Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@chrislvkiz @OriginBroadband now that TalkTalk have absorbed @OriginBroadband, you should be able to request that your service be migrated OFF of OB's terrible hardware and insistence on using DOUBLE NAT (this is what is causing your issue), and onto a TALKTALK line where it should fix your problem.

I'm currently having to use my data so I can tweet you as coincidentally you ONLY have a payment hotline. Sort it out!
