@Plusnet Thanks. Was getting desperate but got through on phone and problem sorted! However could only set up new mailbox by asking your colleague to do it. Can’t do it myself online which is annoying.

Literally just joined @Plusnet mobile for three contracts and already thinking was this a bad idea? Contracts started before SIM cards arrived, unable to set up one of the accounts to manage it....

@AndyCarolan I did yes, after trawling through the internet for hours turns out it was a plusnet problem, adding some DNS numbers seems to have done the trick. I have no idea how or why or what DNS is but fingers crossed it seems to be okay now.

@Plusnet I certainly won't be bragging about your service that's for sure, no router delivered so can't use full fibre and you still cut existing so i have nothing thanks for nothing. Absolutely useless

@Plusnet saying their support is award winning is laughable. Been ignoring emails for 2 weeks now. Avoid

@badmachinery To be fair to Plusnet, it's such an edge case, it'd explain why the first support assistant wasn't aware of the issue yet the second one (that I've just come off the phone to) was. They also called me back re a separate fault they'd spotted on our line so, swings and roundabouts.

@Plusnet The worst broadband ever! Every day at least twice a day the broadband drops out for a while! Should’ve stuck with sky and paid more!

@TimMungeam @virginmedia @Plusnet the email that comes with it isn't much good, but otherwise, reliable connection, good customer service when I have had to contact them
