Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order

Alan Handyman (@AlanHandyman4u) reportedVodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?
