    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.

    @OriginBroadband So after two years of stealing £25 per month from my 87 year old mother for a service that you never once provided, She has finally cancelled her direct debit and is contract free , Never dealt with a worse company in my life. #unprofessional #thieves
