    @plusnethelp Hey there Plusnet! Any particular reason why my DM's are being ignored? I reported an issue on the 23rd of October 2020 and after the initial contact and the next to useless information I received I since have been ignored flat out! This is UNACCEPTABLE service.

    @btsportfootball @Plusnet signed up for BT sport extra on plusnet wifi... linked to my BT account but no activation code and sport not working 25 hours later. Very frustrating... How can I resolve?

    I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.
