Hi @Plusnet, I got a system popup on my phone just before 1pm, saying the network provider had turned off my 4G, and have had no internet since. Calls & texts are fine, ditto WiFi. Can you help? I'm well within my usage allowance.

@Plusnet Need help changing password. My broadband is down am trying to change password. Website thinks "change password" button means I want to see bills.

@Plusnet Not necessarily moving, wanting to lodge notice so if I do, am not stuck paying x weeks at higher rate after end of contract. Possible may stay, but looking to cover bases at the moment. Have anxiety issues so can't use the phone to discuss with your team. No virgin in my area.

Calamity! Tried to go online on laptop & no internet. Was working yesterday. Rang plusnet on landline (cos still no mobile) & told there is a service outrage in my area till 3 Oct. Had to resort to local Wetherspoons with v old slow tablet to get online. Now off to buy new phone.

@jesse_mukisa @emrudgee Me too! A month after promised connection date SE unable to connect or give timeframe so contract cancelled. Now they're cut me off from CURRENT supplier Plusnet by failing to tell Open Reach to halt migration and are not helpful in getting issue resolved. Avoid @shell_energy
