SpeedTest SpeedSmart (@SpeedSmart) reported@ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

Gary Myers (@GaryMyers321) reported@OriginBroadband ...... can you tell me whether you are still answering calls for Origin Business Line customers? My internet has been down for 2 days now, and no one is answering the phone!!
-
Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband You can then see if you are getting 1000's of unrecoverable errors causing it to be slow. Or if you are on a really really old ADSL connection (like I was at Longleat), then I kept getting locked into a very low BRAS profile and it would stay at 1-2 MBs for weeks and slowly climb

Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported@OriginBroadband looking at the latest reviews I still see a third of Origin broadband customers still receiving outdated equipment with a completely broken down customer service. How long can you survive?
-
Joshua Powney (@joshpowney) reported@OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..
-
Ken Crompton (@KenCrompton62) reported@OriginBroadband why are you tweeting me threatening penalty charges for exiting my contract early? You also emailed me saying I could leave without penalty because you breached your contract with me! It took over 6 months for you to admit you were wrong & have appalling service!

☮️❤️🧡💛🇪🇺🏳️🌈Gaia🦉Sophia🏳️⚧️🇺🇦💚💙💜☮️ (@GaiaSophia8) reported@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

Dr Penny Carey (@DrPennyC) reported@OriginBroadband can you advise how I stop my contract as I'm moving house? I can't find anything on the website or customer portal. Only stuff about moving it to my new address.
