@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

@OriginBroadband can you tell me why you never suggested replacing the router that you initially sent me for go live. After the open reach tech told you it was defective.
