@Plusnet I have tried that. So far have been asked to unplug wiring and take the front off of a socket. Asked for my mobile, laughed at and basically given the run around. I have no trust or faith in your service.

  • danbodyprime DAN PRICE 🌴 (@danbodyprime) reported

@Plusnet Hi, guys! I sent you a message about an hour ago about my mum’s new connection. Could someone please come back to me to help finalise the setup?

  • huskadoodledoo tigerman mags (@huskadoodledoo) reported

@Plusnet Wouldn’t be leaving if everything was fine would we. We’re gonna be paying more on a new broadband contract. It would be@much easier to not have to change so obviously we have reason to want to cancel

  • Cousins155 Bev (@Cousins155) reported

@BlackSheep0911 @Plusnet Same here! My monthly contract is increasing from the end of the month, any chance anybody out there to get a online petition to force these theives 2 start playing ball. If not why don't we all get together & cancel direct debits as the only language they understand is MONEY!

  • BeatLiturgist tim watson (@BeatLiturgist) reported

And also that they've offered me as a goodwill gesture a months services free but to get his I have to basically say that this is a sufficient resolution to the problem, but clearly it isnt as @plusnet still owe me £458, and now are saying I'm missing payments.

@MelScrivin @BT @Plusnet Pretty rubbish service BT and Plus net!

@Plusnet @plusnethelp my router has been unable to find broadband for a while now but your phone line is closed and your online troubleshooting questionnaire requires me to test a landline that I do not have - any help?

  • curlydebruyne Curly Watts (@curlydebruyne) reported

@Plusnet Just overheard your customer service reps laughing at a customers fair enquiry regarding the cancellation process. I’m not a customer of yours (thankfully) and I’ve never heard anything like what I heard from your staff (Peter was his name for reference). #eng

@Plusnet I want to record - AGAIN - a 5 minute outage which has once again actually caused me monetary loss. I do not understand how after about 3 years of stable internet the last 3 months have been so atrocious, can Plusnet explain this? As I'll be complaining each time an outage costs.

  • JammyFraser Jammy Fraser (@JammyFraser) reported

@Plusnet I DON'T HAVE a current provider. The problem is that the line at my house has been attributed to the wrong address on the directory system. My number finishes with 61 and has been attributed to the house address Bevla when in fact my address is North House.
