Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!
