  @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Very. You are definitely looking at a line/sync issue there for sure. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  If you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🤬

  @OriginBroadband, @Ofcom 1/2 been paying for a service I never ever received the Internet I paid for, I'm disabled and my kids suffered with no internet, you have no helpline that ever works.

  @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband You can then see if you are getting 1000's of unrecoverable errors causing it to be slow. Or if you are on a really really old ADSL connection (like I was at Longleat), then I kept getting locked into a very low BRAS profile and it would stay at 1-2 MBs for weeks and slowly climb
