@OriginBroadband ur customer service is really bad!! I’ve been waiting from 8pm last night (it’s 2pm now) to speak to someone when it says you reply in less than 4 minutes!!!

@Leonard41791029 @OriginBroadband Leonardo what was your outcome this company is just appalling I’m going to the ombudsman next and Martin Lewis .. I was sold TV which I asked to cancel Internet is terrible I am so upset by Origin no one gets back to you yet they take your money

@OriginBroadband I am so upset I’m going to contact the ombudsman and report this as no one after 2 months has helped ..the internet is constantly off my daughter has had to go to her friends on several occasions I just want to cancel all of this ....every day at some point we have had none
