    @Plusnet Anyway you guys can give praise / positive comment to a specific customer service representative, the man I just spoke to on the phone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and understanding and just a perfect example of what customers want!

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

    @Plusnet service drop outs has been awful recently. Already had BT engineer out they said its to do with the central hub, nothing to do with our line or router
