@tinwix @error_no_entity @OriginBroadband Yes I feel your pain. I have had problems after problems with them

  • GameboyLuke luke (@GameboyLuke) reported

I've been waiting on a call from my ISP, @OriginBroadband for two days now and I finally got a call today, but it was from their promotions team to ask me about their special offers. WHILE I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM TO CALL ME AND FIX MY SERVICE.

  • GeorgeBrownless George Brownless #BLM (@GeorgeBrownless) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Probably not the best answer but if they aren't playing ball, call them, tell them they've got 12 hours to give a solution or you'll go to Ofcom. BT were being arses for us last year and that terrified them when we played that card.

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@xblackcatxx13 @OriginBroadband They're just crap. I used Martin Lewis's site and asked them to waive my termination fees because of poor service (which they did) and just get someone else. Good luck with the handover.

  • Lunindi Christie O'Connor (@Lunindi) reported

@OriginBroadband Hi, popped you a message. I was told you were aware of an issue.

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

  • Kazza_Cookie Karen (@Kazza_Cookie) reported

@jon_newsome @OriginBroadband I tried that too, made no difference to mine, only started with the Origin broadband when had Sky had no issues

  • badwolfjane jane elledge (@badwolfjane) reported from Bromsgrove, England

@junententh @OriginBroadband Did you resolve this issue regarding Xbox one double Nat as getting this and it is nothing within our end so something Origin or MS have done?

  • cookiekinggame1 Yuumi God (@cookiekinggame1) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Lol wtf is that ISP, ain't a UK one I'll tell you that! Sky, BT and virgin media are UK isps

  • badwolfjane jane elledge (@badwolfjane) reported from Bromsgrove, England

@junententh @OriginBroadband Ah ok. Don’t want to swap provider as no problem with Origin other than this. Might have found a way using port forwarding on the router - fingers crossed
