    @O2 I need to talk to someone asap about my billing. I’ve spoken to customers services who were no help. Tried online chat on my phone but keep getting taken back to the App Store! Raised complaint absolutely shabby service

    @O2 I have an O2 e-sim and am unable to receive WhatsApp verification codes via SMS. I want to switch WhatsApp back to my O2 number but I never receive the SMS codes they say they are sending. They insist its working at their end and that there must be something wrong with my sim

    @O2 just tried priority for first time in greggs Winsford. They say their tills are down and can’t take it, so now my code expires in 10 minutes!
