Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

@YourSSE can anyone help please? I have no Internet. There is no one to contact. I know SSE were takennover by Talk Talk, but Origin are the ones who supply the broadband. No one seems to be answering any of my messages @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband

@NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???

@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband
