10 months, the involvement of the Ombudsman, transferring my number to another network, and @O2 still hasn't closed my account properly and still doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Fix your customer service.

@O2 What's the point of wifi calling if it doesn't work when o2 goes down in this area?

@O2 I've already been through all this with customer services. Trying the sim in another phone didn't change anything. They told me the reason I was experiencing issues was that I was near the coast which sounds implausible to say the least as no one else I know has the same issues.

@O2 O2 kings road refused to help with my iPhone problem. They sold it to me and still paying for it. Anyone else had a problem with faulty phones from them?

@AXS_UK @allpointseastuk I no longer have my o2 code as the link expired and the deal is no longer available on the priority app. Contacted @O2 and there’s nothing they can do to help. Is there another solution?

@O2 Hi. What’s going on with the 4G coverage in Newquay please? It’s so bad even though my phone says I have full 4G I can barely make a phone call, let alone browse. It’s all over Newquay too. It used to be bad in some spots, now it’s bad all the time.

@O2 @dombamber83 I'm starting to get fed up as well. Getting signal "deadzones", more frequent drops in speeds. And you have the nerve to say "we're investing". In what exactly. If 5g isn't more readily available by my contract end, I'll go elsewhere

Can I ask why my signal with @O2 is shocking on a regular basis, I move from my living room to my kitchen and my calls fail constantly. Always living on 2 bars of signal. What am I paying for?!
