    This is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for £0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

    .@OriginBroadband - Your internet is down in SW15 and your customer service line is closed. Not like I don't need the internet for work or anything.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    My Origin Broadband Connection Keep's Going Off, For Long Periods, It's Been Getting Worse Since October 2022, Despite Complaining On Here, Connection Lost From Outside. Please Fix ASAP @OriginBroadband

    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

    @OriginBroadband, had an email to tell me they are cancelling my service fixed IP address, I've one 1! I'd have thought that most people who order this do it for a reason! Time to move. Apparently dynamic provides all the benefits of a static without the cost - bullsh1t
