    @heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years

    @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.

    @Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. Iā€™d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    @Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took Ā£22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

    Cancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Ā£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?
