    @Plusnet a month on from cancelling my contract you are still saying my landline is with you, and it took nearly a month to respond to my last message. This is simply not good enough and you're charging me for a service I've already cancelled.

    @virginmedia You see, I'm not frustrated at all because I have Vodafone and PlusNet backups that are both working. My concern is for the others who don't and now cannot work from home. Problem is, we have all reported it and it still say's no fault! Is it a lie? So, we appear to be screwed!

    Hi @Plusnet how do you turn on Plusnet Call Protect? Just keep getting this service can't be connected. Talktalk had a similar feature included.
