    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

    @OriginBroadband So after two years of stealing £25 per month from my 87 year old mother for a service that you never once provided, She has finally cancelled her direct debit and is contract free , Never dealt with a worse company in my life. #unprofessional #thieves

    @OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made.   What happens next?   We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence
