    @O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.

    @O2 my mum had to make an insurance claim for her samsung s10 plus and asked for a phone a new phone charger and plug the lady she spoke to had checked with supervisor and was sending one out and not had it, not good service
