really furious with @plusnet who have - for the second time in as many weeks - fudged up my internet upgrade and left me with no service at all (and therefore left me in a position where i am unable to work). lads, if i cannot work i cannot pay my bill!

  • plaitsandtats Cara Van Parc (@plaitsandtats) reported

I'm currently on the phone to @Plusnet customer service. Gary is possibly the most helpful human being, and definitely deserves employee of the month, if not the year! Long story short, I've been paying for a service I haven't used for a year because I moved house and switched

@Plusnet Hello! Me again. Speeds are intermittent. Usual requested activity completed. Degradation in service consistently inconsistent and keeps dropping below contracted speeds.

Is anyone struggling with @Plusnet WiFi today? Mine has gone down and resetting hasn't helped. Not ideal ahead of an afternoon of zoom meetings

@Plusnet guys. I am really disappointed with the level of speed that we get via your service. I am better-off using a 5G router vs connection with you. I am sending this tweet connected to my 5g network because of how slow the connection is.

@Plusnet & @SkyHelpTeam your internet/services have been down all morning and day so far. Is it due to the weather? When’s it gonna be fixed?

  • GenerationWeyes Rostik (@GenerationWeyes) reported

@plusnet hey so my connection has been very poor for the past 2 days and i've tried everything i could to fix it. nothing has worked. the connection is poor on every device.

  • Thursytes David Norman (@Thursytes) reported

@Plusnet You are aware that my pension has not increased as much as those which you have confirmed. You're just another greedy provider, claiming cost increases which must be passed to the customer.
