@PlusnetOfficial Hey plusnet broadband has gone down in Chesterfield, are you all okay? Do you need us to send you some Yorkshire Gold Tea and some biscuits to get you going again?

@AngelaRayner @CWUnews Gawd - BT is a private company. It's a big company & owns a number of subsidiaries- EE. Plusnet etc. Much of BT's work is for corporates. These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party

@carmel222 @Plusnet I have a separate dongle I ended up buying just so I have uninterrupted service when I try to work. My husband has been frequently telling them that the service is so intermittent. I'll be glad when the contract is up so we can cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam Not really, about 10 different people at Sky have tried, we have signed a new contract with Plusnet, everything was sorted within a 20 minute phone call, they gave us the service that Sky couldn’t

  • old_scrotum The Duke Of Essex (@old_scrotum) reported

@Plusnet Switched broadband service from Vodafone to you, you've managed to switch it a day earlier than stated, but not managed to send the router to me in time. Cust services say it'll be another 3 days & nothing they can do. Good start! Way to go! Useless tossers.

  • ProbablyADick Richard (@ProbablyADick) reported

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet We've pushed them on it and they can't come up with any explanation (also why they keep creating phantom support tickets, but that's a whole other thing). New router, line test after line test, OpenReach engineer etc. Just waiting to move house to switch ISP.
