    @TimCr0wther @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband If you have already made the contract with Origin they read out a verbal agreement during the call that they will provide "x" speed service for "x" time period, if they are now saying they cannot do this then that verbal contract is null and void. Go back to TalkTalk.

    @heather_murfy @OriginBroadband Get away from #OriginalBrodbandUK this company, worst company ever! So glad I’ve left! They tried to say it was my line and I would get same problems on another ISP. I’ve never had a disconnection with #Plusnet

    @heather_murfy @OriginBroadband It's a good bet that they are not fixing your old one, but are provisioning you a service, basically setting you up with a brand new line, that's why it will take 14 days, that's the standard length of time to provision a new service.

    @OriginBroadband Avoid this company! Internet was disconnected 10 days ago with no notice or explanation. Had to ring up customer services x7 times (each time waiting at least 30 mins to get through) to be told the fix will take another 14 days. You get what you pay for!

    @OriginBroadband Sorry I was never told on the telephone s conversation I had couldn’t get 5 ghz this has been going on since last July pls spare me the scripted rubbish service terrible apologies for the anger but I’ve been asking since then for a 5ghz router as never was explained about 2.4 ghz

    @OriginBroadband Hi, I've been using fb messenger to ask questions but now they've stopped replying so lets chat openly. Your router is a piece of junk, 8 paces from the router & zero wifi. I'm told you supply a different router at a cost. Supply 1 that works or I'll cancel

    @OriginBroadband internet is down again. Only 3months into contract. On hold for 25mins. No online response for that time either. Disgusting support.

I've just been asked if I am using a wireless connection... even though they can see the connection has been down 10 times in the past 24 hours. It's definitely not a wireless issue when the router fails to maintain a speedy connection :)

    @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband I've dealt with customer services twice and they have been friendly and helpful, both via live chat and phone. Internet is working just as well as my previous provider. No issues here.

    @OriginBroadband my internet is down again. In 2 months I have had downtime of 3 days, 1 day and now estimated 5 days as an engineer is being called out. Absolutely terrible customer service, who are unhelpful and no reimbursement for downtime. AVOID ORIGIN!

    @JaseKoen @HowieMcConnell @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband You do realise that if you go with @OriginBroadband you will have the exact same TalkTalk connection but it's leased to Origin, which means if you have any issues you contact Origin, they contact TalkTalk who then contact OpenReach .. if anything you will just make things worse.

    @HowieMcConnell @TalkTalk No no, @TalkTalk is the worst. Had a horrible 9 month complaint with them. Very poor speed & service. Cancel now. Go with @OriginBroadband. No issues at all.

    @OriginBroadband - WORST internet provider I have ever been with. BEWARE they have not signed up to #ofcoms speed code of practice so even though I’m getting a total 1mbps TOPS.. I can’t cancel without fee. Never ever again. #OriginBroadband

    Watch out for @OriginBroadband. Their chippy customer service representatives will promise to call you back in 2 days (It's 12 days and counting). If you send them a complaint email it will also be ignored. Avoid avoid avoid..

    @OriginBroadband I asked you to arrange a move of the service to a new address in 3 weeks and you have cancelled the connection at my current address by mistake leaving me without internet connection for 3 weeks!!! You have caused me a massive damage! Unbelievable

    @paulwhite369 @OriginBroadband The most annoying thing is that @OriginBroadband have your details on a seperate database where they log faults/issues, they could find your details with a simple name search, but will still drop the standard "send us a DM with your details message" creating even further delay.

    @LiamBurge88 @OriginBroadband There hasn't been ANY 24 hour service on ANY of their inbound lines since they moved their base of operations from Doncaster almost 2 years ago, far better to try normal office hours although wait times of 60+ minutes are not unheard of, even longer for technical support.

    @trashgxrl @OriginBroadband Unfortunately this is what happens when a company pays minimum wage, gives minimum training, has insufficient staff, uses internal software and systems that crash multiple times a day, and sells a product that is dogged with issues. These ingredients do not make for a good bake!
