    @O2 tried to login to Perplexity Pro having redeemed the free offer a few months back, but it’s not letting me login. The page on the Priority app shows it’s been redeemed?? Any chance of some help to sort this please?

    @O2 you sent me an email saying i 'd get a free welcome gift (worth up to £89.99) if i downloaded the priority app. I've done so and am not getting anything relating to a free goft. Can you help advise what I need to do to claim my gift please 🙏

    I’ve since moved to @O2, who responded helpfully, respectfully, and actually listened — even when I had no service and had to rely on a family member’s phone (without Relay UK, and with encouragement). This outage was caused by Three failing to provide porting info, leaving me without service for around 10 hours. In contrast, Three left me feeling ignored.

    @O2 I have a business account. No voice or data service for 2 hours. Over the past month, your service has been increasingly unreliable. Is there any compensation for this? Can I terminate the contract early without penalties? #O2down

    @O2 say hello to zero network in Britains second city this weekend again and remind me why i pay you big bucks every month and have to use someone else’s network and devices to communicate?? You never answer so i think i know the reason

    @dealatrip @DanielJHannan I find it hilarious how @O2 cover their shops in Pride **** isolating many potential customers then instantly have a sale to get them back on the 1st of July :)
