    @Plusnet no broadband since Friday AM, fixed for around 2 hours Friday night and then off again with an expected fix but Monday 27th at 7pm! Unacceptable. Assume my bill will reflect the unavailability?? User is chris1d

    Shocking service from @Plusnet . Several calls to try and get internet back. Advised new router coming. Never arrived. Phoned to cancel. 30 mins and adviser not interested. “That’s fine, cancelled oh and we will charge you despite no internet for a month” #minusnet
