    @OriginBroadband Your customer services are absolutely shocking. You don’t reply on the live chat for 2 hours at a time then if you don’t get a reply in 5 minutes you close the conversation. Useless.

    What hours are @OriginBroadband tech support working today please? Started online chat but only bot response so far. Home broadband has been down all morning .

    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently
