    Time to change my broadband provider again I always do it every 18 months to get a cheaper deal 18 months ago moved from Plusnet to Vodafone to save money now moving from Vodafone back to Plusnet to save £8 a month. For 18 months with the new customer deal all fun and games

    @Plusnet We had an engineer visit us not long ago and all was ok going out of the house and I think ok with the external BT line. There was/is a problem that couldn't be identified our end. You will have to read his report.

    @Aff24an I was with voxi. Coverage is ****. So far been with 3, giffgaff, ID, voxi, and now plusnet. The plusnet sim is by far the best

    @AngelaStoneAlty @Plusnet I'm literally on hold to @Plusnet at the minute - we've had terrible internet signal since we moved house last year. Two engineers out to 'fix' the problem, called today to cancel contract as it's still unusable and they're trying to charge £180 cancellation fee...!
