    @tinwix @OriginBroadband Best guess is that your sale/renewal has been placed on the wrong anniversary period, so payment is due on a per monthly basis rather than annually, a 2 hour wait for a 10 minute conversation should easily fix it. Sadly this happens all too often! (usually blame computer).

    @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband @EE :-( losing my job and won’t Help me out by £5.99 off my Bill each month just cuz the new price is £24 and mines £29.99. They said yes understand phone us when I phoned got a total different story! Wouldn’t help started saying I’ll get Debt collectors etc! They don’t understand

    @Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband @EE I can't blame you, but don't lay all the blame on the CS guys, they really are trying hard to help customers, but it's a no win situation, broken systems & faulty software coupled with a complete lack of interdepartmental communication mean their best efforts are all for nothing.

    @Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband their own internal computer systems crash all day, every day, computers, phones, networks, all die for a couple of minutes then reboot. Have pity on the poor staff forced to tell customers that all will be fine whilst knowing their own systems don't even work correctly.

She said login to router something has switched off! I said it hasn’t she said it has login! On bottom it had msg ‘no net plz contact provider’

    @QuickMouseClick @OriginBroadband Go to Timeline, find 1st payment you ever made when you purchased the "service" (I use that word in it's loosest possible sense). "Go Live" date is typically 14 days after that payment and is considered as contract start. Calculate from there, or you could queue 2 hours on phone.

    @OriginBroadband I cancelled my contract in June 2018. Have made 5 calls re being owed £20. Have raised a complaint which I did not receive a complaints ID on. Completely unethical. On Tues, was told the money will be in my account today. It is not. Currently on hold 45 mins.

    @MoneySavingExp my current broadband supplier @OriginBroadband have discontinued me a week early before I switch supplier. @OriginBroadband have refused to help me and told me to speak to my new supplier. They must be breaking some @Ofcom rule. CAN YOU ADVICE ME.

    @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband 30-90 minutes that is a dramatic improvement! It took my wife & I nearly 3 hours last week. Their accounts function is a total disaster. Don't know/care who's in charge, they couldn't run a whelk stall on Scarborough sea front. Never mind, I'm out of contract & leaving.

    @chriswhiteguis @OriginBroadband Not the first time I've heard of this, however desperate times call for desperate measures, this is clearly a breach of the very fundament of the direct debit guarantee, put in a complaint to your bank demanding a refund of the monies and any charges you may have incurred.

    @flyingmonkeyuk @OriginBroadband Just been on phone to tech help been on phone to em since 6pm and I did lots of troubleshooting but other people were phoning in, I’m in S2 area and he said it sounds like there’s a #Outage now there waiting to hear back from #Openreach said it could take 24 hours

    Internet been dead since walking in from work at 6PM, been phone all night to @OriginBroadband but didn’t have a problem of waiting times I got straight through! After doing some troubleshooting we find out other people in sheffield having problems #Outage 24 hours to fix

    @OriginBroadband is the worst broadband provider I’ve ever used!! We new customers had engineers out and everything to find theybsend is a “brand new faulty router” sending new one 24 hours phoned depot and they said no been delivered Monday so 72 hours.... worst company
