    If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

    @Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I canโ€™t do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talkingโ€ฆ. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?

    @Plusnet please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Todayโ€™s engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldnโ€™t get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help

    @Plusnet currently into hour 7 of my internet being down. When texting your help number it just keeps giving me an ETA of when it should be fixed which gets pushed further and further back.

    AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended my contract!!!

    @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.
