Origin Broadband are just terrible. They make a hash of every single thing and then take weeks to respond to complaints. Stick to BT, guys. @OriginBroadband

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband the company boasts a customer base of over 400,000 users, but has only 2 permanent tech support staff, with 2 more helping when the are not making tea or sweeping up ... that alone should tell you something.

@emmameaden1 @OriginBroadband yes sadly their customer service speed matches their broadband speeds. Since the mass redundancies there isnt many tech support staff and front line social media staff are pretty useless

@steviemac1985 @OriginBroadband do a bit of research regarding "Double NAT", the bane of many an @ORIGINBROADBAND customers life. Don't let them charge you for a static IP either, the service should work out of the box, you shouldn't have to buy something extra for it to work properly.
