    @Plusnet Really disappointed that my broadband went off yesterday and it is now going to be next week before someone can come and look it and I’m left with no internet and even TV as I need internet and I’m still expected to pay for this service

    @Plusnet I know I could set up client-email and not have to bother about it, but as someone who's using it so frequently I notice how little it caters to laptop screen, or dyslexic tendencies, where patterns and layout are issues.

    @Plusnet My concern is your defence of what really is an unfair condition. In the nearly 10 years with your company I’ve never had a mid contract rise let alone one after only 8 weeks. That’s why I won’t renew as your are treating with contempt people who’ve been with you a long time.

    @Plusnet I sent you a DM yesterday as well as a public tweet but had no response. I was also hanging onto the phone for over 1 hour. This morning seems to be the same. Just what is happening with your service?
