@Plusnet Promised a call back from a manager with 5 days! Would be pretty poor customer service had you achieved that but you haven’t. Call again this am but to no avail. Hardly award winning customer service is it?

@Plusnet Mobile signal issues CT18? Zero mobile coverage (usually pretty ropey anyway) and signal booster has also stopped working as well?

@Plusnet Good morning guys. I have been having a lot of trouble with my Broadband connection over the last couple of weeks. Please can you help? Initially the signal was dropping out completely but now the speeds are consistently slow all the time 😔 Please advise?
