    @OriginBroadband we're getting a pre-recorded msg that says 'no routes found' when dialling numbers in USA and Canada. Been like this since yesterday. Called support but no joy getting it fixed. Can you help?

    @OriginBroadband ......you must be so proud! Even after providing THREE months notice of termination and you still want to bill me for a FOURTH month! A service I haven't used due to moving house. Really poor customer service from a company with a poor attitude! 😡😠🤬

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲
