    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Got a reply shortly after 10am. Problem resolved a couple of minutes after that. Yes, their tech support acknowledged the outage. Sorry if that doesn't fit with your narrative.

    @OriginBroadband hey my internet stopped working last night i turned the router off and on and internet came but but I wake up this morning to find the router all together doesnt work why would this be?

    @__getinthebin @WeAreOpenreach hope you get this sorted. Many people are leaving @originbroadband due to the mid term price rise but only once it gets escalated as a complaint

    @OriginBroadband is among the worst broadband providers in the UK, anyone who chooses their service over others such as Vodafone, BT or even TalkTalk is simply making a mistake. Horrible customer support, speeds much lower than advertised, lack of range of contract lengths...

    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently

    @sarahspoon @OpenreachHelp @OriginBroadband they can do something. If they have said they can't they are lying. If there is an Openreach incident they can give you updates and provide clear communication
