    Very disappointed in @OriginBroadband upselling me into a 18 month contract just a month ago then following it up with a swift price hike. A very shady move. Only took six months to go from a sure-thing to never-again. Ofcom here I come?

    @__getinthebin @WeAreOpenreach hope you get this sorted. Many people are leaving @originbroadband due to the mid term price rise but only once it gets escalated as a complaint

    @OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

    @OriginBroadband Hey guys if u know what’s good for you, never touch origin broadband as long as you live. Incompetence, bad service, weak WiFi boxes and breakdowns! Do not use!

    @OriginBroadband “keeping it simple” of course it’s so simple you hike up the price and make a bad service even worse. All staff are now in the complaints department.

    @OpenreachHelp Yes I know, been back & forth with @OriginBroadband for weeks. They say it’s your issue. The problem is with the Internet coming into the house, NOT our router. I just want to know why you’re sending engineers without warning and destroying our street’s ability to work?
