Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

mike king (@King1315M) reported@OriginBroadband Just to let you and everyone know. I have tried phone, email etc on numerous occasions to cancel my mothers broadband and phone. With no success. I have now cancelled the direct debit in the vain hope you will contact me. Number 28 in the queue.
