@middlecrov @OriginBroadband Hi, if you do want to leave because of the price hike, they have breached their "Terms of Service" for fixed-term customers (in "Price Changes" section). They are also contravening Ofcom General Condition 9.6. They must give you the option to leave without penalty. Good luck!

@OriginBroadband @Leonard41791029 Not one person listens or helps you are supposed to have replied to me Re my complaint which I have raised twice now (3-5 working days I was told) this is now day 6 of the second attempt this started in January we are now March

@OriginBroadband worst broadband provider ever. The customer service they have is something it shouldn’t exist. I lost lots of money because of them and their broadband speed is the worst I’ve ever had... Don’t choose them.

@OriginBroadband I am so upset I’m going to contact the ombudsman and report this as no one after 2 months has helped ..the internet is constantly off my daughter has had to go to her friends on several occasions I just want to cancel all of this ....every day at some point we have had none
