    It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @Plusnet I've tried number of times and they still refuse. Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?

    Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.
