    @Kevvoo55 @Plusnet Ive had this problem today after I had a notification about a overdue bill, when I clicked to continue with service or whatever it was, my Internet never came back (I had another 7 days to make payment) needless to say I contacted customer service who said it would be back.....

    Good job to @Plusnet who rather than reinstate a rolling monthly contract that they cancelled despite multiple requests not to, did in fact cancel it. Then ask for me to take a new contract despite explaining I was waiting for full fiber to be installed thats been delayed!

    @Plusnet is anyone able to help, our Internet is down, called earlier, apparently there was a system error that had problems to reinstate it, got a call back a short time later saying it had been rectified, and Internet should be back up within 4hrs, waited the 4hrs and nothing

    @Kevvoo55 @Plusnet ... online within 4 hours, and it still hasn't come back on, I have since paid my bill in full, amd still nothing, all I have is an orange light on the router with no Internet, and earlier I was told systems where down your end... what is going on?!?!?!?

    Hi @Plusnet, I need some assistance regarding a new customer reward. My service started on November 26th, 2025, and I'm still waiting for the 145 pounds reward claim email. I have checked my junk folders multiple times. Could you look into the status of this reward for me? Thanks

    @Plusnet I have done this, and was told it wpuld be fixed by 11:30 pm ot's not, was told i would have a call back within half an hour of logginh i have not, i want to k ow when my service will be resumed

    @Plusnet I’ve done that now and finally been given a full refund. You are making too many errors like this and service is far from what it used to be. I really regret signing up again
