@Plusnet As a user of your mobile network could explain to me what if anything you are doing about the ever-increasing scam messages. It's getting worse by the day

  • JulianArthurs Julian Arthurs (@JulianArthurs) reported

@bt_uk txt to mobile. had a third message since then. I could switch emergency broadcasts off on device or with Plusnet ( my provider) but you never know when a tsunami or earthquake is coming.

  • JamesKAArcher James Archer #CorruptioOptimiPessima (@JamesKAArcher) reported

So, my internet was buggered for two hours because my phone provider put a messaging service on my landline without telling me and the intermittent dial tone messed with the broadband. Cheers @Plusnet. Yes, I checked my account and it's not even on there...

  • 3HandedPoker Ryan ‘CITYROLLER’ O’Donnell (@3HandedPoker) reported

Due to bad internet I have abandoned the goal of 6k games this month. I will relax this week and study more. Then once the internet is stable and a back up installed I will start a 30 day 6k game challenge. @Plusnet you will be the death of me. #notreliable

@Plusnet Been a customer for 20+ years. Called with an issue about a month ago. Told we need a new router and it would be with us in 3 to 5 days. Still waiting, still have an issue with our internet. Not the best customer service! @ChooseUK

  • OneJabToGo Mark (@OneJabToGo) reported

@GraviteaUK @rogerpsan @martin_payne Lol. Only BT talk about peak times. Them and PlusNet who of course are 100% owned by BT. My speed never dips below 300Mbps. They don’t need to restrict it because the bandwidth is saturated like BT.

  • hsr_rants Helen (@hsr_rants) reported

@alicemclocky we were on plusnet in second year, we set it up ourselves independently of the landlord and never had any issues!! and it was the cheapest one we found as well, we only paid like £20 a month

  • DannyM_W Daniel (@DannyM_W) reported

@Plusnet can someone get in touch about broadband? Ours goes down multiple times a day. Flashing orange light on the router.

  • halimmatin Halim Matin (@halimmatin) reported

@asda_mobile anyone having problems after the migration to Vodafone checkout plusnet (EE). They're doing a 10gb and unlimited everything. 30day rolling. Just text PAC to 2732 to take your number with you.

@NRKirby Plusnet. Have had one for a while. no issues. Just a toggle when setting up. Think it cost me £5 from memory.
