@Plusnet Thank you. Every time I tried to connect to any other network than Orange or Movistar it kept saying error. I am in another part of Spain tomorrow so will tweet again if there's any problems, hope that's ok? Thanks for your help.

So @Plusnet take £273 out of my account incorrectly. Yet its going to take them 5 to 10 days to refund it. Absolutely shite service as per from them.

@Plusnet No mobile signal at all in the ST10 area for 3 days!! I can't contact you because there is no signal. I know there's a mast problem with EE but this is getting ridiculous. Am I entitled to compensation or do I have to cancel my contract and move to a rival?
