    @OriginBroadband Its not your fault mybe Origin need to up there standards and put the customer first, act on faults as they happen not keep people waiting, Origin have cost me time and money something I value, something origin have not adressed.

    @OriginBroadband NO INTERNET since Saturday Origin customer care dont exsist They tell you enginiers don't Work weekends. Then they tell you its not there fault but Bt's They've had all day to contact me did they NO HAVE THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM NO TIME FOR A CHANGE !!!!

We're getting a third of the speeds we pay for and @openreachhelp's engineer has said we can get these speeds if the cabling is fixed. But HOW do we action it?

    @OpenreachHelp @OriginBroadband This is still not resolved. I will not give up. Let me be clear: 1/ we’ve reported the issue to our ISP (3 times). 2/ An Openreach engineer visited 2 wks ago. Said there is a fault with a cable and has been for 11 years. 3/ The ISP says it is Openreach’s responsibility to repair

    @OriginBroadband we have a known fault on our road (SE4 1ES). The council records show that @openreach haven’t put a request to fix this fault since 2009. The engineer we spoke too said it’s a well-known fault. We’re getting 3mbps, paying for 60mbps, please help

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David, no not sorted. Please help. @OriginBroadband have literally *just* told us this fault number is all you need. Now they are not replying over DM and their agents over the phone say they can't do anything. Can you 2 companies not talk to each other? We are stuck.
