    Want adequate customer service? Reasonably quick communication? Answers and solutions to your internet issues? Better avoid @OriginBroadband then. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my message for over a month. Can’t wait to cancel.

    @OriginBroadband Customer tweets complaint about cust svc not being able to fix incorrect bill. Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.

    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
