@TrickerTheDon @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband before they almost went bust in 2018 they were running a call centre with no more than 20 customer service agents at any one time and 1 sometimes 2 tech guys, they slashed the workforce by half to cut costs. So how many people do you think they have answering the phones now ? ?

@OriginBroadband @OriginBroadban1 I don't know why it drops in and out so much. It's at its worst with the BBC iPlayer for some reason.

@Agent47Connor @OriginBroadband I think they just give out a phone number that doesn't work because I had the same issue. Just ask them to waive your termination fees due to poor service and get someone else.

@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

@MartinSLewis I’m with @OriginBroadband on £17.99 a month for 35mbps on their Superfast Broadband. Have just switched - was previously on standard broadband. Occasionally drops out & had one day in November where service dropped out completely but otherwise ok.

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband My ping spikes from 30 to 150+ all night, and my connection cuts out 10+ times a day for over a year. Last week they called me and told me they don't see my problems on their end, and there's nothing they can do. Any ISP with "Broadband" in their name can go **** themselves lmao
