@SIM0NALLEN @OriginBroadband Best Advice would be ... LEAVE THIS COMPANY, LEAVE NOW, WHATEVER IT COSTS YOU IN EARLY TERMINATION FEES IS MONEY WELL SPENT, LEAVE NOW , NEVER LOOK BACK, DITCH THIS DOGSHIT COMAPNY FOREVER!

@OriginBroadband No internet again, 5th time in 3 days. Wi-Fi that drops in and out all the time is not what I was promised or what I pay for (your top fibre package!) I am sure I have enough evidence now to prove the service is not being provided as promised, I want out of my contract with you

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@martinleduck @OriginBroadband It's just another one of their many broken promises, 2nd only to "your refund cheque is in the post".

  • emmameaden1 Molly & George (@emmameaden1) reported

@OriginBroadband I've phoned (30 minute wait to speak to someone), been promised calls back and am now online to someone who is seemingly unable to help. It's your product failing and I'm spending all my time trying to sort it. I'll message you but you take it from there.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband the company boasts a customer base of over 400,000 users, but has only 2 permanent tech support staff, with 2 more helping when the are not making tea or sweeping up ... that alone should tell you something.

  • Dickinson1994 Anna Dickinson (@Dickinson1994) reported

@OriginBroadband your service is shocking I don’t have a constant connection the speed isn’t what I was told what I’d get and customer service barely exist.

  • OriginBroadban1 OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported

@emmameaden1 @OriginBroadband yes sadly their customer service speed matches their broadband speeds. Since the mass redundancies there isnt many tech support staff and front line social media staff are pretty useless

@OriginBroadband So I've been ATTEMPTING to contact yourselves for about 3/4 days in a row now and still, nothing. I've had nothing but connection issues since after the first month and every time I've raised these complaints to yourselves I've been taken through the same steps

  • nickytip792 nickytipping (@nickytip792) reported

  • SIM0NALLEN Sim0n Allen 🌍🇮🇪🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@SIM0NALLEN) reported

@OriginBroadband any advice I can give to my elderly parents who have been left without internet access for the past week by yourselves despite having been told it would be resolved in 24hrs? Also promised a new router which has never arrived.
