Zoë (@zoetunstall) reported@matthewrayner @Plusnet STAY AWAY!!! I’ve had intermittent connection/speed problems since March 2020 (incl during a job interview 🙄), their customer service isn’t that great and they kept trying to close my case when the issue hadn’t been resolved. Looking at switching as we speak!

Lord Acto #FBPE (@actomox) reported@Plusnet Very frustrated today trying to pay a parking charge by text. Took a lot of searching to discover you don't support short number texting. Given increasing use - why not?

Tony H (@The_Morningstar) reported@jugglerbry @WolfBaginski @Plusnet I would use a good wifi analyser app and check how many other local routers are using the same channel for 2.4ghz. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.

Johnny R (@prince_of_ales) reported@Plusnet This isn't desperately urgent but if you could get the ball rolling? Having problems accessing Plusnet Call Protect- logged a couple of jobs but still not rectified. Just tried 1572 - "service can't be connected". *** ticked on call features marked as "currently active"?

Fatus Neckus (@lowy72) reported@Faycebuk @AndyP_MCR @Plusnet Open laptop wifi settings and look for "apple Iphone" as a network (after turning hotspot on of course) Change the name of network to something snazzy like "irish network, just off the main square" Or "which network?"
