@tonymc39 @Plusnet You should’ve just told her “Never trust a failed fat comedian advertising a rubbish internet service”.. Your sister might’ve taken notice Tony.

  • ellietataylor ellie taylor (@ellietataylor) reported

@plusnethelp hi plusnet, it’s now been 10 days since we were told we would have broadband and guess what! Still no wifi! Promised 10+ times that we would have calls back within 24hrs and still never had any phone calls. Now being told we have to wait till Tuesday!! Absolute joke

  • EllenJakeman Ellen Jakeman-Barnes ☭ (@EllenJakeman) reported

@plusnethelp Happens on both Wi-fi and Ethernet cable connection. The minimum guaranteed speed you provide me is only 0.9mbps anyway, we have already called you multiple times, you just provide really shoddy internet and it’s not long til I’m with my new provider & I never have plusnet again

  • hotbeewilde Liam (@hotbeewilde) reported

I went off private just to tweet @ plusnet the other day and I'm gonna see how long I can stay public and not reply to random ppl with bad opinions and get into **** arguments for no reason.

  • NeishaWong Neisha D Wong (@NeishaWong) reported

@CamdenJonathan @virginmedia Completely useless!! I’m with Plusnet now no more issues

  • therealwaynemcc Wayne McCarron (@therealwaynemcc) reported

@Plusnet - New customer with a "guaranteed" down speed of 59.6mbps but getting less than 20mbps. I find the service less than satisfactory. Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬

  • lataja2013 kialayla (@lataja2013) reported

@Plusnet no option to DM. Only been with you a couple months but not had 1 day without problems. No Internet in any of the bedrooms (in a bungalow) and even the lounge is continually buffering. Can't watch 1 program without it stopping after a couple sentences. Not good at all.

@plusnethelp Hi thank you for your reply. However a 'goodwill' gesture isn't really what we should get, our internet has been transferred to Plusnet for 5 days and we still don't have a router. We have someone who works from home here. We r paying for a service we don't have.
