@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

‘Easy to use service that gives you everything you expect’ - evidently not. What’s more frustrating is that as a teacher the internet is more essential to me than ever. I am currently at a 50% higher risk contracting COVID as I am unable to work from home @OriginBroadband - help

@OriginBroadband absolutely disgraceful customer services, especially amidst a global pandemic when vulnerable people who are shielding are rely heavily on their internet and phone lines for their safety and well-being. Avoid them at all costs they are awful.
