    Just wasted 40 minutes on @Plusnet. Customer services is a joke, how they win 'awards' I've no idea as it must mean everyone else is even worse! Now to sort out what to do about my Willow Tree! This is not going to be a good day. Fed up & it's only 10!

    @Plusnet Two questions please? A) When does my contract run until for broadband. Not sure I am still in contract! B) appear to have been charged x2 this month for broadband. Grateful for help please

    @Plusnet hi, I subscribed to BT Sport through Plusnet on 31st April. After following all of the steps correectlt the BT app still says "error id003 unable to find active BT subscription". Won't let me login.
