WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?

Karl G (@itskarlg) reportedWow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.
