    @antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.

    So the engineer who was booked in today had the audacity to say that I didn’t call them up to confirm. Hello, it’s confirmed through the isp! @plusnet there’s something up when the engineers you hire give a stupid excuse like this.

    @discord keeps disconnecting when I video call or start sharing screen. I'm with PlusNet. I've heard there were issues with PlusNet and discord. Have those been resolved? If not what can I do?

    @Plusnet Upgraded my plan, told sometime in next 10 days my internet will switch. Sat at my desk today ready for another work day from home to find I have no internet and won’t until midnight. Where was the warning? If I had known I would have warned my colleagues! Poor form PN.

    @steve87540247 Not yet! @Plusnet is the provider & they said BT will fix as fault at the exchange. Ridiculous the time it takes when we all need to stay home but need the internet! #comeonBT

    HERE'S A STORY: We ordered a pay monthly sim card from @plusnethelp @Plusnet for an elderly relative. The sim card never arrived, despite us chasing multiple times, but the monthly charges went on regardless. The relative went into hospital and then into a care home...(1/3)

    looking forward to finally getting rid of @Plusnet in September. How they get rated so highly i will never know. Worst router ever.

    @Plusnet #fail it's not helpful when you shut down a 70+ year old couple who are #shielding, phone and broadband. All because your billing system can't take payment. Come on, do the decent thing and get someone to sort this out.
