    The service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.

    @O2 @JoeGibbs2 Cancel your contract with 02, they are clearly not providing the service you signed up for, they are in breach of their contract with you.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    Dear @O2, I think the Ombudsman needs to have a chat with you about your quality of service in comparison to your ever increasing charges. I’m horrified that I have to stay with you until next year! Worst service ever. No signal, ever. Utter disgrace.
