@editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

Hey @OriginBroadband is your service down or anything I came home today to find that my internet is completely gone and restarting the router does nothing the dsl light on the box is off Cheers

@OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream
