@unit_1974 Avoid TalkTalk, very poor speed and horrible service! We switched to @OriginBroadband last December, best ever! Our Mbps never go under 65Mbps. Perfect for us.

@OriginBroadband How can it go from being great connection to this. Nothing changed in the home and you detected a fault. I work nights and ain’t sitting up when I drive a danagerois road at night to be told I have to pay anything for a service I ain’t getting.

@TheInfamousCJF @OriginBroadband Yes but the awards were held in March 2018 .. Origins £7 million financial sinkhole came to light in the last 1/4 of 2018, brutally drastic staff cuts and a CVA to keep the wolves from the door allowed them to stay trading and providing something vaugely resembling a service.

.@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

@OriginBroadband a little help. Your modem/router died on Saturday night. No amount of power cycles or hardware resets gave me access to the routers web interface let alone the internet. I purchased a replacement but since then I'm only getting 3Mps download.
