@Plusnet Hello, no signal on my mobile - there's been a major power cut in the area, could this affect your masts? Cheers.

@ellehardy I’ve used them all at one point or another. Vodafone (and Virgin) are bad. Tesco is good and cheap, and uses O2 signal which is good (O2 tend to be expensive) GiffGaff is great if you have a phone already. EE (& plusnet & BT) are ok but unreliable with poor Customer service.

@Plusnet I'll take a look, have split it already into 2 channels for the SSID at 2.4 and 5 ghz. The speeds via Speediest (Ookla) were significantly down on previous results and I was only getting between 30 and 35 mbps download compared to over 60- 68 (solidly) not so long ago.

@Plusnet Is by far the worst internet service provider I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Still using dial-up on a line that is disconnected about half of the time. I can’t even switch out because it’s included in my current rent. Good riddance when I move.

@OpenreachHelp Hi. My parents moved from @Plusnet FTTC to @bt_uk FTTP. It was due for install today, but BT got the dates wrong. Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?

@Plusnet how do you justify having such a poor customer service/ support? I have a new sim which arrived last week- I cannot make or receive calls or txts - no one will answer emails, support requests or direct messages on here- appalling!!

@Plusnet Just been told not getting 4G you’re charging me for & now you’re placing barriers in my way from appropriate support to rectify as a disabled customer. I need to use text based systems & you refuse to accommodate my disabilities seemingly in breach of the DDA.
