  • thomas_seager Thomas Seager (@thomas_seager) reported

@OriginBroadband Not happy, your customer service is as slow as your internet speeds – so far waiting over 45 minutes for a reply on your Technical Service live chat. Says replying in under 8 minutes. Running on 0.8mbps. Awful service received so far!

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@CMaton1 @OriginBroadband Reminds me of when I was using Compunet on my Commodore 64 back in 1983. With chronically slow speeds of 1200/75 baud it was still way better & more stable than the **** that @OriginBroadband are peddling as a service. Also, when you rang them at least someone answered the phone.

  • Geri18 Geri (@Geri18) reported

@OriginBroadband just signed up with them, and received a broken router, feel very shaky about the service, don't know if they can start on go live date. Massive disruption

  • paige_114 P a i g e . (@paige_114) reported

@Kazza_Cookie @MartinSLewis @OriginBroadband I think they’ve given up with me. I’ve put a complaint in through resolver, hoping I get somewhere with them. I just wish they would let me cancel it. Awful service

  • EquinoxPhoenix John Alzayat (@EquinoxPhoenix) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Time to cancel then, if they can't be asked to provide the service you are paying for they don't deserve your money. Or anyone's money for that matter.

  • mandrew86 Mark Andrew (@mandrew86) reported

@CMaton1 @OriginBroadband Ours is the same. Any idea why it’s gone from mid 30’s to **** all??

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@paige_114 @MartinSLewis @OriginBroadband The disappointment of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a bargain is forgotten.

  • Dashdot10 Dashdot (@Dashdot10) reported

@OriginBroadband I want to cancel my service!!!! This is an awful service. @Ofcom this is criminal!!!!!’ What are you doing as a regulator??? You have been cc’d into many tweets already. They don’t allow you to cancel contracts!!
