If you try and get out of your contract they will te you to go to the ombudsman bit in the background they wi keep adding to you r debt then send in a debt recovery company. They are currently trying to provision a new line/service which you are not contractually bound by. Your contract is with the original service that was cancelled, or cut off due to non payment

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@MisterBloggs @OriginBroadband Make sure you keep copies of all web chats, twitter feeds etc. It is not unknown for the customer to cancel install and they just go ahead and slam your line anyway and say you never cancelled, also recorded phone calls go missing as often as their infamous refund cheques!
