    @Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying £62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution

    @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

    @Plusnet so I cancel my contract with you 6-8 weeks ago and you now take a new payment from my account today. Then I’m told it’s ok you can have it back in 30 days… wtf?

    Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

    @Plusnet Hello, sorry to trouble you. No wifi connection to my Mac. Says no network found and I have, of course, tried to connect to correct network. Thanks Alan Slater

    @PlusnetCS_ @Plusnet @Plusnetcs_ I spent over a week chasing this with considerable stress & excuses & gaslighting from u. You r doing everything in your power to wheedle out of coughing up reward. Disgusted & I will never use your company again! How many others do u do this to who give up?

    @Plusnet Doesn't look like I can just cancel my phone line and pay for Broadband only.
