    @OriginBroadband ......you must be so proud! Even after providing THREE months notice of termination and you still want to bill me for a FOURTH month! A service I haven't used due to moving house. Really poor customer service from a company with a poor attitude! 😡😠🤬

    @OriginBroadband is the service down in the Watford area? We’ve done all the usual things to get ours working but nothing is happening

    No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk

    @Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband I had zero issues till last night the prices are good but they need to up there signal some moreespecslly with thr router as i had to use the old BT router as a booster

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"
