    @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

    As per the norm now, @O2 have failed to do what they promised they would do…and then tried to blame the customer. Absolutely shocking network.

    @O2 hi O2! Is there any sort of time scale on O2 satellite being available for iPhones? Very bored of my O2 signal failing regularly, but enjoy the O2 benefits so looking at getting a back up eSIM for when signal is patchy. But if satellite will be available very soon I’ll wait

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already

    @O2 trying to set up e-sim on my new phone but it says I have to contact o2 to do it but I can’t ring up o2 because got no signal on both phones. Help?

    Why are there so many barriers put up by you @O2 I think it’s poor that it states that after you buy the bolt ons your get a text or email regarding the purchase and how cancel but I got nothing why is this???

    @virginmedia @O2 Hi. In this instance speaking through Virgin Media, it was set up without my knowledge and without a written or verbal contract. I am in the middle of this mess now and have looked a complaint. Thank you
