    @OriginBroadband Customer tweets complaint about cust svc not being able to fix incorrect bill. Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.

    @OriginBroadband no internet almost 24hrs, got a customer care he tried something that didn't work and said they will get technical help to me 2 to 3 working days. Who does that? am working from home. Get this fixed immediately

    @OriginBroadband why is the Internet down in Newcastle working fine untill this morning and won't connect tried live chat but no answer, a need the Internet so a can work from home
