The scuttle-shambles that is @plusnet, who since Tuesday night have been failing to deliver emails in a timely manner, continue with their shambolic and abysmal service. Today they should be telling Nominet that my domain is shifting from them, but so far no sign of it happening

@Plusnet still no WiFi since 12th Nov, we live in a rural village this provides a vital lifeline for home workers and vulnerable people who can’t do online shopping or speak on FaceTime to their families. ETA for fix keeps moving!! Please help!

@Plusnet simply issuing the same, bland, uninformative statement every few hours does nothing to reassure customers that Plusnet know what the issue is and have the capability to fix it. Anymore of this stand-offish nonsense and I too will be off.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp So, the @gmail app on my phone has been asking me for the credentials to my email account several times a day even after the login fault was fixed, yet the login credentials are absolutely fine - anyone know how to fix this?
