@Plusnet On Friday open reach appeared after the appointment time, set up half the internet, and then f***** off and it still is broken. Open reach is an ironic name. Could someone please help me?

@Plusnet Hi, really getting fed up now -signed a new contract with a £50 prepaid card, never received it. Customer service said to contact the card company, they didn’t know. Very frustrating. why can’t you just credit the account for the value instead (plus extra for the hassle

@DawnSunrise1 It often happens with streaming tv, that's why I have fitted an aerial to my tv as a backup for my freesat signal and my plusnet broadband box.
