    It would appear the days of being easily able to contact @Plusnet and @plusnethelp for technical support are long gone. Anyone have experience of the best way to ask them a question and get an answer?

    @Plusnet But given that I've just joined you, why couldn't you get the advertised prices right? Surely any price rise shouldn't take effect before the service even starts!

    @Plusnet Cost? A bit like tethering then? I'd not thought of that. Considering the earliest date for reconnection is to be the 28th March (from the 1st March outage) and it could be some time in April, if it is a gift the. Yes. If cost involved, no. Could I tether to my android?

    @Felix_F_Fern Openreach based broadband is all of similar quality. However plusnet are awful so any opportunity to not use them I’d take

    Had new Internet provider @Plusnet for 3 weeks and had a service for just over a week,Hub didn't turn up in time, didn't active my service,gone down twice, went again last Wednesday, said had fixed it Friday but still nothing going to be off till this Wednesday at least😡

    @Plusnet credit (literally) where credit is due. Noticed a load of calls on landline that have never made on latest bill and v.quick to answer at 7.30pm on Saturday night, dealt with refund and also helped sort dial tone. Excellent customer service! #plusnet #customerservice

    @Plusnet "An engineer will be with you between 8am and 1pm and we'll let you know in advance exactly when" Why make this promise when you can't stick to it? Why not tell a customer, who has made themselves available for a 5 hour slot, when you're not going to turn up?
