Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@chrislvkiz @OriginBroadband now that TalkTalk have absorbed @OriginBroadband, you should be able to request that your service be migrated OFF of OB's terrible hardware and insistence on using DOUBLE NAT (this is what is causing your issue), and onto a TALKTALK line where it should fix your problem.

They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb.
