@Plusnet Registered with Plusnet for internet end of March, informed 10-14 days, had to wait three weeks until 17th April. On 16th April get message stating internet will not be ready until ready until 30th April. No explanation. Not acceptable level of service!!

@Plusnet failed to arrange internet installation on agreed date, plusnet confirmed they made the mistake (listened to the calls). Has cost me a LOT of money in bolt-ons to be able to keep working from home whilst you fix mistake. You say you'll credit me but not refund!

@Plusnet now saying that if I leave their service (which I would have a right to do seeing how they have failed me) I will forfeit the money they owe me (which I only had to spend to fix their mistakes!) Being held hostage as their customer!!!

@jessmeacham I'd assume yes it's through the phoneline as they use the BT network. Things might have changed since my plusnet days but it's pretty much only Virgin and a few small companies that use anything other than the phoneline.

How can a business go from great customer service @plusnethelp to useless in such a short time, yes “it’s Covid”, but we are all in the same boat!!.... live chat hasn’t been working for months and never a reply via Twitter messaging.... time to move on from @plusnet I think 🤔
