    @OriginBroadband Is possibly one of the worst ISP's I have ever used. EVER. No matter what I try to do, I cannot seem to get a anywhere near the speeds that I am promised from these guys. Don't get caught in a contract with them. Just don't!

    @OriginBroadband used to be reliable company. Now awful. After poor quality connection, speed & service decided to leave. Paid huge early termination fee in Sept Was billed termination fee again in Feb, Told them not too, they agreed. Took money, still not refunded 1 month later!

    @gone2ray @OriginBroadband it looks like there was a talktalk outage which is the network you are linked to through Origin. It was resolved around 11am Origin should of known that!

    @OriginBroadband Yes but I´ve wasted literally hours of my time waiting on a phone for one of your technicians and getting fobbed off at the other end, by telling me to log into the router and fiddle with the settings. I´ve NEVER had to do this with other ISPs. And it´s still not working!

    In a hilarious new development of the @OriginBroadband saga. I got a text saying that my bank had informed them that my direct debit had been cancelled and if I wished to continue my service I'd have to reinstate it! The service they randomly cut off last week... Um. No thanks.

There are problems and problems !

    What a coincidence that after almost a week of no broadband, @OriginBroadband cancelled our broadband just before voluntary compensation regulation comes in... Just signed up to John Lewis broadband for half the price. Good riddance to terrible service.

    Wish we'd not signed up for another contract with @OriginBroadband now. Been on hold again for another 25mins and no answer. Overcharged for a service I'm currently not receiving. Lodging a complaint with the ombudsman as soon as we can I think.

    @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband Of cause they didn't. I'm grateful for my bank's direct debit guarantee. The whole process leaving @OriginBroadband was a good 3 hours on the phone, mostly on hold and it achieved nothing. Very poor service.

    @_LLCoolK @OriginBroadband It would not surprise me if they hadn't "cancelled" it at all, more likely they have failed to pay the provider for the service they are reselling to you, so the provider has cancelled the contract and they are now desperately trying to reconnect you with an alternate provider.

    @NatashaDinh @OriginBroadband this im guessing will be early term fee for the duration of your contract. Log an official complaint with them which they will ignore and then go to @OmbudServices who deal with hundreds of complaints about @originbroadband #originfraudband. Dont foget Origin are in a #cva too!
