Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".

Joshua Powney (@joshpowney) reported@OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..
