    @OriginBroadband is an absolute joke. Customer services are insulting & some workers clearly dont do jobs correctly. I've never had this problem with any other companies as they listen. I take care of all my moms bills due to her age & deafness. She gives consent yet you don't

    @OriginBroadband I have been with origin for more then 24 months without renewal of contract why is it charging me termination fee, I was been mentioned in terms of job loss they would consider even though here the contract was never made but they are imposing illegal charges

    @OriginBroadband WOW. Award winning???? Honestly The worst customer service i have encountered from any company in my life. on top of being lied to over a engineer turning up to my property. TWO days taken off of work and still waiting for engineer to turn up.GOODBYE

    @OriginBroadband So after two years of stealing Β£25 per month from my 87 year old mother for a service that you never once provided, She has finally cancelled her direct debit and is contract free , Never dealt with a worse company in my life. #unprofessional #thieves
