@OriginBroadband Your direct debit system is faulty, your live chat is broken, no one answers calls and you've removed the option to pay outstanding invoices via your website. How am I meant to fix an issue when I can't get through to anyone?

@OriginBroadband I mean, get someone to pick up the phone or answer the chatbot? Also get someone to fix the phone option menu, so that you're actually able to select an option? Not sure what the social media team can do TBF

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband Hi mate, usually when you sign a broadband deal it will set out in the main headlines the term. You can't cancel at any time as you're tied in for that term. I think you'd get a bit of grace maybe if you were in the final 30-60 days but what Origin are requesting is the norm.

@AmyBullContent @OriginBroadband If they legit said that to you I’m unsurprised. One of their tech support told me that DSL filters expire after 3-6 months and that changing my DNS servers could affect a ping or trace route result. My secret weapon was being a complete tech nerd

@AmyBullContent @OriginBroadband I was. I complained and they let me out of contract early. A combination of being BS’d by tech support, in-contract price rises, technical issues and them ignoring my complaints for months at a time
