@EmmaJessonTV @Plusnet Hi Emma are you using the plusnet supplied router? I had this problem and found by switching to a Bt homebub 5 router instead it cured the problem, info on how to do it is in the plusnet community.

@IanDunt Reality is that most companies are using BT lines and speeds won’t be massively different. Only Virgin have their own lines, more companies laying fibre but still utilising the OpenReach network for large parts. Means Sky, BT, Plusnet etc.. should all be pretty similar.

@Plusnet Why can’t this existing Plusnet customer upgrade from slow 16mbps speed to the faster 62 mbps speeds without switching to another supplier? Literally advised by your sales person to go with Virgin if I want faster broadband.

@thelongestone @Plusnet If you have the right to cancel, send them a letter giving them notice of cancellation. Or email them. And make clear you have a condition that means calling is not appropriate

@NoraHutson I have PlusNet Mobile. No hassle at all. And so cheap! It's my broadband that I have to change. I hate having a landline I never use.
