@OriginBroadband you've been down twice in less than 2 hours sort it out.

  • dguillaume David (@dguillaume) reported

@OriginBroadband You recently announced price increases and say "We have invested in our national network and equipment to improve the overall performance of our network." the only problem is YOU DON'T HAVE A NETWORK! you are just a reseller. This is a complete lie

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

  • MrWayneThompson Wayne Thompson (@MrWayneThompson) reported

@OriginBroadband can someone please give me an email to send a complaint as so far you are a joke!

  • tobybrxl Toby #FBPE (@tobybrxl) reported

@davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

@OriginBroadband I have spent over an hour and a half online with "support", they say I cannot cancel my contract before June otherwise, I will have to pay penalties. Why not answer here why you feel you can ignore the guidelines I've linked to? Or are Origin going to reverse this policy?

  • lindahudson66 lindahudson (@lindahudson66) reported

@OriginBroadban1 @Ofcom @OriginBroadband This is my fight today, dealing with rude arrogant staff

  • georgiesucks Georgie (@georgiesucks) reported

Funny how after expressing my issues with @originbroadband they've now blocked me on twitter. Absolutely disgusting customer service @OriginBroadban1

  • miss_lines MissL (@miss_lines) reported

‘Easy to use service that gives you everything you expect’ - evidently not. What’s more frustrating is that as a teacher the internet is more essential to me than ever. I am currently at a 50% higher risk contracting COVID as I am unable to work from home @OriginBroadband - help

  • davidjbodman David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported

@tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract
