    @KintalineFarm @Plusnet To be honest, I don’t even know why this was required - the question of whether there are still issues in my area from Monday night should be a simple yes or no. Why do they need username? Can’t say I’m impressed. Other providers have been much quicker to respond to the outage.

    @Plusnet 2 days without mobile service and completely ignored on DMs and posts. Total refusal by Plusnet to provide any support. I have no phone, so cannot call.

    @CraiginWales Once attracted half of the population never switch. We alternate every time the contract expires, between EE, BT & Plusnet usually (all the same Co.) or whomever is offering the best deal at the time.

    @Plusnet is there any news on the outage affecting people in West Norfolk? No broadband since late Monday night. It would be helpful if known service issues were posted here, rather than ignored, just saying
