    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

    @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
