    .@O2 you really are extracting the urine now at home in Tq3 constant poor service, now at work in Tq1 and a mast is out of service !

    So @O2 after spending Over 2 hours talking to 5 service representatives, explaining the issue probably 10 times, being cut off 3 times and requesting a manager call back (still waiting)…. I am no nearer resolving the issue that you caused! #CustomerService #poor #noretention

    @o2 Once again cannot make phone calls or receive voicemail as keep getting message not connected to network. As this keeps happening over the past year I would like to know as your not providing me with a service can I cancel sim contract.

    @O2 Just back from the USA - data was throttled to the point where it is almost unusable. I was getting <1Mb download speeds in Orlando FL despite full reception. Will buy a US network SIM in future and downgrading my 02 plan to remove the Travel Inclusive bolt-on.

    @O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?

    So @O2 I paid a second visit to your Teesside park store today as informed by your store colleague on my wasted visit on Friday , as it would be quiet .. guess what ?? 90 minute wait and still no one in the shop and all virtual appointments Great service this by the way 🥴🥴

    @deutsch_scot @O2 My daughter had a similar problem. This is above all a safety issue and I am concerned.
