    @OriginBroadband no internet almost 24hrs, got a customer care he tried something that didn't work and said they will get technical help to me 2 to 3 working days. Who does that? am working from home. Get this fixed immediately

    Want adequate customer service? Reasonably quick communication? Answers and solutions to your internet issues? Better avoid @OriginBroadband then. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my message for over a month. Can’t wait to cancel.

    @OriginBroadband no internet now for 11 and a half hours you having some issues in the me16 areas? Dont tell me you need personal information to tell me if there's an issue I know you don't

    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
