  • pcnotchtree Patrick C Notchtree (@pcnotchtree) reported

@Plusnet The application concerned isn't in the drop list and I tried to add it but there I got stuck. Maybe the issue is nothing to do with the port.

  • topcat_2006 Tramline TEC (@topcat_2006) reported

@Plusnet your customer service is atrocious. You give me false information, you hang up on me, you keep sticking me on hold and on top of that you want to charge me huge cancellation fees when your service will not do what we want it to! Absolutely appalling.

  • MrMcLongStroke Ben Armstrong (@MrMcLongStroke) reported

@Plusnet why am I paying for your service when 9/10 I don't have the internet which I pay for. Having to use mobile data at home all the time is a joke... Can't wait for the contract to finish so I can get a provider that does provide internet #plusnetisascam

If you have a problem, if no-one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can message... *drum roll* the Plusnet Social Team. Logged in and coffee in hand, we can do ANYTHING today, so let us know if you need help. (Disclaimer: we may not be able to fix your car 🛠 )

  • Mot0Dan Dan (@Mot0Dan) reported

@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

@Plusnet hi, any idea when the issues in SW6 will be resolved? We were told by noon but still no internet connection. I’m a tenant so no account info.

@joefw02 @plusnethelp @DayZ Just switched to Plusnet and having same issue, did you fix it or have to move to a different ISP?

Plusnet award winning broadband provider. I have fibre optic broadband. Speed is so slow I can’t turn my heating on I can’t watch my tv. We need to discuss compensation.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@dijay1 I'm very sorry for the poor experience with your speed. Please let us know whether the new router improves things. Once this issue is resolved we can look into a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞
