    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @O2 Why am I constantly having to be sent email links to confirm my email every time I try to do anything on your app when I have fingerprint security on my phone? Ever since Virgin got involved it's been a terrible service.

    Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .

    @darkclown @O2 It was dreadful down at the seafront today at Hove today. We found the same..calls were not connecting & texts took ages. Had to give up with @BrightonMarathn app.. missed seeing our son at several points

    @O2 sort your signal out in the HP13 area. 6th day in a month with no signal. Can't even get 4G.. Thank god my contract is up now.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.
