Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@lindahudson66 @OriginBroadband They are professional thieves, using misdirection and contractual law to scalp people out of their money. That they use illegally installed recurring payments to recover money when people cancel direct debits due to poor service is only one of their tools of deception.

Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported@OriginBroadband From Ofcom. “Solar flares interfere with communications” I see that Ofcom have given you another perfect excuse (for poor service)to give to your weary suffering customers. At anytime of the year.

itsme (@itsme05864534) reportedFinally glad to get rid of the scumbag internet provider @OriginBroadband but as a final **** you to me they decided to keep the line connected during the change over so that it wouldn't work, bunch of scumbag wankers

OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reportedjust to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reportedNo wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk
-
David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported@OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

☮️❤️🧡💛🇪🇺🏳️🌈Gaia🦉Sophia🏳️⚧️🇺🇦💚💙💜☮️ (@GaiaSophia8) reported@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Very. You are definitely looking at a line/sync issue there for sure. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop
