    @O2 I have been trying to pay off my device plan & move to a sim only deal for months now! Your phone lines do not answer. How much compensation do I get for this? Or do I have to take you to Court? A customer of 15 years +

    @samsteele771 @EE That’s why after 13years with them we left them! I’m glad we did @O2 are far better and when I was called my EE the man was incredibly rude to me! 😡

    @O2 my job entails me needing it all hours especially now as a keyworker. I couldn't send it to be repaired and the issue would have happened again. My issue is the T&C absolves you entirely & penalises me financially, when you'd never have offered anything other than repair..

    @O2 What do I have to do to contact you? Every single time I use the app to talk to someone it says you're all busy. That's 3 days straight now. I want to cancel my SIM only deal. I've not even used the SIM. How can I cancel it? Thanks.

    @O2 customer is absolutely shocking! Overpriced and underwhelming service to say the least. Do nothing to help customers at such a difficult time

    @O2 I have been plagued by cold calls from you guys of late offering a discount on my service. I don’t even have a contract with you! Today, exasperated, I requested my number be removed from your list and that I was pissed off receiving these calls. I was told to “**** off”

    @O2 It doesn't seem to be a WiFi issue. As I'm not getting voicemail notifications or text notifications on 4g until hours later!

    @O2 Loyal customer probably in excess of 10 years. With 2 contracts, yet no help whatsoever today on a live chat. I am still on the live chat now and it is pointless
