Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

Black fox and Odin may not be able to stream this weekend due to tech issues with their I.S.P. they maybe back tomorrow or by Monday, depends on when @OriginBroadband get them back online. Or if you are on a really really old ADSL connection (like I was at Longleat), then I kept getting locked into a very low BRAS profile and it would stay at 1-2 MBs for weeks and slowly climb
