    @goodgary99 @Plusnet It’s the same with me and I’m in the same area as you. There was a mass internet outage affecting our area on Monday night. My parents are with BT and theirs recovered, but Plusnet hasn’t. Mines been down since that night. Moved in with parents so that I can work.

    @Plusnet I can’t give you that information because I’ve had to move in with my parents so that I can do my job using their internet, so I don’t have documentation to hand. I’m also dealing with a broken down car at the moment so getting back to my house isn’t practical.

    @goatee2 @Plusnet I had plusnet for a few years and had to have BT out as my wifi kept dropping, in the end it was cables under the road, but I was forever ringing or messaging them. I moved to Vodafone 3 years ago and never had a problem

    @Plusnet 2 days without mobile service and completely ignored on DMs and posts. Total refusal by Plusnet to provide any support. I have no phone, so cannot call.

    Hi @Plusnet given you are shutting down the business side of your business and moving everyone to BT who can’t give me a quote for my address, I assume you won’t be charging me an exit fee to get out of my contract with you?

    @Plusnet You really do need to do something about your hold music. It’s bad enough holding on for the ridiculous amount of time, but to do with this music is just mean
