@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Got a reply shortly after 10am. Problem resolved a couple of minutes after that. Yes, their tech support acknowledged the outage. Sorry if that doesn't fit with your narrative.

oh come on Katey @originbroadband why request further details from each individual when there has clearly been a national outage. Admit the outage, assuming this time it is an outage and you arent on stop with suppliers AGAIN #originfraudband

@simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
