    @originbroadband having really bad experience problems with connection, both working from home and origin tech only open Monday - Friday - really .. paying for broadband that’***** and Miss and losing wages through it Thanks Origin

    @DavidInSouthend @OriginBroadband very odd advice as the few people who are on social media are also the customer service team. All part of the act to make Origin seem bigger than they are

    @simonjcope @pipathon @OriginBroadband Yes think there was a problem at Origin's end because my line had sync but was complaining my username/password to connect to Origin was wrong.. ah well, least its working now..

    @OriginBroadband What does unsupportive look like for you? Three people have already tried to fix this. What has number 4 done? And why didn't numbers 1 through 3 do it?

    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
