    @OpenreachHelp Plusnet say it's a BT fault, BT say it's an Openreach fault, now Openreach (you) tell me to contact Plusnet again? If I dm details, can you tell me what the problem is and estimated resolution date? I'm going round in circles. 10 days without service is not good enough.

    @Plusnet very poor respons time- waiting almost 45 min and counting to get through to a human… I am an existing customer and wanted to enquire about an error message on my upgrade…. Why should I stay with #plusnet?

    @plusnet How long should it take for my access to come online after the Openreach engineers have completed their installation? How does over four weeks and still counting sound? Repeated calls to the 'help desk' to get told 24-48hrs but it never gets fixed.

    @Plusnet @Screwfix I can't access Screwfix website, as of a couple of weeks ago. Not just me, from other tweets the issue seems to be Plusnet. Mac OS10, Firefox. Ok on Android.

    @FEF_Phil @Plusnet Farkkk, customer service is abysmal. Dads service is currently down also.

    Hey @Plusnet landline internet down for me in High Wycombe. Modem/router reboot/power-cycle made no difference. Any known problems?

    Left @Plusnet to join @VodafoneUK and what a terrible that decisions proven to be. 6 months being billed by 2 providers, never had service from Vodafone and now 8 days in without internet. Promised a seamless transfer through broadband switching service. @Ofcom

    @OpenreachHelp No landline or broadband since last Wednesday. They are with Plusnet. According to BT Help, the fault lies with Openreach.

    @WeAreOpenreach Absolutely useless..... but day taking the info to plusnet... the already know the problem.. YOU won't do the work AND it's Friday! Wednesday pm got asked for 48 hours again but said that takes us to Monday. .hopefully... I'm cracking up here
