    @Plusnet Hi, I have been a customer for a while on 30 day contracts and have now seen offers with far more data. Your current offer has 30gb for £10 a month and I’m only receiving 12gb. Am I able to get the better deal or do I have to look elsewhere? Can I cancel and re signup?

    @Plusnet In my opinion plusnet give good service at a good price and I can't fault it...my only gripe is last week my router died and I'm still waiting for a replacement

    @mmetcalfe @Taylor007J @NeilLimbrick I am on fibre with Plusnet and speeds are good. It happens on all devices be it a brand new i5 laptop or desktop or smartphone. Only us at home now so network isn't mega congested.

    @Plusnet so I ring 3 times before 8pm this evening and THREE TIMES YOU CUT ME OFF...clearly you cannot be bothered to speak to me when I have a problem. Disgusting customer service
