@O2 worst ever experience. Called weeks before my holiday if will have internet in Montenegro and was told will have everything working as at home.Yeah nothing at all! Couldnt call,not even contact host at airbnb cos had no internet.Nightmare!

@o2 accessible company i have had no indoor signal for 6 days and trickle signal outside home no wifi calling option and cannot contact O2 yet you want my monthly payment for non service i need to cancel this account to a provider who a least can provide wifi calling

@O2 I ordered a phone contract on 19.04. U never sent the phone n I cancelled it all in 10 days. It’s been 48 days n I haven’t been refunded. Your customer service is rubbish. Called them many times. Still not resolved the issue but heard fake promises. I want my money back now!!

@O2 hey - I was told on the phone to customer service that my PAC code for my number change would be applied by 6pm today, but it hasn’t happened and have not had any texts about it. Could you look into it?

@O2 have cut my phone off, so I cant actually call any of the numbers I need to call to discuss payment and their web chat is down Really annoyingggggg
