  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol
