Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband "Provisioning Team", what a laugh, it was 3 people when I worked there over 2 years ago & they sacked half the workforce to cut costs since then, so I'm unsure what they mean by "Team" + the delay is deliberate to prevent you from cancelling when you find out how **** they are!

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@steviemac1985 @OriginBroadband do a bit of research regarding "Double NAT", the bane of many an @ORIGINBROADBAND customers life. Don't let them charge you for a static IP either, the service should work out of the box, you shouldn't have to buy something extra for it to work properly.

It's your product failing and I'm spending all my time trying to sort it. I'll message you but you take it from there.
