    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband You can then see if you are getting 1000's of unrecoverable errors causing it to be slow. Or if you are on a really really old ADSL connection (like I was at Longleat), then I kept getting locked into a very low BRAS profile and it would stay at 1-2 MBs for weeks and slowly climb

    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    @MeghnaMajumdar @OriginBroadband Most companies worth their salt have a live service checker to tell you if there is an outage.

    This is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for £0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

    @OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream

    @OriginBroadband ...... can you tell me whether you are still answering calls for Origin Business Line customers? My internet has been down for 2 days now, and no one is answering the phone!!
