    @O2 Hi. Not sure about signal on my old SIM, I don't have it with me. At first I entered PAC when placing the order but number didn't swap over. Called customer service on Saturday, gave detail AGAIN and was told number would be ported on Monday. Still nothing has happened.

    @O2 It’s bad when the customer services of a telecommunications company can’t send a simple text. I think the next step is to contact #Ofcom

    @O2 aaaannd we’re still waiting on this call from a manager to resolve this issue. All your customer service employees are doing is saying absolutely anything to get her off the phone so they’re not her problem anymore and resolving nothing. APPALLING.

    @O2 No photo ID = No Order. No exceptions, even after being a loyal customer since 2006. I’ll spend my cash elsewhere.

    @O2 when is the mast going to be fixed in PE26 area? It’s been months and months! I’ve logged the problem on your website and it mentions speaking to the landlord of the masts location!?

    @O2 why the scam and misleading customers. I have upgraded, cannot access my account or claim #samsung chromebook. Customer services couldn't help. Need to complain and close account!
