Plusnet mobile. Gave me a new sim which is for a different number than my old one and now have to wait 10 working days for a new one. I warned them the number was incorrect before it arrived. Did not listen terrible service

@Plusnet hi James. the issue isn't Plusnet's service; it's my neighbours having between three and five wifi devices active on a daily basis. unless you're willing to go round and tell them to stop, there's nothing Plusnet can do.

@Plusnet I am leaving Plusnet tomorrow after years! I phoned Customer Services to ask to retain my emails temporarily until the changeover is sorted out. They say this is no longer possible and yet the community posts are still saying it is! What can I do?

@Plusnet Hi, I'm a new customer. I have a problem in that my Openreach ONT is installed in my garage so when I plug my Plusnet router in to the ONT, the wi-fi signal is poor as it won't go through the garage walls very well. It is an integrated garage. What are my options?

@Plusnet Asked for upgrade to full fibre on 8th August, been let down 3 times with no explanation or promised secured appointment. What is going on!!!!! No idea when it will happen, no faith left in plusnet.

@TalkTalk @Plusnet Will you explain to me why you always repeat the same song about £. 50 charge, if it is not your problem? When already THREE times in the years, were told line OK, then #LANDLINE was fixed all THREE times! #FAIL

Hey @Plusnet, I just turned a few features on for my mother's phone account, and now (a) I am locked out of making other changes (lame), and (b) the only thing you've done so far is disable a feature I didn't change. #FAIL
