Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.

CALL EM OUT (@HeslopPj) reported@OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it

These people be selling sick puppies with genetic problems to people for 15K. I heard a case where 14 pitbulls, all from the same litter attacked people. It was in their genes

You also emailed me saying I could leave without penalty because you breached your contract with me! It took over 6 months for you to admit you were wrong & have appalling service!

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.
