If you’re going to give first line support techs things to BS customers with, at least make it believable. Also, pro tip: don’t try to BS a techie.

I'm paying for services I can't use thanks to this lot of jokers. Biggest mistake I ever made moving to Origin. Worst ISP i've had by a country mile.
