@vantex24 @JohnLewisRetail @zeninternet According to JL, setting up a new broadband/ landline account is "a highly technical issue and so John Lewis Broadband / Plusnet are really the only ones who could address this issue." I wonder who else they thought might be responsible? Still heard nothing after 24 hours 😠

@danhoward_uk @Plusnet Jesus, that's not good, I bet your upload speed is almost unusable. Conor was in a flat at the time, so that shouldn't be an issue. It was either £30 or £40 pm, which is what I'm paying.

I don't know how many of you use Plus Net for your Wifi and phone, but I had a problem and sent a message asking for help on twitter plusnet help. No reply. So yesterday I sent simple message "Could you, at least, acknowledge this message" Still no reply. Time to move on?

@plusnethelp My plusnet speed is terrible. I should be getting *minimum* 44mbps and am averaging about 8.4. This isn't what I signed up for.

How bad is customer service at @Plusnet that they send you to either facebook or Twitter to resolve the issues yet you can't send them a message?
