    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband Just to let you and everyone know. I have tried phone, email etc on numerous occasions to cancel my mothers broadband and phone. With no success. I have now cancelled the direct debit in the vain hope you will contact me. Number 28 in the queue.

    @OriginBroadband Can someone please explain why, for the past couple of months, my internet stops working every night between 9-10? Also since youve amended my isp and sent me a new router iv had constant issues? I currently have 'connected without internet' displayed!

    @OriginBroadband ive got a problem i have a playstation but my nat type is 3 and as a result of that i cant join people on a game called minecraft ive tried everything to change it from moving my playstation closer to the router to changing some of my router settings.
