    @Disc_light My Plusnet has been patchy for the last 24hrs (Berkshire), not failed but very slow - this is unusual. Good night - hope they fix it soon.

    @Plusnet Don't let that poor man's Peter Kay fool you. They're not here to help at all. Neither will they do you proud. All they do is offer you a very short grace period every six months. They will not help you if you're struggling.
