Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

Thomas Seager (@thomas_seager) reported@OriginBroadband Not happy, your customer service is as slow as your internet speeds – so far waiting over 45 minutes for a reply on your Technical Service live chat. Says replying in under 8 minutes. Running on 0.8mbps. Awful service received so far!

Have just switched - was previously on standard broadband. Occasionally drops out & had one day in November where service dropped out completely but otherwise ok.
