Dawn louise (@OpticalFusion) reported@virginmedia The engineer gave us his number to call if the connector he fitted doesn't work, he's said that if it doesn't work it will mean the cable will need digging up. I've paid full price for the service that hasn't worked. I've had a more reliable ADSL connection with Plusnet!

Keith Knight (@No_Serotonin) reported@Offcom BT and Plusnet are supposed to be separate companies and yet they can access each other's retail systems. I placed a switch order with landline number port with BT. Plusnet was able to access and cancel it without my permission. No money is owed. Surely this is illegal?
