    @Plusnet what a total **** show my 78 year old Dad has moved home and you have failed to get his land line in his house for 4 weeks, you sold (conned) him into a deal to take his mobile over as well and its not worked for 3 weeks as well #shamful #stressedoldman #amatuers

    @virginmedia You’ll be glad to know the pre install team hung up on me. I give up, going with @Plusnet now. Based on other people I know that have tried to sign up to virgin, I’d strongly recommend you review your on boarding process and customer service levels. Atrocious

    The old conundrum- no mobile signal so can’t contact @Plusnet help except via Twitter. And no one’s answering. Any other @Plusnet users experiencing this?

    @Plusnet so you're all about "can we help you sort your 20mbps speed" now I've given notice, but for 3 months you've done nothing, you had a 6 weeks period during that which I was home EVERY day, now you're saying it's my fault I won't take a day off work. Shocking!

    I'm taking time out of complaining about everyone and everthying to give a 👍 to Plusnet. Excellent customer service and I've just had an amusing and beneficial virtual conversation with one of their team. That's not anything I could say about other broadband companies. Well done
