    @plusnethelp I switched to PlusNet on 3 December and am getting really poor service. What are your guidelines re giving customers a refund?

    @Stabzie112 @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet & generally they are pretty good with support. I've had two calls this year that required Openreach to attend and both got resolved quickly. They've even offered me the opportunity to leave my contract early as I wasn't getting minimum download speed.

    @plusnethelp are there issues with broadband? As your website says not yet others say issues? Also the help online says if you cannot try another router you may be charged? Yet when you sign up you are asked to send your old router to plusnet so are left with no other router ! 😡

    @daryl_ei who you with now? i have been with talktalk, plusnet and now sky and they have all been utter ****, i dont know who tf to go with now lmao

    They're not as bad as plusnet though who almost make you want to throw the router in the bin
