    @Shell_UKLtd @ShellEnergyHome @PostOffice Feel sorry for Post Office customers. My advice go to Plusnet or EE.Nothing but trouble with Shell broadband

    It looks that @Plusnet decided that a bad service was not enough and decided to provide no service at all. @plusnethelp doesn’t answer the phone either..... great way to start a work day...

    @BagsTweets_ @Plusnet It’s a DNS issue bud, if you change your DNS server on your devices to 8.8.8.8 you should get reconnected.

    @Plusnet my internet is down across all devices despite the hub being blue. Are there any faults at your end? I can't use your troubleshooter because we don't have a landline.

    @plusnethelp 4 months since starting with @Plusnet never had reliable service, over 10 engineers visits. Engineer arrived cutting us for another work day, said he fixed it now we have half the speed we did now 6mbps. Plusnets website is down to report it. Terrible ISP and service
