@OriginBroadband I have cancelled my account (C0069251) in early October. You stopped sending me bills but did not cancel my direct debit and keep charging me for a service you are not providing.

@OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!

@SSE @OriginBroadband Hey, I know your broadband customers were "transitioned" to utility warehouse, but I'm trying to find our broadband credentials. Where are we supposed to go now to manage that service? I can't seem to login to Origin and anxiety makes me nervous to call you

Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

@OriginBroadband I have been with origin for more then 24 months without renewal of contract why is it charging me termination fee, I was been mentioned in terms of job loss they would consider even though here the contract was never made but they are imposing illegal charges
