@Plusnet Thanks Emily. It seems to be, though it's been come until this morning, so we had thought the new hub had fixed the wifi issues. Today though both my laptop and phone have been falling off the Internet several times

Looks like @Plusnet have another outage going on. Broadband dropping in and out. Phone line faulty, crackle on the line, when I try to check if it has cleared just by picking up the phone Broadband drops out. I can see similar tweets and community forum posts confirming the same?

  • Play_Ruff 🏳️‍🌈Dean Ashford🏳️‍🌈 (@Play_Ruff) reported

@Plusnet We pay for 36Mbps (fastest our property can get unfortunately), with a minimum guarantee of 20Mbps, but we're often down at 8-16, or in bad spots at 1-3, and they just tell us its wifi. Contract or not, Ofcom Broadband Speed Code of Practice lets us leave if this continues.

  • jacquixevans Jacqueline Evans (@jacquixevans) reported

@Plusnet please can you help me? Your call centre says I only have 14 days cooling off period to cancel an 18 month contract but your engineer is only coming to see if you can connect broadband on day 12! How can this be solved?!

@Plusnet 3/3 It means @FibreHeroes were lying to me, they had been on our pole and pulled our wire causing our internet to be down from yesterday 11.15am until now. I would like to know how @FullFibre will compensate me for their error and denial yesterday?!
