    @Plusnet I’m a customer with 7 months left of my contract, I’ve been made aware I can move to BT Essentials (I’m eligible) without a fee from Plusnet, please can you confirm? I can’t get through on the phone. Thankyou.

    Hi @Plusnet given you are shutting down the business side of your business and moving everyone to BT who can’t give me a quote for my address, I assume you won’t be charging me an exit fee to get out of my contract with you?

    Nothing happens with plusnet customer support unless you are on the phone to them. Things I am told will happen, like being updated or contacted, don't happen.

    @KintalineFarm @Plusnet For Broadband, they close at 20:00, all automated for what i needed so dont know why i could log the issue last night. Think its the same number for all their services, but could be wrong.

    @CraiginWales Once attracted half of the population never switch. We alternate every time the contract expires, between EE, BT & Plusnet usually (all the same Co.) or whomever is offering the best deal at the time.
