@Plusnet I have an email stating you are waiving my early cancellation fee due to a miscommunication by your staff and yet I’ve just received a bill that includes the fee and you’re going to take an extra £32.66 off me? Please fix this ASAP

I managed to get through to plusnet customer service - the transfer will now happen on the 30th But they'd sent me emails that haven't arrived (he failed to get one through while I was on the phone - except via the John Lewis account) and don't know why for that either *frets*

@Plusnet I have reported a fault on my landline. My mobile phone battery is broken and won’t charge and I have been advised by your team to contact you on social media because this old mobile phone can’t take calls.

@MoneySavingExp Remember that these MVNOs may not have access to all frequencies and facilities from the main network. Worth checking before switching. For instance EE supports 2G voice for wider coverage, and WiFi Calling. Plusnet does not so where I live they would not be suitable.

@Plusnet vulnerable elderly Mother in law's broadband down for 40 days, f-o-r-t-y daaays. This was back in August. You have since confirmed that through the compensation scheme she is due £377.94, confirmed on the 21st of November. Still no sign of the cheque. #Shambles

@OpenreachHelp our line and it's accompanying broadband connection has been down for a week. Our provider, PlusNet, say the fault has been with you the whole time but you have provided no updates to when the fault may be fixed. Can you assist please?
