    @O2 - are we ever going to get SMS added to your WiFi calling service? Seems every other major service provider offers it, but you! Apparently you're offering it 'sometime in 2021'. Is it possible to confirm when?

    @tomkentuk @O2 Customer service is outstanding. I got a fruit basket sent after the learned about a operation I had. Gutted I had to leave then after 10+ years. Also congrats Tom.

    @O2 I always do them things but once I’m in certain areas of places the signal just completely goes it’s frustrating
