    @MashManMandela Hi Tom, we are aware of the current website issues and apologise for the inconvenience. It seems to only be affecting those using certain broadband providers, and we are in the process of liaising with PlusNet to resolve this. Many thanks - Belle

    @Plusnet Hi Plusnet home BB users. Is anyone else having issues reaching Screwfix website Plusnet broadband but is fine via e.g. your mobile broadband? Contacted Screwfix, I sent them a screenshot. They said they new of no site issues but was I using Plusnet? What is going on?

    @crevicekid @Screwfix @DavidWa28957772 Plusnet is the issue, turn off the power on your router for an hour then on to refresh your IP which is like Ireland which I think is geoblocked by Screwfix

    @Plusnet why is @All4 suddenly geoblocked when connected to wi-fi? This is an issue for 2 TVs and 2 phones when connected to wi-fi. No issues when using data on the phones.

    @Plusnet why my order is too slow？plusnet promise the order will be completed with one week. But phone message from plusnet notice me my account will be activated on 16/11. It will take two weeks and more. Why? Could you make my order completed sooner? usename daniel1906

    @Plusnet very poor respons time- waiting almost 45 min and counting to get through to a human… I am an existing customer and wanted to enquire about an error message on my upgrade…. Why should I stay with #plusnet?
