@Plusnet @Plusnet if you’re part of the BT family why do I have pay £200 of charges to go to BT when your service doesn’t work? Also asked to throw away the modem or sent it back- surely there is a more green way of re-using modems. #poorcustomerservice #daylightrobbery

@plusnethelp Hi. I moved to plusnet broadband a month ago and find my WiFi connection unreliable. I can’t do things like watch YouTube or have WhatsApp video calls without buffering or getting “reconnecting” messages. It’s quite unusable and disappointing. Can you help please?

@plusnethelp Hi, I am no longer a plusnet mobile customer since march, yet you keep emailing me about monthly bills. What do I have to do to make you go away and never contact me again?

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

@schwoike Now Broadband use the Openreach Network, so they will let us know that you are switching. I would still recommend contacting our Customer Options team to let them know - but it should not be necessary to do so. Jess - Plusnet Leeds

@binderella1 Thanks Bindi. I'd recommend that you try channel 6 for a few hours and then run through the above steps if the connection problem persists. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle
