    @OriginBroadban1 @louotway @OriginBroadband I have, yes. I sent a very eloquent reply which can be TL;DR'd to "Absolutely not". One of their staff called me whilst I was mid meeting and when I asked for a callback for later that day I never got one. Quelle Surprise.

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband You me and many others have suffered the same treatment meted out by this shambolic excuse for a provider. Don’t just cancel dd Ensure your bank fully understands why. They have been known to represent your dd

    Concerning that the Sun "newspaper" has a grasp on the internet issue (affecting thousands) yet @OriginBroadband tell me I do have Internet, they dont think theres a problem and I should just try resetting it...OR wait 24-48 hours for them to confirm I have an issue. Fab.

    @OriginBroadband Still waiting for a reply  Cannot connect to Xbox or skyQ now so need deadlock letter and out Of this contract that isn’t fit for purpose Any news on this So now still not able to connect to SKYQ as has been an issue from day 1
