    @Plusnet My Plusnet contract is ending soon and I would like to port my existing Plusnet phone number to a new VOIP provider. They have asked a few technical questions regarding the current line. Are you able to help? Thanks.

    @Plusnet I have just spoken to an advisor and I cannot believe how rude this gentleman was. He ended the call because I wasn’t happy with the price he offered. £54 a month I am paying for that kind of service. Absolutely disgusting.

    How is it that my daughter, just moved to central Canterbury, cannot get reliable mobile signal in her flat and cannot buy adequate internet speed from any provider to run her Zoom-based personal training business? Any thoughts @Plusnet @BTSopenreach @O2
