They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?
