    @OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

    Well @OriginBroadband please do in contact with me ASAP as my static IP which I pay for has changed again and the info your tech support gave me contradicts this. He then put the phone down on me when I said so! #nothappy

    @NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"
