    @OriginBroadband support team told me that they’ve received numerous reports of similar problems other customers are facing!

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made.   What happens next?   We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence
