Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Meesh590 @OriginBroadband just wait till you cancel and they continue to bill you for 5 months afterwards even though you are with a different company, their ineptitude knows no boundaries.
-
John Alzayat (@EquinoxPhoenix) reported@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Time to cancel then, if they can't be asked to provide the service you are paying for they don't deserve your money. Or anyone's money for that matter.
-
Logan (@LoganHMPG) reported@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband My ping spikes from 30 to 150+ all night, and my connection cuts out 10+ times a day for over a year. Last week they called me and told me they don't see my problems on their end, and there's nothing they can do. Any ISP with "Broadband" in their name can go **** themselves lmao

Helena Mandleberg (@HJMandleberg) reported from Redditch, England@OriginBroadband I’ve only been a customer for a week and am already seriously unimpressed. I have no broadband a week after ‘installation’ and can’t even access my account to check the status of my order. Really, really poor. I’d appreciate some contact ASAP please.
-
Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

Dashdot (@Dashdot10) reported@OriginBroadband I want to cancel my service!!!! This is an awful service. @Ofcom this is criminal!!!!!’ What are you doing as a regulator??? You have been cc’d into many tweets already. They don’t allow you to cancel contracts!!

George Brownless #BLM (@GeorgeBrownless) reported@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Probably not the best answer but if they aren't playing ball, call them, tell them they've got 12 hours to give a solution or you'll go to Ofcom. BT were being arses for us last year and that terrified them when we played that card.
