    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"

    This is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for ยฃ0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

    @OriginBroadband ive got a problem i have a playstation but my nat type is 3 and as a result of that i cant join people on a game called minecraft ive tried everything to change it from moving my playstation closer to the router to changing some of my router settings.
