    @O2 I have been trying to get priority tix for Maroon 5 all morning, as soon as I link to the axs website I just get the spinning wheel of death. Are you having a problem with axs as I can get Blur priority through ticketmaster with no problem??

    Hi @O2 can you do something about the signal in Chepstow, a lot of town is 3G only and is making mobile gaming away from my Wi-Fi a nightmare. If it can’t be improved I’ll have to look into terminating my contract.

    @O2 insurance is a joke!! Not only was I told or would come Saturday - it didn’t. And on receiving my new phone I’ve received one in the same condition mine is in and a camera not working. Why I am paying for insurance if I’m gonna receive a phone of the same or poorer quality.

    @O2 58 minutes on live chat to the complaints department and it still didn't register with them what I was saying regarding a 6 month issue that I have called about numerous times over the 6 months .. I got the copy of the chat to my email for Ofcom to see if they will help.

    @O2 I have spoken with 4 different colleagues now with absolutely zero resolution. I know from researching online this is a know @O2 fault and you're currently saying I need to pay my full contract to get out of it. I have moved house to a rural area with no phone signal

    @O2 Thanks. Strangely saying no reported issues, but signal is definitely much worse over the past 48 hours. Sadly no wifi on the train
