    Anyone in the Ringwood/New Forest area use @Plusnet and if so are you having internet connectivity issues? My elderly mother is issues where her internet doesn't work some days and @plusnethelp insist nothing wrong so not sure what is going on! Thanks :)

    @bigkevilla82 @Plusnet ... then I spent ages trying to get the new router/modem to work only to find they hadnt set it up properly B4 they sent it out. I had to phone their 'experts' to find out the problem

    @billykayscot I've been with Plusnet for 6yrs always negotiated my renewal. Found their customer service is good which is a "Plus" nowadays.

    @itsjustm0o Yes. Their tracking services and delivery services have been down since Saturday. I spoke to chat on Saturday and cannot give me any information. Might cancel my @virginmedia order and go with @Plusnet for broadband.

    @billykayscot I stuck with Plusnet at renewal they're OK- had awful experience with TalkTalk!

    @Mrwhosetheboss Think it is very much down to location. ee here I was gett8ng 100mbs down easy but plusnet and others. No wifi different as I have high speed GB fibre, I wait on 6G tech as it hits routers before phones.

    @stevefraser60 @Plusnet I’m having exactly the same problem, no email for two days and their website won’t load. I’ve sent a PM but got nothing back yet. Hope it gets sorted soon.

    @Plusnet I can't complain to you about the email problems I'm having, as your website isn't working at all. Yet your service status claim all is working!
