    @OriginBroadband -msg'd you re a txt about payment but no response. Can you advise - i've always paid by DD and nothing changed my end - plenty £££'s in the bank! Any support appreciated. Can you fix the security alert when clicking 'My Account' link on email or your website!

    @OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband
