    Anyone else with @O2 ? Moved from @EE to O2 and can honestly say the worst move I made. Signal is generally pants unless in town or city, internet speed so slow. Generally manage 1 bar of signal otherwise. Roll on next February and I can escape back to @EE #cheaperisntbetter

    @DHLParcelUK two days of promising to deliver my new phone from @O2. Waited in a total of 18 hours, two days off work and nothing! @O2 says I have to take it up with DHL and yet their contract is with them and I am their customer!

    @steppenchik @O2 The updates aren’t as bad as Playstation updates. But are annoying. Shortcut command courses should be a thing. Like a Ninja Learning class. Ninja outfits optional but encouraged.

    @O2 @UswitchUK 'O2 Wifi account manage' doesn't work and they cannot fix it. They are giving the same useless advice over and over. You cannot register phone to O2 wifi as O2 customer.

    @UKPowerNetworks @andrew_s_levy It also took out the mobile phone network @O2 That was a major outage and the system seems v vulnerable if a single fault can cause such widespread power loss.
