Day four with no access to my emails. @Plusnet claim to have Net-ops working hard on the issue but all they have done is disable my password and fob me off, At my wits end now as the Sheffield customer service team throw ''rate our service'' texts at me. Seriously?

I am beyond mad at the lies, stupidity, incompetence, stress caused and time taken storing out utterly pathetic @Plusnet **** right off now. Seriously **** right off.

@Plusnet Another month and more problems apart from the usual random resets by the hub, blocked packets constantly forcing speeds down to absolute rubbish levels. Hope you have a different type of hub, cause this hub is absolutely old rubbish.

@Plusnet Hi,when it's work with stable 4Mb is ok but last weeks dropping connection or is hard to open any website, recently is worst than anytime before. Please check the line if its work.

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

@Plusnet Hi. It’s exactly the same as it’s been for weeks and weeks. No signal or 1 bar. Took 5 goes to even make a call at all and it was hard to hear the other person. Phone has been updated and rebooted anyway and it’s no better.

  • SnakeskinServer Snakeskin (@SnakeskinServer) reported

@Plusnet Internet connection has very high latency (over 200ms on various speed tests) and much slower speeds than normal. This has happened today and Tuesday. I’ve reset all my devices and the issue persists.

  • dresdeb Beccy Dresden (@dresdeb) reported

@andrewmk The speedtest site I use says there are widespread problems at the moment with Sky broadband! I switched for price not speed, but I've had 4 or 5 broadband suppliers over the years and have *never* had problems like this. Don't know if it's the router or @Plusnet, but it's bad.
