@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Got a reply shortly after 10am. Problem resolved a couple of minutes after that. Yes, their tech support acknowledged the outage. Sorry if that doesn't fit with your narrative.

Want adequate customer service? Reasonably quick communication? Answers and solutions to your internet issues? Better avoid @OriginBroadband then. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my message for over a month. Can’t wait to cancel.

@nowtvhelp Nope I’m with @OriginBroadband, for my sins. Does your customer service team respond to your customers? Bc if so then baby I’m yours.

@OriginBroadband Customer tweets complaint about cust svc not being able to fix incorrect bill. Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I fail to see how Ofcom can allow this cowboy company to carry on scamming customers the way they do. They are a complete mess to deal with.

@OriginBroadband What does unsupportive look like for you? Three people have already tried to fix this. What has number 4 done? And why didn't numbers 1 through 3 do it?
