I'm having HELL with @Plusnet have you ever moved your broadband to a new supplier and kept your phone contract with the old supplier? I've never heard of that but @Plusnet has????

  • 458batty Stephen Batty (@458batty) reported

I am holidaying in Wooler, Northumberland. My wife has GiffGaff and I have Plusnet. Both use O2's Network. She has a lower signal than me and gets service but I am 'denied' - taken from our relative Samsung mobile phone settings. WHY??? @Plusnet

And now my mobile phone is down. What ******** @virginmedia?! I have nothing. No broadband and no phone service. I'm not sure if this tweet will even get published... #VirginMedia is the worst company. I used to think they were the best! Hello, @Plusnet :)

@Plusnet Hi - for those unable to use the phone, what methods can be used to service the 14 day notice period? I tried to find a way yesterday but was uncertain, please advise. For the avoidance of doubt, I am wanting to do this as you want me to renew on 18 months.

  • CoweIsabel isabel (@CoweIsabel) reported

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hsd this nonsense when my ee contract ended . The renewed contract became BT (who own EE) They needed to change to super fibre (or something) It took a month , with 2 working from home. We had a temp modem which could only connect from the loft . Dreadfuul service

  • danmuygallo The Moray Filth (@danmuygallo) reported

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I had 2 days cross over between bt and sky, so I had 2 days in which I was paying for both bt and sky. Bt wrote me to tell me that I was ending my contract early (1 day) and there was a penalty-£2! It's up to you how you want to do it, the stars never align perfectly.

@Plusnet why is there not an option online to cancel an account? Why is the only option to call? Any other query would be met with "manage your account online"
