Good, I phoned the doctor's secretary this morning and was given a load of crap because they have an ICT person in the office. Lied about the Plusnet, hmmn! Famous queue jumping at the bus stop really. I will phone first thing tomorrow. What I need to say is I painful canine hard

@Plusnet my broadband has been down for the last half hour. No 24hr customer support! Is this some kind of joke in 2023. Been through all the stupid steps and even the service outage page is down. This s Company is a joke, customer service awards, for what sponsoring them!!!

@TalkTalk Why nobody in your company has the backbone to pick up a phone and explain why you didn’t repair,why I got charged,why I had to pay a exit fee, Plusnet sorted it in 3 days and I’ve never had such a good signal by the way it was a faulty master socket

@Plusnet Hi, our house is currently uninhabitable due to a burst pipe since December which is undergoing reinstated works so at the minute we're not using any Internet, is there any help available with bills while we're not able to live there? Thanks

@Plusnet Through no fault of yours, I am paying for a service I can’t access. Royal Mail have failed to deliver router and have lied about why. I have contacted them however they say I have to wait 10 days! Please could you send a replacement router with a reliable delivery co.

I like @plusnet but their email provision and webmail service is truly, truly dire. Not improved AT ALL in over 10 years. Went a few MB over the storage limit and they wiped my *entire inbox* overnight. Only way to restore it? Post a request on their community forum. Madness.
