    @originbroadband absolute criminals, internet doesn’t work and they won’t let you cancel. It’s NEVER worked for me and I have to keep calling and they won’t cancel it! ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS.

    @_TomRok @OriginBroadband Exact same thing happened to me. Worst customer service every would advise everyone to stay away. Set up WiFi which doesn’t work, have to keep calling to get it fixed. It’s never worked now I want to cancel and they are making me pay full contract absolute criminals.

    @_swcoach @OriginBroadband @OmbudServices it all depends, Their policy on cancellation is 14 days from order date NOT install date or they will charge you full contract period even if no live service.

    @OriginBroadband I’ve only been a customer for a week and am already seriously unimpressed. I have no broadband a week after ‘installation’ and can’t even access my account to check the status of my order. Really, really poor. I’d appreciate some contact ASAP please.

    @OriginBroadband My daughter has done this, you are now saying could be 48hrs could be next week, yet committed to yesterday, hopefully no payments will be taken soon and some kind of credit given, really poor first view of you.

    @OriginBroadband I placed an order with origin , they didnt tell me they couldnt carry out the work , for my internet service so they cancelled because i had been waiting for notification, they took an initial payment of £17.99 but have not returned it , bad manners not to notify cancellation

    @OriginBroadband Issues with authentication causing Internet outage since last night. Tech support very rude and went very quiet when I mentioned poss issue with your RAS. Authentication worked for a short period after that conversation, but is now not working again!

    @Jimbob23977288 @Datapotatoes @OriginBroadband my best guess is they swapped you from an ADSL line to a VDSL line, and the router you had didn't support VDSL so they had to send you one that did.

    @Datapotatoes @OriginBroadband Got the same issue although I was sent a new router with no communication ever made from origin. They say the router was sent as my asus router no longer worked after the upgrade. It uses the same line/adsl cable. This is where I started to see it all clearer Dm me for more

    @itsJoshB @OriginBroadband I'd say you definitely dodged a bullet there, make sure you log the cancellation within the 14 day cooling off period or they will hold you to term and charge you for the full 12/18 months, if only they put as much effort into service as they do battling people over contracts

    @OriginBroadband rubbish service, have been cut off from broadband despite paying for a year's supply in advance and ages spent in live chat and phone trying to sort. Customer service non existent.
