    Aaaaand our Internet is broken. Pretty sure we have a faulty hub, Plusnet technician booked for Tuesday. I really hope it holds up just enough for me to watch @Axialmatt's Bob Ross Stardew Sunday this evening!

    @ParisZarcilla @Plusnet They're awful 😩 My sister had a hell of a time when she had a mobile contract with them, just awful customer service. I'd switch if you can.

    So @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Cant go inside homes now to complete promised upgrades etc. I got 2 days notice. Total disgrace and the poor callhandlers at @plusnet and the rest are getting all the groans. Total disgrace!

    Pay for another line to be put into our home yet still @Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial no reliable service sick of calling you internet gets better for two days then back the square 1!!!

    Day ??? of Lockdown, Day 18 of Dry January, Day 5 of no Wi-Fi, (Day 3 of calling Plusnet to fix this). This is what we live for...

    They used to be a brilliant service but if i was you i'd seriously consider paying that little bit extra for a better service that offers money back if they fail to deliver. So if you're thinking about setting-up or changing suppliers i'd be very weary of Plusnet. Your choice! 🤨

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Trying to renew a cheaper contract since November but can't as I have an order being processed? Can't get through in phone to cust. Services. I'm now paying twice the amount I should for this 'hi tech' service.
