    Hi @o2 any chance you can reply to my DM? There does not seem to be any othr way to speak to a human about my billing issue and I'd like some money back and to find out how to cancel the supposedly free 3 month Disney+ trial that you are charging me for. Not impressed

    @O2 @mikejibson Not impacting a "small amount" of customers, far from it. It's a UK wide network failure.

    @O2 is there a problem at the minute? I have signal strength but my phone won’t connect at all when trying to dial out. It just cancels itself. I also don’t get incoming calls. Wondering if this is just me or a wider O2 issue. I’m in Cardiff.

    @angelak2271 @O2 I've clicked the link they gave me and it said there's a mast nearby that's not working. But it seems to be a problem across the country

    @gardenerscottag Seems that way! I can't call a mobile but I can call landlines. Sort it out @O2 Status Checker doesn't even identify that a problem exists. O2 down
