Been with #plusnet for 13months & not one day of reliable internet provision. Spent hours on the phone, promises of call backs, we'll do our best, we'll fix it. Spent an hour on phone yesterday, was told i'd get an email with summary of the fault but got nothing. 1/2

@Plusnet He replaced the faceplate, and it seemed to work for about 20 seconds, then went back to the exact same problem I've had all week. He then said he could not detect any network problems, though we could both observe the impossibility of connecting, so it had to be Plusnet.
