    @OriginBroadband I have cancelled my account (C0069251) in early October. You stopped sending me bills but did not cancel my direct debit and keep charging me for a service you are not providing.

    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband, had an email to tell me they are cancelling my service fixed IP address, I've one 1! I'd have thought that most people who order this do it for a reason! Time to move. Apparently dynamic provides all the benefits of a static without the cost - bullsh1t

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

    @OriginBroadband I can't lie I'm sick to death of CONSTANT problems with your service.. this isn't a one off deal this is EVERY month that you have issues.. I'm currently having to use my data so I can tweet you as coincidentally you ONLY have a payment hotline. Sort it out!
