Hey @O2 why is your coverage so appealing in Weston-super-Mare? I struggle to get a data connection yet you ask me to upgrade yo more data??!! Should I switch to @EE or @VodafoneUK for better coverage? I pay £35 a month for crap coverage at the moment.

Hey @O2, any advice for a Pixel 6 Pro screen replacement? @madebygoogle suggest EE stores regardless of network, but they gave me a quote of over £800 for not being on EE 😭 nowhere seems to want to touch this phone cuz it's a Pixel, I'm at a loss 😭

@O2 Hello apologies for delay, did not see reply. Complaint was lodged on 16th March. I have the transcript stating the tariff will be downgraded to the lowest tariff but still being charged at the most expensive tariff. How do we get out of this cycle of being overcharged?

@O2 I logged a complaint on the 18/05 verbally & have since spoken to over 10 people. No update, no change. I logged an online complaint 14/6, NOTHING! What's happening? Worse service ever. Will esclate it right to the top & go to Ofcom.

@O2 but how about this idiot that changed his address to my parents property, u didn't have the courtesy to ask him if he's telling the truth?! How about you asking him to come down to his local o2 shop and show proof of address???????
