.@OriginBroadband you’ve failed on us twice tonight. Also, one of your people called me the other day after I replied to your email suggesting prices were increasing. When I asked for a call back (as I was in a meeting at the time) I was told yes. It was never forthcoming.

@tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract

Still no reply to the complaint I raised on Friday. @OriginBroadband continue to ignore @Ofcom guidelines related to fixed-term contracts. Ts&Cs state "monthly rolling contracts" can increase in price, nothing regarding fixed-term contracts. Disgraceful company and support.

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I did finally get a member of staff who was great. Unfortunately she didn’t have the tools to help and I will be leaving after helping support your start up. Shame on you your company for letting their staff and customers down.

@davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer

@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?
