Wzlet (@radek_ratel) reported@Plusnet Hi Emma, I know that's the release, but that wasn't the issue. It wasn't only emails or PMC. Folk including myself were connected - as in the router was happily blue, but couldn't access anything, inside or outside plusnet. No routing was happening, widespread.

The web page is broken, the txt service is scripted crap and no one is calling back or seemingly fixing anything. A poor service I will be changing at next opportunity. Currently waiting on phone fir 40 mins.
