    So, having to wait over 2 months to get my broadband activated by @Plusnet they have the audacity to email me informing me that prices will increase by approx 15% from April - before I even start receiving the service I signed up for! #ThatllNOTdo #Plusnet

    .@plusnet used to be amazing, now they are just shocking, anything I stream has the quality of a potato. I'm ready to bet I won't get through the #SaudiArabianGP without the connection going down

    @Plusnet the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Terrible company and as soon as I can get out of contract I’m gone! I need complaints team to contact me but getting ignored
