So nobody been living in this flat since last year but apparently there was a cease order on my phone line? What ********? I'm guessing someone in the plusnet team doesn't 100% know what they are talking about.

@Plusnet Hi, I've been having problems with my Plusnet router for the last week. I've rebooted it quite a few times now and the internet is still intermittent. I'm currently working from home so I'm quite keen to get it fixed. Do you have any suggestions?

  • cre8toruk Paul Messer (@cre8toruk) reported

@Plusnet Dear chaps, why is it impossible to contact anyone from your tech support team via email ? We had a business DSL line moved and I need to ask about it but your website makes it impossible to contact anyone unless I spend spend 3 hours on the phone.

@HubNutVids If your landline / broadband is with BT the likes of Plusnet / Sky / Talktalk are cheaper with mostly better service. Mobile wise, you can get an unlimited SIM only contract from 3 for approx £25 a month (unlimited data) and O2 150GB for a similar price.

@Plusnet Hi, any issues in BS30 area? Broadband’s gone down at least *four* times throughout today (and orange light on router). Normally very stable, but something isn’t right. Need any further info? Cheers, Andy.
