@Plusnet not "doing themselves proud". Ordered new SIM on 24 Aug and still not received it. Twice they said it has been sent and after I called them they admitted it had not been sent. Where's this great Yorkshire service?🤬

Avoid @Plusnet like the plague! Over & above stress of no broadband for 3 weeks, now hit with cancellation bills amounting to OVER £500 for: Original a/c broken by them; Repair a/c "declined" (never existed); 3rd a/c cancelled by us well within 14 day cool off period. Bandits😠😡

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

@Plusnet I have resolved the issue for now. The trouble is the billing mistakes happen every 2 months as Plusnet try to put their price increase through again. Then it takes an hour on the phone to sort it out - again. Plusnet is as useless and tiring to deal with as BT their parent.
