    @OriginBroadband I have been with origin for more then 24 months without renewal of contract why is it charging me termination fee, I was been mentioned in terms of job loss they would consider even though here the contract was never made but they are imposing illegal charges

    They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband

    @OriginBroadband Hello guys, what is wrong with you the few months or like that? I've been your customer for many years but now I could notice there is no customer support, no live chat and there is nobody taking care of the low speed I've been experiencing for some longer time.

    @OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it

    @ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?
