Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

@OriginBroadban1 @louotway @OriginBroadband I have, yes. I sent a very eloquent reply which can be TL;DR'd to "Absolutely not". One of their staff called me whilst I was mid meeting and when I asked for a callback for later that day I never got one. Quelle Surprise.

@OriginBroadband, my broadband keeps dropping at 1-3pm, 4-6pm and 12-1.30am, almost everyday. Not sure what to do; no one is responding from the customer service team. I think it’s time to look for another provider.

@middlecrov @OriginBroadband Hi, if you do want to leave because of the price hike, they have breached their "Terms of Service" for fixed-term customers (in "Price Changes" section). They are also contravening Ofcom General Condition 9.6. They must give you the option to leave without penalty. Good luck!

@OriginBroadband so I can't watch any of my streaming services because apparently my ISP is in the USA? WTF? Get it sorted. I'm paying for services I can't use thanks to this lot of jokers. Biggest mistake I ever made moving to Origin. Worst ISP i've had by a country mile.
