If you've got Plusnet broadband totally get the BT Hub 6 (£30 new off th'ebay). Huge step up from the Plusnet router. Proper WiFi coverage. Prob frying my brain and transmitting raw covids everywhere, but excellent signal strength.

Looks like I’m having internet issues, so don’t be concerned if I’m quiet for a while! Chances are it’ll be fixed in no time but also there’s no guarantee b/c Plusnet lmao

  • reynlord GALLOWS HUMORIST (@reynlord) reported

Gonna be streaming a bit later than usual today because @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach insist on sending an 8th person into my house during a pandemic to fix the internet but not the hole in my window.

  • jamesfrhodes James Rhodes (@jamesfrhodes) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp our internet has been very intermittent over the last few days - we’ve reset the box a few times which has got it working again, but could do with some support to fixing the problem in the long-term, particularly now both working from home! #help

  • bassanoclapper BassanoClapper (@bassanoclapper) reported

@lukehmuse Used to have really bad customer service but that may well have changed. I still hear good things about PlusNet I’m also with VM and find you have to go through the conversation with Retentions, threaten to quit and they give you a near-new customer deal for 18 months

  • l44ryc L C (@l44ryc) reported

@Plusnet the irony of saying you're straight taking. Shambolic customer service from the start and I haven't even gone live with my service yet. Expect this to be cancelled!

  • aaronyoungesq Aaron Young (@aaronyoungesq) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Hello. My fibre died in the wee hours. I've run through all your support tips and no joy. No one is answering the phone. Please help.

  • TrenchTrotter Tim Thurlow (@TrenchTrotter) reported

@Pepper2Pepsi I ditched plusnet awhile ago. Always had outages sometimes 24 hours and never offered compensation.

  • l44ryc L C (@l44ryc) reported

@Plusnet can't even raise a complaint properly as once I cancel, you delete the ticket and don't pass my complaint to the complaints team... Pointless and **** service

  • ParisZarcilla Paris Zarcilla (@ParisZarcilla) reported

It's really strange that I couldn't @ @plusnet in my main tweet. I tested it a few times and it's seems they can block your tweet from appearing publicly. Has anyone else had this problem?
