I'm cancelling as I've not had any broadband for a week, and now I have another reason. How do I cancel if I can't speak to anyone... it's a conundrum.

Also, one of your people called me the other day after I replied to your email suggesting prices were increasing. When I asked for a call back (as I was in a meeting at the time) I was told yes. It was never forthcoming.
