Hi Plusnet. We are all experiencing constantly disconnecting WiFi signal even though I have split the channels. Just checked our Plusnet one hub software and it ends in .263. Last update march 2019. Could this be the culprit?

@plusnethelp Not great is an understatement! Your #customerservice levels have dropped significantly & some staff are incredibly rude after #Plusnet errors, failings & overcharges - consequences of such are very serious. The matter is account specific - Kully/mgr is due to call me tomorrow

@icklenellierose We often find our WiFi over Plusnet has high download speeds but is slow to react in some way? Such as starting a YouTube video or opening a Web page, then over LTE data it's faster. Also our Internet drops out every night between 11pm and midnight for 1 or 2 minutes, annoying.

@LeithMotive I strongly suspect this problem occurs at the ISP's servers (though I can only offer anecdotal evidence). I had to reboot router every few days over many years with @TalkTalk. Changed to @Plusnet and only had to reboot once or twice over ~3 years - same infrastructure.
