    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

    @OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!

    @OriginBroadband, @Ofcom 1/2 been paying for a service I never ever received the Internet I paid for, I'm disabled and my kids suffered with no internet, you have no helpline that ever works.

    @OriginBroadband Hereโ€™s another crude gimmick Origin broadband to entice people to join this disjointed excuse of an internet provider. Their equipment sucks and their customers service is non existent.

    They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made. ย  What happens next? ย  We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence
