    @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    @Plusnet That wasn't advised & there isn't anything the chat can do seeing as they couldn't help on the phone until 8am Saturday apparently
