Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@charlaayoo @OriginBroadband Do some searching about "Double NAT" and don't let them charge you for a fixed IP to remedy the issue. The reason you have a problem is because of the way they manage their network. You shouldn't have to pay extra to fix that.

Gary 🏆 Rockcliffe 💙 MOT 💛 (@gary_rockcliffe) reported@OriginBroadband It’s a joke and you never told me when we discussed this at first? Instead it’s in small text in a contract that nobody reads. I do hope your service picks up for me personally because my first 12 months have been horrendous. 😔

annamouse (@annamouse) reported@OriginBroadband Hi. You've left me without internet for the past 2 months, in the middle of lockdown, because you thought, wrongly, that we owed you £650. Now you've cancelled the account without notice or apology. I'll be seeking compensation for this appalling service.

OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reportedInteresting that Lewis @originbroadband tells his guys not to advise the cooling off period starts from the contract agreeing and NOT when the service starts
