    @OriginBroadband I live on the River Sheaf. My street was on severe flood alert for two nights. I’ve had no internet for a week due to Origin so neighbours were having to come and update me on weather warnings, as I receive no signal in my house (Tim your technical guy will vouch for this)

    @OriginBroadband Shame you do not treat your customers as a priority, however I hope all your team got home safely. Origin failed twice to supply my service blaming BT Openreach. Now with new supplier who managed to supply a service on the 1st attempt

    @OriginBroadband I have had all these issues in period of two years, and everytime I’ve tried to solve them I am put on hold for hours and hours, with no action taken, no apologies, nothing. But, like any bad relationship, there comes a day when fake politeness and incompetence becomes enough

    @OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

    .@OriginBroadband It feels like what is happening to many energy providers is also happening to Origin. Taken on too many customers and now have very poor customer service. Don't think I will be renewing in March given the amount of outages and billing problems that I get

    @OriginBroadband Origin, is this the same issue that I'm getting 1mbps upload speed (where normally it's 17mbps). But my download speed is normal. (At 61mbps).

    @OriginBroadband Hi I’ve got a engineer coming out next week on Thursday between 8 and 1, but I’ve explained if they can’t find a fault. I will be leaving without any fees. And the advisor said it could be possible if the problems can’t be fixed.
