    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband WOW. Award winning???? Honestly The worst customer service i have encountered from any company in my life. on top of being lied to over a engineer turning up to my property. TWO days taken off of work and still waiting for engineer to turn up.GOODBYE
