I’ve been on hold to @OriginBroadband for almost 20 minutes at the time of this tweet and my DSL connection has dropped 6 times in that time alone. Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?

  • __getinthebin Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported

@OriginBroadband I’m on hold to you for the second time today now. Is anyone going to pick up? The first dude fobbed me off with some nonsense. If you’re going to give first line support techs things to BS customers with, at least make it believable. Also, pro tip: don’t try to BS a techie.

  • DavidInSouthend DavidInSouthend (@DavidInSouthend) reported

@OriginBroadband Customer tweets complaint about cust svc not being able to fix incorrect bill. Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.

@chickabiddybex Well, according to @OriginBroadband’s technical support!

@OriginBroadband I have no service & am unable to contact you successfully by telephone or web chat. Is there an emergency or a tech issue in Doncaster? Cause I’ve tried landline & mobile phoning & 4G web chat

  • OriginBroadban1 OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported

@DavidInSouthend @OriginBroadband very odd advice as the few people who are on social media are also the customer service team. All part of the act to make Origin seem bigger than they are

  • smoookeys smokey O (@smoookeys) reported

@OriginBroadband please help! Not in the current economic situation you charging customer fee for leaving, even when they cancelled before service starts

  • Rob9874 Rob (@Rob9874) reported

@OriginBroadband I live in the US and am getting emails for a UK customer who is late on his bill (probably because they’re coming to me). Please let me know how to get this resolved.

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I fail to see how Ofcom can allow this cowboy company to carry on scamming customers the way they do. They are a complete mess to deal with.

Concerning that the Sun "newspaper" has a grasp on the internet issue (affecting thousands) yet @OriginBroadband tell me I do have Internet, they dont think theres a problem and I should just try resetting it...OR wait 24-48 hours for them to confirm I have an issue. Fab.
