    @OriginBroadban1 @louotway @OriginBroadband I have, yes. I sent a very eloquent reply which can be TL;DR'd to "Absolutely not". One of their staff called me whilst I was mid meeting and when I asked for a callback for later that day I never got one. Quelle Surprise.

    @OriginBroadband No sorry David, from my experience there is nothing you can do to help me because i know you wont follow through far past this initial offer. Please just let your boss know that people dont like to be scammed out of their money

    @louotway @chickabiddybex @OriginBroadband I called their support a second time today. The second guy (who was far more helpful and escalated the complaint) confirmed my suspicion that this was absolute nonsense.

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband It has been bad for approx 22 months. I can exit in two though if they cannot fix it

    @OriginBroadband no internet almost 24hrs, got a customer care he tried something that didn't work and said they will get technical help to me 2 to 3 working days. Who does that? am working from home. Get this fixed immediately
