@Plusnet Hi, my contract expires next month. I'd like to upgrade to Full Fibre, but your website won't let take the deal as I'm an existing customer. Is there any workout for this, or do I need to let my contact lapse and become a "new" customer?

@Plusnet Morning, how could I get a newer HUB for my internet connection? I have Plusnet Hub ONE (signal levels are shocking sometimes) but I cannot put this into modem mode only. I have my own wireless AP and would like to use that instead. Can we sort this, please?

@WeFibreUK #wefibre not impressed, 2 wks since installing lost internet connection intermittently, now permanent not wkg 0/5 rang & email to complain, no email reply no ring back as promised. frustrated @WeFibreUK 0/5 customer care. I’d just cancelled @Plusnet regret that now

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@kenjera2 Tried everything.. no response from Plusnet I'm starting to wonder if my internet connection has been taken away at the behest of the govt 20 hours without.. hopefully I'll get reconnected later cos my mobile signal is non existent
