@OriginBroadband Hello guys, what is wrong with you the few months or like that? I've been your customer for many years but now I could notice there is no customer support, no live chat and there is nobody taking care of the low speed I've been experiencing for some longer time.

@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲
