@tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 Few months ago but it's got worse. My phone often just goes to answer phone due to no signal so I'm missing important calls (such as doctors, work calls etc) Messages don't often send, I'm replying on WhatsApp (when that works!). WiFi isn't that good and my phone data never works

@O2 I haven't received my order yet no. It got dispatched today though. And I can login with my username and password but if I tap on anything within the app it just gives an error 500.

@O2 We never get far enough into the conversation for that. They announce they’re calling from o2 with new offers and at that point I tell them I’m not interested.

@O2 This isn't the problem the problem is apparently according to giffgaff a mast is down in my area witch has been down now for about a year and I believe giffgaff runs of o2

@O2 Hi my esim stopped working from yesterday . It shows ‘No Service’ on my iPhone 13 pro. So I went to O2 store today , they changed another esim which has got the same issue around the same time today I switch off/on the line , it gives a warning O2 has switched off my 4G calls

@O2 absolutely disgraceful service from 02 mobile. Upgraded to IPhone at Christmas for our sons Christmas present; 6 months later and still no network.

@O2 I’ve had your lines drop me while on hold twice now. I’ve had to call you 5 times, spent hours on hold, and still haven’t had my issue resolved. Please can you sort it with me via email or text so I can stop waiting around.
