Man_United (@United_Rules) reported@O2 Or your Credit File Referrals Team can respond to my emails explaining why they are declining my offers to take up new phone contracts through third party companies. Response within 3 working days and it has gone over that and not a word. Think it’s time to leave the Network.

Over 100hours wasted phoning them and never getting the promised callback. The worst customer services ever. #o2
