    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Didn’t know that but they have only had it 3 weeks so I doubt another provider wud buy them out with 17months left. Weren’t told of the issue when ordered which I find terrible service

    @OriginBroadband my internet speeds haven’t been great lately- only been with yous just over a month after leaving vodafone because they were terrible- it’s better than vodafone but still not the speeds i’m paying for- anything you can do to rectify this please?

    @emmameaden1 @OriginBroadband yes sadly their customer service speed matches their broadband speeds. Since the mass redundancies there isnt many tech support staff and front line social media staff are pretty useless

    Help needed. Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting download speeds of c. 5Mb but Upload speeds around 12? @OriginBroadband

    @OriginBroadband Isn't this how you operate? Shockingly slow internet and even worse customer service? Modus Operandi from my experience. Avoid if possible!

    @OriginBroadband it appears your TV package is a gimmick!! I have more channels on my smart TV and for free!! Plus my streaming service keeps freezing as you guaranteed 67mbps is only getting an average of 19 mbps!! Poor service and I’m not paying for it!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @OriginBroadband any idea when your service will work properly with sky Q box? Don’t come back saying it’s a sky issue as it’s not, it works perfectly fine with all@other internet providers

    Origin Broadband are just terrible. They make a hash of every single thing and then take weeks to respond to complaints. Stick to BT, guys. @OriginBroadband

    @steviemac1985 @OriginBroadband do a bit of research regarding "Double NAT", the bane of many an @ORIGINBROADBAND customers life. Don't let them charge you for a static IP either, the service should work out of the box, you shouldn't have to buy something extra for it to work properly.
