    @OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

    @OriginBroadband my broadband went down from 60geg to 35meg and i was still getting charged for 60meg robbers

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

    @OriginBroadband Can someone tell me why my internet speed has nearly halved? Why it doesnt work upstairs? And why my IP address thinks im in Basingstoke when im at the opposite end of the country?
