If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

Connects just fine but when trying to play online, it says NAT type D, wondering how to change this? I believe the router is double NAT'd and requires a static IP. Was not aware of this

I've been your customer for many years but now I could notice there is no customer support, no live chat and there is nobody taking care of the low speed I've been experiencing for some longer time.
