    @OriginBroadband WOW. Award winning???? Honestly The worst customer service i have encountered from any company in my life. on top of being lied to over a engineer turning up to my property. TWO days taken off of work and still waiting for engineer to turn up.GOODBYE

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    If you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🤬

    Finally glad to get rid of the scumbag internet provider @OriginBroadband but as a final **** you to me they decided to keep the line connected during the change over so that it wouldn't work, bunch of scumbag wankers

    @OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE
