@Plusnet Your customer service is completely incompetent. I have repeatedly been given incorrect information & wasted time calling you. Need a reimbursement due to delayed installation. Told to email but auto response says account does not pick up emails. Can anyone help??

@Plusnet Just been told not getting 4G you’re charging me for & now you’re placing barriers in my way from appropriate support to rectify as a disabled customer. I need to use text based systems & you refuse to accommodate my disabilities seemingly in breach of the DDA.

@Plusnet how do you justify having such a poor customer service/ support? I have a new sim which arrived last week- I cannot make or receive calls or txts - no one will answer emails, support requests or direct messages on here- appalling!!

@Plusnet Ahh yes, we had an issue with the original old one we had. I purchased a new one at the time. I understand the new plusnet router is much better.

@Plusnet I'll take a look, have split it already into 2 channels for the SSID at 2.4 and 5 ghz. The speeds via Speediest (Ookla) were significantly down on previous results and I was only getting between 30 and 35 mbps download compared to over 60- 68 (solidly) not so long ago.

@Plusnet still countless issue with your internet even with a new router ! Absolutely shocking internet!! Can’t even stream theselast few days as it’s constant cutting out and I’m on the only one using the internet and hard wired ! Sick of it ! Get me out of this contract!!

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet were going to be our new provider but they let us down so we signed up with TalkTalk but they have now cancelled our order as they couldn't transfer landline number. So currently no provider. Compounds the issue with your engineers failing to do the job they were meant to
