    @SkyNews @O2 left me without a working phone for 3 months. Each time i phoned they asked the same scripted questions, was no help in store. Got me to send the phone for repair and it came back saying fixed but it wasnt. I cancelled the contract midway and they got balifs onto me. Avoid

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @o2 and @GreggsOfficial the savoury for a pound never seems to be available these days jusy take it off the options list. Feels like a scam

    @O2 Account locked out. Dear all my o2 account is locked and has been for approx 1 month with a couple of your agents promising to look into the issue and nothing has happened. This is frustrating and very poor service. I need my account unlocked asap.

    @O2 I just arrived in France, and am unable to use my phone AGAIN, despite your text about “Welcome to France” and informing me about usage! I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!

    When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies) Glad to be gone after 33 years as a Cellnet / O2 customer.

    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM
