@plusnethelp @Plusnet I can’t cancel my account online - can’t get hold of anyone on the phone ... any ideas? Thanks

Anna Treasure (@ArtyAnnaT) reported
@Plusnet @plusnethelp Currently waiting to be transferred to the third department on my call to customer services. This has taken almost 2 hours and that doesn't include half an hour hold earlier when system was down. Issue was supposed to be sorted 9 days ago. Not good enough.

Swapping providers from @SkyHelpTeam to @Plusnet @plusnethelp today. Both parties assured me there would be no disruption to my service... I have had no internet all day, not helpful when interviewing on line all day. Awful service 😡.... let’s hope things get better 🤞🏻

@Ofcom @Plusnet is it right that when a new isp on day 14 of the contract asks the customer to allow them to improve the service, the customer is reasonable and allows isp to fix the problem, when they can't, gets charged in excess of £100 when attempting to move to another isp?

25 minutes on hold to get through to @Plusnet to sort out my abysmal broadband service. Put the phone down. Redial for option to leave them. Get through in 3 rings.

... and now openreach are here, saying it’s not their fault. Possibly plusnet’s router. No nearer a solution, and can’t get through on phone to plusnet. Wish we’d stuck with BT.

Now I have been cut off when called back by your tech guys on my mobile. No idea what's happening now. Don't know if I can face another 2 hour call to find out. Seriously thinking about trying to cancel service as not fit for purpose. #plusnet #badservice

@bt_uk It's a new connection. We are moving over from Plusnet. We have had nothing but grief and not getting a straight answer as to when this will be resolved. Have been promised multiple callbacks which you have never actually done. Activation date was 17 November and still nothing.

@AlanKennedyttm @Plusnet All sorted thanks Alan. I've complained and followed their protocol and it didn't work. A criticism on social media has apparently caused them to sit up and take note and waive the fees! Still poor CS that it had to come to a rant on social media! 👍

@Plusnet Counter question, anybody in at your customer services?
