Dad moves over to @SkyUK broadband. Sky mess up changes over of BB, leaving him vulnerable/shielding, home alone, without internet 3 weeks after his wife dies. Poor 3G, can’t order food online. @SkyUK do nothing to rectify it. Should have stayed with @Plusnet

@Plusnet You've just sent me an email thanking me for being a long term broadband customer, advertising a cheaper rate.....that is only available to new customers! Not quite sure I get your logic there, it's flagging that I might be able to get a chapter rate, but not with you!

@V96GLF @virginmedia When you select an alternative provider, avoid PlusNet - their customer service competence is lower than that of Virgin even though their technical competence is marginally better.

@Plusnet woken up no internet told not until the 11th to repair appreciate covid but home schooling 2 kids no internet when there’s a fault on the line? Nobody else has this down our road. We are leaving on the 18th is this why this has happened please rectify!

@Claytoncast @ThreeUK I went from being an O2 customer for years as customer service was shocking lots of problems and deals expensive to Plusnet. Fab deals great customer service 👍🏻
