Be very careful with @OriginBroadband . I switched to another company, as Origin couldn’t provide me with the service I needed when I moved, and now they are denying me access to my account so that I’m not able to send the final bill to the company I switched to. They’re a trap.

@OriginBroadband my 82 year old mother is being plagued by emails about her account. She never agreed to an account. We rang you to ask you to stop and still they persist.

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband P.P.S. I'm also not aware of the full circumstances that's led to you having to cancel but if its borne out of your university going remote at the 11th hour then I'd look into your university t's and c's regarding consequential loss etc.

just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

@OriginBroadband is horrible, avoid at all costs. They decided to try and take broadband out for me without my consent, I took TV and they added broadband... Now they're trying to charge me £300? Cowboys. OFCOM will be notified.

@OriginBroadband @ConorSut1 @thinkbroadband You’re not the only one my man, we have the same problems. I don’t know what on earth their NOC team is playing at, but their infrastructure is about as funny as Jim Davidson’s attempts at comedy

@OriginBroadband My internet connection speed is constantly running slow or dropping out. I’ve had several problems with this over the last few months. I should be getting at least 30 Mbps but I’m only getting 7/8 Mbps and it says the server is in Dublin? I am based near a London

@OriginBroadband if we cancel early and pay the cancellation fee are you going to continue stealing money from us as you appear to have done to others?

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband Hi mate, usually when you sign a broadband deal it will set out in the main headlines the term. You can't cancel at any time as you're tied in for that term. I think you'd get a bit of grace maybe if you were in the final 30-60 days but what Origin are requesting is the norm.
