  @Plusnet Hello , I wonder if you can help, we are stuck in Thailand due to the unrest in the Middle East so we are not at home and do not have a way to contact you buy phone , we was surpose to have broadband fitted today 9th March with openreach but we wasn’t at home. Need help

  @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia Did the same with mine, rand them. Best we can do is £55! Erm everywhere else is offering £25-£35 for the same service? Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

  @Plusnet I thought I had renewed my contract with Plusnet, now receive an email advising my contract has ended! Plusnet Website won’t even load to get help. Help!

  @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

  @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

  @Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.

  @Plusnet I'm very happy with my PlusNet broadband and I've been with you many years but this aspect of your customer support is crap. My options seem to be: a) phone and wait 20mins+ or b) phone and wait 20 mins + Hmmnn... 🤔
