sazz ✌🌞🌻 (@saaaraaaaahh) reportedConcerning that the Sun "newspaper" has a grasp on the internet issue (affecting thousands) yet @OriginBroadband tell me I do have Internet, they dont think theres a problem and I should just try resetting it...OR wait 24-48 hours for them to confirm I have an issue. Fab.

Mateusz Wojtkowski (@MateuszWojtkow4) reported@OriginBroadband worst broadband provider ever. The customer service they have is something it shouldn’t exist. I lost lots of money because of them and their broadband speed is the worst I’ve ever had... Don’t choose them.

One of their staff called me whilst I was mid meeting and when I asked for a callback for later that day I never got one. Quelle Surprise.
