@Plusnet Hi I have been a customer last couple years and have just upgraded again however the WiFi drops or goes weak at the back of the property do you provide any WiFi booster plugs or something similar Thanks

@ChrisBarnatt @bt_uk Sounds like a nightmare getting your broadband sorted. You're timing was perfect as ours was up for renewal. 5G was not an option as coverage poor in my area certainly something I keep an eye on in future. Plusnet keeps me as a customer for another 24 months with price reduction.

@Plusnet Plusnet you have failed to reply to my complaints sent you by PM on the 1st October. Your customer service has now become very poor and as a result ,when my contract expires , I will move to another supplier after over 10 years with you

Hi @Plusnet. I had an issue with Openreach connecting my broadband & have put in a complaint with them, but they have said you will need to raise an invoice to them for financial compensation for me as they were doing the work on your behalf. Can you please contact me to discuss?

@MartinSLewis For balance I want to add I phoned @Plusnet last week and got through to a human within 2 minutes and they sorted the issue straight away! Was expecting at least 15 min hold. Was very impressed
