@O2 had no network or working sim for 8 days now. 02 support said will call back in 10 min - still waiting after 3 hours today. Previous call to support / they didnt even call back and its been 7 days! Now on 3rd sim -no one seems capable of fixing the problem. Shocking service

@O2 Is there an issue with data today? I've already looked at the tips you recommend but nothing is working, I have plenty of data left also. Also when I check on the coverage map thing it says everything is working fine, thank you in advance!

@O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!
