@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Got a reply shortly after 10am. Problem resolved a couple of minutes after that. Yes, their tech support acknowledged the outage. Sorry if that doesn't fit with your narrative.

@OriginBroadband can you tell me why you never suggested replacing the router that you initially sent me for go live. After the open reach tech told you it was defective.

@simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
