@Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

@Plusnet Still experiencing an issue on my Mac when using my router for DNS. As soon as I change my Mac to use 1.1.1.1 for DNS I can connect fine.

@Plusnet is there any issues in the BN22 area? Every morning for the past week, the Internet is dropping off and lights go out on router and takes a while to recover. Is this line testing?

@Plusnet I’m still having problems with my broadband. You assured me that it had all been resolved at your end and the problems I’ve had for years with poor broadband speeds would be rectified. They haven’t and I’ve since found out that my landline hasn’t been working properly

Hi @Plusnet I can’t roam in Indonesia. Just getting ‘no service’. I can only use WiFi. No phone at all. Any ideas why please? Thank you.
