@Plusnet still only getting 10.45 mbps on ethernet connection. This is ongoing problem guess you don't like keeping customers just getting new customers. Oh and before you tell me it's my end I used to get 50mbps with Talk Talk and when I first signed up with you.

5 years with @Plusnet and never a problem. 2 months with @virginmedia and Internet down again. Zero customer service. I will never renew this contract.

@bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025

@Plusnet ,the agent who tried to help me was very sympathetic. But he just could not get a manager to speak to me. I'm a network engineer, I know the fault is not with the line or router. I need this escalating so I can work. #poorcustomerservice

@Plusnet 3/x Because apparently they are ONLY for new customers, so current customers have to sit with rubbish tech and have problems for the last year or so, with very little being done about it, except swap connections at the exchange and send out countless openreach engineers.
