    @Plusnet Yes, I read your first meaningful update of the day, posted at 3.09pm. And 'some customers' is a disingenuous way of putting it, plus it's not 'just now' it's been since last night. It's bad enough e-mail is down, without trying to sugar-coat it 😳

    @Plusnet I think that your response to the failure of your email service is poor. Discovered this morning but can't be fixed till tomorrow. Very poor show.

    @Plusnet My business has ground to a halt today thanks to your inability to fix the email issue. 24 hours without a functioning email account is unacceptable for anyone, especially a business. “We’ll do you proud” Cheap words from a below par company. Hope you’re “proud”!

    Apologies to anyone trying to reach me by e-mail today - @Plusnet e-mail down since *last night* & pretty dire lack of meaningful updates from them since as to when it will be sorted. Latest (rare) update suggests possibly tomorrow?

    Everytime I’ve complained to Plusnet my service ***** up for about a week after it….. Whoever voted them the best wifi provider in the U.K. clearly got paid off!! They are ******* AWFUL!!

    @Plusnet message this morning advised to check back in a couple of hours. Now says resolution by tomorrow morning on email issue. Please expand on what the issue is and when actually service will be restored, call centre message suggests you dont know really.
