    @OriginBroadband why is your service constantly disconnecting today is there an issue at all ? I've had to turn off my router 3 times to reset it 🥴

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

    @OriginBroadband looking at the latest reviews I still see a third of Origin broadband customers still receiving outdated equipment with a completely broken down customer service. How long can you survive?
