    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

    @Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband I had zero issues till last night the prices are good but they need to up there signal some moreespecslly with thr router as i had to use the old BT router as a booster

    @OriginBroadband @N0bster Avoid been with these for the past 18 months they are dreadful can only get Wi-Fi in the room where the router is and it's slow impossible to get hold of I'll be cancelling it when my contract is up

    @OriginBroadband -msg'd you re a txt about payment but no response. Can you advise - i've always paid by DD and nothing changed my end - plenty £££'s in the bank! Any support appreciated. Can you fix the security alert when clicking 'My Account' link on email or your website!

    @OriginBroadband you sent me an email full of bluster telling me to login and check out the "great offers" for my renewal, but when I login there is nothing.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband Do you ever reply to emails? Your online chat never works either. On top of that you just sent me abill fo line rental for £20 for no reason when I paid up front for 12 months. Not happy!
