A few years ago, we had an account with @OriginBroadband - I've no idea what it's like now, but back then our connection was appalling. Barely any speed, connection dropping frequently, little to no customer service. It might be ace now, I've no idea. 1/7

.@OriginBroadband you’ve failed on us twice tonight. Also, one of your people called me the other day after I replied to your email suggesting prices were increasing. When I asked for a call back (as I was in a meeting at the time) I was told yes. It was never forthcoming.

@OpenreachHelp Hey @OriginBroadband pls read thread above. You've repeatedly told us there's nothing we can do, as Openreach tampered with our street's cables. But it's been 24 hours without service, several houses affected in SE4 1ES. Do something.

  • tally9219 z (@tally9219) reported

@OriginBroadband how much exactly will I be getting reimbursed for the terrible service you provide?

  • OriginBroadban1 OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported

@djlowry @OriginBroadband lots of others have complained are the same thing and are now leaving as they are breaking their contract with the customer which clearly states price rises only for rolling contracts not fixed terms
