    @Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.

    @Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.

    @Plusnet my full fibre was supposed to be installed yesterday afternoon but nobody showed up. I called at 6pm and waited 30 mins to get through to be told they didn't know what was going on. Can you help?

    @Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - Iโ€™m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, ยฃ30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an ยฃ86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still canโ€™t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

    @Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

    @Plusnet Hello! I recently bought a phone off eBay and it said it was locked to your provider! It says itโ€™s still locked but has no name of what provider. Is there a way you can contact me and help me unlock it? Thanks!

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโ€™s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโ€™t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

    When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?
