@Plusnet I have raised a fault as instructed. Found out by chance that there's been a reply (clicking again on the link here & then finding a message). Don't know how to respond to the message. Didn't get any text msg and if I try replying online, it takes me every time to a sign in page

  • Tigercatgirl RSG (@Tigercatgirl) reported

Disappointed with @Plusnet. Loyal customer but line rental saver stopped and my bills going up by at least £30 and more when fix ends yet huge savings for new customers with better plans. Clearly being a loyal customer isn't rewarded at all.

@Plusnet please can you sort out the issue with Slack. I lost connection yesterday when they changed something and I understand it needs you to clear something to get it connected again. Sorry not techie brought to explain more.

@BeardedDevil_ @ThreeUK Bro leave Three their signal doesn't exist I swear. Get Plusnet

@Plusnet internet has been slow and dipping for past 2 days. Can you help? Not showing any issues on status updates

  • Meatlegs1 Mighty Meatlegs (@Meatlegs1) reported

@WithChrisNKeith They are objectively terrible. I did broadband tech support with Sky and as much as I rag on them, they're probably some of the more stable, Plusnet has been pretty good in my experience as well

  • ExpensePlus ExpensePlus (@ExpensePlus) reported

@Plusnet @Deku_shrub Hi Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with connecting to Slack and get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. All other websites work fine. If I hotspot from my phone I can connect to Slack fine (so not an issue with Slack), but rather with your DNS record

  • craigbourton Craig (@craigbourton) reported

@Plusnet can you please explain why my router has kicked my mobile phone of the wireless connection and when I input the password to reconnect it says incorrect password when it is correct. Have tried to reconnect about 10 times. What can I do to sort it? #help #plusnet

  • Chris4man Chris (@Chris4man) reported

Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp we moved last week and while the broadband is working well the phone is dead. Doesn't ring when called and no dial tone. I ran the troubleshooter and it found no problem. I texted your help bot and it's gone quiet. Any chance of some action?

  • umbugnet John Turner (@umbugnet) reported

@Plusnet In short, my only wiring is the lead from the master socket to the router. I've tried replacing that, tried a different router & tried plugging into the test socket & my speed remains very much lower than it should be. This suddenly happened after a lightning strike. Please fix!
