Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.

@OriginBroadband So after two years of stealing £25 per month from my 87 year old mother for a service that you never once provided, She has finally cancelled her direct debit and is contract free , Never dealt with a worse company in my life. #unprofessional #thieves

@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.

@OriginBroadband, had an email to tell me they are cancelling my service fixed IP address, I've one 1! I'd have thought that most people who order this do it for a reason! Time to move. Apparently dynamic provides all the benefits of a static without the cost - bullsh1t
