@Plusnet Ok so how come your website says that there are no issues? How come there has been no contact and people have to revert to their children going on twitter? And now will they be compensated as they work from home?

@bt_uk down again. Unbreakable? It's now been over 2 weeks since I've had an uninterrupted 24 hours with broadband. My advice to all my followers is to avoid @bt_uk like the plague. I've already steered one friend to PlusNet. They would have gone with Virgin if available for them

@Plusnet I am the account holder for an elderly, registered disabled person who depends on their internet connection for medical reasons and to avoid isolation. They've had NO CONNECTION since Wednesday and your team gave them no help at all. What are you going to do about it?

@Plusnet 20 minutes on hold. Finally get through and when CS puts me on hold I get cut off. Now i cant speak to anybody due to "High call numbers". In 10yrs as a customer ive never had a reason to complain. But tbh honest this is crap service.
