@ironfoxuk Afternoon Jonathan! I'm sorry for how long it's taken to reply. We’re making some changes to our mobile services. This means Plusnet SIM-only plans are no longer available to new customers. If you’re a Plusnet Mobile customer your service will continue as normal. -Matt, Sheffield

.@Plusnet Hi there. Can someone please respond to my DM in regards to my cancellation? No one has given me any details about how it works and when I'll get my final bill/how it will be done since I'm moving house/when I can cancel my current Direct Debit.

@Plusnet Why's your service so unclear? Trying to complete my BTSportsApp just takes me to: "Great news, you've already completed your registration. To access BT Sport simply download the BT Sport app and log in using your BT ID" No indication how to actually 'simply download'

@Plusnet Remember the ads about keeping things simple, no nonsense, for the customer. On the same bandwagon as everyone else now. Good deals to start then massively hike up prices mid-contract (something they never used to do). Almost a 15% mid-contract increase this month

@TonyJohnOShea Hi there @TonyJohnOShea, thanks for letting us know you have a problem with your internet connection dropping. I get how so annoying and frustrating this is for you and want to get it sorted. Could you DM me your plusnet username so I can get it fixed? -Mike.P Sheffield

@Plusnet trying to cancel my account, was on hold for 20mins and then got cut off. No way to cancel online, terrible service. Direct debit cancelled 20mins of my life I won't get back. Useless

@Plusnet Thanks Mike. I'm guessing I was allocated to Adam yesterday evening but have been bumped out of the queue due to these communication issues.

@Plusnet I need help guys, speeds are shocking and router range doesn't cover my whole house.... Your contact us page is just sending me in a loop.

@kit2kat @Plusnet So 24/7 support would mean their staff have to work longer, this means they get paid more, potentially overtime/antisocial hours, which is more expensive, which then in turn will put your bills up. I think 8-8pm every day is alright!
