    @OriginBroadband why do you keep sending me emails as if im still a customer saying if you would like to cancel ring us i cancelled in 2017 ! your still trying to offer me a new contract as if im still with you .

    If you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🀬

    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

    @OriginBroadband Hi I have been trying to cancel my broadband for some time now I was out of contract last year, can someone answer the phone at the call centre ? Thanks in advance

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made. Β  What happens next? Β  We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence

    @OriginBroadband internet gone crazy last few days. Globe light in router going off then red. Devices say there is WiFi but not connected. Turned off and on, not the solution! Any suggestions?

    @JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.
