    Day Five without a home Internet connection and @Plusnet still haven't to successfully send me my router. Or provide me with any updates. My "service" with them started on the 10th. They've already got my money. New customer experience is 😖😣😞

    @virginmedia Broadband down again, it was also down a couple of days last week and then again from last night. Instead of putting my bill up (twice as expensive as plusnet) you should be offering refunds? Just a thought

    @plusnet regarding scam callers on your mobile service (@EE) what can i do to cut this down. I must have been put on a list as i am getting daily calls, had about 5 today. I don't mind wasting scammers times, but it's getting a bit too much at the moment

    @Plusnet had an account for years and years. It's due for renewal on 5th March. Right now, I don't want to renew. Unlimited fibre, but not working wirelessly for us. Router is old. What can you do to persuade me that staying with you is the right move?

    @Plusnet Been having real issues with speed and connectivity of my Broadband over the past few weeks, if I have more than one device connected wired or wireless it’s unusable on all other devices, tried upgrading to a new router however I’m getting the same issue, please help! 🙁
