@Ofcom @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I’m a relatively new customer to OriginBroadband, but I’ve had more ‘Not connected’ problems in a few weeks than I had in years with previous supplier.

@OriginBroadband My internet connection keeps dropping out. I called someone about this a few weeks ago, and it seemed to be fixed. Now it is telling me there is a problem with the ‘DNS Server’? It is unable to connect?

@OriginBroadband you've disabled email correspondence from your customers, and no one has responded on the webchat in over 2 hours. How would you rate your service? 🙃

@OriginBroadband I cancelled my order due to poor service and poor connectivity. Now you claim to have no record that I cancelled. Been online for nearly an hour but getting nowhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Utterly useless in every way.

@OriginBroadband is horrible, avoid at all costs. They decided to try and take broadband out for me without my consent, I took TV and they added broadband... Now they're trying to charge me £300? Cowboys. OFCOM will be notified.

@OriginBroadband if we cancel early and pay the cancellation fee are you going to continue stealing money from us as you appear to have done to others?

Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid
