    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream

    @OriginBroadband I can't lie I'm sick to death of CONSTANT problems with your service.. this isn't a one off deal this is EVERY month that you have issues.. I'm currently having to use my data so I can tweet you as coincidentally you ONLY have a payment hotline. Sort it out!

    No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk
