    @runfreesight @Plusnet Been messaging all day. Got one response early afternoon, replied within 5 minutes, then nothing since. Clearly been people online, just ignored all please for help 😒

    Nothing happens with plusnet customer support unless you are on the phone to them. Things I am told will happen, like being updated or contacted, don't happen.

    @virginmedia Yes, I certainly have. As I said it's down again the same as last month. Good news is that I have PlusNet and Vodafone xDSL backups that are still working and very rarely go down.
