    @Plusnet my wifis been down all day, told I need to book an engineer, text service hasn't replied and when I call says issues with your system to book engineers?

    @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

    If yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Matt_Q_OnX No, not all broadband suppliers support landlines numbers: PlusNet doesn't, for example.

    @Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I can’t do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talking…. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?
