    @O2 your whatsapp sales support is crap. The guy wasn't interested at all as soon as he knew he wasn't going to sell me a £60/mth contract.

    @O2 BTW I tried calling customer services and a robotic voice suggested I should try the O2 app. Tried the O2 app and it’s not available at this time. Can’t get through online either. Not good enough!!

    @O2 I've just tried to add the 6 months Disney Plus and don't think it's worked. I've clicked all the links, been taken through to my Disney + Account, but nothing seems to have credited? Can you help with this?

    @O2 is there any known issues with your 4g in certain areas, mines been down all day, in the h+ signal

    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.

    @O2 fault on new upgrade handset. Battery capacity is 52% and drains instantly. Says ‘service’. Can’t get through on O2 phone line.
