Don’t buy @Plusnet broadband, took 10 weeks to connect me after multiple calls. Decided I want to cancel called them cancelled. Was told I would get my first payment back within 10 working days, you guessed it two months later still waiting #awful

@CruisingTheCut PlusNet aren't always the cheapest - but their customer service is excellent. I've been with them for broadband for many years, and recently moved my mobile phone to them as well.

@Plusnet You are completely ignoring your customers. Internet has been down for more than 48 hours now. And no single explanation, no customer service. I never saw such an irresponsible company.

@Plusnet can you tell me how I’m supposed to Trouble shoot without a landline as there’s no option on your website. Also the phone lines are closed. I’ve reset already but nothing is working still got a flashing b on the router

@Plusnet Joined you because your advertise heavily. Left Virgin because of price but had no issues in 3 years. Rung your helpline and gave up waiting after 30 minutes. Can you at least have the decency to acknowledge this? Issue is in WF5 area. (2)
