    @OriginBroadband Hi Origin, Im having problems connecting a Nintendo Switch to the broadband. Connects just fine but when trying to play online, it says NAT type D, wondering how to change this? I believe the router is double NAT'd and requires a static IP. Was not aware of this

    @OriginBroadband is the service down in the Watford area? We’ve done all the usual things to get ours working but nothing is happening

    @OriginBroadband No point, customer service is terrible since I’ve complained multiple times and every time you guys just ask for more money to “upgrade” the internet or ask for hundreds just so I can leave the contract…
