@natp80 @Plusnet @CloudWireless Yep it works well with a 4G Wi-fi router, I had that too before. Only thing is Sky needs landline based broadband for on demand stuff plus I found Netflix streaming quite poor. I would test it first if you can.

  • Old__Crusty Old_Crusty (@Old__Crusty) reported from Wigton, England

@plusnet @plusnethelp why does it take so long to connect to get the system set up? Never seen such pathetic internet

  • TemeSevern Stephen Hitch (@TemeSevern) reported

@Plusnet I re sign for a new 2 yr deal & contract. I ask for the number to be moved from old fax line to standard internal line. Done - then you close the whole thing down and throw me off as I don't have a phone line with you. You didn't think to mention this when I re signed?

  • CollmanSteve Steve Collman (@CollmanSteve) reported

@Rosco_RS @plusnethelp I don't think they care to be honest. My router suddenly decided I'm in Germany (I'm in UK) after being switched off temporarily & now I can't access a lot of UK websites which is impacting my ability to work from home. Plusnet are ignoring my DM :( Hope they sort your issue.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Wirelessly- it’s slow today, not as slow as yesterday when it just kept crashing out but still not the speed we pay for

  • amandam16804537 amanda morgan (@amandam16804537) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for threatening me with a debt collector for my £3.04 bill which was a result of me switching contract with you. Tried to phone and lines not working. Unacceptable!

  • RedJolt Derelict Geodesic Dome☭ (@RedJolt) reported

@Smokesniper I feel this would be a good feature for all helplines. “Hey, plusnet, turns out that while your systems had caused a really, really stupid problem, it was actually incredibly easy to fix, and I can’t believe you still haven’t got back to me tbh.”

  • Nemo01439240 Miss Loves-to-Knit 🧶 (@Nemo01439240) reported

@Plusnet wifi down. Keeps flashing orange with the b symbol appearing?

  • DemonTomatoDave Dave Bulmer (@DemonTomatoDave) reported

@AlanMartindale1 @Plusnet (I mean it would pass the time while the internet's down wouldn't it)

  • AndyNor55099018 Andy Norton (@AndyNor55099018) reported

I've rang Plusnet 14 times totalling 7 hours of call time trying to sort the issue. I constantly get passed from provisioning, to technical, to faults in a vicious circle. Not acceptable at all. @plusnethelp @OpenreachHelp
