    @O2 Your service has been shocking. You confirmed multiple times that I wouldn't be charged an early termination fee, and it was sorted, yet I've had £350 taken from my account this morning. Totally unacceptable

    @O2 No, I ended my contract and you continue to bill me even though I wasn’t a customer. So I contacted the bank to claim the funds back and every time I tried to contact you to resolve the situation you couldn’t find my information because I was no longer a customer.

    I have never had such bad customer care as I have experienced over the years with @O2 absolutely abhorrent service and I can't think of anything worse than the fact I have years left on the devices on the family plan. 🤬🤬
