@MatthewHewitt84 @Plusnet @bt_uk That’s good to hear. Mine has just this second come back online. Fingers crossed it was just an isolated incident.

@SarahJDavid Hi, Sorry to read you have had issues with your broadband service. A red light on the ONT normally indicates an Openreach problem. If you have any further issues please provide your username via a DM and we will take a look for you. -Daniel Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet I took out a SIM only plan, was contacted by EE who bettered the deal so told Plusnet that I didn't want to proceed. SIM was still sent out, but not done anything with it. Now being told I have to pay a £69 early termination fee for the contract! Help...

@sman3d Hi there Stephen, I'm really sorry that your SIM didn't reach you before the number ported over and to hear that we weren't too helpful when you called in. Please feel free to DM us with your full name and mobile number if there's still an issue. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield.

@Plusnet Not at all, unfortunately. As a small business, it’s not great not having a phone line and running hotspots off mobiles! We were supposed to be up and running in days weeks ago, and we still won’t have a phone in til 22nd now.. shockingly poor!

@Plusnet Any idea who I need to complain to about my Openreach engineer not turning up on my provided install day (today)? I’m switching to you from EE (you advised them, not me) and my service provided by them is due to be terminated this evening?

@funkydunky9 @Plusnet Have they yet agreed to not charge you for the days on which they’ve provided no service? I mean, I know you’d rather have it working, but at least don’t let them charge you for something they’re not doing!

@Plusnet I am a new customer and have been waiting 24hours for a reply to a DM, and nothing back from your forum post either If this is how it starts, maybe we should stop...?
