    @PScotfree @Plusnet @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!

    @Plusnet Yes, we were really pushed in to renewing a 24mth contract with/by you as we moved house to down the road. We had NO option as you were going to charge us a fortune to move house unless we renewed! We didn't have the money to pay for it so had no choice.

    @Plusnet so I called plusnet explained enjineer came out still dropping signal and all I get is yes we can see it's dropped several times paying for a service that I can't use

    @WorkTheSpace this is an issue across the network with logging in. Either EE, BT or Plusnet.

    @Plusnet I'm having really bad issues with my broadband connection. It drops connection about 30 times a day especially when I'm trying to watch something.

    @EE Hi Craig, thanks for your reply, it's more than I've had from Plusnet! I've already spoken to them twice and they said it would be fixed on Friday but it's still not sorted. I'll have to phone them again but their service status page says all OK which is clearly wrong 😡
