    Disappointed with @Plusnet. Loyal customer but line rental saver stopped and my bills going up by at least £30 and more when fix ends yet huge savings for new customers with better plans. Clearly being a loyal customer isn't rewarded at all.

    @Plusnet I have raised a fault as instructed. Found out by chance that there's been a reply (clicking again on the link here & then finding a message). Don't know how to respond to the message. Didn't get any text msg and if I try replying online, it takes me every time to a sign in page

    @om_riff Had Virgin at a couple of previous addresses. Utter shite. With Plusnet now. Would recommend. Never any issues apart from maintenance at 4 am.

    @Plusnet Hi Emily all the broadband went down at 3am what a nightmare all this is ..I have told you I'm disabled ..the new router has come but I'm not touching anything anymore I need all this sorting we have no Internet at all now ..urgently please

    @WithChrisNKeith They are objectively terrible. I did broadband tech support with Sky and as much as I rag on them, they're probably some of the more stable, Plusnet has been pretty good in my experience as well

    @Plusnet In short, my only wiring is the lead from the master socket to the router. I've tried replacing that, tried a different router & tried plugging into the test socket & my speed remains very much lower than it should be. This suddenly happened after a lightning strike. Please fix!

    @Plusnet Why is it impossible to get through to anyone on the phone? My problem is solved now, but I tried several times to ring with no success.
