JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reported@OriginBroadband Hello. My service is due to be connected on 10th Feb. Why has my router not yet arrived?
-
SpeedTest SpeedSmart (@SpeedSmart) reported@ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

Nick Smith (@newswrthyvision) reported from Wandsworth, England.@OriginBroadband - Your internet is down in SW15 and your customer service line is closed. Not like I don't need the internet for work or anything.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.

☮️❤️🧡💛🇪🇺🏳️🌈Gaia🦉Sophia🏳️⚧️🇺🇦💚💙💜☮️ (@GaiaSophia8) reported@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

Nicole (@nicbar26) reported@OriginBroadband worst service, no internet connected for a week. Get given runaround every time we call.
-
Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.

John ellis (@Johnell63593211) reported@OriginBroadband ......you must be so proud! Even after providing THREE months notice of termination and you still want to bill me for a FOURTH month! A service I haven't used due to moving house. Really poor customer service from a company with a poor attitude! 😡😠🤬
