    What the hell is going on with @o2 4G network It’s dropping out every few minutes and the immediately comes back again. It’s happening ever 10 minutes or worse. Can we have a stable network? I’m paying for it.

    @O2 I have dm you. It was about my bill which I ha e been trying to sort with a manager for around 6 weeks. Kept being promised a call back from a manager and never ever received it this was on 4-5 occasions. Now I've been completely shut off o2 and can't even get into my o2 anymore

    @O2 you have taken money from my account. Debt collection letter x 2 have arrived. No one can help in your customer service departments as I have no O2 tel number or account or recognise-able email on your system. I NEED HELP TODAY

    @ThreeUK @NathFerguson @O2 Yeah - don't be fooled. They're shafting everybody else on their network who can't get 5G - Three's 4G connectivity is often woeful! Latency is appalling. Don't do it!
