    @andypoulton @Plusnet @plusnethelp Apart from this issue I’m very content with Plusnet, there’s no-one else I’d go to for broadband.

    @plusnet worst customer experience ever! You cut our business broadband (also used for homeschooling) off 5 days early and cannot reinstate, then tell us the £200 expedite installation will be 10 days later than promised when we paid the fee! You dare say ‘when you need it most’!

    @Plusnet An hour waiting to get through to support, and you have the tagline on an advert " tired of poor customer service" . Well yes I am, and if I can get out of my contract I will.

    @plusnethelp I have had my plusnet broadband a few months and the wifi is constantly dropping out. The speed check I do on my laptop looks fine but I regularly have issues with teams freezing which is a new issue since I switched from sky

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Manager bluntly refuse to talk to the customer requesting escalation! Never calls back when promised! Making homeschooling and moving so much more stressful!

    @MatthewBeard14 @plusnethelp @Plusnet Hi Matthew, they wrongly cut off my mum/vulnerable person too who's been a loyal customer for yrs with a DD set up. They rang her mobile demanding £ she didn't owe, I thought it was fraud #stress Further billing errors, very poor service followed. I'm now in touch with #CEO level
