@Plusnet can you please look into my Internet connection cod it's actually awful. Constantly cutting out and not accessible in every room. Why do I pay for a subpar service because its been ongoing for a while. Regret renewing a contract that is shoddy

@Plusnet what‘s going on with 4G roaming ? Seems there’s a #problem you’re not talking about. Exasperated daughter on Europe interail trip can’t use data. 5 calls to #customerservice & still no roam like at home

@Plusnet Can you confirm that the mobile service is up or down in Bristol right now? Because I've not been able to get signal all day. Your status checker thinks it is up.

@Plusnet - approaching 72 hours without a reply to my direct message asking why “roam like home” in Sicily actually means 3G at most. Those adverts about customer service are looking increasingly inaccurate.

@jtinmouth @aaisp Really interesting isn't it. I've been with Plusnet who have generally been really good. I do wonder how often the "get everyone in the house off the internet" is a local network issue.

@Plusnet You've completely cocked up my phone and broadband transfer to you. I need to know what is going on, but I've been on hold for 30 minutes now. Award winning support? Doesn't say a lot for the industry.

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My condolences George. It seems to be the strategy of all mobile companies. We ended up with bad credit and couldn't get a mortgage over a 38 quid debt because plusnet wouldn't cancel a contract!

@Plusnet Why do I have to chase you, when you should be updating me on my loss of service??

@Plusnet why are you cutting our line tomorrow while we are still living here 4 more days?? we are being left without any service. is this grounds for us to leave you and join another provider?
