@virginmedia service is poor, getting internet drop outs almost daily, this never happened with Plusnet. If I could break my contract I would. Getting back to reliable broadband asap.

@Plusnet Morning,we think there is a problem with my father in law's phone line,it's very crackly when we ring him, not helping with his very hard of hearing!! Is there anyway we can check without having to call out an engineer as one of us would have to be with him. Thank you .

@Plusnet really disappointed as after 2 years of fantastic service, Plusnet have really let me down. Moved house almost a month ago and the engineer still has not arrived/I cannot get through on the phone. Help please?

@Plusnet @BT_Openreach @Ofcom Our plusnet phone and broadband have suffered an outage issue for 16 days now. We have had three engineers out and we have spoken to a dozen people at plusnet, one of whom outright lied to me. We still have no clear, definitive answer as to a fix.

@Plusnet @Openreach We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. We have been promised an Open Reach engineer (the fourth) to investigate on Saturday but the other three did naff all!

@Plusnet @BT_Openreach Can someone at Open Reach confirm that our issue will be investigated and resolved by tomorrow? This is not what @Plusnet have said is going to happen (but then I don't believe anything they tell me anymore!).

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and it is starting to affect my health both physically and mentally. Cancelling my DD today and going with another provider ASAP - plusnet can take me to court if they want.
