  @Plusnet had an account for years and years. It's due for renewal on 5th March. Right now, I don't want to renew. Unlimited fibre, but not working wirelessly for us. Router is old. What can you do to persuade me that staying with you is the right move?

  @TorquayBell @virginmedia it's fast but the customer service is so bad it's not worth it. We've found similar speed a lot cheaper with Plusnet.

  @Plusnet Clearly you ignoring some people.. actually even over the phone you treat some people different way.. my personal experience.. @Sky has much better service than you guys. such a shame that you people make difference for certain people...

  @Forsayk3nTTV @ExitLeftTV Openreach provide the fibre for most of them, problem for plusnet is they don't offer fttp. We have had it in the neck from some people down here thinking it's us saying no. But it's just plusnet not offering.
