@chrishallrides @virginmedia The only way you can "negotiate" a lower price is to cancel. Not threaten to cancel, you actually have to cancel. Then they ring you back with all these amazing deals they couldnt offer before. I gave up after 12 years and moved to Plusnet.

  • julinaokhan Julina Khan (@julinaokhan) reported

@Plusnet why did I ever bother switching from Virgin to you guys! It’s impossible to work from home when the internet is always down! Can’t respond to emails, gets kicked out of calls or nobody can hear my muffled voice! Useless ....

  • ParentDayus BDayus (@ParentDayus) reported

@InspectorMuso @Plusnet Don't go to VirginMedia fibre' or whatever the so called super duper speed is.... 4 of us at home, me working, 2 secondary age and eldest in college. Been a nightmare day of on-off-on-off / poor connectivity. Time to change.....

@samanthaaaxx91 Hello Samantha, good afternoon. How are you? I understand that your mother's mobile is with Plusnet and she is having some signal issues at the moment? Have she tried to reach out to their technical support team to see if they could help? (1/2) -Mickey P

@EE I've been locked out of MY account with a PASSWORD I USE and set up. For some reason the websites saved a completely different password that comes from my PAYMENT details. You've get till the end of the day to sort this **** out or i'm off the Plusnet.
