    @Plusnet I had no wifi - no light for it. Tried several of your steps, in end factory reset. No 3 green lights but wifi light is red. Help?

    @Plusnet I usually get between 65 and 70 download. Today it is down to between 45 and 48. BD20 5. Is there a problem?

    Sack Virgin Media off having not getting 4G for nearly a month. Switch to @Plusnet and guess what…4G!! Virgin are awful at EVERYTHING

    @Plusnet Hey Plusnet, is there a fault up in my area? I’ve no coverage at all and usually the signal is good (AB21 0JZ) … cheers
