    @OriginBroadband charge you full price for half the service. Blaim everyone but themselves !! For 72Mbp service I get 35Mbps, for 2 years I have complained and every time they flob me off with excuse after excuse. 3 days and still waiting for a call back #DontThrottleMeOrigin

    @OriginBroadband if this friday you have not fix your mess then im cancelling the direct debit. This is a weekly event for you. You can't go 2 days without issues. I will happily go to the local magistrates court if you want to hold me to a contract.

    @TheHandLab @OriginBroadband if the money was taken by Direct Debit after you left the service then they have breached the terms of the DD guarantee, ask your bank for a DD indemnity claim, money back in your account immediately .. no long wait for imaginary cheques in the post!

Origins £7 million financial sinkhole came to light in the last 1/4 of 2018, brutally drastic staff cuts and a CVA to keep the wolves from the door allowed them to stay trading and providing something vaugely resembling a service.

    @OriginBroadband a little help. Your modem/router died on Saturday night. No amount of power cycles or hardware resets gave me access to the routers web interface let alone the internet. I purchased a replacement but since then I'm only getting 3Mps download.

    @Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband If they take money out of your account without your permission, this even includes if you owe them money and have stopped the direct debit, then they have broken the terms of the direct debit guarantee, contact your bank immediately and requesta direct debit indemnity claim.
