    Just spoke to my provider @OriginBroadband - conversation went like this. “My connection is **** and unstable”. Origin, “so… would you be willing to pay us more?” wtf kinda service is this where they have THE AUDACITY to ask you invest *more* into a product that sucks ***?

    @OriginBroadband From Ofcom. “Solar flares interfere with communications” I see that Ofcom have given you another perfect excuse (for poor service)to give to your weary suffering customers. At anytime of the year.

    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!
