    @OriginBroadband could someone help me with an email I recieved today, telling me to pay £125.94 w/in 7 days because my account is closing early. I did not request account closure, my DD is still active. I'm a disabled person with limited resources & I cannot & will not pay.

    You know when a company is total bullocks. When you out them on Twitter and they don't even reply .. Swerve @OriginBroadband they are a bunch of scammers. lovely people on customer service just such you in. ease share to warn others.. take you the cleaners

    @charlaayoo @OriginBroadband Do some searching about "Double NAT" and don't let them charge you for a fixed IP to remedy the issue. The reason you have a problem is because of the way they manage their network. You shouldn't have to pay extra to fix that.

    @OriginBroadband It’s a joke and you never told me when we discussed this at first? Instead it’s in small text in a contract that nobody reads. I do hope your service picks up for me personally because my first 12 months have been horrendous. 😔

    @OriginBroadband Hi. You've left me without internet for the past 2 months, in the middle of lockdown, because you thought, wrongly, that we owed you £650. Now you've cancelled the account without notice or apology. I'll be seeking compensation for this appalling service.

    Interesting that Lewis @originbroadband tells his guys not to advise the cooling off period starts from the contract agreeing and NOT when the service starts
