@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

@Abdul1471 @virginmedia @DrowningDugong So why are not other providers doing this? #VirginGreedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

@Plusnet hi, we tried to join you a few weeks back, received a letter saying it was all in progress but heard nothing since. Wondered if there's any updates as our broadband has been quite slow.

Sick of @plusnet never ending incompetence. Now my internet is restricted due to “failed payment” which you actually took successfully (a week after you *refunded* an overcharge). 27 hrs after @plusnethelp customer service promised reset, I still can’t log in to my member account

@plusnethelp New to Plusnet Broadband. Connected just before Xmas. B/Band slow with streaming services dropping out. Livechat unavailable-been trying for 5 days to get through by telephone. Please contact me. To think that Talktalk customer service(and speed)was better than this!

@Plusnet @plusnethelp can you please tell me how long I'm waiting for a fix on my broadband now? Had four different diagnosis for it, you sent me a new modem but then an update saying external fault, so I'm still no further on!! Constant dropouts

@Plusnet Hello, I applied for your broadband in November and have heard nothing since. What's happening? How do I cancel as this service isn't good.
