@OriginBroadband Do you ever reply to emails? Your online chat never works either. On top of that you just sent me abill fo line rental for ยฃ20 for no reason when I paid up front for 12 months. Not happy!

@OriginBroadband Can someone tell me why my internet speed has nearly halved? Why it doesnt work upstairs? And why my IP address thinks im in Basingstoke when im at the opposite end of the country?

@OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

@OriginBroadband: Sorry we messed up, but we credited your account and now the next month is free. Also @originbroadband: You haven't paid last month's bill, so we're going to charge you ยฃ10 and limit your service in 7 days. How would you rate your service?

@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband ยฃ30 for 67Mbps down...?!๐Ÿ˜ณ67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying ยฃ37 for ยฝGbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

@Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.

@chrislvkiz @OriginBroadband now that TalkTalk have absorbed @OriginBroadband, you should be able to request that your service be migrated OFF of OB's terrible hardware and insistence on using DOUBLE NAT (this is what is causing your issue), and onto a TALKTALK line where it should fix your problem.
