    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

    My Origin Broadband Connection Keep's Going Off, For Long Periods, It's Been Getting Worse Since October 2022, Despite Complaining On Here, Connection Lost From Outside. Please Fix ASAP @OriginBroadband

    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

    @OriginBroadband Do you ever reply to emails? Your online chat never works either. On top of that you just sent me abill fo line rental for £20 for no reason when I paid up front for 12 months. Not happy!
