    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor

    @O2 Hi. I am desperately trying to speak to somebody about my account but am being bounced between the app and the website. I can't get through to anybody on the phone either and I have been trying since Wednesday. Can you help please?

    @O2 how can I not get any service in two major places in the south east. London Bridge and bluewater! Less than 4g in both places is shocking

    @O2 any chance someone can take ownership and unlock My MyO2 app please? Been over 10 days now and that was the timescale given to fix the issue. Not acceptable anymore

    @O2 Account locked out. Dear all my o2 account is locked and has been for approx 1 month with a couple of your agents promising to look into the issue and nothing has happened. This is frustrating and very poor service. I need my account unlocked asap.

    @abs_1977 @O2 This has been going on for months I can literally only pay a bill over phone or in store. My salary date changes every month so I prefer to pay manually as opposed to DD and I've done it this way for years with no issue
