    Never had such a shocking service with @Plusnet - after 19 months of working from home the past fortnight has been dire despite upgrading our package. And been fobbed off by their customer service team over & over 😬. Does anyone actually have a faultless provider to reccomend?

    Hey @Plusnet, how do I make a complaint if my account has now been deleted? Your website will only let me send an email if I can login... well I can't now. I would prefer to avoid calling again or send letters. Thx.
