Gah, @Plusnet don't allow you to move home (or cancel) via website. Long queue times to get through to customer service. Hold music is lo-fi, awful and - worst of all - has brief pauses where you think you're being connected. But aren't.

@Plusnet Can someone in this organisation read my PM I sent on Twitter and sort out my broadband. Customer service is non existent. Automated messages sent, I just want the broadband speed I was promised. Read my PM’s and look at my account before contacting me

@Plusnet omg, on hold to speak to someone, some of the worst music I've ever endured! Congratulations :D (can't renew my contract online for some reason)

@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet after 3 attempts at getting internet there is still no sign. Apparently we get someone on Wednesday afternoon this week - yet you were mean to arrive today and Friday last week and no one turned up. Such bad service from openreach, no notice

@Plusnet your customer service is utterly appalling, what do I have to do to get to talk to someone? I've messaged and rung multiple times. A disgrace. @Ofcom @plusnethelp

@bt_uk Thanks but apart from telling there is a fault there is nothing else. I was with Plusnet for several years and didn’t have any faults. I’m with BT for one month and have a severe fault and am down for days. It’s simply not good enough and your fault management is extremely poor.

@danhoward_uk @Plusnet Jesus, that's not good, I bet your upload speed is almost unusable. Conor was in a flat at the time, so that shouldn't be an issue. It was either £30 or £40 pm, which is what I'm paying.

@craigrlbarnes @Plusnet Yeah, after something fast for work related reasons (and, generally being a mega nerd!) - seen a few horror stories from Sky, but they tend to be national problems, as opposed to stuck in Stevenage haha
