    @Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...

    Trying to cancel my account with #plusnet Internet I was told 20 min wait and got cut off at 14 mins, nightmare #plusnetuk any ideas

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
