    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @longlaneroyal @virginmedia I don't understand why anyone uses Virgin Media. I've literally never met a happy customer of theirs. Plusnet forever and always.

    @Plusnet day10 without WiFi. Was told to take the morning off work for your engineer and they havnt turned up. And your customer service team told me nothing they can do about it. Absolute shambles. SCAM company #plusnet

    @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

    It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

    @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.
