    @Plusnet absolute piece of **** internet. ZERO service, cant even get hold of them. 0.33Mbps speed on a fibre network. Phone number of your support page isn't even recognised. Cancelling my DD with you, bet someone from your team will call me when payment fails. Garbage company.

    @MagentaKoru We've always been perfectly happy with Plusnet. The two times something has gone wrong their customer service has been excellent.

    @Plusnet who do I speak to about not renewing my contract with you it’s up this month and despite your best efforts my speeds are barely 10% of your ‘guaranteed’ speed it’s total horse **** and I won’t be continuing my service with you

    Hi @Plusnet I just got your broadband package and I can’t watch anything on my smart tv - it played a few minutes then it’s stuck waiting for the film to download. Happens with Youtube, Netflix and BBC iPlayer. Can you please help fix this
