@Plusnet Today in day 4 of no coverage for mobile network in our area with poor updates and no idea when the fault will be dealt with. Please contact @EE as you use their network to ensure you are informed of the issue and can contact your customers. Thank you

@RachaelParkman @Plusnet There routers are as cheap as chips, I was with Plusnet for 10 years and to be fair their customer service was good in my experience, but first thing I did was change to a Netgear router, now with EE much better speed and they don’t restrict the speed in peak times like Plusnet

@plusnethelp - I signed up to the Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra in March with a £75 reward card. I hadn't received this yet - can you help?

  • Bexdora A Rabbit of Negative Euphoria (@Bexdora) reported

@slightly76 @Plusnet That's exactly it. I don't want to be mad at the customer services people I speak to because it's not their fault, individually, & I've been that side of the call before, but at the same time...GAH. Thank you!

@KathrynYeates @Plusnet There's been absolutely lots of reports of faults all day but these useless muppets never do anything, I would switch asap if I was you these are absolutely terrible to deal with, just take a look at trust pilot reviews, scandalous this company

  • piping_stevie Stephen Russell (@piping_stevie) reported

@plusnethelp Adam, have tried multiple attempts to “boost” the WiFi, with and without Plusnet’s “help”. All results end in the same unreliable WiFi, which is useless for working from home.

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

@TimMart23440433 @Plusnet We have a brand new router, bought yesterdsy. They’ve said it’s a problem with @OpenreachHelp external fault, so not our issue.
