@Daily_Express @Plusnet Hi Daily Express, please can you try to find out what is really going on at Plusnet? 48 hours after emails went down it seems most customers still cannot send or receive emails and the alleged updates on the status page are laughable! PLEASE HELP!! #PlusnetNomail

  • Wynthorpe Wendy Baxter (@Wynthorpe) reported

@plusnet I've signed up for your broadband and now trying to switch my mobile to you, but online form keeps telling me that I'm not a broadband customer of yours, despite inputting correct account details. Any ideas?

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never worked properly. Wifi always drops-out.

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet @matthew05255615 Must be annoying when 3rd parties fail to meet the announced expectations given right?

  • JBonsor juicyconvert (@JBonsor) reported

@Plusnet Website still states there is a problem with email. I have tried to send and had a message saying ‘ ‘Cannot send mail’ the connection to the outgoing server…failed’ what is happening? 07:40 am

  • superfastsax Richard Greenfield (@superfastsax) reported

@Plusnet absolutely shocking you’ve still got email issues , seems to reinforce the trend to avoid ISP for email

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@StephBirdArt Hey Steph, you should now be able to log into your Plusnet email, however there may be a delay when sending and receiving emails. We’re working to fix this as quickly as possible and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you - Liam, Plusnet Sheffield.
