    @OriginBroadband Here’s another crude gimmick Origin broadband to entice people to join this disjointed excuse of an internet provider. Their equipment sucks and their customers service is non existent.

    @OriginBroadband You have no idea how I feel. Being scammed is not funny. Origin really out to learn how to practice proper Customer service and deal with issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Stayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭

    @OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

    @OriginBroadband As we couldn't come to a mutual agreement over how best to resolve your case, you now have the right to go to Ombudsman Services: Communications to take your complaint further if you wish. The Ombudsman’s role is to offer free, independent help to resolve your
