    WARNING: if you want friendly and helpful service, don't go to the @O2 shop in #Bedford. We went and were treated as annoying interlopers. Walked out and they lost two sales. Will deal with them online from now on. If at all.

    @AdrianCoxMusic @ThreeUK Best bet is to live chat them Adrian, I always had the same issue with Three when I was in the USA, eventually moved over to @O2 and had no issues thankfully

    @chadissacclark @ThreeUK @O2 Yeah nightmare, there whole system down, and payment system down too ha ha ! They gave me over £200 of free credit though which is decent of them but maybe time to hit O2

    @O2 I have contacted you on the 03448090202 number & you do **** all. That number is for an @02 call centre in South Africa! @02 customer service is a waste of time, pathetic

    @O2 the changes to your website means consumer customers can no longer view their bill. How do we see our bill please? When I called support, they said the issue might take up to 5 days to resolve.

    @O2 I’m in the same boat. “Problem with my request” when hitting “use now” on the Priority cinema ticket offer, now claiming “out of stock” after less than five minutes. Not a good look for a recently expanded promotion.

    @EE is it possible to have a PAYG e-sim in an iPhone 12 Pro Max? I’m having issues with @O2 where I don’t get any data signal - even in city centres where they claim 5G is possible - lucky I’m only in contract for another 5 months #ee #mobileswitch #network
