Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.

Name (@tweetingralph1) reported@Plusnet absolutely awful service from Plusnet. Three weeks without any broadband. No one cares. No one fixes anything. No one takes responsibility to sort out problems. Absolutely terrible.
