    @Plusnet I already did. 10 months ago, over and over again, when the problems first started (2 weeks in to my contract) funnily enough now that I’m close to leaving someone has replied. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will be recommending against using Plusnet.

    @Plusnet hi, I’m a new customer, literally in my 49th hour with you guys, my router was working fine and now is flashing orange and broadband b is now red. Can someone help?been on hold waiting for an agent almost 45 minutes. Need my broadband to be working ASAP! This is not good

    @Plusnet since a power cut in the Heathrow area on Monday, broadband service has been incredibly inconsistent. Frequently dropping altogether. Sometimes I can't even access the broadband speed test to see how slow it is.

    @Plusnet Cheers. No bother, your support agent “Paul on the Wirral” was cool and helped me resolve it quickly. Needed to manually delete previous network operators ‘profile’ on iOS. Might be worth updating your Help page for others that may follow.

    @bt_uk been with you 10 plus years paying £60 for a identical service that I can get from @Plusnet for £33.50 #timeforachange
