Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid

@OriginBroadband your Internet is a joke been with you for years and I have nothing but problems everyday my Internet goes and for quite some time too! In the middle 9f me working!! Not good! Roll on April when I will be going elsewhere! #poorinternetprovider

@MisterBloggs @OriginBroadband Make sure you keep copies of all web chats, twitter feeds etc. It is not unknown for the customer to cancel install and they just go ahead and slam your line anyway and say you never cancelled, also recorded phone calls go missing as often as their infamous refund cheques!

@OriginBroadband cut off my broadband by mistake and is now leaving me without for 10-14 days until can be reinstalled...thank you from a self-employed working from home in lockdown person. Customer service shall respond to my complaint in 5 working days...thanks...! :(
