    @OriginBroadband So after two years of stealing ยฃ25 per month from my 87 year old mother for a service that you never once provided, She has finally cancelled her direct debit and is contract free , Never dealt with a worse company in my life. #unprofessional #thieves

    @OriginBroadband No point, customer service is terrible since Iโ€™ve complained multiple times and every time you guys just ask for more money to โ€œupgradeโ€ the internet or ask for hundreds just so I can leave the contractโ€ฆ

    @PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.
