CLAIRE A (@_Claire_A) reportedAnyone else’s @Plusnet broadband been down for hours? 😑
-
Winthrop Street (@WinthropStreet) reportedI know this won't be news to anyone... but @Plusnet are ******* ****. Stay a million miles away, whatever you do. The most useless customer "service" it's possible to imagine.

Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

Atholl Allan (@AllanAtholl) reported@MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took £22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Morgan (@morganjonestech) reported@LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@bt_uk Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!
