    @Plusnet please let me know an email address I can send a complaint to. I’m not filling out an online form with a restricted word count and I’m not happy doing it over the phone as that doesn’t seem to get me anywhere. Very disappointed with your service

    Major pronls with my new Internet provider @Plusnet. Talk about moving goalposts. I have no Internet after 9 every night and sporadic weekend service. They change how they'll resolve it I every communication

    @Plusnet hello. My wifi has been really slow these last two weeks. I've been with plusnet since September 2019 and never had this issue before. It's still working but very slow, so video calls aren't possible without lots of delay to the audio. Please could you advise? Thank you.

    @Plusnet new customer here. every day I have a new issue with the broadband. Either there's "no internet access" or my laptop won't connect until I've reset the router. This should be happening every day. Especially when I'm paying for this service!! Please help!

    @Plusnet Thanks - it now appears to be working, was off for approx 1 hour (1.30-2.30) with a notification on my mobile data settings that you had turned it off (rather than just me being out of signal range). So hopefully all sorted now
