@Plusnet Hi there. My internet has been repeatedly going down since yesterday afternoon. I turn the router off and on again, and it comes back, but then twenty minutes it's gone again. Can you help?

Shocking service by VirginMedia. Opened up a business account on 30th Sept, and still no landline. Each time I ring, they say they will fix within 48hours. It has been over a month. Wish I stayed with Plusnet.

@VodafoneUK full fibre is literally the worst internet connection we have ever had. Even bloody Plusnet was better. Every time I pass the shop I want to run in and stop the poor folk from signing a contract. #Vodafone

@northernsky67 @virginmedia Same crap that Susans put up with for 25yrs. There is no advantage in staying. The landline used to be an issue for people migrating back to BT networks but that’s hardly an issue these days. I’m with plusnet. Been with them several times in the last decade

@Lincs_Kay @Plusnet We got 'live' eventually, I could just do without the 'everyone values their time differently' BS. Give more realistic timescales - don't promise no break in service if that's clearly not going to happen. If you fail to hit them, provide reasonable compensation. Not that hard!
