@ItsJustaRide I have BT and found them really good. I used to have Plusnet and had the same issue so I switched. Much more superior service and connection speeds

@Plusnet I’ve just worked out that £22.50 plus 5.4% is £23.71 not £ 24.59. I had very slow unworkable Broadband over a few days recently and was sent the old style router to try and correct the problem. No compensation. I have to now consider one of your competitors.

@Plusnet I mean I can but I can confirm openreach replaced the master socket a couple of years back - and nothing has changed since you investigated an issue on the line several months back. Since then service has been great until the last few days. Can you see that in your logs?

Plusnet is absolutely garbage. I don’t know why we bother paying for it. Never had anything like as many problems with any other broadband providers. It’s every other day I’m having to constantly try resetting and resetting it because the internet is cutting out for ages

@Plusnet how do plusnet current customer, my pensioner parents get a new router? Their router is 8 years old and keeps resetting and dropping connections.

@smh85 I'm really sorry that's still an issue, would it be OK to log into the router from here again so I can check and maybe change a few settings for you? I just needed to ask for permission as it will cause the WiFi signal to drop out for about two minutes. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet We have internet, hence why we can live with it. But no phone line. We had multiple visits from @OpenreachHelp who would say the problem is with Plusnet. I'd phone you guys and you'd send an openreach engineer and so on. I lost the will to keep complaining. Can you help?
