And to cap it off my complaint has been closed without anyone making any contact with me at all. So glad I'm moving to @Plusnet ! @bt_uk I can't believe how much things have changed, the most awful 'customer service' I've had for a long time.

@Plusnet your customer services advisor has asked me to get you to book an Openreach engineer to attend the account holder's premises ref question #209435748. The phone line is very very noisy at times (no pattern to it) - bad enough to have to resort to a mobile phone!

@RealKishanGohil @virginmedia @SkyUK The same ones I had with Virgin. The service was intermittent and upload speeds appalling (1.7mb/s on best days). Service staff who wouldn’t admit the problem was on Virgin's side. Dealing with support with Sky just as poor. I hear Plusnet, even though pricier, offer better serv.

@Plusnet thank you to a lovely lady called Jess Moore who work’s in customer support. Since the begging of December she has been calling me and advising me on how to fix the disconnection my broadbands keeps having. On Tuesday an engineer came out and I do believe it has worked

Pinging loopback and pinging the router both show nothing wrong inside the machine or the local network - the problem is within the Plusnet network.

To clarify, Plusnet have not let me down. Openreach have not fulfilled works, not kept appointments and not returned calls.

@Plusnet my router appears to have given up overnight (power light not even on) - have checked power etc. Think it needs replaced? Any help appreciated, I have sent a DM
