    why is plusnet wifi so crap? they say to upgrade your deal yet give you no upgrade options. i cant even watch a youtube video in 240p without it buffering. unbelievably bad when we can finally look at a different contract will NOT be with plusnet anymore😡 @plusnethelp

    @AssosChelt As BT Sport can be used on multiple platforms you would need to speak to us on 0800 013 2632 in order to cancel this down or swap the product to an app. I'm afraid we are unable to action this over here. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Issues AGAIN . Every few months this Support Team have opened Question 213987940 to track an issue on your account. Can someone get open reach here asap please . While your at it book it for two months time aswell. Saves messing about later. Or. Fix it first time😭

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp rebook an engineer for me right then. I'm not thinking, had i not complained officially I would not have even been informed of my engineer cancelling! It was still within my window so not a time issue. I am astounded by the service being offered ... pt 7

    @RupsC73 Depends on your area but I've heard BT/EE is pretty decent and had plusnet a year or so ago and had no issues 🙏

    @rb_cosmicdust My router did this the first time i joined up with plusnet as well, it may sort itself out in time but if it doesnt you need to grill their support team cause it sucks so bad

    @Plusnet trying to get a problem resolved on your website's Help page is like trying to leave Hotel California. It's almost like you expect most customers to give up and accept things don't work properly because it's less hassle...

    Anybody I know who is with Plusnet and who has replaced the standard router (if so is there a router you recommend)? Seems standard one has bad reputation for dealing with multiple devices - I'm thinking it might be at the route of my Zoom and Teams calls being constantly dropped
