@BagsTweets_ @Plusnet It’s a DNS issue bud, if you change your DNS server on your devices to 8.8.8.8 you should get reconnected.

@Plusnet new customer here, called support and said that No internet and an engineer might come tomorrow... Not happy about the result.... No empathy shown... Bad start....
