@OriginBroadband no internet almost 24hrs, got a customer care he tried something that didn't work and said they will get technical help to me 2 to 3 working days. Who does that? am working from home. Get this fixed immediately

I’ve been on hold to @OriginBroadband for almost 20 minutes at the time of this tweet and my DSL connection has dropped 6 times in that time alone. Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?

Want adequate customer service? Reasonably quick communication? Answers and solutions to your internet issues? Better avoid @OriginBroadband then. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my message for over a month. Can’t wait to cancel.
