    @unit_1974 Avoid TalkTalk, very poor speed and horrible service! We switched to @OriginBroadband last December, best ever! Our Mbps never go under 65Mbps. Perfect for us.

    @OriginBroadband How can it go from being great connection to this. Nothing changed in the home and you detected a fault. I work nights and ain’t sitting up when I drive a danagerois road at night to be told I have to pay anything for a service I ain’t getting.

    @TheInfamousCJF @OriginBroadband Yes but the awards were held in March 2018 .. Origins £7 million financial sinkhole came to light in the last 1/4 of 2018, brutally drastic staff cuts and a CVA to keep the wolves from the door allowed them to stay trading and providing something vaugely resembling a service.

    .@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

    @OriginBroadband a little help. Your modem/router died on Saturday night. No amount of power cycles or hardware resets gave me access to the routers web interface let alone the internet. I purchased a replacement but since then I'm only getting 3Mps download.

    @OriginBroadband hello I have never heard of this company and randomly get a call from you's with a nice lady. Like to know how you get people's number. Trying to offer me 80MBPS while I'm with @virginmedia and get 350MBPS and been with for years and had no issues at all

    @Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband If they take money out of your account without your permission, this even includes if you owe them money and have stopped the direct debit, then they have broken the terms of the direct debit guarantee, contact your bank immediately and requesta direct debit indemnity claim.

    @Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband Just wait until you cancel the direct debit and then they sneakily reinstate it without your permission and try to take the full amount in a desperate attempt to recoup the funds... This actually happened to me ... this company is run by THIEVES & LIARS..
