Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • OpticalFusion Dawn louise (@OpticalFusion) reported

@virginmedia The engineer gave us his number to call if the connector he fitted doesn't work, he's said that if it doesn't work it will mean the cable will need digging up. I've paid full price for the service that hasn't worked. I've had a more reliable ADSL connection with Plusnet!

  • Delicaboy Richard Marsden (@Delicaboy) reported from Partington, England

@360Chambers Unknown BT down, Plusnet down, 3 down for internet, thank goodness Kevin Bacon isn’t launching planes or shaving men across the network

  • VeganMama1993 Ashlee Perry (@VeganMama1993) reported

@Plusnet It’s nothing to do with speeds. I can’t use it at all! And your staff keep making out like I’m lying. Disgusting service

  • RachelW89819919 Rachel Watson (@RachelW89819919) reported

@Plusnet Shocking, shocking customer service. I left Plusnet in the middle of August however they have continued to take payment. No resolution despite almost being November. Repeated stressful calls to customer service with no resolution.

  • r_ashwell Rob (@r_ashwell) reported

@Plusnet my broadband is up for renewal. Trying to contact the call centre to cancel but the number on the website doesn't work. What is the new one please

  • westhampete West Ham Pete (@westhampete) reported

@Plusnet Messaged you 48 hours ago regarding broadband service issues and still not received any response. Outstanding customer service and support. # That’ll do

  • VeganMama1993 Ashlee Perry (@VeganMama1993) reported

When your Wi-Fi is so bad you can’t even load the BT speed test but @Plusnet insist that the lines and connections are perfect and won’t send out an engineer to fix the issue or let you out of contract without charging you. 👍 🤔👏🏻 #dontchooseplusnet

  • secretspartacus Judy Hamilton #CEV #WearAMask 😷 #EnoughIsEnough (@secretspartacus) reported

It’s now an hour past the call back time booked yesterday and 25 hours past the call back booked the day before and still nothing. Your so called “award winning customers service” is crap @Plusnet

  • andrewg84531838 Yul bryhir (@andrewg84531838) reported

@Plusnet no signal whatsoever for the past month in the Manorbier Lamphey area, think I going to have to change

  • Smoken_Mirrors Jill Chambers (@Smoken_Mirrors) reported

@o_burbidge @Plusnet @O2 Good luck! Hope you're not in the west end as I'm on Giffgaff which uses the O2 network and it's been consistently abysmal on three brand new handsets (Cowgate and now the A1 are appalling too.)
