  @plusnethelp @Plusnet #Plusnet You have now left a vulnerable person (my mum) without a way to be in touch with the outside world for 3 days. Each day I queue for 45 minutes in your system (twice), am promised a solution and nothing happens. Shame on you.

  @OpenreachHelp hi I have contacted plusnet regarding an issue with my Internet. They have raised a job with yourselves as they say my phone line isn't working. Im in the ub7 area. No Internet for 2bdays.
