    @Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th July… was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price

    @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

    @plusnet of all the organisations I've had to deal with after my father's death you have been the worst. No dedicated bereavement team, no sensitivity & unhelpful in the extreme. Why do you make a stressful & upsetting task so hard?

    @Girlw0ndr I've had EE for 2years now,so far never had any problems and definitely better than my previous supplier, Plusnet

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @ThatNeilMartin @Plusnet I left @Plusnet years ago after a customer service guy was patronising and rude. One strike and you're out is my mantra with such things.
