@Plusnet my router has started to flash a green light I’ve tried resetting and power off etc several times. With no luck. Can you please provide support on next options. It was working perfectly fine until around 9pm last night. Chris McMahon

@Plusnet I'm a Plusnet phone and broadband customer. I have had disconnections and speeds from 0.2mbs to my full 38mbs during the last week. The router regularly goes red then slowly back to blue. Is there a fault on the Lancaster network yet again?

@Plusnet So we moved to ur providers yesterday and I haven’t be able to do a lot because if i go on something but its really slow and very laggy

  • ziplobthud David Anthony (@ziplobthud) reported

@Plusnet Spoke to someone earlier and they are looking into it with someone on Tuesday. It's weird as mobile service from a separate provider is also going down when broadband drops for several people in the same town. Hopefully fixed soon

  • MillSussex RuthS (@MillSussex) reported

@Plusnet We phoned up earlier to say what our problem was, only to be told that our service was fine, so our laptop must be faulty! Strange that, because on the brief occasions when it we do have a service, our laptop works perfectly!

  • ziplobthud David Anthony (@ziplobthud) reported

@Plusnet I will be calling customer services today anyway to talk about my contract which is up next month anyway. The issue seems to be local to my area from what I can tell as I know several others who have had the exact same issue in my town, Berwick upon Tweed. Others in BT and you.

@ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!
