    @Plusnet why advertise your support as 24/7 then it’s closed by 10pm? Had no service for over an hour again.

    @Plusnet no wifi. 24 hours later after multiple broken promises of fixing it, even told me it was fixed at one point then said that bt staff broke it again

    @Plusnet - award winning customer service is not being left on hold for 37 minutes (and still waiting) to find out where my router is!!! Whena re you going to anwwer your phone???

    held on phone line for #plusnet for an hour yesterday until they cut me off and closed the lines and two hours this morning. No other way to contact them. Might try carrier pigeon - will be quicker. terrible service.
