    @Plusnet all this lovely publicity about caring and helping and yet the service is deteriorating and no response to tweets or from the help line. I wish I had never renewed let alone paid extra for supposedly better speed. Rubbish service. Will not recommend to anyone

    @plusnethelp help SIM card has still not arrived. Left with no phone as number has been ported over. Paying PlusNet & my old provider and PlusNet blaming Royal Mail, don’t think it was Royal Mail who activated SIM n ported number before costumer had received SIM!

    @plusnethelp Hi. I am attempting to get broadband setup for my father who is shielding. Engineer came 2 days late and said he didn't know how to install a phone line. No further info from plusnet. Tried to call plusnet customer service every day -NOT ACCEPTING ANY CALLS AT ALL

    @BBCWatchdog please could you investigate @Plusnet I am at my wits end. My dearest friends (aged 85) have been without internet or phone for over 2 weeks It is terrible customer care and I can’t get hold of anyone to help.

    @Plusnet Signed up with you on 25th Nov - my old BT service has gone off today but I have no Plusnet router. Really frustrated as currently unable to work from home. Not a good start...😣

    @plusnet So much for "customer service". No reply to DMs. No chat function. Lengthy call waits. Broadband speed less than half guaranteed.#ripoff

    @plusnethelp I’m going to start the 12 days of Christmas. Day 1, Plusnet cancel my contract after a computer glitch. Day 2 they tell me they can get basic broadband back within 24hrs. Day 3 they say the new order has strangely not been completed. Is this Customer Service ?

    @plusnethelp #randomservice openreach (not plusnet) contacted us about a 6hr break in service. 5 days later service is restored. Over that period data charges, no connectivity, no remote work. Plusnet no answer. Still waiting for customer service to at least apologise.
