    I think it’s time to switch from @O2 to another provider internet recently has been pretty terrible 3g & 4g

    @O2 Evening, I have a New contract & phone, However the signal is so poor I’m struggling to use the internet at all. Spoke to customer services which did not see to know? Could you perhaps help me please? Otherwise I will sadly need to terminate my contract. Thank you.

    Can’t send text messages on @O2 in B26 Birmingham area, had it a few times this week, but not for long, now it seems completely broken, can receive texts and can make and receive calls. Not great for commonwealth 2022 if your service is out up the road from the NEC 😳

    Another city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

    @O2 my friend transferred me an o2 priority ticket to a concert that he can no longer attend. Can I still get access to the o2 priority queue with this o2 priority ticket even if I’m not an o2 customer?
