@Ofcom @e_emobile @Plusnet Ofcom... There has been virtually no EE mobile service on the Isle of Wight for nearly 2 weeks. Currently, I'm on aeroplane mode here. No body seems bothered by a simple service connector problem. Its nothing less than a disgrace. Sort it !!

  • premnsikka Prem Sikka (@premnsikka) reported

Picking Our Pockets: Broadband & mobile phone companies hiking prices, mid-contract, by up to 17.3% Still, receive same service. BT, EE, O2, Plusnet, Shell, Sky, TalkTalk, Three, Virgin, Vodafone acting in unison. Ofcom/Govt do nothing. Has your income increased by 17.3%?

@jo2107 @plusnethelp @Plusnet They are being too vague. (1) can U change Plusnet mobile current plan? (2) how long before Plusnet mobile moves to EE & what prices / will they protect tariffs? Bad PR to close to new customers & not reassure current.

@premnsikka Just got my lasted bill from Plusnet, up from £29 a month, to £41. Service hasn't changed, looks like I'll be switching this week as I'm out of contract.

@andrewwhyman Yeah, it's a pretty rural area. BT now aren't the ridiculous price they once were, especially exploiting new customer offers. Once billed £52/month for 25-30Mbps. Switched to PlusNet for £18/month after that. I'd happily upgrade now to a fibre package but I'd get the same speeds.

I've not been paid by either BT or Plusnet to tweet this. I'm just a customer who's sharing their experience.

  • livethe80slive Livethe80sLive (@livethe80slive) reported

@Plusnet What a rude and incompetent company you are. I have been a customer for three weeks and I’m that time there have been 4 failed attempts to order a new phone line that has led me to cancel my order and the rudest customer retention person I have ever spoken to.

  • Muig Muig (@Muig) reported

@Plusnet I'm a (potential) new customer, so are the prices I see on the website at this moment the prices I'll pay until next April? Ta.
