@Plusnet The worst broadband I’ve ever had. Constantly cuts out and is slow. Contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The only good thing is my contact ends soon.

@Plusnet Just to update everyone, the fault has been resolved with Bob's help. Call was raised on Feb 9th, it was sorted on March 31st but I am delighted to see it working again even if it was a huge struggle to get plus net netops team to accept if was a problem on their server.

@Plusnet no mobile internet just sometimes H+ for more then 3 weeks , what is issue ,why nobody fixing it ?

@LJB41 My Plusnet internet has been rock solid (since Mar2020) with no outages during the day except when the mains failed. Only problem I've got is 27Mbps down / 5Mbps up. I've been logged on to systems all over the world. I have to say an AWS desktop sucks (due to my low bandwidth).

@Plusnet @Plusnet I am at my wits end with your CS peole! Now and again yo get a good one then you get the one I just spoke to who was both rude and unhelpful so I hung up before I started to lose it!!!!!!
