@MoneySavingExp Pity it runs on the Vodafone crap network tho! Gone back to Plusnet which runs on the EE network much better

  • paulflintoft Paul Flintoft (@paulflintoft) reported

@Plusnet I activated the Plusnet Call Protect feature last week but when I dial 1572 to access it, I get a "this service cannot be connected" message. Can you please advise?

  • AirlieBenn Benn Airlie (@AirlieBenn) reported

@ella_kemp If it’s available in the building hyperoptic is great, they do up to 1gb speeds. I’d say avoid plusnet, kept losing signal and low speeds. Both of these were in Greenwich!

  • ErnestStrafford Ernest (@ErnestStrafford) reported

Hi @Plusnet - I had a fault on my line fir two days owing to an issue with the exchange. This meant no broadband for 3 days so will I get a refund for this? Thanks

@Plusnet Hi Emma, I'm afraid it's out of *both* of our hands, as the problem has been identified previously as "There's nowhere to lay the line until the local council gets off their asses." Thanks for messaging though. ☺

  • TimWrighty Tim Wright (@TimWrighty) reported

@Plusnet so I’ve been a customer since 2019 and I’m on still on the same router. I’ve renewed and asked if I could be sent a new router and got told no, I’d have to move onto a 24 month contract for more money to be entitled. Is this right!?

  • thewinelake Alex (@thewinelake) reported

@Plusnet Not happy that there's no way to see publicly "the fault affecting my area" - as far as I know, the techie might have made it up to mask a Plusnet fault! Is there a resource provided by Openreach that shows acknowledged faults and ETA for fix?

  • Jo_McGinn Joanne McGinn (@Jo_McGinn) reported

Living in a rural village it is really disheartening waiting for @Plusnet to get out & sort out internet issues. Pretty sure it’s the phone line causing the issue (first reported over 2 years ago & ignored after engineer came out & agreed it was hanging low) now a real issue. 😡

@Plusnet Poor customer service, when all I am trying to get to the bottom of why you have charged me twice
