    @Plusnet I'm another mobile customer abroad that can only get 2g. Currently in Germany (Berlin), checked the APN is correct but it will only register on o2 2g and not 4g if I manually search for networks. Can you help at all?

    @Plusnet when I received yet another incorrect bill with the incorrect discount being applied, when I complained to customer services who were totally indexable and refused to put me through to a manager, telling me I would have to pay this bill and the credit for wrong billing

    @HM_Dec90 Hi Holly, sure and I'm really sorry about the problems with your connection. Tests show that there's a line fault (impairment in copper joint) so we'll need to book an engineer visit. Can you be free in one of these timeslots please? AM = 8-1 or PM= 1-6 - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

    @TelevisionGold @TVCatchup I used to have Plusnet when I lived in Glasgow and never had a single issue, and I used their own router and had Sky towards the end of living there

    @MrPMHarrison @virginmedia We were with them for ages, speed (when working!) was v fast, but expensive & had SO much downtime and problems. Also always ringing trying to get you to buy more products. PlusNet a million times better, no hard sell, good, responsive customer service.

    @Plusnet Are those 182 days in relation to days lost trying to connect to the internet because I’m sick to death of the internet dropping off every bloody evening when we sit down to watch TV, you should be made to pay back double what we pay you monthly every time we loose connection

    @Plusnet couldn't find my mobile, dialled the number from my home phone. Never answered the mobile but charged. 47p for a 1 second call. RIP OFF PLUSNET 😱 HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT?????

    How come my cheapest upgrade for 3 GB sim with @EE is £21.50 p/m, yet I can get the same gig with @Plusnet for £7 p/m ? and.....Plusnet uses the EE network ? total rip off & no brainer really. Sorry EE you have lost a long standing customer #EE #Plusnet
