@Plusnet Hi, please could you DM me. My elderly neighbour has lost his mobile, and only has incoming calls on a LL. He’s on his own & a bit distressed & I need someone to call him to help cancel his mobile…

@Plusnet why do you seek to punish long term customers ?. My current deal (as a long term customer )is now £10.93 a month … new customer pays £9. Fantastic.

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet Yorkshire puddings is quite apt . Why as a long term customer must I pay £10.93 a month but as a “new” customer pay £9 for the same sim deal. ?

@Plusnet Bit strange you don’t have a customer complaints email that can be dealt with a lot quicker considering your business is communications how bad is that

@kyajbuller @Plusnet is by far the worst home wifi you can ever get. They promised me between 66-77mbps of speed and a minimum guarantee of 60mbs. For the last two years we’ve been getting below 5mbps on a concenstant basis. A lot of the time below 2mbps.
