    @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband Fantastic 🙁 I'm 10 days into their 'service' and haven't been able to use a single bit of data. I've since put in an order with BT to which Origin have responded by sending me a bill for £300+ 'cease charge'.

    @OriginBroadband Had had piss poor internet since Tuesday in RG1... made a call Wednesday, tried re setting router, even using the test plug in the socket. Nothing... having a download speed below 1Mb is pathetic! Literally quicker using my phone data... Advise!

    @dzecu @OriginBroadband The front line CS staff are genuinely trying to help you, unfortunately they have to pass your enquiry to the relevant department, it then goes to people who never have to speak to the public, and still get paid even if they do a crap job, so there is just no accountability .


    @OriginBroadband why do you have no managers or staff with admin rights working in office, instead your tech support has to email there tech support (managers) to get something done, which then, they don't do it and thus takes forever to get a simple 60 second job done .

    @OriginBroadband A warning to others tempted by Origin. Their internet service is shockingly poor. Way overpriced for what you get and that says a lot considering they are one of the cheapest around. Avoid this company like the plague. Had no internet for over a week. No one cares. Atrocious!!

    @shandog87 @OriginBroadband due to "staff cutbacks" (laying off 1/2 of workforce without pay just b4 Xmas 2018) there will be 6-8 people taking calls/chat with 1 on tech support (if you're lucky) that's why it takes so long to get a response. There are more people behind the counter at your local McDonalds.
