    @OriginBroadband You have no idea how I feel. Being scammed is not funny. Origin really out to learn how to practice proper Customer service and deal with issues in a timely and professional manner.

    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Very. You are definitely looking at a line/sync issue there for sure. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

    @OriginBroadband ......you must be so proud! Even after providing THREE months notice of termination and you still want to bill me for a FOURTH month! A service I haven't used due to moving house. Really poor customer service from a company with a poor attitude! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿคฌ

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
