@OpenreachHelp we have had no @Plusnet broadband since 18th Nov. The ETR has been pushed back week after week. Apparently a ‘major service outage’ however none of our neighbours affected. Does #openreach not take any accountability in fixing problems? When will this be fixed?

@Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

Hey @Plusnet had no internet since around 6 this morning (EX16 area), yet your status page says there are no issues however? Is this a known issue of so any idea when it might be fixed?

@plusnet why is it so difficult to find out if there's a problem? My elderly vulnerable parents have phone/broadband issues and can't sort it. I can't speak to them as their phone is not working.
