Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You also emailed me saying I could leave without penalty because you breached your contract with me! It took over 6 months for you to admit you were wrong & have appalling service!
