    @JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

    @YourSSE can anyone help please? I have no Internet. There is no one to contact. I know SSE were takennover by Talk Talk, but Origin are the ones who supply the broadband. No one seems to be answering any of my messages @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @SSE @OriginBroadband Hey, I know your broadband customers were "transitioned" to utility warehouse, but I'm trying to find our broadband credentials. Where are we supposed to go now to manage that service? I can't seem to login to Origin and anxiety makes me nervous to call you

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
