    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    @ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

    @OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

    @OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over Β£200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay Β£40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

    @OriginBroadband From Ofcom. β€œSolar flares interfere with communications” I see that Ofcom have given you another perfect excuse (for poor service)to give to your weary suffering customers. At anytime of the year.
