If you are serious about offering some help @OriginBroadband , I DM'd a telephone number a while ago and we are still waiting for your call. After today we are going elsewhere #originbroadband #CustomerService #broadband

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@Agent47Connor @OriginBroadband I think they just give out a phone number that doesn't work because I had the same issue. Just ask them to waive your termination fees due to poor service and get someone else.

  • Kazza_Cookie Karen (@Kazza_Cookie) reported

@jon_newsome @OriginBroadband Does the Static IP work with this issue?been having this for months

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Yeah heard you talk about it on Pat's stream they are on some **** I'd demand some kinda discount at this point just for their negligence

  • LoganHMPG Logan (@LoganHMPG) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband My ping spikes from 30 to 150+ all night, and my connection cuts out 10+ times a day for over a year. Last week they called me and told me they don't see my problems on their end, and there's nothing they can do. Any ISP with "Broadband" in their name can go **** themselves lmao

  • CuriousMachine Jamie Salmon (@CuriousMachine) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband Internet appears to be down in S2 :(

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@topballak @OriginBroadband I asked them to waive my termination fees in light of poor service, which they did. I'd find someone else - Origin have been nothing but trouble. Report them to trading standards too (I have) so their rep gets about.

  • siempre_lana R-Elena (@siempre_lana) reported from Bracknell, England

@tinwix @error_no_entity @OriginBroadband Yes I feel your pain. I have had problems after problems with them

  • badwolfjane jane elledge (@badwolfjane) reported from Bromsgrove, England

@junententh @OriginBroadband Ah ok. Don’t want to swap provider as no problem with Origin other than this. Might have found a way using port forwarding on the router - fingers crossed

  • Lunindi Christie O'Connor (@Lunindi) reported

@OriginBroadband Hi, popped you a message. I was told you were aware of an issue.
