@Plusnet her plus net, is it normal to have a iPad connected to the wifi and problem with a laptop? I did a Speedtest and the laptop was much lower than the iPad, is this normal?

I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...

@WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

@Plusnet What a terrible network, they take a whole day to port a number across! You'll miss a days worth of calls, do Not use this network if you have a line for business.

@Plusnet quoting award winning customer service... not in my case. Been absolutely dreadful so far and I’m only a week in! Constant barriers to closing the contract and passed from pillar to post. Customer service abysmal.

Plusnet broadband isn’t working. Connection dropping in and out over the last few days and know they want me to pay £65 for an engineer to come and fix the issue? 🖕🏼

@jesshallsongs @Plusnet Thanks Jess. We're getting there slowly. Now it's been activated, but still not working because there's a fault somewhere & they're having to send an engineer out in the morning. It's just...endless. Broadband purgatory.

The @Plusnet customer services people help as best they can, trying to find alternatives, but BT WiFi hotspots aren't strong enough in my flat. I've already racked up quite the mobile bill using extra data. I resign myself to having to wait until 23rd March.

@Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

@plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!
