I’ve been on hold to @OriginBroadband for almost 20 minutes at the time of this tweet and my DSL connection has dropped 6 times in that time alone. Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?

@Leonard41791029 @OriginBroadband Leonardo what was your outcome this company is just appalling I’m going to the ombudsman next and Martin Lewis .. I was sold TV which I asked to cancel Internet is terrible I am so upset by Origin no one gets back to you yet they take your money
