    Re: Origin Broadband. They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service ! @OriginBroadband

    @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

    @OriginBroadband Here’s another crude gimmick Origin broadband to entice people to join this disjointed excuse of an internet provider. Their equipment sucks and their customers service is non existent.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband I have cancelled my account (C0069251) in early October. You stopped sending me bills but did not cancel my direct debit and keep charging me for a service you are not providing.
