Jabberwockydoodah πͺπ βοΈ π«β¨ππβοΈβ‘οΈπͺοΈ (@VIx666) reported@Plusnet Why is my mum who has been a long time customer of yours not getting as good a deal as a brand new customer?
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

James Montgomery (@monty772011) reported@EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
Dave Oβ Connor (@piercepower222) reported@Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet
-
David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itβs due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donβt appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
