They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Also since youve amended my isp and sent me a new router iv had constant issues? I currently have 'connected without internet' displayed!
