@Plusnet Of course, it will bear little resemblance to the coverage you actually experience, as all the coverage prediction maps are based on theoretical modelling by computer, and not real-world signal data.

. @Plusnet OVERNIGHT my rDNS for my static IP has been deleted and is lost to all DNS servers. I am talking about my default <username>.plus.com address, which has been in place for years, which is really odd. Why has the rDNS entry for my fixed IP changed? (known issue?)

  • WIG1932 WIG1932 (@WIG1932) reported from Up Holland, England

Last day of the season and @plusnet have well and truly let me down! Daughter unable to revise for GCSEs, wife unable to work, and I can’t watch the footie!!! 😩

  • christoffski82 Chris Devlin (@christoffski82) reported

@Plusnet Any danger of a reply to my DM? Been 24hours and I’m still waiting, award winning customer service my arse!

  • dhothersall Duncan Hothersall🌹 (@dhothersall) reported

Modern life is actually quite good #244: Discovered a fault on the landline and discovered that I now only have to text a bot with my phone number and it initiated some tests, diagnosed the fault and assigned an engineer to fix it. Clever stuff, @Plusnet.

  • TomN1991 Tom Norcliffe (@TomN1991) reported

@Plusnet why is my broadband order delayed the day after placing the order? Not a good start as a new customer!

  • WIG1932 WIG1932 (@WIG1932) reported from Up Holland, England

@Plusnet any issues in WN8? Download has dropped to just above 1 over the past few days. Nothing seems to fix the issue. It’s painfully slow and well below what I’m paying for. Any help appreciated!

@parimalkumar Depends how much data you need but a couple of weeks ago I bought one of my teenagers a Plusnet sim which uses EE network. £6pm (1 month rolling contract which is a big plus) for 8Gb.

This has been going for years now. Our current troubleshooter with @Plusnet running since 22 January this year alone. As our provider, they can only do so much but the trouble isn't with them, @bt_uk and @Ofcom, it's the infrastructure - no matter how many times we say it. (2/3)
