    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    Plusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.

    @Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
