    So @Plusnet where is my splitter you sent a week and a half ago, oh and why am I paying for fibre when we don’t have fibre, the connection is crap yet we were told that we would have the same as before, sort this out

    So @Plusnet why can I no longer see websites on @unltdwebhosting. From Saturday any of my sites gives unable to reach time outs. OK on mobile and via VPN but not when using Plusnet service ?? Same with no firewall ! You must be blocking this server. FTP works though !!

    @Plusnet I'm having difficulty getting through to an advisor as I have a problem with my download speeds, should be 65mbs + but getting under 20mbs

    @Plusnet your contact number needs updating, I have tried to contact you on both numbers on your website which no longer exist. I am trying to find out why my internet for the past 2 weeks has been shocking, not a very happy customer here

    @Plusnet Thanks, Alice. Tried the coverage - it won't let me put my actual postcode in (says it's not valid). I'm doing it correctly. Tried with similar postcode and it said coverage was okay. Wifi is fine. Still no phone signal. Please investigate and fix.

    @Danny_f1_fan @Plusnet Indeed, we are only about fifteen years behind third world countries on internet access speeds, total embarrassment really, and you notice, they ignore me, second time now = lost customer.
