Mark Monro Should Be Doing Housework 🏳️🌈 (@ThatIdiotMonro) reported@Plusnet Plus, I have neurodiverse kids, who have sensory issues. An intermittent, unstoppable static noise isn't great for them. And turning off the 5GHz capability isn't a solution. I'm not paying for a service without full capability.

Fiona McDonald (@FMcDon10) reported@Plusnet 83 year old Mum. No phone, internet or community alarm since Monday. Repeatedly told due to mass outage despite service ticket dated 23/10/2018. Today, many calls later told there is no outage and an engineers visit is needed. We need this fixed tomorrow!
