Has anyone else has a problem with @Plusnet or @plusnethelp? My mother, who is in her 80’s, has been waiting for over two weeks(!) for them to get back to her about her house phone that isn’t working. She chose them for good customer service. Disgusted.

@plusnethelp Hi , it’s been working fine but tonight it has started dropping out again, I recently upgraded my service with plusnet to help with this problem but its still ll unreliable

  • ralphaverbuch ralphaverbuch (@ralphaverbuch) reported

@plusnethelp After being on hold for 37 minutes on my mobile, talk to tech support who send me to a closed 'provisioning' service which auto ends the call. Problem still unresolved. Terrible, terrible #customerservice. I expect better. Meanwhile elderly parents cut off. @Plusnet

@Plusnet big shout out to a guy called Lee who is working on your calls today. Sorted out a canny over payment and gave me a quick refund, upped my broad band speed and locked in a new 18 month contract. Thanks! Top notch customer service. 👍🏻

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom 2/2 whatever speed comes into home is wasted by a copper wire connection between the fibre optic box & router = immediate loss of most signal. Tonight, Zoom calls have been interrupted, broken etc. much worse than dreadful Plusnet service & yours more expensive. @TheGadgetShow

2 weeks to get connected, engineer sent to my house, multiple phone calls to customer service (took 45mins to get through on today’s call) and still only getting 0.4Mbps...... @plusnethelp @Plusnet @Ofcom
