@lmgrenfell I’m so sorry to hear that, I thought you’d managed to cancel? They are @OriginBroadband on Twitter and might respond here?

  • Chutzpah84 Robert W (@Chutzpah84) reported

Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid

  • steviestigler Steve Steer (@steviestigler) reported

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I think its time someone stepped in and shut these fraudsters down once and for all. Its a daily basis of complaints of people literally getting ripped off. Who's gonna step up and investigate??

  • khdurkin Kelly Durkin (@khdurkin) reported

@OriginBroadband my 82 year old mother is being plagued by emails about her account. She never agreed to an account. We rang you to ask you to stop and still they persist.

  • arnoldiesel Ant ⬆️ (@arnoldiesel) reported

@Matthewhewitt84 @OriginBroadband Old tweet or not. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

  • MrTClayts Tom Clayton (@MrTClayts) reported

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband P.P.S. I'm also not aware of the full circumstances that's led to you having to cancel but if its borne out of your university going remote at the 11th hour then I'd look into your university t's and c's regarding consequential loss etc.

  • __getinthebin Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported

@OriginBroadband @lisabinns1 They do. It’s 0330 024 17 77. Good luck getting any useful information or help tho

  • MrTClayts Tom Clayton (@MrTClayts) reported

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband I wasn't referring to the 5400 page document. It will have been right next to the price when you signed up. It's not really the fault of the service provider. If its as a result of Covid then can't you apply for a grant and/or support from the Govt or University?

@OriginBroadband Origin you have a 50/50 chance of surviving. The equipment (router) you supply is not fit for purpose. Coupled with a shambolic customer service.
