    As you were @OriginBroadband — problem seems to be with the SpeedSmart app on my iPhone. Crappy Zoom call quality could be someone else’s problem, too.

    @OriginBroadband my broadband went down from 60geg to 35meg and i was still getting charged for 60meg robbers

    No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk

    @OriginBroadband you sent me an email full of bluster telling me to login and check out the "great offers" for my renewal, but when I login there is nothing.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
