@Plusnet is there an issue with broadband in the York (specifically Yo24) area? Dropped entirely last night and didn't come back and now keeps coming and going. Normally very steady, and have checked my router for issues.

Gone through almost 100gigs in two weeks which is at my expense which most of it @Plusnet won’t cover all because @WeAreOpenreach can’t fix this issue and continue to lie about completion times. What’s more shocking is that they have no method in place to provide a service for
