@OriginBroadband cut off my broadband by mistake and is now leaving me without for 10-14 days until can be reinstalled...thank you from a self-employed working from home in lockdown person. Customer service shall respond to my complaint in 5 working days...thanks...! :(

@SilviaGuddei @OriginBroadband Best thing would be to say you don't want it reconnecting, then jump to a new provider. They are currently trying to provision a new line/service which you are not contractually bound by. Your contract is with the original service that was cancelled, or cut off due to non payment

Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid

@OriginBroadband - What happened today, all US connections went offline, I was still connected to CERN fortunately but I was taking a 10 minute break when my backgammon connection died, downdetector was offline for the same reason and your own site was down?? UK?.

@OriginBroadband Origin you have a 50/50 chance of surviving. The equipment (router) you supply is not fit for purpose. Coupled with a shambolic customer service.
