@tyrone_neale At my mums we had problems with sky, bt, talktalk, plusnet xD i think talktalk or plusnet are part of bt now or something but i remember complaining so much haha

  • SteveAnnells Steve Annells (@SteveAnnells) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for this. I've now been able to phone Support and get the line checked. Excellent response as ever, confirmed there is a fault on the line. 3 day wait for a fix is tough for work, but that's not your fault, it's under way. Thanks again.

  • T0ny_Boy Tony (@T0ny_Boy) reported

@Plusnet hey. I'm a new customer and my internet comes and goes twice a day (or maybe more). It's very annoying and I wonder why this happens.

  • jackwbmusic Jack Bennett (@jackwbmusic) reported

I realise everyone has different experiences, but I cannot rate the @Plusnet customer service highly enough. Efficient doesn't come close. (Here's hoping this tweet doesn't jinx it!)

  • mrmumbl35 Jamie mccrory (@mrmumbl35) reported

@lumynosyty @EddyThomas1997 I know I'm late to reply but openreach and virgin are the two main physical network providers for the UK. In my previous tweet I state that BT's 33% market share includes EE and Plusnet so yes I am aware that their bandwidth is provided by BT

  • the1retreat Mike Gilbert (@the1retreat) reported

@Plusnet Nearly 120 dropouts ( after the initial 10 day period ) , 2 routers , 3 engineer visits. Numerous calls to support and tweets. This is not normal. Then to be charged £87 to leave is the final insult.  Shame on you Plusnet.

  • Primm_Jaina Red and Blue_Spaceship_Nerd (@Primm_Jaina) reported

@Plusnet I'm having internet issues in maghull

  • kobb Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I'm getting really good ping times from UK servers but US servers are at about 90msecs. That means that many services (including twitter) are very slow. Have you changed your backbone network arrangements recently?

  • TommyHalliwell TheReal TomHalliwell (@TommyHalliwell) reported

@Official_Horner @Plusnet They were useless with customer service and getting the Internet on...but once its on and working no complaints

  • kobb Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported

@Plusnet Adam, you're making it sound like it's the individual servers that are at fault. That's not the case. The problem is with ANY server across the Atlantic. This is interfering with my work. I'm paying you guys for broadband service. Please help.
