    .@OriginBroadband - Your internet is down in SW15 and your customer service line is closed. Not like I don't need the internet for work or anything.

    @ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".
