@OriginBroadband I am having issues downloading programmes with my SkyQ and have had a Sky engineer visit today. He has suggested that due to previous issues I require a static IP address to fix the issue....can you help with this please?

  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband I live on the River Sheaf. My street was on severe flood alert for two nights. I’ve had no internet for a week due to Origin so neighbours were having to come and update me on weather warnings, as I receive no signal in my house (Tim your technical guy will vouch for this)

  • cookiekinggame1 Yuumi God (@cookiekinggame1) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Lol wtf is that ISP, ain't a UK one I'll tell you that! Sky, BT and virgin media are UK isps

  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

  • GeorgeBrownless George Brownless #BLM (@GeorgeBrownless) reported

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Probably not the best answer but if they aren't playing ball, call them, tell them they've got 12 hours to give a solution or you'll go to Ofcom. BT were being arses for us last year and that terrified them when we played that card.
