    @guillezc @OriginBroadband I had same problem months emailing them and calling them for manager never to call only got complaints Manger to call once I asked to leave woman said I dident have to be held to the 400 disconnect fee I screen shot Ed every speed test and sent them it.

    @OriginBroadband It’s a joke and you never told me when we discussed this at first? Instead it’s in small text in a contract that nobody reads. I do hope your service picks up for me personally because my first 12 months have been horrendous. 😔

    @OriginBroadband Hi. You've left me without internet for the past 2 months, in the middle of lockdown, because you thought, wrongly, that we owed you £650. Now you've cancelled the account without notice or apology. I'll be seeking compensation for this appalling service.

    @OriginBroadband Leanne, you never told me when I first took out your contract though? Instead you sold me an 80meg plan when I could only get 15meg 😮

    Help needed. Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting download speeds of c. 5Mb but Upload speeds around 12? @OriginBroadband

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Didn’t know that but they have only had it 3 weeks so I doubt another provider wud buy them out with 17months left. Weren’t told of the issue when ordered which I find terrible service

    @OriginBroadband do you have technical issues with your website or did you simply decide to switch off Login and chat so that you can enjoy a quiet day? Where is the phone and email support option?
