Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".

This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.
