Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

@OriginBroadband My internet seems to think I'm in the US despite being in Scotland, and each time I click your "Chat Live" button on the site, nothing happens. Help.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@danielnelson89 @OriginBroadband they haven't won an award since 2017, although many would argue they should have won "Worst UK Broadband Provider" for the last few years.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@SilviaGuddei @OriginBroadband by non payment I mean that Origin failed to pay their supplier, so the service was cut off, meaning you lost your internet.

  • __getinthebin Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported

.@OriginBroadband I’ve just spent time on the phone being fed bullshit by one of your first line support techs. Despite what he says, changing my DNS server will not affect how your core network routes packets and throws them at random into the bin. Sort your **** out.

  • DimmockAlf Alf Dimmock (@DimmockAlf) reported

@Ofcom @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I’m a relatively new customer to OriginBroadband, but I’ve had more ‘Not connected’ problems in a few weeks than I had in years with previous supplier.
