signal our here is really poor on @O2. Can hardly get enough signal strength to send a tweet Can't watch vids or see pics Youtube is a no go. 😔

@O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

@O2 I've since spoken to someone in the call centre and its because the phone I'm using is locked to another network so will try another phone
