    I cant wait to move away from @plusnethelp @Plusnet. After months of crap wifi and troubleshooting that has solved nothing my broadband just decides to go off and I can't reconnect it. I can see a cancellation coming on.

    @Plusnet been trying to reach someone with a problem with account. Cancelled account was emailed a amount of £5, now emailed again to say charge of £19.99! Would be grateful if someone would contact me please. Thanks
