Connects just fine but when trying to play online, it says NAT type D, wondering how to change this? I believe the router is double NAT'd and requires a static IP. Was not aware of this

They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲
