I’ve been on hold to @OriginBroadband for almost 20 minutes at the time of this tweet and my DSL connection has dropped 6 times in that time alone. Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?

@louotway @chickabiddybex @OriginBroadband I called their support a second time today. The second guy (who was far more helpful and escalated the complaint) confirmed my suspicion that this was absolute nonsense.

@OriginBroadband I have no service & am unable to contact you successfully by telephone or web chat. Is there an emergency or a tech issue in Doncaster? Cause I’ve tried landline & mobile phoning & 4G web chat
