@Meesh590 @OriginBroadband just wait till you cancel and they continue to bill you for 5 months afterwards even though you are with a different company, their ineptitude knows no boundaries.

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Probably not the best answer but if they aren't playing ball, call them, tell them they've got 12 hours to give a solution or you'll go to Ofcom. BT were being arses for us last year and that terrified them when we played that card.

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Time to cancel then, if they can't be asked to provide the service you are paying for they don't deserve your money. Or anyone's money for that matter.

@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

@TrickerTheDon @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband before they almost went bust in 2018 they were running a call centre with no more than 20 customer service agents at any one time and 1 sometimes 2 tech guys, they slashed the workforce by half to cut costs. So how many people do you think they have answering the phones now ? ?
