    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk

    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
