@RealKiro @OriginBroadband Worst provider of any service ive experienced

  • organised Shay (@organised) reported from Coventry, England

Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

  • MaverickCS5 Maverick (@MaverickCS5) reported

@OriginBroadband Hi Origin, Im having problems connecting a Nintendo Switch to the broadband. Connects just fine but when trying to play online, it says NAT type D, wondering how to change this? I believe the router is double NAT'd and requires a static IP. Was not aware of this

@OriginBroadband would love for my internet to come back online at some points its been down like 2 hours so far

  • davidjbodman David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported

@OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

  • RealKiro Kiro (@RealKiro) reported

@OriginBroadband No point, customer service is terrible since I’ve complained multiple times and every time you guys just ask for more money to “upgrade” the internet or ask for hundreds just so I can leave the contract…

@OriginBroadband I will continue to exercise my right to comment on the abysmal way you treat customers who have issues with your company.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

  • Connor_Bull Connor Bull (@Connor_Bull) reported

@OriginBroadband your broadband is ******* shite. A brick could provide better service

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".
