Amy Bull (@AmyBullContent) reportedSometimes I feel like I'm having a bad day, then I remember I don't work for @OriginBroadband's social team. Then I remember I'm a customer.

Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported@AmyBullContent @OriginBroadband If they legit said that to you I’m unsurprised. One of their tech support told me that DSL filters expire after 3-6 months and that changing my DNS servers could affect a ping or trace route result. My secret weapon was being a complete tech nerd

Tom Clayton (@MrTClayts) reported@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband I wasn't referring to the 5400 page document. It will have been right next to the price when you signed up. It's not really the fault of the service provider. If its as a result of Covid then can't you apply for a grant and/or support from the Govt or University?

Steve Steer (@steviestigler) reported@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I think its time someone stepped in and shut these fraudsters down once and for all. Its a daily basis of complaints of people literally getting ripped off. Who's gonna step up and investigate??
-
Maria (@m_imnk) reportedBe very careful with @OriginBroadband . I switched to another company, as Origin couldn’t provide me with the service I needed when I moved, and now they are denying me access to my account so that I’m not able to send the final bill to the company I switched to. They’re a trap.

OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported@BonkersMad @OriginBroadband dont believe David, @originbroadband have a habit of re-enabling customers direct debits and taking payments months later and blaming it on a system issue

Tom Clayton (@MrTClayts) reported@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband I've been on their website and it says 18 month term right below the price. Nevertheless it's obviously a pandemic led situation that, I agree, you shouldn't be liable for as a student. Surely there must be support to cover this that you can claim from Govt or University?
