    @O2 why is it impossible to access ones account, keeps asking to register my email then ask for a key chain I have no idea what that is, just going around in circles, will have to concider a new network at this rate.

    @O2 Seriously, I messaged by DM prior to 1800hrs today, and even notified you on the main timeline I had done it, and guess what, yep @O2 have completely ignored it. Customer service is missing

    @O2 Why is your 5G connection so poor! Even in London is rubbish! No chance of any speed or quality in Nottingham! Sort it out.

    @O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.

    @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc

    @O2 @o2 your signal coverage app is incorrect. The map show blue where there is no reliable 5g, cant generally get 4g. This is not temporary, been the case for months. People need to go into Shops for wifi to pay parking.
